The staff did an awesome job supporting our special needs requirements as well as early arrival accommodation. Special thanks to the lead manager who went out of her way to provide us an improved room solution (replacing two individual rooms with the executive suite which also allowed for better wheelchair maneuverability).

Staff was nice. Very near main attractions. Property in excellent conditions.

Thé bedroom was spacious and very clean, with a nice view in the Seine. A shower and a bathtub were also very much appreciated for the little one. Breakfast was amazing and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Special thanks to John, who helped us at the elevator ! A good address to keep, close to all amenities in Paris.

I did not use the hotel's parking service. Other services were great. Close to two metro stations Bir Hakeim and Javel as well as RER/train which runs in the city and the metropolitan area. The hotel has a fitness center and swimming pool and an excellent complimentary/free breakfast. Only thing is that you cannot adjust room temperature on your desired. Airconditioning is very weak and runs all the time. Windows cannot be opened. Also, the hairdryer is 35-45 years old and very weak. I saw a similar hairdryer in the Cosmos hotel in Moscow which was built by the French in 1980s. Overall, the hotel was worth for my money.

Old and run down. Rooms are the size of a shoe box. Room service wouldn’t clean our room because our luggage was opened up on the floor. NOT a 15min walk to the Eiffel Tower as advertised. More like 25min.

A small replica of the Statue of Liberty stands at the entrance to the hotel. Inside, the lobby is usually bustling and crowded, and feels a bit like an airport. Floor-to-ceiling windows, large gray striped area rugs, red tables, and gray couches create a seating area on one side of the lobby, while the other side includes neutral modern chairs set on white tile. Modern Asian decorations are matched to tan tile and wood tones throughout the Benkay Restaurant, and there are beautiful views of Paris and the Seine River. Bar Le Seine is a casual space with neon high chairs, gray carpet, and flat-screen TVs mounted on the walls in addition to colorful mood lighting and soft couches. Jazz music plays throughout the Novotel Cafe and there are dark wood countertops in the serving area. Wood floors, yellow modern chairs, and navy blue carpet also decorate the space. Outside, there is a lovely terrace space with gray wicker furniture. Guests run the gamut from families to couples, business travelers, and locals on staycation. 

Overlooking the Seine, a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower

The Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel does have views of the Eiffel Tower, but expect a 20-minute walk to the iconic structure. The location is more convenient to Pont de Grenelle, the Statue of Liberty-Paris, shops, and restaurants, which are a five-minute walk away. Pont Mirabeau, Bir Hakeim and Charles Michel metro lines, as well as Maison de la Radio, are a 10-minute walk from the hotel, while Palais de Chaillot, Champ de Mars, and the Eiffel Tower are a 10-minute drive. The Arc de Triomphe and the Musee d'Orsay are also a 10-minute drive away, while the Louvre and Notre Dame Cathedral are 15 minutes by car or cab. The metro can reach the Louvre or Musee d'Orsay in 30 minutes. Orly Airport and Charles de Gaulle Airport are 20 and 30 minutes away by car, respectively, though those times depend on traffic. Only valet parking is available at the hotel, but taxis are plentiful and the neighborhood is walkable. 

Minimalist with clean lines and abstract art 

Minimalist clean lines and a neutral color palette adorn all of the spacious rooms (starting at 20 square meters, or 215 square feet), while abstract art on the walls adds a bit of color. Brown carpets, tan armchairs, and light wood furniture look simple, but modern, while flat-screen TVs sit on multicolored wood desks. Rooms feature speakers for MP3 players, safes, air-conditioning and minibars with bottled water. Some rooms have living areas, bathrobes, and Nespresso coffeemakers, though others suffer from ventilation noise and lack coffeemakers. Tan and white tile cover modern bathrooms, with blue accent walls and white contemporary sinks. Glassed-in tile showers and Novotel toiletries are provided. However, some rooms don’t have tubs and guests complain about the separate water closet room, which lacks a sink. We also noticed a bit of mold and corrosion in the showers when we visited. The best rooms here have stunning views of Paris and the Seine River, though this is a massive hotel and those views will vary.

Japanese restaurant, French cafe, and a fee for Wi-Fi

Features at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel are convenient and well thought out, though there are fees attached to some that aren't welcome. Authentic Japanese cuisine is served at the Benkay Restaurant and Bar La Seine has snacks, beers, and cocktails. Four distinct breakfast options (for a fee) as well as desserts, sandwiches, pasta, fish, cocktails, wine, and beer are offered at the Novotel Cafe. For travelers truly in a hurry, there's the L’Instant Nomade area with vending machines containing snacks and drinks as well as souvenirs and gifts. Room service is available.

An unexpected indoor pool is framed with neutral chairs and a gray tile deck, as well as a huge skylight overhead. There's also a large fitness center with cardio machines and weights. The business center features Apple computers on white desks in the lobby and meeting rooms are available. Wi-Fi is free for the first two hours, then there's a charge for additional service. Un lugar fantástico para disfrutar de la torre eiffel cuando no quieres utilizar metro. Llegamos en coche he hicimos uso del parking, 24 horas 35 euros. Nos dieron la planta 25 de 31 con unas fantásticas vistas al río sena; una ventana maravillosa. Habitación espaciosa para una familia de 2 adultos y 2 niños. Con nevera y hervidor que se agradece. Wc separado de la ducha. Un poco caos los ascensores, luego entiendes que pulsando tu planta te dice qué ascensor llega antes a,b,c...Desayuno parece que hay colas, no hicimos uso de él porque habíamos leído que había mucha gente y no queríamos perder tiempo. Recepción muy amable y limpieza muy correcta.Torre eiffel a unos 15 minutos andando en línea recta, la acera está en mal estado para sillas de ruedas, con el carrito del bebé pudimos pasar, una silla de ruedas no creo que pudiera, debería ir por la acera d enfrente. Sin duda volvería a repetir.

El hotel en general y las habitaciones se veían muy modernos. Las habitaciones eran amplias y muy cómodas. La ubicación era bastante buena y en general, el personal era muy atento.
