Jayco was founded in 1968 by a man of strong faith and vision. The late Lloyd J. Bontrager, family man and inventor, felt he could build the world a better RV. He longed to create a company of his own, one that clearly reflected his ideals: a company where everyone would be treated as "family".

With encouragement from his wife Bertha, Lloyd started Jayco on their farm-in two chicken houses and a barn! He developed his own prototype camping trailer and a unique lifter system for fold-down campers, the basic design of which is patented and still in use today. By the end of 1968, his fledgling company of 15 employees had sold 132 fold-down camping trailers. Today, Jayco's "family" of employees has grown to nearly 1,600 people, while more than 25,000 people join our "extended family" of customers each year.

Jayco develops and manufactures a full-line of recreation vehicles including Travel Trailers , Fifth Wheels , Motorhomes , Toy Haulers , and more at its company headquarters in rural Middlebury, Indiana and markets them through a nationwide network of nearly 300 dealers. Ty and his son, Chris are such a pleasure to work with and are excellent at trouble finding and fixing the issues in a timely and fair price. If you have an RV that is over 10 years old, you need to long no farther than Ty and his son. They were always on time and performed the work fast then expected. I have nothing but excellent feedback regarding this company and you will also. Ty, thank you again.

Near Me RV gave me an appointment in less than a week. The communication was great. And the service was outstanding! Ty is a professional through and through. He answered all my questions and explained things so I could understand. He fixed the problem areas I had and even took a little extra time to fix something which had been installed incorrectly. The price was very fair. I highly recommend Near Me RV for any of your repair needs.

Ty came out last week to help with the Dish satellite wiring so that we didn't have to have coax cables through our windows. He was very patient and got the job done. Today, we had a leak in the wet bay and Ty squeezed us in and did a great job and also help explained the problem & solutions. We now have Ty on speed dial anytime we need help while in the Surprise area. I highly recommend him!

Ty and his son are great they accommodated my timelines and were able to help me at their place. I had a great lunch at Queen Burrito while they did the work. There was a small problem after, Ty offered to come all the way north just to fix the small problem. I would without a doubt recommend Ty and his Son.

I recently had Ty install a See Level tank monitoring system on my black, grey and freshwater tanks. He did an excellent job and was extremely courteous while working on my camper. I cannot say enough good about this RV mobile service! I will definitely use them in the future for my RV service needs!

I requested RV mobile service on Yelp and within 20 minutes Ty responded. He and his son were able to meet me the very next day, diagnose, and get me an invertor part. They were so helpful by answering many questions us novice RV'ers had. I'll never wait to have to get into a service center- why waste the gas, time and energy? Ty and his son come to you!! Highly recommend. Already have them in my contacts. For the short response time and mobile technical service, Near Me is very reasonably priced and so easy to work with Happy RV'ing, and thank you Ty and son!!!
