Joined this company for almost 7 years. Feel like family. office staff, leader, guides are all very nice and professional. they might be $100 or $200 more than other companies. but they provide better hotels (most of them are 5*), better meals. I wish could join them again after this pandemic!!

Just returned from Portugal/Spain with GoGoTours amidst the riot at Barcelona. A great disappointment with the company and our tour leader. They value money more than safety, having no risk management skills at all. When questioned, the company owner claimed that they already paid for the food and couldn't make any changes and that the tour leader even risked his own life taking 43 of us walking out to dinner. What about group members' lives? To us, GoGoTours has a different set of value system.

My husband and I have joined GoGo Tours since 2015. We are happy with their professional service and reasonable price. The hotels and food they provided were beyond our expectation. We feel safe during our trip with their arrangement and care. That’s why we saw so many return customers. I am surprise to see nasty comments about them. I understand that there are different personalities in each trip. It’s difficult to meet everyone’s demand due to availabilities & cultural difference.

We are a group of seasoned travellers. We have private tours and trips with various travel operators (such as CAA, Trafalgar, Gate 1, Cosmo etc.) until we found GogoTours in 2015. Since then we have travelled with them for 12 times already and have booked 4 more in the coming year. As compared to other companies, we found Gogotours gave us the most value of our money - excellent trip arrangements, outstanding routing, unforgettable good food/hotels, and memorable travel experiences. We have nothing but praises for GoGo Tours of Richmond Hill, Ontario! From the 5 tours I had with them, I could tell GoGo spared no efforts to satisfy its customers. Hotels, foods, tour guides were all excellent. You will get great value for your money. I highly recommend GoGo Tours!

My wife and I have 10 trips with Go Go Tours. We have three more trips coming up this year and one in April 2020. All are with them. It is all because of the caring service they provide. We always get an answer from them in a timely manner. The meals and hotel accommodations they arrange are above our expectations. Their fees are reasonable and are clearly listed in their itinerary. We have absolutely no hesitation to recommend them to our friends

Best tour company I joined ever. All inclusive, good meals, good hotels. Leo and Terry always look after the customers needs. No surprise for any extra charges. Well organized tours.

Very good hotels and delicious meals with no Chinese restaurant. Really a lot to see with the itinerary by GOGO Tours. Therefore we choose to join them though living in Hong Kong.

Most of their tours are fully booked 9 months to 1 year ahead of time. There must be sufficient supporting happy customers around.

This is the worst tour and the tour operator Terry is rude and dishonest, playing tricks and treated their customers badly. Many customers are so unhappy with them and will NEVER go back. Definitely the worst you can find in Toronto.

Disappointed about their attitude,shows not care about client's feedback. Supply bad quality receiver that we are suffer from the loss of understanding about the countries' history /culture. Don't trust their advertising that they are not guaranteed. Sirloin steak stipulated on the advertising never provided. Arrangement was not good, 47 people standing outside the restaurant more than 1/2 hour and end up the reservation was being cancelled. At last we were rushed to have meal somewhere else.

A Fantastic Experience with Goway

The whole experience with Goway, from the planning to the execution, was flawless. This was a 6 month trip to South East Asia. Our Goway specialist provided his experience and expertise resulting in the trip of a lifetime, including culture, history, experiences and interactions with locals. Awesome trip to New Zealand and Australia

We just returned from a trip from New Zealand and Australia. We worked with someone from Goway to plan our itinerary. Natasa was very helpful and patient We did many changes to the original itinerary and we were able to put together an itinerary that allowed us to go to places we were wanting to see and also to fit our budget and timing. The tour companies that were used were great. The hotels were very nice and adequate. We were satisfied with all of our accommodation We would definitely use Goway again to plan another trip

Happy customer

We have used Goway Travel three times so far. The first time was in March 2023, when we went on a safari. We used Goway again in March 2024, for a trip to Hong Kong and Japan. Since we are very happy with the service from Goway, we are now back for our next trip in July. Ankita has planned an amazing trip to Athens, Santorini and Crete. She was excellent in taking care of us. The suggested hotels and tours are spectacular. We are looking forward to a wonderful time.

Maria is The Best

Maria helped us with hotels, tours and transportation for our first trip to Japan. We wanted a blend of booked tours and open time and she mapped out a wonderful itinerary for us, got us rail pass vouchers which were waiting for us at the hotel, and made our trip smooth and fantastic. Worth Every Penny!

When I first hired Goway Travel I was understandably concerned about sending money via the Internet, but they completed all tasks that I paid for, and there were a lot. We were a family of 7. 4 traveling from the U.S. and 3 from Palau. The agent had to coordinate all of these people for 10 days, including air - she did amazing. If I was pressed to say what I was unhappy with, it would be that each email I sent to the agent, I always copied my daughter, who was traveling from Palau so she needed to be in the loop. But the travel agent would never reply all, she would start a new transmission and not include my daughter. That caused a lot of extra work for me. But all in all, it was worth it. We spent 10 days in Thailand and had no issues at all. All transportation, guides, hotels, excursions, etc. were spot on! Thank you, Sherri and Goway Travel!

Arica March 2024

My first group tour and everything was perfect! The tour content, the accommodations, the different foods were first rate. The tour guru Collen from Kiboko was an excellent guide, driver and friend to us all. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant and funny who entertained us all with his smile and helping hand! Our tour group was small with only 9 travellers and proved to be the best companions and new friends for laughing and joking and eating and drinking! Highly recommend GoWay Tours and Kiboko Tours for the very best tour experience! Will definitely use GoWay again. No surprises. Exactly as itinerary states. (Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and South Africa).

OVERALL: The GoWay experience was really great. No hiccups with schedule or drivers and everything went so smoothly. All six of us said our vaca was at least a 9 out of 10. It was a great overall adventure. Some surprises included the monkeys playing and moving all around us on multiple occasions as well as getting to watch a Costa Rica Nicaragua qualifying futbol match in a bar in San Jose!

Africa Adventure

I worked with Alexandra Hale for a group of clients travelling to South Africa for 3 weeks, they have just returned and had an amazing time. She was very good to work with throughout the planning stages of this itinerary. Pamela did an excellent job for us

Pamela did an excellent job for us, the hotels were all clean and modern with the one in Pattaya being exceptional. The private car transfers were really beneficial as cabs in Thailand can be hard to arrange and are often unreliable. The flights she arranged with Thailand all went smooth with no delays. We would definitely use her again - very pleased!

The reason I didn't rate the overall experience a 5 - was she had email issues (several times) - where she was not receiving my emails and I had to follow up several times. Now, was that the truth - I don't know. I'd like to believe it was...and that she wasn't ignoring me.

Excellent Customer Care

From the moment I made my initial query about a tour to arriving home, the customer care was exceptional. My agent Angela was completely open, supportive,fun, friendly, professional, offering excellent ideas and options, explaining the services included and offered. Even after we selected our tour, we had months of back and forth to fine tune the experience to our specifications. Angela was open and always responded quickly, which i very much appreciated. We used Goway for a trip to Egypt and Jordan. What appealed to us particularly was the fact that we were met and escorted every step of the way. From being met at the airport (we did have 1 minor misstep right off the bat, but it was quickly corrected) and escorted through immigration and baggage to a waiting driver and off to our accommodations. Our drivers and tour guides were absolutely fantastic. The guides particularly were extremely knowledgeable, accommodated our particular interests, fun and personable. All accommodations selected were great and met our expectations. Goway has recently launched the use of WhatsApp to connect with them during the trip if anything goes awry, or any questions come up. This is a great extra layer of comfort. I will certainly be recommending Goway to family and friends, and we will definitely use them again.

Magical Morocco Tour

We have just finished a 13 day Morocco Tour. This was indeed a magical tour for us. From the hotels to the destinations. The guide was awesome. His knowledge was exceptional and he communicated it on a personal level. He had intricate knowledge of all the areas we visited. His humour and friendly attitude soon had our group together as a family. Out guide worked tirelessly throughout the tour to deliver an informative adventure of a lifetime. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wishes to expand their knowledge of this wonderful country. It is vibrant, full of colour and wonderful different tastes than we are not used to. The only downside was a small problem with one of the hotels, which once again, our superhero guide got fixed as soon as he was informed. We now have wonderful lifetime memory and many, many photos to remind us.

Totally Morocco

To begin with my trip to Morocco was a dream of a lifetime! It was my first time traveling in a group as I am a solo free spirit traveler who likes the freedom of getting to know the local vibes. Our guide Abdelatif Haydar was absolutely perfect in assuring that my adventure in Morocco will always remain one of my fondest travel memories!! Due to Mr.Haydar's professional demeanor and continuous heartfelt attention to all the group members I will travel again with On the Go Tours!! Hats off to this young man Abdelatif Hayder for remaining so humble and attentive at a job I know to be quite challenging! Thank you... I would like to add that although I was quite ambivalent regarding spending so many hours driving from location to the next I must say our Driver Said was exceptional!! I felt safe at all times and his consideration of stops for either stretching or WC etc. made the trip quite enjoyable. All On-the-Go-Tours employees we've met were courteous and genuinely nice. I think this company tries hard and wants to build an excellent reputation in the market, we felt it every step of the way. Our guide Omar speaks many languages, although I'm an Arabic speaker myself I could not understand Moroccan "Darija" so I had a lot of fun speaking to him in classical Arabic "Fos-ha" which he spoke fluently. My wife who prefers English had no problem communicating with him. Omar deserves to be an ambassador for his country, he sold us Morrocco very well making us wanting to be back. Omar's knowledge of languages, culture, history and biology is amazing.

Memorable Japan

 Japan, what a country and the Japanese are so respectful, helpful and kind. ‘Our world’ could learn from it. The trip went very well, well organised and under the fantastic guidance of Mashira, our tour guide for the Tokyo to Takayama trip. He went out of his way all the time to answer questions, explain the sites, their history and much more. He also guided us seamlessly through the efficient national network of transport. The hotels were all well positioned within the cities and at Lake Kawaguchi, from which we had an excellent view of Mount Fuji. Having Takayama in your program can be recommended, as it gives another impression of (rural) Japan, after you have visited the (busy) cities. Every part of the program worked, leaving some free time. Some of the food was included, but on those days when it wasn’t, there was so much choice and shops near to the hotels and with good value for money in many cases. And, we had a bit of the cherry blossom. Thank you for the most enjoyable time and memorable trip.

Enchanting Morocco

As a traveler, I take in both good and bad. Overall, the experience was excellent. The destinations were worth seeing, accommodations were okay, the tajine chicken with prunes in Fes was my most favorite Moroccan meal, and the minivan was clean and comfortable. Our guide Omar was simply the best. He happens to be a great singer as well. Mustafa was a safe and excellent driver.

Bad experience. Would not recommend

We did the Norway Fjords and Charms 8 day tour with Helena (tour guide). Unfortunately, she was disorganized and incompetent and didn’t know anything about Norway. She made us eat in gas stations most of the trip and would tell us about all of the sites that were cool but that we couldn’t see because it would be closed by the time we arrived. I’ll never use this company again because of her. The bus driver (Tomash) was wonderful and the accommodations were good.

Marvelous 🇲🇦 Morocco

We had an absolutely fabulous experience! We were on the Morocco imperial tour. Our Tour Guide, Omar El Ghaly, was the absolute best guy we’ve ever ever had. He is so knowledgeable about the culture in history. He was so kind and cared so much about each of us. He’s even helping me find some pottery pieces after I return home from my trip. I would honestly take this exact trip again.

Our Magical Morocco trip was incredible! Omar was a wonderful guide, who shared so much historical, cultural and geographical information. His friendliness, sense of humour, kindness and organization made this a once in a lifetime adventure. Our driver Daoud was also wonderful and by the time we finished our private tour, they both felt like family to us. The tour itself encompassed everything we could hope to cover in Morocco. The mosques, kasbahs, souks, national parks, Sahara desert (camel trek and overnight was a bucket list item, and still fills my heart). Through it all, Omar kept everything running smoothly. There is so much to explore in Morocco! The accommodations were comfortable and we felt at home in each one. We loved staying in the riads. Thank you Omar and Daoud, for showing us your beautiful country!

Service of guide unacceptable

Service of guide unacceptable. Our guide for ther Egypt part of the tour- Amir-knew of a special request we had lodged re the Nile Cruise, it was not actioned or followed thru. He did nothing, we fixed the issue ourselves. The night tour of the temple of Luxor was recommended by him it was over priced and overrated, with the food at the restaurant recommended by him terrible. He then committed the worst sin of a guide- leaving behind two passengers on the bus at the Valley of the Kings site.His Egypt knowledge was ok, his guiding skills were less than acceptable.0

The whole tour was fantastically though out. We stayed in a selection of different accommodations which gave a true Moroccan experience. What an amazing diverse country, we saw and learnt so much. Our guide Jamal was very supportive and funny and the driver really good. I really recommended this tour!
