RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns must be accompanied by an original or copy of the receipt within 30 days. There are no refunds/credits after 30 days. Electrical items, tools, installed parts, and some special order items are non-refundable/non-returnable.

All items returned are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee unless other arrangements were made at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item was received damaged or defective, or an error was made on our part when processing your order. Please contact us for any further questions on non-returnable items.

In order to return any products you must contact our customer service at 1-800-341-7757 and obtain an RGA number and write it large and clear on the box being returned. Also care must be taken by you the customer to pack the returned merchandise carefully so that it does not get damaged when sent back to us. Off Road Warehouse is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment back to us and the product will become non-returnable if it becomes damaged during the return shipment.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Any customer that receives damaged or defective merchandise should contact Off Road Warehouse immediately and at the latest within 30 days of the Invoice/Purchase date.

Please contact the Customer Service line at 1-800-341-7757 for more information on returning the merchandise to us and how long it will take to receive a replacement.

Off Road Warehouse does its best to make sure that all merchandise is free of defects and is shipped safely but accidents in shipping and transportation as well as manufacturing defects do happen. We will be happy to help you out and get you new merchandise as quickly as possible.

Order Cancelations

Order Cancelations are not guaranteed. Orders are processed once they are received, In some cases these are with third party vendors and manufactors. We will do everything in our power to stop an Order already in motion but sometimes we are unable to do so.

If you request a cancellation, we will confirm the order is canceled prior to issuing a refund. If your order is not able to be canceled, you must follow the Return Policy Guidelines outlined above.

Been looking at options for safari racks. They seem fairly similar on paper. I looking to haul kayak's, camping gear or a canoe. Not all at the same time, but want the versatility to do any of those. I see the range goes from like 200-500lbs plus and the $ money ranges as well. I have a hard top, for now. So I'd lime to be able to remove/install that top and a softie when I get one without removing the rack. If any of you have something like that, sure would love to hear what you think of it and see it on your rig. Thanks in advance. Oh, its a 2 door 2015  

I just recently installed the barricade rack on my 4d. Got it from Ryan at XT for a great price! It's decent, not a garvin but it doesn't have the garvin price either. I can easily remove my freedom panels with the crossbars in and can also remove the top without taking rack off. If you had a soft top, you would need to remove the crossbars to take top down but it wouldn't be difficult. For the price, I really like it and it's sturdy! Only other thing to consider is that in order to mount the rear to your frame you will need to remove or modify the factory rear bumper.  

I just intalled the gobi stealth. love it, very expensive, but you get what you pay for.  

I don't have one but I want one and have done some research on them. It seems the Gobi stealth is the way to go if you want quality and quiet. and no drilling into your body. Just a bit more $$  

No drilling is a must. I seen quite a few that you had to drill in the body or modify/cut factory bumper. I do plan on upgrading bumpers eventually. But the need to haul is first.  

Been eyeing the rugged ridge Sherpa. Says no drilling or body modifications but nothing of the bumper. If I had to cut the bumper a bit it wouldn't be such a big deal.  

Gobi. No drill, tilts back for top removal. Amazing quality of build. Everything fits perfectly no vehicle modifications. Expensive. Buy once, cry once. Do it right the first time.

I had the Kongo Cage Kargo Master with the safari basket. No drilling. Hauled my paddleboards perfectly. No drilling and install was very easy. Think I payed around $900 2 years ago. It's sold now. This pic was a few years old.
