Probeer eerst een website te openen in een andere browser (zoals Microsoft Edge Safari Epiphany of Chromium ).

Als geen enkele andere browser de website kan laden, ga dan verder naar de sectie Geen enkele browser kan websites laden .
Als de andere browsers de website wel kunnen laden, ga dan verder naar de sectie Firefox kan geen websites laden, maar andere browsers wel .

Geen enkele browser kan websites laden

Kan geen websites laden na het bijwerken van Firefox

Als u eerder websites kon laden totdat u Firefox bijwerkte, is het waarschijnlijk dat uw internetbeveiligingssoftware (waaronder firewalls, antivirusprogramma’s, antispywareprogramma’s en meer) tegengaat dat Firefox verbinding maakt met het internet. Sommige internetbeveiligingsprogramma’s kunnen toegang tot het internet blokkeren, zelfs wanneer deze zich in de status ‘uitgeschakeld’ bevinden.

Verbindingsinstellingen van Firefox

Als u verbinding met het internet maakt via een proxyserver die verbindingsproblemen heeft, kunt u geen websites laden. Om uw verbindingsinstellingen in Firefox te controleren:

Selecteer het paneel Algemeen .
Scroll omlaag naar Netwerkinstellingen en klik op Instellingen… .
Als u geen verbinding met het internet maakt via een proxy (of niet weet of u verbinding maakt via een proxy), selecteer dan Geen proxy .
Als u verbinding met het internet maakt via een proxy, vergelijk dan de verbindingsinstellingen van Firefox met uw systeeminstellingen. In Microsoft Edge kunt u naar Instellingen → Systeem en Prestaties gaan (of ga in Google Chrome naar Instellingen → Systeem ) en De proxy-instellingen van uw computer Openen selecteren om uw systeeminstellingen te bekijken. Firefox ondersteunt standaard IPv6 , wat op bepaalde systemen verbindingsproblemen kan veroorzaken. Om IPv6 in Firefox uit te schakelen:

Hallo, Ik had op mijn ipad altijd normaal toegang tot mijn yahoo mail, thuis en in het buitenland. Vorige week was ik in Turkije, ik heb mijn yahoo mail één keer geopend, maar daarna lukte het me niet meer toegang te krijgen tot mijn yahoo mail. Als ik op het icoontje van yahoo mail klik, komt er een witte pagina. Op de yahoo pagina staat:Safari kan de pagina niet openen omdat de server onvindbaar is. Wat kan ik doen om weer toegang te krijgen tot mijn yahoo mail? Iets veranderen in de instellingen? Maar wat? Hotmail, geen probleem Groeten, beatrix

Safari ligt eruit.

Goedemorgen manamana, Cookies enz had ik al gewist. Op mijn eigen pc heb ik Safari en toegang tot mijn yahoo mail. Mijn ipad gejailbreakt? Nee. OK Safari ligt eruit. Mijn probleem:geen toegang tot yahoo mail op mijn ipad, dus wat kan ik doen?

Ik kan me hier heel wat bij voorstellen, maar er moet ook voor getest worden en we kunnen wel wat informatie gebruiken: a. Gebruik je die iPad alleen via Wifi, dus dat je geen mobiel internet abonnement er bij hebt? Mocht je toch beide opties beschikbaar hebben, switch even over naar de andere verbindingsvorm en kijk of je het probleem daar ook hebt. b. [Dit heb je al getest:] Mocht je de iPad alleen via Wifi gebruiken, schakel 'm eens uit en ga over het Wifi netwerk van de buren (of kennissen etc.) om te zien of het probleem er dan ook (nog) is. c. Heb je je iPad wel bijgewerkt? Er zijn recent certificaten herroepen vanwege hacks, waardoor https verkeer naar die Yahoo server mogelijk niet meer werkt zónder die update. d. Staat je tijdzone nu weer op Amsterdam ipv. (bijv.) Istanbul? Kijk na in de instellingen van de iPad. Kijk zowiezo datum + tijd na. Tijs.

Tijdzone, updates enz , alles in orde. Had ineens het idee, een app yahoo mail, zou dat mij yahoo mail op m'n ipad terugbrengen? Ja!! Het belangrijkste is dat ik weer yahoo mail op mijn ipad heb. Waarom ik eerst wel yahoo mail via safari kon openen en daarna niet meer blijft een raadsel. Mijn probleem is in ieder geval opgelost. Bedankt voor het meedenken, manamana en Tijs. groeten, beatrix

Tijd- en datuminstellingen

Hoewel het misschien vreemd klinkt dat uw tijdinstellingen iets te maken kunnen hebben met het foutbericht 'Safari kan geen veilige verbinding met de server tot stand brengen', is dit mogelijk het geval op Apple-apparaten. Er kunnen onverwachte problemen optreden na het installeren van een nieuw programma, het bezoeken van een beveiligde website of het instellen van nieuwe apps. Open Systeemvoorkeuren in het Apple- menu.
Selecteer Netwerk .
Klik op Geavanceerd en kies het tabblad DNS .
