A few short kilometres upriver from Frankfurt, on the left bank of the Main sits the city of Offenbach. In times past, two of the big industries in Offenbach were leather-making and typography, and today there are high profile museums about both trades.

The city took a lot of damage in the Second World War, but its Renaissance and Baroque palaces where Hesse’s nobility once lived came through mostly intact and merit a detour. The Main riverside has been regenerated in the last couple of decades, while the Westend is an affluent neighbourhood of opulent turn-of-the-century villas built for the bourgeoisie. And every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday people from Frankfurt head to Offenbach for the fantastic outdoor market.

1. Isenburger Schloss

Next to the Main is a magnificent Renaissance palace from the middle of the 16th century.

The Swedish King Gustav II Adolf stayed here in the early 1630s during the Thirty Years’ War to negotiate with Frankfurt.

Isenburger Schloss was then the residence of the of Counts of Isenburg-Offenbach, who became the Princes of Isenburg und Büdingen up to the 1800s.

The current palace is one of what was supposed to be four wings, and when you stand on Schlossplatz on the south side you can lose a few minutes studying the arcade, loggia, and the sculpture on the reliefs, friezes, pilasters and caryatids.

The palace is now owned by the Offenbach University of Art and Design, containing the photography and graphic design faculties.

2. Schloss Rumpenheim

Also beside the river, not far north of Offenbach is another graceful palace.

Schloss Rumpenheim is a little more recent, and from 1736 was a residence for the Landgraves and Princes of Hesse-Kassel.

The architecture is a fusion of Baroque and Neoclassical, and among the historical personalities to stay here in the 19th century were Franz Joseph I of Austria, the future British King Edward VII and the Danish Kings Christian IX and Frederick VIII. When the Hessian State was annexed after the Austro-Prussian War the property fell into disrepair, and was only revitalised in the 1970s.

Now the palace houses condominiums and the gorgeous riverside park is open to the public, with woodland, lawns and lovely views of the palace.

3. Büsing Palais

Also one of Offenbach’s big landmarks, Büsing Palais is a graceful former manor house now used for conventions and exhibitions and enveloped in public parkland.

The property goes back to the 18th century, as a young poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe stayed here for a summer with his first love Lili Schönemann, and there’s a garden named after her on the north side.

The palace was given its Neo-Baroque architecture by the wealthy businessman Adolf von Büsing at the end of the 19th century, and after being hit by bombs in the Second World War wouldn’t be fully restored until the 1980s.

There’s a line-up of concerts in the courtyard during the summer, such as for the Main World Music Festival at the beginning of July.

4. Klingspor Museum

Indispensible for graphic designers, this museum in the south wing of the Büsing Palais is all about typefaces and typography.

The museum’s name comes from the Klingspor Type Foundry, which was in business from 1906 and 1956 and produced an array of foundry types, like Peter Behrens’ “Behrens Roman”, and most famously Rudolf Koch’s widely used Neuland and Kabel.

You can view the work of these feted type designers in the galleries, as well as the largest collection of printed works by the experimental typographer Hendrik Nicolaas Werkman outside the Netherlands.

There are up to five temporary exhibitions each year, mostly in the field of book design.

Recent shows have featured works by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Max Slevogt, Andy Warhol and Joan Miró.

5. German Leather Museum

Offenbach has had a leather industry since the end of the 18th century, so is just the place for a museum about leather and its applications around the world.

The museum is now more than a century old and exhibits masterpieces of leather design from the Middle Ages to the present.

You can browse armour, shields, masks, cases belonging to Napoleon and Empress Joséphine, as well as finely crafted pieces by Louis Vuitton.

There’s also an ethnographic collection of leather items from America, Africa and Asia, with artefacts like shadow puppets from Southeast Asia and a ceremonial dress from North America’s Lakota people.

The German Shoe Museum is a separate collection and has more than 15,000 pieces of footwear, from a Roman legionary’s boot to silk shoes worn by the Hessian nobility in the 1700s.

6. Wetterpark

Offenbach could claim to be Germany’s “weather city” as it is the headquarters for the German Weather Service (Deutsches Wetterdienst). Along those lines there’s a free, meteorologically themed park in the southeast of the city.

Over 20,000 square metres there’s an adventure trail with stations demonstrating the physics behind solar energy, air pressure, precipitation, fog and the earth’s atmosphere, all in ingenious ways.

The park also has a visitor centre, with interactive models allowing you to view the mechanics of a tornado and generate storms with a hairdryer.

The Sicht Turm in the park is a 12.3-metre lookout tower granting views over Offenbach to Frankfurt’s skyscrapers.

This western extension of the city was built over five four decades from the 1870s up to the First World War as a neighbourhood for Offenbach’s burgeoning middle and upper classes.

Heading west from the centre of Offenbach, the neighbourhood starts right after the German Leather Museum on Ludwigstraße and spreads across three or four blocks across and down.

Nowadays Westend is still the preferred address for Frankfurt and Offenbach’s wealthier citizens and is a posh place to potter around for a while.

The grand villas on these streets were built mostly by just one company, Gebrüder Hasenbach and are in the Historicist and Art Nouveau styles of the time.

Practically all of these homes have survived to the 21st century in their original state, as the Westend escape the worst of the bombing in the war.

8. Alter Friedhof

It might sound morbid, but Offenbach’s old cemetery is a top-notch place to go for a walk.

This burial ground goes back to 1832 and is now a listed monument, for its historic memorials and beautiful alley of plane trees that were planted almost 200 years ago.

Some of the architecture is exquisite, like the Art Nouveau Krumm Mausoleum, which has a mosaic in its dome depicting a starry sky.

There are also Jewish plots, as well as tombs for important figures like the first Hessian Prime Minister Carl Ulrich.

Old monuments have also found their place in the Alter Friedhof, like the memorial for Offenbach’s fallen in the Franco-Prussian war of 1870-71.

9. Haus der Stadtgeschichte

eated when the municipal museum and city archives were placed under the same roof, the Haus der Stadtgeschichte is a historical museum mapping 10,000 years of Offenbach’s history.

The volume of artefacts and modern design of the galleries have established the museum as a pillar of culture in the eastern Rhine-Main area.

One of the outstanding finds is a Celtic prince’s wagon burial, with an accompanying reconstruction showing how the wagon would have once looked.

There are models of Offenbach from 1800 and 1850, illustrating the city’s swift development, while the works of several of the region’s faience manufactories have made their way to the museum.

Upstairs is a delightful Rococo dollhouse belonging to the wealthy merchant D’Orville family and dating to 1757.

10. Waldzoo Offenbach

On Offenbach’s southern limits is an animal park for mostly European domestic species.

The zoo prides itself on interaction, and you can even buy bags of animal feed at the entrance.

Beside unpaved paths in woodland there are large paddocks for Scottish Highland cattle, domestic pigs, goats and sheep.

Kids will adore the miniature Shetland ponies, which barely get up to waist height.

The zoo also acts as a rescue centre for unwanted exotic pets like turtles, parrots and cockatiels, while two of the more exotic wild species are capybaras and kangaroos.

11. Capitol

A few short steps from the Büsing Palais is a Neoclassical theatre and conference centre with an absorbing background.

The Capitol was completed in 1916 as a synagogue and community centre for Offenbach’s large Jewish population.

Inside and out, what grabs the eye is the rotunda, which has a thirty-metre-high dome supported by reinforced concrete, a brand new material at the time.

The interior was gutted on Kristallnacht in 1938, but the building survived the arson attack and was sold off to become a cinema and theatre.

By the 90s this had fallen into disrepair, but was renovated in the 1990s and is a memorable venue for classical music concerts, gigs by pop bands, musicals, stand-up comedy, plays and corporate conferences.

12. Wilhelmsplatz

Navigating Offenbach on foot there’s a good chance you’ll end up on this spacious rectangular square in the centre of the city.

Wilhelmsplatz is lined on two sides by chestnut trees and is the scene for Offenbach’s weekly market, which we’ll talk about next.

Curiously, this space was once the city’s main cemetery, and the last burial took place in 1832. Graves were still being found and moved to the Alter Friedhof as recently as 2009, when the square was given a thorough makeover.

Wilhelmsplatz is bordered on all four sides by apartment buildings, but the monument to look out for is the Markthäuschen, a cute little market hall built on the north side in the early 1910s.

Since 1986 this has been a restaurant where you can sample the local Apfelwein cider.

13. Wochenmarkt

People come from far and wide, particularly Frankfurt, to shop at the market that trades at Wilhelmsplatz on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

In summer Offenbach’s market has real charm and at this time of year the bars, cafes and bistros spread onto the pavement and mingle with the stalls under the shade of the chestnut trees.

The market’s traders sell fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs, dairy and eggs, meat, pastries, confectionery, spices, tea and coffee, and much of the fresh produce is regional.

Offenbach’s population is diverse, so you can also pick up international specialities like Greek fetta and olives, Turkish honey and Italian baked goods like cannoli and pandoro.

14. Mainufer

The Main was once a shipping artery, and warehouses and waterside industry crowded the left bank.

But since the end of the 20th century the riverside has been reclaimed as a green recreation area and most of the traffic on the water now is private yachts.

Paired with new residential developments the Mainuferpark is a strip of lawns, with cycling and walking paths trimmed by poplar trees.

Every few metres there are benches where you can watch the river go by and feed the swans and ducks, and beside the promenade are playgrounds for kids and sports facilities.

15. Frankfurt

More than 1,000 years old, this city on the river Main could call itself a metropolis since 1954. Jürgen Eichenauer was the leader of the city's story. The history of the city is recorded in detail in the archive and in the museum. Offenbach is a factory city and was a center of the leather industry. In truth, Offenbach is simply a friendly little town just outside the city of Frankfurt with a neighbourly atmosphere. People could call it a suburb of Frankfurt but Offenbach residents would never agree to that and like to think of it as its own entity. Both cities are lined up right next to the Main, which are perfect destinations to get to by bicycle. After Frankfurt, Offenbach has the highest population of foreign residents in Germany, who work mainly in banking and service industries.

Shopping in Offenbach is really calm and friendly. They have pedestrian zones all along Frankfurterstraße and Herrnstraße making it easier for people to get around and see stuff without it being to overcrowded. Wilhelmsplatz has a Farmers Market that is open every Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday mornings where everyone stops by to get fresh products and for every Saturday morning, and there are varied items for sale at the Offenbach Flea Market.

This club located on the Main River and was a created for meeting halls but they could not meet the building costs. They decided to rent out the place to a group of people who created MTW, one of the biggest clubs in Offenbach with 3 levels of dancing all night.

Where the River Main shows itself from its most serpentine side

Offenbach is located along the most beautiful parts of the River Main. The city boasts imposing industrial relics, historical monuments and a varied art and cultural scene. The Klingspor Museum Offenbach of International Book Art, Typography and Calligraphy and the German Leather Museum, for example, are  both internationally renowned. The Offenbach Weather Park, which uniquely illustrates climate phenomena from lightning to tornadoes, is also well worth the  visit. Offenbach am Main is an industrial center with the reputation of a leading manufacturer of leather goods across the globe. It’s located in the German state of Hesse , right next to Frankfurt am Main .

It is considered among the biggest museums of the world in the midst of a wide variety of collection of leather items. All along the leather stuff, it also includes a number of exhibits, which are thought to be more than 3,000 years old.

You will get to see three wings in the museum, namely, the German Shoe Museum, the Museum for Applied Art and the Ethnology Museum. The museum takes account of a grand variety of leather items on show together with shoes, saddles, bookcases, photo albums, leather furniture, and toys.

Sri Lanka 15 Jahre nach dem Bürgerkrieg: „Aufarbeitung gilt als verdächtig“

In Sri Lanka endete vor 15 Jahren der Bürgerkrieg mit einem blutigen Massaker. Südasien-Expertin Karin Zennig von Medico International über fehlendes Gedenken und Kontinuitäten der Diskriminierung.

Frankfurter Rundschau: Frau Zennig, am 18. Mai jährt sich das Massaker von Mullivaikkal zum 15. Mal. 2009 führte die singhalesisch-buddhistisch dominierte Regierung Sri Lankas einen Krieg gegen die hinduistische Minderheit der Tamilen und deren Rebellengruppe „Tamil Tigers“ – oder LTTE. Warum ist der 18. Mai auch heute noch so relevant?

Karin Zennig: Am 18. Mai 2009 findet eine bis dato über 25-jährige Bürgerkriegs-Auseinandersetzung ein sehr brachiales und brutales Ende. Ich muss dazu etwas in die Geschichte einsteigen: Ende 2008 wird durch die Einnahme von Kilinochchi – quasi die Hauptstadt der tamilischen Autonomieregion – durch die sri-lankische Armee die letzte Phase des Krieges eingeleitet. In Kilinochchi hatten Hunderttausende Schutz gesucht. Die sri-lankische Armee treibt diese Menschen gen Osten in Richtung Meer – und zwar von einer „no fire zone“ zur nächsten, wobei diese angeblichen Schutzzonen auch bombardiert werden. Das endet dann am 18. Mai auf dem Strandstreifen in Mullivaikkal, wo die verbleibenden Tamil:innen unterschiedslos ob Zivilist:innen oder LTTE-Kämpfer aus der Luft, vom Wasser und vom Land aus bombardiert werden. Nach UN-Angaben starben Zehntausende Menschen alleine in dieser letzten Kriegsphase – sie ist sehr exemplarisch für das Modell einer neuen Kriegsführung, in der unter dem Schirm „Krieg gegen den Terror“ die Kategorie „Zivilisten“ aufgehoben wurde.

Was meinen Sie damit konkret?

Es gibt viele Dokumentationen von Kriegsverbrechen in Sri Lanka. Es wurden Phosphor- und Streubomben eingesetzt, es gab die „no fire zone“-Beschüsse und Menschen, die kapitulieren wollten – sowohl Kombatant:innen als auch Zivilist:innen – sind zu Tausenden verschwunden. Sri Lanka hat eine der höchsten Zahlen der verschwundengelassenen Personen weltweit. In der letzten Phase des Krieges wurden eben nicht nur Frontlinien oder LTTE-Bastionen bombardiert, sondern systematisch Krankenhäuser, Schulen und Menschenschlangen an Essensausgaben – also dezidiert zivile Infrastruktur. Daran zeigt sich die Dehumanisierung, die mit der Deklarierung als Terroristen einhergeht.

Aber auch in vielen Kriegen davor kamen schon massenhaft Zivilist:innen ums Leben.

Warum wir das als Geburtsstunde einer neuen Form der Kriegsführung im „Kampf gegen den Terrorismus“ interpretieren geht auch darauf zurück, dass 2002 eigentlich ein Friedensprozess begonnen hatte: LTTE-Mitglieder waren in Europa zu Verhandlungen, es gab sehr viel Tourismus auf der Insel. Und das endete 2006 mit der Entscheidung der EU, die vorher stark die Friedensprozesse unterstützt hatte, die LTTE nun auf die Liste der Terrororganisationen zu setzen. Drei Monate nach dieser Entscheidung beginnt die Invasion der sri-lankischen Armee in den Tamilengebieten, die dann zu Mullivaikkal führte. International wurde diese „Sri Lanka Solution“ genau beobachtet und geschaut, was man mit einer Minderheit im Land alles machen kann.

Aber die LTTE war ja eine Terrororganisation – auch die Rebellen töteten Zivilpersonen und setzten sogar Kindersoldaten ein.

Ja, es gibt diverse Kriegsverbrechen, die von der LTTE verübt wurden und die sind auch unbedingt anzuklagen und aufzuarbeiten. Diese Aktivitäten hatten während des Bürgerkriegs bis 2002 aber nicht zur Einstufung als Terrororganisation geführt. So konnte es Friedensgespräche geben. Die Kategorisierung der LTTE als Terrororganisation durch die EU kam dann 2006 quasi unabhängig von bestimmten Handlungen. Damit wurde die LTTE per Definition aus dem Status der Verhandlungspartner herauskatapultiert und zum scheinbar legitimen Ziel der Vernichtung deklariert.

Und nach 2009?

Der 18. Mai 2009 wurde zum offiziellen Ende des Krieges erklärt. Die Gewalt gegenüber den Tamil:innen endete an diesem Tag aber nicht. Die Überlebenden von Mullivaikkal wurden in sogenannten Welfare Camps untergebracht, was eigentlich Gefangenenlager waren ohne jede sanitäre Infrastruktur und absolut unzureichender Gesundheits- und Nahrungsmittelversorgung. Psychologische Betreuung wurde dort explizit untersagt. Weil Tamil:innen zu Terroristen erklärt wurden, setzte sich die Logik der Entrechtung in diesen Camps fort und das teils noch jahrelang. In den Camps gab es Vergewaltigungen, Folter, Hunger. Viele Männer starben oder verschwanden: Wir reden da über Tausende von Verschwundengelassenen nach 2009 und bis zu 400 000 Vertriebene. Folter gab es bis 2016/17.

Es gibt innerhalb des sri-lankischen Staates eine Ideologie der singhalesisch-buddhistischen Mehrheitsgesellschaft, die national-chauvinistische Züge trägt. Das, was vom singhalesischen Staat als Kriegsende gedeutet wird, ist ein „Heldentag“, während es für die Tamil:innen der Höhepunkt ihrer Gewaltgeschichte ist. Und die Diskrepanz dieser Erinnerungserzählungen findet keinen Raum, weil die Regierung, die den Krieg geführt hat, auch danach an der Macht blieb. Es werden keinerlei Kriegsverbrechen aufgearbeitet, es gibt keine Dokumentation von Verschwundenen. Es gibt keine Rechtsstaatlichkeit, sondern nur die Justiz der Sieger. Und eben keine Orte für Erinnerungen und Aufarbeitung geschweige denn von sozialpsychologischer Betreuung. Es gibt mittlerweile zwar über internationale Mechanismen erpresste Institutionen für Aufarbeitung, wie zum Beispiel das „Office on missing persons“, aber da passiert nichts.

Und wie äußert sich die Diskriminierung heute?

Es gibt eine an der Frage von Landrechten geführte Politik der Buddhifizierung in Sri Lanka. Besonders hervor tut sich da das Ministerium für Archäologie, das in großer Geschwindigkeit Ländereien und wichtige hinduistische religiöse Stätten als buddhistische umdefiniert und sie vom Militär annektieren lässt. Gerade aktuell ist das mit einem 2000 Jahre alten Tempel in der Nähe von Vavuniya, das ist quasi das Tor zum traditionellen tamilischen Siedlungsgebiet, passiert. Das tamilische Siedlungsgebiet ist mittlerweile durch großflächige Militärbasen fragmentiert, die auch große landwirtschaftliche Betriebe beinhalten auf denen wieder Tamil:innen unter prekären Bedingungen arbeiten.

Medico arbeitet in Sri Lanka mit der Gruppe Social Economic & Environmental Developers (SEED) zusammen. Was macht diese NGO?

Die Organisation SEED arbeitet schon sehr lange im tamilischen Inselnorden. Sie waren unter anderem sehr aktiv darin, Insassen der Camps, die es nach dem Bürgerkrieg gab, zu ermöglichen, die Lager zu verlassen und sich an anderer Stelle wieder anzusiedeln. Im Idealfall an ihren ursprünglichen Wohnorten. Die Organisation versucht, eine Aufarbeitung der im Krieg und in den Camps erlittenen Traumata zu ermöglichen. Man will in den Dörfern, wo die Leute jetzt wieder wohnen, auch Verständigungsprozesse zwischen den Bevölkerungsgruppen anstoßen. Aus unserer Sicht würde man die Arbeit von SEED als antirassistisch und dialogorientiert bezeichnen.

Kann die NGO denn frei arbeiten? Nach den Anschlägen auf Kirchen an Ostern 2019 durch radikale Islamisten hat die Regierung diverse Gesetze verschärft …

Es ist so, dass das Thema Aufarbeitung in Sri Lanka grundsätzlich erstmal als verdächtig gilt oder als rechtfertigungsbedürftig. Und es gibt eine zunehmende Autoritarisierung der sri-lankischen Politik. Ein 2021 verabschiedetes NGO-Gesetz erschwert die Arbeit von Organisationen. Dann gibt es von diesem Jahr ein neues „Internet-Sicherheits-Gesetz“, das neue Möglichkeiten bietet, um die Rede- und Sprechfreiheit einzuschränken. Repression trifft vor allem Menschen, die sich in Sri Lanka für Menschenrechte einsetzen. Sie trifft aber auch Richter, die Gerichtsbeschlüsse gegen die Landaneignungs-Praxis des Ministeriums für Archäologie erlassen. Diese Richter sind zum Beispiel Morddrohungen ausgesetzt.

Hunderte Menschen aus Sri Lanka suchen jedes Jahr auch hierzulande Schutz – meist vergeblich.

Es gibt fast eine Million Tamil:innen, die in der Diaspora leben – unter anderem in Kanada und den USA, aber auch in der Schweiz und in Deutschland. Die sri-lankische Regierung benannte nach dem Kriegsende zentrale Militärgeneräle zu Botschaftern in den Ländern, in die Tamil:innen geflohen sind – um die Diaspora zu kontrollieren. Während des Bürgerkrieges haben Tamil:innen in Deutschland oft Asyl bekommen. Seit dem offiziellen Kriegsende wird Sri Lanka aber als sicher definiert, obwohl es beispielsweise Dokumentationen von Folterungen gibt. Der Aufenthaltsstatus von Tamil:innen ist also unsicher, es gibt ja auch regelmäßig Abschiebungen nach Sri Lanka. Die Möglichkeiten der Tamil:innen zur Aufarbeitung und zum Beispiel zur Aussage gegen Kriegsverbrechen sind also nicht nur im Inland begrenzt, sondern auch im Ausland. Wer in Angst vor Abschiebung lebt, hält sich mit kritischen Äußerungen natürlich zurück.

Eine Wirtschaftskrise infolge der Pandemie hat dazu geführt, dass sich die Anzahl der Menschen, die in Sri Lanka in extremer Armut leben, schätzungsweise verdoppelt hat. Grundnahrungsmittel sind extrem teuer geworden, auch der Zugang zu Gesundheitsdiensten hat sich für viele verschlechtert. Wie ist die Lage heute, ein Jahr, nachdem der IWF ein Rettungspaket in Höhe von drei Milliarden US-Dollar für Sri Lanka bewilligt hat? Was bringt das den Menschen vor Ort?

Also was wir 2022 gesehen haben, dass die Inflation bei über 70 Prozent liegt und dass die Menschen stundenlang für Benzin und Nahrungsmittel anstehen müssen, das ist vorbei. Aber das monetäre Problem des Staates ist nicht behoben, es wird verschoben, von Kredit-Tranche zu Kredit-Tranche. Das Maß der Verelendung ist weiterhin gravierend. Jetzt sind Dinge des täglichen Lebens zwar verfügbar, aber zu wahnsinnig hohen Preisen, die sich niemand leisten kann. Die Leute sind verzweifelt und reduzieren ihre Mahlzeiten und schicken ihre Kinder zum Teil nicht mehr zur Schule. Die Leute gehen zu Tausenden ins Ausland, um da unter den widrigsten Bedingungen zu arbeiten.

Vor allem in die Golfstaaten, wohin es eine legale und illegale Migration gibt. Der Status der Leute, die da arbeiten, ist sehr vulnerabel. Und es gibt sogar sri-lankische Söldner, die in der Ukraine kämpfen, und zwar auf beiden Seiten der Front. Das ist vom Lohn her lukrativ. Und wenn man ein paar Monate durchhält, kann man die jeweilige Staatsbürgerschaft bekommen und wenn man stirbt, bekommen die Hinterbliebenen Geld. Das ist schon bizarr. Und das alles führt zu einem wahnsinnigen Fachkräftemangel in Sri Lanka, auch ganz lapidare Gesundheits- oder Bildungseinrichtungen sind schwer aufrechtzuerhalten in ihrem Betrieb, weil die Ärzte und Ärztinnen fehlen und das Pflegepersonal. Alle, die gehen können, gehen. Und in so einer Situation sind die Konditionen des IWF für die Kreditvergabe, also die Marktliberalisierung mit Maßnahmen wie beispielsweise der Privatisierung von diversen Staatsunternehmen, bekanntermaßen ein Bärendienst. Das Problem der Überschuldung hat übrigens auch damit zu tun, dass Sri Lanka sich einen immensen Militärapparat leistet.

Kann Tourismus helfen?

Tourismus war ganz lange eine wichtige Einnahmequelle für Sri Lanka, das ist während Corona und über die Osterattentate eingebrochen. Es gibt eine latente Erholung der Tourismusbranche, aber noch nicht auf das Niveau vor 2019. So lange Sri Lanka keine anderen Möglichkeiten findet, seine Wirtschaft zu konsolidieren, ist Tourismus eine der zentralen Säulen und natürlich komplett relevant für das Land.
