Cancellation policy for hotel booking

• In case of cancellation before 7 days of the proposed date of check in – Full refund.
• In case of cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the proposed date of check in – 25% deduction.
• In case of cancellation 24 hours within the proposed date of check in – No refund.

Cancellation during off season, i.e,. January, February, March, July and August, the   cancellation Policy shall be as follows

• No cancellation charges if cancelled 24 hours in advance.
• No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of check in time.

Location good and convenient for shopping. Good Christmas decorations and entrance was spacious and great meeting place for residents. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful in giving us good tips on shops to visit and site seeing. The visit to the Mysore palace during the day was good but don't miss the evening when the lights lit up the palace it is something you will not see elsewhere. The architecture is beyond ones imagination and you will enjoy the craftsmanship of the artists. the Mysore gardens and the musical fountains at night should not be missed. The breakfast had a Hugh variety which we thoroughly enjoyed with many waiters at our beck and call. Even the manager continually enquiries on the stay of his guests comfort. The dinner at the lower level was enjoyable and the food prepared to our satisfaction.

By far the best hotel in Mysore not only in therms of service & food but even the rooms were brilliant. We visit Mysore once every quarter on work and have stayed at most of the other hotels in the same category but none have come close to the experience we had at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel. The business class rooms were heavenly and complete value for money. The check-in was handled really well by Bopanna and team. The dinner was excellent, definitely the best butter chicken I've had in Mysore. The room service was great and so was the housekeeping. Abin did a great job setting up our room. Our only disappointment was that we didn't get to spend more time at the hotel. Would have loved to try out the spa and relax a little longer. Hopefully next time!

This is one of the best star hotels in Mysore. There is no doubt about it. And also the fact that it has excellent facilities and is situated in a great location. This is why I was surprised when the hotel was available for comparatively lower price(50% off) and booked it at once. The devil was in the details. For that price, it was mentioned that I must pay for Christmas Gala dinner too, which without any surprise, was same price as that of the room rent. And the people in the reception were neither empathic nor surprised. However, all other staff were professional and neat. The accommodation is also great. If one looks to stay in a star hotel in Mysore(for a price, of course), this is a good option. If you are a price sensitive traveller, just be careful about any offer that reduces the room rent. There will be some caveat.

Staff welcomed me at late arrival and got me settled into my room. The room was large, clean, and with character. Downstairs rooms have nice front terrace. The property is picturesque and fun to explore. Quality cafe and restaurants on site and fairly nice complimentary breakfast outside. Staff were always friendly and of service when I dined. When I’d come and go, they’d offer to get me a tuk tuk, asked about my stay and my reasons for travel. The Green Hotel is a soft and comfortable landing when coming to India for the first time. I would return!

A wonderful tranquil end to a busy 5 week yoga holiday in India! Very affordable luxurious lifestyle in a beautifully presented, peaceful environment, tucked away from the hustle & bustle of Mysore! My wife and I booked a ground floor premium studio apartment which was generously sized & well appointed. The private outdoor courtyard shower in the apartment was a unexpectedly fun alternative to use! Staff were calm & attentive to our needs and facilities on site excellent. The manicured grounds, use of green screening, beautifully designed water features, giant chess board, with geese, cocky and turkeys roaming around created a unique & tranquil ambiance. The restaurants, meals & staff were exceptional standard and value. Whilst there treat yourself to a massage! We chose a package comprising the Abhyanga, Shirodhara & Patra Pinda Sweda massage treatments...possibly the best 2 hours' spent on our holiday and such good value! Highly recommend.

This hotel was booked through Priceline which refreshed my search while booking, therefore booking it for incorrect dates and an incorrect number of guests. Since it was booked for the day after my initial booking date (instead of 2 months later, which is when I'll be in India) I couldn't cancel the reservations since it was already 48 hours prior to the reservation. After I contacted Agoda and Priceline, the hotel graciously did not charge me for the mistake. Thanks to this, I will be booking my stay in July with Sandesh The Prince and hope to give another good review. Thank you to the honest people/ management working there.

i quite liked staying at the ginger hotel in mysore though compared to guesthouses or local hotels it is a little more expensive. after several days of traveling through various cities and cheap motels it was nice to have somewhere to relax for several days and get used to living in mysore. it is kind of off on a bit of a side street though, so to get to any outside restaurants (or really, to get anywhere) you'll need to walk for 5-10 minutes (though there is a taxi desk in the hotel and autorickshaw drivers waiting outside the hotel gates). basically, it was great for relaxation/recuperation from stressful travel but there are cheaper options in better locations if you don't mind some sacrifices on amenities.

Our family of 3 stayed at the Parklane Hotel for 3 nights. We had a large double room and our 8 year old slept of the fixed sofa bed. Although the hotel design is quite idiosyncratic you can't fault them for cleanliness, thoughtful touches (everything is labelled, which is actually very helpful), the restaurant serves up very decent food and is good value for money. We would certainly recommend staying here if travelling through Mysore for a few days.

Food is average, not costly too, there is no washroom near the restaurant, the closest one is near the reception which let me down, I don't like using finger bowls. The service is good, the rooms are good with a small but well thought out balcony. Nice bar with a well kept snooker table, maybe not many have used it. Would suggest this resort to everyone going to Mysore unless you are looking for a very cheap option!

Excellent in every way. The staff in every department are amazing. Buffet breakfast and dinner, excellent. We stayed there during the Dussera festival and the hotel provided exclusive seating outside for the guests to observe the parade with refreshments. The cleaning staff and restaurant satff are great, extremely helpful. Only thing I didn't like was the location of the pool. It's a bit small and inconveniently located within a rooftop restaurant for such a big 5 star hotel. Everything else is just pure excellence! As a Travel Consultant I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are visiting Mysore as a tourist. They provided complimentary breakfast and free wi-fi. The swimming pool is on the roof top and the water was not very clean. It was cold too. We booked the room through Agoda and the staff at hotel told us that our kid was not part of the plan. They charged quite a hefty amount for her even though we did not go for a separate bed.

We stay in Bangalore and Mysore seems to be a convenient weekend getaway when we get a long break. We have a young 03 yrs old so we look for places that would be child friendly. This time around in October of 2016,we wanted to try a new place and as most other places were sold out, we landed up for this Resort on a travel portal and voila, we were in for a pleasant surprise. From the moment we landed at the reception, the courteous staff ensured we get the holiday experience and it started with the golf buddy ride to our Cottage Room. The room itself is just one big bedroom and a very small lobby and with an attached huge bathroom but the setting is excellent. It opens up with a sit-out balcony overlooking the lake. We were a bit concerned about mosquitoes but to our surprise, there were'nt any for the greenery and water around, later we realized that the staff spray repellents around the resort each day, so really thank them for that. The Pool is the hero of this place, it's so grand and well designed, that it allows space for everyone to have a good time and it's very child safe and friendly. Luckily, there are many families who choose this place so , its a great way for the young ones to meet their friends, my daughter too made a few here. The hotel management, ensures that the guest get a world class experience and during our stay ,we saw them organize outdoor dinners, entertainment events which was really very nice. The hotel is located next building of Sandesh Prince. I took a standard room which was compact but enough for us. Room was clean and tidy. You have 24 hours hot water supply. Dont expect much from the TV as you will get only free channels and the remote hardly works. As far as the location is concerned, it is well suited. Mysore Palace and St.Philomena church were nearby. You get complimentary breakfast for your stay and the items are really good. I tried their lunch buffet in Sandesh Prince which was 600+tax for non veg on Saturday and its good for its price. Also the car parking might get filled really quick even though the space is ample. Overall, i would definitely book again if im going. Pros: Location of tourist spots, car parking, clean room. Cons: The price of the food is a bomb. I aint paying Rs.400 for a chicken briyani. Best is to order from Swiggy and enjoy your meal.

We stayed in Regenta Central Herald during 2017 Christmas break. No doubt it turned out to be a wise choice for us given proximity to many tourist places (with 5 km). Breakfast was good enough with many choices but was surprised to see absence on eggs. Special mention of Uday, a staff from in-house restaurant was really helpful. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our future trips to Mysore.

If you like to spend one or a few nights in the 1930 athmosphere and have the feeling of a maharadscha of that time then this place is a must. Yes, it is old, yes, it is not modern like a 5 star Hilton hotel and all the other brands you get all over the world. But it is exquisite, it is unique, and you get the feeling of another world and all the luxury there has been a hundred years back. And the staff is very friendly and super helpful. It is an wonderful romantic experiance you should not miss when in Misore.

This is a decent hotel and good value for money, I am very happy about my stay, though it had some minor drawback, it was a very nice hotel to stay. pros: Room and bathrooms are very clean and hotel looks new. Have lot of wardrobe and draws in the room. They do have locker facility at free of cost. cons: They dont have parking..hv to drop the car on the street. Location of the hotel is not so good.. but walkable from st philomena church. They have 24Hrs hot water...but have to call them 10min prior so they turn on the Gyser and u get damn hot water in 10min...this is not a problem if you can wait for 10min and more over they respond quickly. Had some problem with connecting wifi..it was not detecting on the 3rd floor and they fixed it only after repeatedly calling them. The problems I mentioned is not a major concern, overall I am not disappointed.

I went with my family (wife, my daughter, my mom dad, sister and her 2 children) for a day trip to Mysore and booked 2 triple premium room for a night stay on 18th May 2017. I must say that the staff are very cooperative and provide you best class services. Not to forget the food was really delicious, the Cook being hired from Kolkata it tickled my taste buds as I too belong from Kolkata and thus am familiar and inclined towards the taste. as a whole we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

PROS: well priced, one of the more comfortable beds we've slept on in India, quite centrally located, lovely roof terrace, free railway station pickup. CONS: sits in a smelly alley, the first floor rooms are noisy as you can hear all conversations from the lobby where the staff hang out, food delivery slow (took over an hour to deliver tea and juice). All in all not a bad place for a short stay in Mysore.

There was no hot water and a fly infestation in the bathroom, we got food poisoning from the restaurant and my husband had to go to the hospital to get some medicine. The sheets were washed but had old stains on them and house keeping was erratic, they didn't always show up when you call to request more items. This hotel is very over priced and wouldn't recommend to travelers, especially those who have only been in India for a short time. We also witnessed some other unhappy customers on two occasions shouting at the reception staff. Best probably to skip breakfast not worth the money and eat out, which we did after the first morning

The poor old place needs a facelift...or, at the very least, a good clean! Staff (room staff, waiter staff, porters, etc.) were friendly and helpful. Reception staff were appalling. Our room was obviously once a well-appointed room within a gracious old hotel building. These days it is rundown, filthy and disappointing. For not a lot of effort, the place could be sensational. Unfortunately, it is run by the state transport department, so it has no proper accountable management. Privately run it could be transformed. It is also a little way out from the main area, although still within walking distance...if you are reasonably fit.

While the hotel is excellent, Its a business hotel. Since it was Mysore, I was expecting some resort kind of landscape garden around. There is none. The other & older hotel just adjacent to this has a good garden. They also host open air dinner in that garden, which we just kept observing from our balconies. Anyways, the hotel rooms were too good. Spacious, modern, clean n gave a classy feel. So good that my family hardly went out of the rooms. So all was good, But... We had booked 2 rooms and I had ordered for an extra bed in one room. But the bed they gave was a folding one and may be a broken one. It got dislocated couple of times. We called them and they made it proper, but again same thing happened at 1:30 at night and my mom gave up calling them and pulled the mattress on the floor and slept. I came to know about this in the morning and angrily went to the reception. The floor manager was very rude and unaccommodative. In the beginning he was not ready to accept their mistake. After lot of heated discussion, he reduced the bill . While it was not about money, the bed and attitude of the staff was very discomforting.

The staff is helpful, they arranged a car in quite cheap rate for our going to Nagerhole National Park. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Mysore.

My wallet was stolen while I was at the Dussehra festival leaving me dead broke and I had already checked out. Imran and his staff were amazing. They offered to let me stay on without payment until my friends back home could wire me some cash. They even offered to give me some emergency money. I had to catch a train to Bangalore at short notice to sort out my affairs and Imran took me to the station himself. Best and most caring staff I have ever encountered at a hotel! Hotel is near St Philomena's Church so about 15-20 min walk from north gate of Palace. Clean room with good bathroom. Wifi was good.

It is located in a residential area and appears to be a rather large house that has been converted into a home stay. It is a fairly calm and quiet location, but there is little of interest within walking distance. I stayed in the “room” closest to the front gate. It consists of two of the house's rooms, one a bedroom just big enough to hold a king size bed and the other a very large bathroom. The space is not devoid of charm with some interesting furniture, fixtures and architectural touches and it is clean and airy. The room has a fan and hot water but no air conditioning, no television, no refrigerator and no WiFi. Water did not drain well from the sink and the shower. Some common areas, and perhaps other rooms, have WiFi. The breakfast could have been better. The fresh fruits were good, but there was no choice in how the eggs were prepared, the toast was not fresh and the coffee was awful. The staff are extremely amateurish. I paid 2,995 INR, which seems at least 500 INR.

This place is suitable for exploring Mysore because it's close to Mysore Palace and city market's. It also has restaurant so you can eat there. At the time we stayed here there was some repairings done in the building so it was noisy in the daytime, but it wasn't to annoying.

After reaching Mysore by train, we called Hotel for directions and they sent vehicle for Pick - Up which was complimentary. Hotel staff were very friendly and polite. Complimentary Breakfast was good. Hotel location is great as it is very near to most of the sight seeing places. Hotel has travels desk and we took car for the day. Service was very good and price was reasonable. I suggest this Hotel for all travelers for both personal and official trips.

Please carry a physical copy of your aadhaar card or passport without which you will not be able to get a room. PAN card is not accepted neither is a soft copy of any ID. We reached the hotel late in the night as we were haulting in mysore to get some rest before we start to Ooty the next day. The receptionist (male) was very rude and denied us the rooms without a hard copy of Aadhar card. I had my original PAN and had soft copy of aadhar and passport. None of these were accepted. After talking / arguing for close to 30 mins, he allotted us the room. The room was small but more disappointing was the bathroom. One person hardly has space to move in between the toilet, wasbasin and the buckets kept under the tap & shower. The bathroom gets hotwater from solar and they have geyser in addition. In the morning apparently we couldn't use the washbasin as very very hot water was coming out of the taps. the centralized geyser was on and hence it was almost like a suffocating steam cage.

Worst ever outside home stay experience. Few points.. 1. The hotel room was very small, though it cannot be any excuse but i never thought Deluxe Double bed room will be that small. 2. The room had two window but both of them faces dirty walls of other buildings. So no ventilation cause you can't open the windows cause you don't want to smell filth. 3. Btw One of window has no lock, after complaining they put a chip to lock the window and after that we didn't bother to open it. 4. Above the entrance door, there is a transparent glass window without any cover. I was with me and we were scared since anyone from outside can see us if they do a little hard work. I have picture of the window. 5. The worst part was the toilet. The size of the toilet was same as the size of a toiled in a train. The fun part here is the toiled has one window, which is open to an adjacent toilet. So two adjacent room has two toilet sharing one common window without any cover not even an opaque glass cover. When we complained about the cover, they said, the next room is shared by a family and even the window is very high so you need to worry about any sneak and pick. Does it make any sense? I can write few more points.. to make sure who ever is searching a hotel in mysore is avoiding this hotel after reading my experience.

This was the best of my trips to mysore (and I've stayed there numerous times) because I chose to stay in Tulips. Our stay was on navami & dusshera 2016 , thus the location of this hotel was a major plus. In the category of budget hotels, this place takes the top spot. Suggestion for the hotel would be to include a restaurant because the order for tea we had placed with the adjacent hotel, wasn't satisfactory. The restaurant staff was rude & lacked etiquette. I recommend Mysore hotel complex for budget travelers.

We arrived after a ten hour bus ride and were looking forward our nice comfortable room. Despite the fact that only two rooms have been booked in this hotel, we were told that our room was ready, but checkin is after noon. At least we were allowed to leave our luggage. We booked this place to have some amenities (gym and spa) in Mysore. During checkin, the young man told us that the spa is "not available today but probably tomorrow again". When we wanted to use the gym later that day, it was all closed. We were told "the next day" it will be ready to use. The next day we were told it is still not accessible, but after some calls they agreed to open. The gym consisted of three devices, no mats, no weighs nothing. We also saw the spa that was still under construction - no chance to use it in the near future, not to speak about during our two days of stay. We were disappointed as this could have easily been communicated upon arrival. Other than that a very nice hotel in a great location, very nice and anxious staff and lovely spacious rooms with huge bed. Not a nice view but just keep the curtains shut. With an honest communication and maybe a little gesture such as letting us checkin at 10am as the room was ready, this hotel would be perfect for a stay in Mysore. But with amenities under construction without telling us it was not worth the price.

Ze zijn gericht op het verstrekken van Ayurvedische behandelingen. We hebben daar geen gebruik van gemaakt, omdat we vooral even rust wilden na het gedruis van de Mysore Dasara. Omdat we geen gebruik hebben gemaakt van hun behandelingen, vielen we misschien wat uit de toon. Mogelijk dat dit de wat stugge houding van de receptionisten verklaarden. Het overige personeel groet je gericht (in hun filosofie dat gasten goden zijn) en is behulpzaam. De omgeving is idyllisch en rustig, maar je moet kunnen verdragen dat er vanaf zonsopgang een bandje wordt afgespeeld met de Ohm klank om je op meditatie te richten. Dat hoor je voortdurend. Het eten is gezond, en voornamelijk Zuid Indiaas, maar niet pittig. Het zwembad is ronduit prachtig. Het onderhoud van de kamers is stringent en goed naar Europese normen.

A laid back city, one should be mindful that most of the cafes and restaurants offer only Indian Food.

Overall a normal experience. Good to see the Wodiyar Palace and Tipu Sultan's memorial but I guess Brindawan Gardens as over rated as one has to walk a lot in to reach the musical fountain.

Mysore is a small city with fairly good roads. Recomended for 2 day stay and you dont have much to do beyond that time.

Brindavan Gardens are quite an attraction. The Mysore zoo is very well managed and maintained. A big attraction lfor the visitors.
