Today marks the grand opening of The Diamond Casino & Resort , a sprawling entertainment and luxury living complex conveniently located in Vinewood and open to all citizens of Southern San Andreas. At the heart and soul of The Diamond is your enjoyment, whether you’re meeting with friends for an array of activities or finding peace of mind in your personal Penthouse Spa, The Diamond is here to spoil you. Come play. Come party. Come experience.

Play Around

The Casino floor abounds with activities for any taste. Use Chips to play against the house, try your hand at Roulette , Blackjack and Three Card Poker or pull up a seat to Slot Machines dishing out Chips and an array of special prizes including exclusive clothing. Gather at Inside Track for a Single Event or participate in the Main Event where you can you can cheer on your favorite horse with friends, while the Lucky Wheel is a daily free-to-spin activity with a range of rewards featuring everything from GTA$, special discounts, and clothing items to a rotating weekly selection of high-end vehicles on display on the lobby podium. Standard Membership to The Diamond Casino & Resort is GTA$500, which includes a welcome gift of 5,000 Chips and grants access to several services and activities the Casino has to offer including Valet Parking. Anyone (including Members) who visits The Diamond can receive a daily visitor bonus of 1,000 Chips redeemable at the cashier.

While the infinity pool on the roof terrace offers stunning views, the Master Penthouse is simply put the most opulent living space on the planet. Customize your floorplan with eight optional add-ons – the Lounge Area , Media Room , Spa , Bar and Party Hub , Private Dealer , Office , Extra Bedroom and Garage – and tailor your new property’s color palette and patterns to your liking. Then drape the walls in high-brow abstract artwork purchased from the Casino Store and impress your guests with thought-provoking sculptures, knowing that their minds are simply too puny to fully appreciate them. The Penthouse Management option in the Interaction Menu allows you to place your new decorations in each room.

New Vehicles and Races

Whether you’re showing off a new ride at a meet-up in the covered Parking Garage of The Diamond or putting the valet service to work, new vehicles to own and customize have hit the showroom floors of Southern San Andreas Super Autos and Legendary Motorsport. The Truffade Thrax supercar is available for purchase and can be spotted whirling on the podium as this week’s Lucky Wheel prize.

The Obey 8F Drafter sports car, Annis S80RR super car and Enus Paragon R sports car are all now available from Legendary Motorsport. Or pick up the highly customizable Weeny Issi Sport or Vapid Caracara 4x4 from Southern San Andreas Super Autos and take them out on the track in a new Race Series consisting of three brand new land racetracks in addition to four classic, fan-favorite courses.

Hidden Collectibles

Word on the street is there are some objects of interest turning up in the state of San Andreas. Talk to any unlicensed dealer in shady antiquities, and they’ll tell you the same thing: people have been finding some seriously old-school playing cards dotted around off the beaten track. Like, 19th century old school.

54 hidden playing cards are strewn across the state, waiting to be found and offering RP and Chip bonuses for each and every discovery. Find them all to unlock the exclusive High Roller Outfit and a unique card set for your Private Dealer to deal Blackjack and Three Card Poker with.

GTA Online has seen phenomenal success since it launched with GTA 5 in 2013, and Rockstar has diligently added content at regular intervals. One of the biggest add-ons came in July 2019, when Rockstar opened access to the massive Diamond Casino and Resort.

The Diamond Casino opens up a lot of possibilities for GTA Online players, but considering it is a casino, players need plenty of cash to engage with a lot of the services and features. There's a ton of content to occupy player's time, including unique missions.

For anyone wondering about the Diamond Casino and Resort, we've collected everything you can do in the update, from basic gambling to an exciting heist.

How to Get to Diamond Casino in GTA Online

The Diamond Casino isn't an area players can instantly travel to, unfortunately, as they'll first need to acquire a membership. Players can buy a basic membership to the Diamond Casino for $500 in-game. This gives access to the basic gambling games and the ability to store one care in the casino's garage. To get full access, however, players need a VIP Membership. VIP Memberships are instantly included when a player buys a penthouse in the Diamond, with the cheapest penthouse costing $1,500,000.

Casino Missions in GTA Online

Once players have a VIP Membership they'll gain access to two kinds of missions, Work Missions and Co-op Missions. Work missions are the simpler of the two and are basic missions that players can take on by talking to Agatha Baker. Co-op missions, on the other hand, have an overarching storyline and give greater rewards. These missions are given by Tao Cheng, the owner of the Diamond, and have to be played in co-op, with no single-player options.

Diamond Casino Heist

GTA Online also sports a heist that revolves around the Diamond Casino. Players don't actually need to own a penthouse to do the Diamond Casino Heist , but they will need to purchase one of the various arcade properties. There are six arcade properties in total that range from $1.5 million to $3.5 million, but they only need to own one and not all six. Once an arcade is purchased and fully stocked with video games, players will be able to start planning to break into the Diamond Casino's highly secure vault.

Gambling in GTA Online

One of the main draws of the Diamond Casino is the wide array of gambling games that players can indulge in. By exchanging money for chips players can play Roulette, Blackjack, Three Card Poker, Slots, and Inside Track. There's also a daily free-to-spin activity with the Lucky Wheel, which can give a variety of prizes like GTA$, clothing, discounts, and more.

It should be noted that gambling isn't available in certain countries in GTA Online . Due to gambling laws, multiple countries have blocked the casino games , including China, Greece, South Korea, and many more.

GTA 5 Online Unlimited Spin The Wheel Glitch

While the Lucky Wheel is a daily activity, there is a glitch that allows players to spin the wheel multiple times and get whatever prize they want. It's not something players will want to do every day, of course, but multiple YouTubers, like MrBossFTW , have detailed how to do it. It's different for every system but here's the gist.

Xbox - Spin the wheel and if a different prize is wanted quickly press the home button, find GTA 5 , then press the menu button and exit out of the game.

PS4 - Spin the wheel and open the home menu. Wait for the prize and if it isn't good enough select close application.

PC - Spin the wheel and if a different prize is wanted just hit the shortcut to close out of the game.

Doing this on each system should allow players to boot the game back up and spin the Lucky Wheel without having to wait 24 hours.

Casino Store in GTA Online

The Casino store lets players exchange chips for a variety of different items. There players can purchase new clothing options, decorations and expansions for their penthouse, and more. Keep in mind that the store does require chips, so players will need to exchange their GTA$ instead of purchasing things outright. The big purchases will be different modules that players can add on to their penthouses. Here's some of what's available.

• Garage - $800,000
• Bar and Party Hub - $700,00
• Spa - $600,000
• Media Room - $500,000
• Lounge Area - $400,00
• Office - $200,000
• Extra Bedroom - 200,000

Playing Card Collectibles

The Diamond Casino update also adds a brand new collectible to the world of GTA Online . There are 54 vintage cards scattered around the world that players can collect that reward RP as well as casino chips.

GTA 5 and GTA Online are currently available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

How To Get VIP Membership In Diamond Casino In GTA Online

When you first locate the Diamond Casino and go inside, you’re welcomed and shown around. After the brief tour you are free to explore the interior of the casino and its various activities. If you want to participate in any of the games, you need to first purchase a membership. You can do this at the general desk for $500.

Need to know this week's Podium Car in GTA Online? Once per day you can head down to GTA Online 's Diamond Casino to spin the Lucky Wheel. Spins reward you with an array of fabulous prizes. The most coveted among them is the podium car, a rotating prize vehicle that you can walk away with for cheap. At around 1 in 20 odds, you probably won't win every week, but when you do, you will make out like a bandit. Check out this week's top prize below.

This week's GTA Online Podium Vehicle (August 8 - 14)

The current Podium Car is the Declasse Drift Yosemite . At full price this muscle truck, which appears to be the iconic Hoonitruck driven by the late, great Ken Block, costs $1,308,000 from Southern San Andreas Super Autos. It was first added to GTA Online during the Drift Yosemite Week event. As you'd expect given its inspiration and name, the Drift Yosemite is a car designed for drifting, and that's where its performance and capabilities lie. If you already have the Drift Tampa in your garage though, you may want to skip the Yosemite - as the Tampa arguably offers better handling and an easier-to-control ride.

How Much Does a Lucky Wheel Spin Cost?

Spins are free, you can only do one spin every 24 hours though. To get the free spins, you do need to fork out $500 for a membership at the front desk. Other prizes include clothes, discount coupons for various other vehicles, and a mystery prize that can occasionally be worth even more than the podium car. This is all in-game money too, so it is worth taking a spin on the Lucky Wheel each day. The podium car will change every Thursday, and we'll update this guide when it does to keep you in the loop.

Matthew Brzezinski began working as a journalist in the early 1990s in Warsaw, writing for publications including The New York Times, The Economist, and The Guardian (UK). He was a Wall Street Journal staff reporter in Moscow and Kiev in the late 1990s. Relocating to the US, he became a contributing writer for The New York Times Magazine, covering counterterrorism in the aftermath of 9/11. His work has also appeared in many other publications including The Washington Post Magazine, the Los Angeles Times, and Mother Jones.

Brzezinski's fourth book, Isaac's Army (Random House, 2012) is set in World War II. Isaac's Army tells the story of a group of young Polish Jews and the Polish Jewish underground, from its earliest acts of defiance in 1939 to the survivors' exodus to Palestine in 1946. The book draws on interviews with surviving Resistance members and unpublished memoirs, as well as Polish-language sources and established academic works on the subject of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising.

Brzezinski is the author of three previous nonfiction books. His first book, Casino Moscow (Free Press, 2001) is a first-person account of the "Wild East" atmosphere prevailing in Russia in the 1990s. His second book, Fortress America (Bantam, 2004) addresses the new technology, laws, tactics, and persistent vulnerabilities of the post-9/11 era. His third book, Red Moon Rising (Simon and Schuster, 2007) is a work of narrative nonfiction that tells the story of the race to space culminating in the Sputnik launch by the USSR on October 4, 1957, drawing on previously classified Soviet documents. Red Moon Rising won the 2009 Sir Arthur Clarke award.

Of Polish heritage, Brzezinski was born in Canada. He is the nephew of former National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski and the cousin of television anchor Mika Brzezinski. He lives in Manchester-by-the-sea, Massachusetts with his wife and three children.

Tour de Force

Tour de Force is a secret Casino Work mission featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of The Diamond Casino & Resort update. It is a freeroam mission given to the player by Agatha Baker .

Description [ ]

This mission can only be triggered after certain prerequisites are met. All the Casino Missions must have been completed, ten real-life hours must have gone by since the last Casino Work mission was completed, and no previous Casino Work mission must have been rejected. The player must be playing as a VIP/CEO or MC President , and must wait in the casino or penthouse garage for Agatha to call them.

Agatha tells the protagonist about a big potential client, who wants a personal tour of the city. The protagonist is then seen taking off with a Swift Deluxe from the helipad atop the casino. The player needs to fly the helicopter to either the Banner Hotel & Spa or the Los Santos Golf Club , where they have to pick up the client.

Once they have picked them up, the player needs to fly to five different landmarks around the map. If the client was picked up from the spa, these will be the Beam Me Up art installation, the El Gordo Lighthouse , Mirror Park , the RON Alternates Wind Farm , and the Vinewood Sign . If the pick-up location was the golf club, these will be the Oriental Theater , Raton Canyon Bridge , Richman Mansion , Rockford Hills City Hall , and Two Hoots Falls .

After the player takes the high roller to all five of the landmarks, they are instructed with flying them back to the casino, after which the mission ends and Agatha calls the player.
