Hamilton’s dinosaur fans will not want to miss an exciting, Jurassic World -themed experience happening this weekend.

Jurassic World Live Tour will be roaring into FirstOntario Centre for six action-packed shows from September 22nd to 24th .

With unrivaled arena production quality, Jurassic World Live Tour will bring Jurassic World to life against a backdrop of captivating scenery where dinosaurs from the iconic franchise – including a Tyrannosaurus rex more than 40 feet in length – take centre stage.

The production will feature more than 24 film-accurate, life-sized dinosaurs operated by animatronics and performers.

Fans of the popular Netflix animated series Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous will also recognize Bumpy, the friendly and food-motivated dinosaur.

With pulse-pounding stunts and an original, authentic storyline, Jurassic World Live Tour is guaranteed to make memories that will last another 65 million years!

Guests will be able to start the adventure early with a special, Pre-show Experience included with all ticket purchases.

By arriving one hour before showtime, audience members can see their favourite Jurassic World dinosaurs and vehicles up close and personal, including fun photo ops with a Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Baby Bumpy, and the iconic Jurassic World Jeep and Gyrosphere.

Jurassic World comes to life in an action-packed, live arena show! 

Your trip to Isla Nublar takes a terrifying turn after the Indominus rex escapes and causes chaos in the park! The adventure continues as you join forces with a team of scientists to unravel a corrupt plan and save Jeanie, a Troodon dinosaur, from a terrible fate. Along the way, experience some of  Jurassic World’s most iconic dinosaurs including Blue the Raptor, Stegosaurus, Triceratops, and the mighty Tyrannosaurus rex!

Opens 10:00 am on Friday (3/1/24). Opens 9:00 am on Saturday (3/2/24). Opens 10:00 am on Sunday (3/3/24).

South Region - Hamilton - Jurassic World Live Tour

Jurassic World Live Tour is coming to Hamilton and you are invited! Come check out an action-packed, live arena show filled with unexpected turns when a dinosaur escapes and causes chaos in the park! Immerse yourself in this iconic world and help the team of scientists save Jeanie, a Troodon dinosaur, from a terrible fate.

Strobe lights are used throughout the show and show volume can be loud at times. 

Families will be emailed their etickets the day before the event. You will need to accept the link in the email and open it with a Ticketmaster account. Please ensure you have entered your email correctly and make sure to always check spam if you do not see your link to your tickets. 

Cost: $5 per person No refunds.

Maximum of 6 passes per family. If your family is larger than 6, please email [email protected]. 

Please Note: We strive to offer tickets to as many families as we can, but tickets are limited. If for any reason you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we are able to share those tickets with other families.

Jurassic World Live Tour roars into Hampton Coliseum for 1st time this spring

Dinosaurs are coming!

Jurassic World Live Tour will be roaring into Hampton for the first time ever this spring, playing Hampton Coliseum for six performances from March 1-3.

“Jurassic World” comes to life against a backdrop of scenery where dinosaurs from the movie and TV series franchise, including fan-favorite velociraptor Blue and the tyrannosaurus rex, take the stage. The production features more than 24 film-accurate, life-sized dinosaurs, with scale, speed and ferocity, operated by animatronics and performers.

Fans of the Netflix animated series “Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous” will also recognize Bumpy, the friendly and food motivated dinosaur, as she grows from baby to adult.

Shows are March 1 at 7 p.m.; March 2 at 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.; and March 3 at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased online at ticketmaster.com , or visit the venue box office during open hours on event days.

Wicked's Jonathan Bailey Is Starring in the Next Jurassic World Movie!

The British heartthrob had quoted Samuel L. Jackson from the original Jurassic Park  in a foreshadowing Instagram post.

Watch The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon  on NBC weeknights at 11:35/10:35c and next day on Peacock . 

The British heartthrob is about to be seeing green as Fiyero, Elphaba's (Cynthia Erivo) love interest, in the highly-anticipated movie adaptation of  Wicked , which is flying into theaters on November 27, 2024.

And that's not the only sure-to-be box office hit that Bailey will be starring in. On May 13, the actor stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to discuss projects including the upcoming  Wicked.  Fallon presented a picture of him riding the Jurassic World ride alone at Universal Studios — which was actually a hint about some exciting casting news.

"We have a little news we can share tonight... You're going to be starring as lead in the new Jurassic World movie!" said Fallon, holding up a photo of Bailey flashing peace signs on the ride.

"I am freaking out," Bailey admitted. "It's dated the 9th of April, so I've sat with the secret for about a month and a bit," he said as he pointed to the Instagram post.

"It's mind-blowing and it's brilliant. I remember going to see Jurassic Park with my family... I had got nightmares for 30 years, so now my nightmare has come true," Bailey added.

When is the new  Jurassic World  movie coming out?

While plot details remain a closely-kept secret, we do know that the new dino-centric movie (the fourth in the Jurassic World franchise) will hit theaters on July 2, 2025.

Jurassic World originally came out in 2015, and was followed by a pair of sequels: 2018’s  Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom , and 2022’s  Dominion .

There's no word whether Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard, the stars of the Jurassic World trilogy, will be back. But with or without them, it's safe to assume that Bailey will be trying to outrun a raptor or two.

Jonathan Bailey confirms Jurassic World role on The Tonight Show : 'It’s mind-blowing'

While visiting The Tonight Show on Monday, the Bridgerton star confirmed that he will play a leading role in a forthcoming Jurassic World film. The announcement comes less than a day after Bailey teased his potential involvement in the franchise by posting a photo of himself riding the film’s Universal Studios attraction on his Instagram account.

Bailey explained that the snapshot — which sees him smiling and flashing the peace sign by himself in an otherwise empty ride vehicle — was taken while on a private tour of the theme park last month.

“I was obsessed with the Jurassic World ride, and [the tour guide] must have thought it was a bit weird, but we went around once and then, at the end of it, he said, ‘Do you want to go on your own?’ And I was like, ‘…Yeah,’” Bailey recalled. “So we did it and I gave him a printout of [the photo].”

He noted that he left a personalized message on the image for the guide that didn't make complete sense at the time, adding, “I did write on the back. I said, ‘Just keep this. It’s a memory.’” 

“Because we have a little news we can share tonight,” host Jimmy Fallon revealed. “You’re going to be starring as lead in the new Jurassic World movie. Congratulations, bud!” 

Bailey thanked him before admitting that he was “freaking out” a little on the inside. “[The photo is] dated the 9th of April, so I’ve sort of sat with the secret for a month and a bit,” he confessed. “I mean it’s mind-blowing and it’s brilliant. I remember going to see Jurassic Park with my family.”

He continued, “It’s history and it’s the John Williams score. It’s [Steven] Spielberg . I have got nightmares for sort of 30 years, so now my nightmare has come true.” 

Deadline exclusively revealed last month that Bailey was in talks to star in the upcoming film, which will be directed by Gareth Edwards ( Rogue One: a Star Wars Story, Godzilla ) and slated for release in 2025. Scarlett Johansson is also reportedly in talks for the project too. 

The film, written by David Koepp, will be a new installment within the Jurassic World universe and separate from the sequel trilogy that was headlined by Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard.
