Hawaiian Airlines and Hyatt hotels are bringing paradise closer by giving away a 9-night vacation at a trio of hotels on three different islands.

The lucky winner will receive an epic trip for two including 200,000 HawaiianMiles along with a 3-night/4-day stay at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa, the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa, and the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa, the company shared with Travel + Leisure . To win, travelers must enter between by Sept. 28.

"Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa is thrilled to collaborate with Hawaiian Airlines and our sister Hyatt properties in Waikiki and Kauai for this exciting sweepstakes,” Jason Baer, the director of sales and marketing at Hyatt Regency Maui, told T+L. “We can't wait to give one lucky winner the chance to experience the breathtaking, natural beauty that Hawaii has to offer."

To enter, travelers must follow @hawaiianairlines on either Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok before going online to complete and submit the online entry form. Travelers must be citizens of the United States and at least 18 years old to enter.

The winner will then be randomly selected from all eligible entries and be notified by either phone or email.

In addition to the free stays and airline miles, the winner will receive daily breakfast for two as well as some dinner or resort credits to use.

The sweepstakes comes as Hawaiian Airlines is in the middle of a merger with West Coast carrier Alaska Airlines . Last month, the Department of Justice (DOJ) allowed its review period to expire without taking any action, bringing the proposed merger one step closer to reality.

Unlike some other mergers, however, Alaska has said it plans to maintain both the Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines brands and integrate both into a “single operating platform.”

Grand Prize Details : Winner and 3 guests will receive roundtrip airfare and accommodations for a 7 day/6 night trip to their choice of one of the following destinations: Maui, Oahu, Kauai, or the Hawaiian big island. Winner will also receive a $2,000 USD stipend (the "Grand Prize").

Omaze may permit Winner to receive a cash alternative prize in the amount of $6,750 (United States Dollars) in Winner’s sole discretion (the “Cash Option”). If Winner elects the Cash Option, Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes.

Ineligible Countries : Winners must not be residents of Belgium, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Italy, North Korea, Singapore, Sudan, Syria or Thailand.

Eligibility Notes:

Guests must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless Winner is the parent / legal guardian of Guests. No individual younger than 5 years of age may be a Guest. In addition to Winner requirements (detailed below), Guests must complete and return a publicity and liability release prior to departure. If a Guests are minors, then the Winner must execute and return all required documents on behalf of such minor child. If Winner and/or Guests reside outside the country where experience will take place, Winner and/or Guests must have current, valid passports, and be able to travel to the experience location(s). If they are unable to travel to the experience location(s), they will forfeit the prize.

In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Designated Grantee , or Prize Provider, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win.

Individuals may not receive more than one grand prize within the same 18 month period. Individuals may not receive more than one minor prize within the same sweepstakes.

Winner Confirmation Process:

Within 10 business days of campaign close, we’ll use an automated random drawing process to draw a potential winner(s) for that campaign. A confirmation process, which may include a background check, will then take place to ensure the potential winner meets the legal standards required. Winner and, if applicable, their guest(s) agree to cooperate fully with Omaze in Omaze conducting any background check(s), which includes providing information requested by Omaze including, but not limited to, full legal names and addresses. If the Prize includes meeting a celebrity, meeting a public figure, or attending a special event and any background check indicates, in Omaze’s sole discretion, that the potential winner or the potential winner’s guest(s) pose a danger to or may harm the reputation of any person or entity involved in the sweepstakes, Omaze may disqualify said winner and move on to the next randomly drawn potential winner. Pending a positive outcome of the confirmation process, an Omaze representative will notify the potential winner via email and/or phone. The potential winner must respond within the time period designated in the notification, or Omaze may move on to another randomly drawn potential winner. Before confirming a potential winner as the winner, Omaze may require the potential winner to confirm their eligibility. Once that’s done, the potential winner and guest(s) must execute and return all required documents within the time frame specified by Omaze. If you do not execute and return all required documents within the time frame specified by Omaze, you will forfeit the Prize and Omaze will move on to another randomly drawn potential winner.

Travel companions are also required to sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of tickets. Additionally, travel companions/guests of the winner may be subject to a background check, which may impact their ability to participate in the Prize.

Fundraising Transparency

This Experience is part of a fundraising campaign for Charities Aid Foundation America (“CAF America”), which is a globally recognized United States 501(c)(3) public charity (Federal Tax ID # 43-1634280). CAF America retains exclusive control over all donations raised in this Experience.

(a) How it works: Omaze and CAF America work together to offer incredible Experiences, like this one. You don’t have to donate to enter, but if you do, 100% of your donation goes to CAF America, who then distributes the donations, minus the Experience fees and costs, to the nonprofit(s) identified on the experience page (the “Designated Grantee(s)”). Our model allows CAF America and the non-profit grantees to spend less time worrying about raising funds and instead focus their energy on doing awesome work.

(b) Where your donation goes: For Omaze Owned Experiences, like this one, 15% of the total donations goes to the Designated Grantee(s) via a grant from CAF America. (If there are multiple Designated Grantees, then this amount is equally distributed to each). CAF America retains a small percentage of the total donations (less than 1%) to cover its own operating costs. Omaze uses the remaining amount to pay for the Experience costs, such as Prize costs, payment processing fees, and advertising to awesome people like you, and to cover our operating costs of providing and maintaining the technology and team that makes this all happen. Owned Experiences have higher costs associated with prizing and promotion, which is why a larger percentage goes to Experience costs.

(c) Designated Grantee Eligibility: Before every Experience, CAF America confirms the Designated Grantee(s) as eligible to receive grants. In the rare case where, after the launch of an Experience but before distribution of the donations, a Designated Grantee fails to maintain eligibility (per CAF America’s grant-making policies and/or applicable laws), then CAF America may (i) withhold distribution of the donations until the Designated Grantee is eligible or (ii) reassign the donations to another nonprofit that supports a similar cause. If CAF America reassigns the donations to an alternate organization, the Experience page will be updated to identify what entity(ies) received the grant(s).

(d) When will the Designated Grantee get the money? Omaze sends 100% of donations from this Experience to CAF America within 2 business days of Omaze’s receipt of the donation. The speed at which CAF America distributes the donations to the Designated Grantee(s) depends on the classification of the Experience and can be anywhere from 2 weeks after Omaze received your donation to 90 days from the close of the Experience. In circumstances where a Designated Grantee fails to maintain eligibility to receive grants, the above grant distribution timeframes may be impacted.

For Experiences where the grant amount is a percentage of total donations (e.g., Premiere and Owned Experiences), CAF America will distribute the donations via multiple grants throughout the duration of the Experience, usually within 10-15 business days following CAF America’s receipt of donations from Omaze.

For Experiences where the grant amount is a percentage of Adjusted Donations (total donations minus Experience costs), CAF America will distribute donations after reconciliation of all Experience costs (usually within 15-90 days following the close of the Experience).

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of the Promotion Period you wish to enter, regardless of the method of entry. The maximum number of entries per person, regardless of method of entry, is three (3) entries per day. To constitute a valid entry, you must meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2 above, you must comply with the applicable entry requirements in this paragraph, and your entry must be timely received by HBros. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of HBros as the sponsor.
Drawing; Prize : On or about the date that is five business days after the last day of the Promotion Period, HBros will randomly draw one prize winner from among all valid entries received nationwide through all methods of entry combined during the Promotion Period (the “Drawing”). The Prize is a trip to Hawaii, including but not limited to, transportation, airfare, lodging, and excursions (including any taxes and fees related to such travel expenses), up to a maximum value of $3,500 (the “Prize”). The prize winner must book all travel plans through the travel agency designated by HBros and must complete travel within 2 calendar years after the date of prize acceptance. The winner is responsible for paying the cost of any travel plans or accommodations booked outside of the designated travel agency or any expense in excess of $3,500 and all applicable federal or state income taxes. Travel accommodations can be changed for different dates up to one time, subject to availability and the terms of any trip related providers previously booked.
Odds : The odds that a valid entry will be selected during the Promotion Period are one out of the total number of valid entries received on a consolidated basis from all methods of entry for the Promotion Period. The maximum number of entries and the exact odds cannot be determined.
Claiming Prize : The tentatively selected winner will be notified by telephone. To claim the Prize, the tentatively selected winner must: (a) respond as directed in the telephone notice within 7 days after the date of the first telephone award notice, and timely (b) complete, sign and return as directed to HBros, within 30 days after the date of the first telephone award notice, each and all of the following documents: HBros’ form of Prize Acceptance Agreement that includes a statement of eligibility (including proof of eligibility upon request), waiver of liability, publicity authorization and release, and an IRS Form W-9 (collectively, the “Acceptance Documents”). If a tentatively selected winner fails to respond or timely comply with these requirements, or if HBros determines that a tentatively selected winner is ineligible after review of the Acceptance Documents, then such tentatively selected winner will be disqualified. If any tentatively selected winner is disqualified for any reason, HBros will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by random drawing consistent with the above Drawing terms. If HBros is unable to award any prize(s) after making reasonable attempts, such prize(s) will remain un-awarded unless otherwise prohibited by law. Final selection as a prize winner is subject to verification of compliance with the eligibility and entry requirements outlined in these Official Rules.
Limitation of Liability: By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless HBros and its Affiliates, from any liability, injury, illness, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: 1) your participation in this Sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or portion thereof, 2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software, 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or internet service, or 4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or Sweepstakes, and electronic or human error which may occur in the administration or the processing of the entries.
