Le Zoo African Safari

600 animaux sauvages, 80 espèces, 20 hectares.

Le parc zoologique African Safari est un lieu de loisirs atypique où vous pourrez faire la rencontre de nombreux animaux (éléphants d’Afrique, girafes, lions, zèbres, gnous, watusis, tigres, hippopotames, rhinocéros, chimpanzés, kangourou roux…).

Ouvert tous les jours et toute l’année, il est composé de deux espaces à visiter :

• La réserve africaine qui vous offre une superbe balade à bord de votre véhicule, au milieu des animaux d’Afrique en semi-liberté, comme dans un véritable safari,
• Le parc à pied dans lequel vivent des espèces issues de la faune mondiale, ainsi que les otaries et les oiseaux qui se mettent en scène lors de spectacles étonnants.

Basé au cœur d’une forêt de chênes, le parc ombragé est un lieu agréable en toutes saisons et idéal pour toute la famille. L’African Safari accueille près de 160 000 visiteurs par an.

Ouverture horaires 2024

African Safari est ouvert tous les jours de l’année ! Il peut être fermé exceptionnellement en cas de problèmes météorologiques ou de travaux. Voici les horaires d’ouverture : – en janvier, février et mars de 10h à 18h – en avril, mai, juin, juillet, août et septembre de 9h30 à 19h30 – en octobre, novembre et décembre de 10h à 18h. Dernière entrée une heure avant la fermeture.

Tarifs billets 2024

Quel est le prix du billet d’entrée au parc African Safari ? Le tarif comprend la visite de la réserve, la visite du parc à pied ainsi que les animations du jour. Attention, afin d’améliorer votre visite et limiter l’attente en caisse, la réservation en ligne est recommandée hors abonnés, tarifs réduits, billets prépayés (tarifs sérénité, billets CSE,…).

Zoological Park African Safari

Leisure centre in plaisance-du-touch.

Only 20 minutes from Toulouse , Plaisance-du-Touch , the African Safari Zoo invites you to discover 600 wild animals from 80 species, some of which are threatened with extinction.

On the program for visitors: fun and educational discovery of the African reserve ( at the wheel of his car ) and shaded walking park, sea lion shows and birds ( in season). An ideal outing for kids and family!

The park is working on preservation of these species including participating in programs of Livestock and Studbooks Europeans ( EEP and ESB).

On site: free parking, a cafeteria with terrace, two picnic areas - outdoor and covered with mist, a playground, two shops.

Groups (minimum 20 people - professionally ), several options are available to complement the visit: catering, room rental, Christmas Tree. Two areas and two reception rooms are available to them.

The park is open every day, all year round.

Great proximity with animals

The zoo starts with a nice visit by car. You can see, in live, many animals from your vehicle. Then, after easily parking the car, you visit the zoo by foot. The proximity with animals is really close...

I loved this zoo. You get to drive thru if you want or walk on certain paths. Some exhibits were closed but the other ones were open. The animals are friendly.

Close to seeing Africa in SW France

If the Zoo a Plaisance was just the zoo on foot part, it would still be good, but the opportunity to drive past animals in a natural, uncaged habitat is close to how you see them on an African Safari....

Plaisance-du-Touch. Les apéros-concerts laissent place aux animations estivales

Avec le début de l’été les apéros concerts du jeudi, deux événements musicaux annuels, ont fait échos à l’école des arts et au lac François Soula. Les groupes enthousiastes de l’école de musique ont donné envie de danser et de bouger sur des airs de rock, de jazz ou encore de blues. Pour le dernier rendez-vous à la guinguette les batteurs, Plaisant’Swing Band et plusieurs groupes de musiques actuelles avec chanteuse de l’école de musique ont offert une soirée riche en harmonie et rythmes. Le public était nombreux et les familles fières de voir se produire leurs enfants musiciens. Les prestations étaient remarquables et le plaisir de jouer ensemble évident. Cette année, l’équipe municipale, en lien avec les associations et les structures plaisançoises, a imaginé "La Touch d’Eté" un programme d’événements pour animer la ville tout au long de l’été. Une envie de faire un plouf : la piscine municipale accueille le public de 13h à 19h tous les jours sauf le mardi avec notamment le jeudi 11 juillet "la médiathèque hors les murs à la piscine" pour les plus petits lectures offerte par les médiathécaires, lecture libre, quiz jeux olympiques. La maison des habitants proposera des rencontres et des animations pour tous. Le 13 juillet musique, soirée dansante à la guinguette et le feu d’artifice sera tiré à 23 h, se dépayser au zoo African Safari ou s’initier au golf à Téoula. La découverte d’une activité sportive pour les jeunes est proposée avec le nouveau programme Pass Sport.
