Une première rencontre a lieu avec les représentants et le jeune afin de présenter l’établissement et son fonctionnement (visite d'établissement).

L’admission du jeune s’effectue suite au choix final de la famille et sous réserve de places disponibles.

L'admission requiert l’adhésion des représentants légaux au projet de soin avec un engagement réciproque contractualisé par un Document Individuel de Prise en Charge (DIPC) qui s’enrichit, après une période d'observation d'un Projet Personnalisé d’Accompagnement (PPA).

Cet accompagnement personnalisé sera réévalué au moins une fois par an et plus si des adaptations sont nécessaires. La famille sera toujours associée à ces évolutions.

Chaque jeune aura un emploi du temps personnalisé indiquant :

Les heures d'ouverture :

- Lundi : 9 heures / 16 heures - Mardi : 9 heures / 15 heures - Mercredi : 9 heures / 11 heures 45 - Jeudi : 9 heures / 16 heures - Vendredi : 9 heures / 16 heures  

Les jeunes peuvent venir à l'ITEP :

- en taxi - en bus ou en tram - à pied - accompagné par les familles  

Un calendrier annuel est donné à la rentrée de septembre indiquant les vacances scolaires, les dates de fêtes de fin d’année, les dates du CVS ( Conseil de la Vie Sociale).

L'organisation :

L’accueil des jeunes se fait sur 4 groupes en fonction des âges. Chaque groupe est encadré par un éducateur, un enseignant et un candidat élève.

D’autres professionnels interviennent tout au long de la journée :

L’équipe de soins : 1 médecin psychiatre, 2 psychologues, 2 orthophonistes, 1 psychomotricien, 1 infirmière

Un service social : 1 assistante sociale

L’équipe des services généraux : 3 agents de services intérieurs et un agent d’entretien

L’équipe administrative : 1 secrétaire de direction, 1 secrétaire enfance, 1 comptable

L’équipe de direction : 1 directeur de pôle, 1 directeur adjoint et 1 chef de service.

Le projet scolaire est important. Il est un axe majeur dans le PPA. En ITEP, la scolarité est adaptée aux capacités de chaque enfant.

L’enseignement assuré par des enseignants spécialisés en interne peut être complété par des inclusions en milieu ordinaire, du temps partagé avec une école ou un collège.

Un dispositif de classe passerelle dans une école élémentaire ou de classe étape en collège permet à des jeunes de renouer avec l’ordinaire grâce à un accompagnement très individualisé.

Le projet éducatif viendra soutenir le projet du jeune et le soutenir dans les apprentissages de la vie quotidienne (apprendre à exprimer ses émotions, à se présenter, à partager, à accepter les contraintes…).

Le projet de soins peut se décliner par des suivis en individuel si nécessaire :

- orthophonie - psychomotricité - travail psychothérapeutique  

Mais aussi en petits groupes pour des ateliers thérapeutiques ( 1 éducateur et 1 psychologue, 1 éducateur et 1 orthophoniste).

Service d’education spécialisée et de soins à domicile.

• Le SESSAD spécialisé pour les élèves Déficients Auditifs âgés de 3 à 20 ans. Ce service dispose de 15 places et se nomme Service de Soutien à l’Education Familiale et à la Scolarisation ( SSEFS ) ;
• Le SESSAD spécialisé pour les jeunes Déficients Visuels âges de 0 à 20 ans. Ce service dispose de 25 places et bénéficie d’un double agrément d’une part pour les enfants de 0 à 3 ans avec le Service d’Aide à la Famille et à l’Education Précoce ( SAFEP ), d’autre part pour les jeunes de 3 à 20 ans avec le Service d’Aide à l’Acquisition de l’Autonomie et à la Scolarisation ( SAAAS ) ;
• Le SESSAD spécialisé pour les élèves âgés de 3 à 20 ans porteurs de Troubles Spécifiques du Langage dispose de 60 places.

• développer l’autonomie dans la vie quotidienne et la scolarité
• favoriser l’adaptation à la vie sociale
• apporter des aides techniques et palliatives
• informer les familles, les aider dans leurs démarches

• apporter des conseils sur les aménagements pédagogiques
• Une information des parents et de l’entourage sur la déficience visuelle.
• Un accompagnement éducatif adapté, réalisé au domicile et dans les lieux d’accueil de l’enfant.
• Un soutien psychologique régulier.
• Un suivi médical et paramédical afin de stimuler le potentiel sensoriel et moteur de l’enfant malvoyant ou non-voyant : ophtalmologie, orthoptie et psychomotricité.
• Une aide à la scolarisation.

Quelles sont les prestations proposées par les sessad de l'irecov .

• Une prestation d’accompagnement globalisé: l’équipe de Direction est composée d’une Directrice et de trois chefs de service. Elle assure la cohérence de l’ensemble des prestations et veille à la qualité de l’accompagnement.
• un pédopsychiatre, médecin référent des enfants présentant un trouble spécifique du langage
• un ophtalmologiste, médecin référent des enfants déficients visuels
• un otorhinolaryngologiste (ORL), médecin référent des enfants déficients auditifs
• Enseignants spécialisés sont mis à disposition par l’Education Nationale. L’enseignant intervient sur le lieu de scolarisation de l’enfant (de la maternelle au lycée). L’aide est souvent individuelle et à l’extérieur de la classe. Il peut cependant intervenir dans la classe. L’enseignant spécialisé s’appuie sur une pédagogie adaptée et des apports techniques spécifiques à la compensation de chaque déficience. Son travail consiste également à faire le lien avec l’enseignant pour l’aménagement de la scolarité adaptée, à apprendre l’utilisation d’outils spécifiques, à mener un travail de remédiation en lien avec les activités scolaires pour consolider les acquis (particulièrement les mathématiques), à développer des outils d’organisation et de méthodologie.
• Éducateurs spécialisés, ils favorisent l’acquisition des habiletés sociales et de l’autonomie quotidienne et aident à la valorisation de l’estime de soi. Les éducateurs proposent un accompagnement individuel et/ou collectif. Ils interviennent dans les établissements scolaires et plus globalement dans l’environnement du jeune.

• Éducateur en AVJ (Autonomie à la Vie Journalière)
• Instructeur de locomotion
• Une prestation de suivi psychologique  : les trois psychologues ont un rôle d’écoute et d’observation Ils établissent des bilans et aident au diagnostic des situations. Ils accompagnent les équipes dans leurs réflexions et leurs pratiques.
• Une prestation de service social : cette prestation est assurée par une assistante sociale dont le rôle est de conseiller, accompagner et soutenir les familles face aux difficultés liées au handicap de l’enfant, notamment dans les démarches administratives et relations avec les autres institutions.
• Une prestation d’accueil et d’intendance : elle est assurée grâce au travail :
• des services administratifs et comptables qui assurent l’accueil physique et téléphonique des personnes ainsi que la gestion administrative et financière
• des services techniques et services généraux qui veillent au bon fonctionnement général des équipements des services ambulatoires et à son entretien.

Accompagnement personnalisé

Le Service d’Accompagnement à la Vie Sociale accompagne des personnes en souffrance psychique qui ont besoin de conseils, d’aide et de soutien dans leur vie quotidienne (professionnelle, logement, vie familiale, soins). Cet accompagnement est organisé sur des temps individuels et collectifs. Le SAVS est une composante de la filière handicap psychique de VYV 3 Centre-Val de Loire. La synergie entre l’ensemble des services permet d’apporter des réponses aux personnes en souffrance psychique sur l’accompagnement social, la coordination médicale, le logement, la citoyenneté. Une équipe de professionnels est présente : éducateurs spécialisés, psychologue, assistante sociale. Le SAVS développe également un accompagnement spécifique lié à l'accès et au maintien en emploi ordinaire en partenariat avec le CHRU de Tours : interFACE37.

Riding the Metro with Lena was a real adventure and a lot of fun. In Saint Petersburg we found Anna well versed in the history of the Tsars and in the Hermitage collection. Arkady in Veliky Novgorod was a very good guide and answered all of our questions with ease. Novgorod was perhaps a long way to go for a day trip, but we did enjoy it. Vasily was a great driver to have and kept us safe with good humour and skill. We enjoyed ourselves so much, my daughter says she is already planning to return. We would both have no hesistation to recommend ExpresstoRussia to anyone we know.

Just wanted to let you know that My grandson Bruno and I couldn´t have been more pleased with our week in Moscow (6/15 - 6/21). We were absolutely enchanted with the whole experience, including getting lost a couple of times in the Metro during our free time. Although both our guides (both Eleanas) were excellent, I would particularly commend the first one (she took us to the Tatiakov, the KGB tour, and to that beautiful cemetery where so many great Russian artists, authors, composers, musicians, militarists, and politicians are buried). Her knowledge is encyclopedic; and her understanding of today´s Russia as a product of its past was, for us, truly enlightening. I will be taking another tour in Russia, with my wife, within the next two or three years. I will be in touch with you when the time comes. Transport services have English translations on their maps and English announcements via intercom; alternatively, order taxis from the Yandex Taxi app (Russian Uber), though it’s unlikely that your taxi driver will speak English. If you get stuck and cannot communicate, it’s fine to use Google Translate.

Les Services de Soins Infirmiers à Domicile (SSIAD) sont des services médico-sociaux qui fournissent des soins infirmiers aux personnes âgées de 60 ans et plus qui sont malades ou dépendantes, aux personnes adultes de moins de 60 ans qui présentent un handicap, et aux personnes de moins de 60 ans atteintes de maladies. Les soins infirmiers peuvent inclure des soins techniques ou des soins de base tels que décrits dans le décret n°2004-613 du 25 juin 2004 .

Les SSIAD sont entièrement financés par l'assurance maladie sous forme d'une allocation globale. Le contrôle et la distribution des fonds sont gérés par les Agences Régionales de Santé (ARS).
