The original company was founded in 1970 under the name Captain Chris Cruises, and was the first company operating cruises to and from Famagusta to the relatively unknown Ayia Napa, then just a small fishing village. The vessel now in operation is the Aphrodite II which is fully up to specification with current EU Maritime law.

We operate in the Ayia Napa and Protaras areas on the east of the island, and pride ourselves on the facilities and hospitality that we offer. Our captains and crew are fully qualified and are always there to provide a friendly and professional service on whichever of our cruises you decide to choose. We organised Wedding and Christening Parties, Bachelor and Hen parties, corporate and private parties, birthday parties and private conferences.

Q Hi do you have life jackets as I am not a strong swimmer A Yes we do... for the adults and also for the children. Q Do you go on Sundays A Yep no probs we go 7 days a week. Q Hallo we have a little baby can I bring a little pushchair A Yes you can, we also have a baby changing station if you need it... Q Will we get to see dolphins... A We do spot them from time to time but not very often... Q How can I book please? Absolute best cruise

We had an awesome day on this cruise. The boat and crew were first class hosts. We visited spectacular landmarks and got to swim in beautifully bays. The roast chicken lunch was tasty & plentiful. Can’t speak highly enough of this cruise. Don’t miss this if you are coming to Ayia Napa. It’s a definite must do. 5 star cruising.

What an excellent, value for money, fun day. Excellent food, and i mean excellent food, plus plenty of it too. Superb staff, friendly atmosphere and Soooo Relaxed. We all loved it! Thank you to all, especially to John Loannou, who kept us all amused with his witty and very informative commentary as we sailed throughout the trip. He also came round to most of the guests during the cruise to chat and to answer our questions. Probably the best day of the week, no actually, it was the best.. they went over and above to make sure we really did enjoy the day. FABULOUS day.. simple as!!!! Thank you. :-)

We had an amazing time on the Lazy Day trip! We had to book a couple of days in advance because it gets booked up super quick, but it's easy to see why! A lovely day out with great food and sights, along with two quite nice stops for swimming and snorkeling which we really enjoyed! The info on Famagusta and the binoculars to see the ghost town in the distance was also really interesting. Couldn't recommend the trip enough.

Booked trip on the Aphrodite 2 based on reviews on here and we couldn't have had a better day! Booked for 15 adults and 2 kids only charged us for 13 adults and threw in lunch. We were still celebrating a mates wedding over here and so the Captain didn't charge for the bride and groom. Best bit of the day? The champagne the captain and crew surprised the bride and groom with. Can't thank John and the crew enough for making a great day that bit more special. Rob & Ella from Australia.

My partner and I chose to take the Lazy Day cruise after reading past reviews on Trip Advisor and we were both thoroughly impressed! At a cost of 20 Euros, we were able to see some of Cyprus' most beautiful sights: the sea caves, Cape Greco, several beaches and other gorgeous areas of the island. Lunch was included in the price of a ticket and drinks were available on board at a very reasonable cost. Snorkelling gear was also available for a deposit of 5 euro, which was refunded upon return. During the 4 hour trip, there were two swim stops in the lovely Mediterranean and a stop near Famagusta, which was an incredible sight. Worth the money of the ticket alone. We had a fabulous day :)

Back in Norway after a relaxing week in Ayia Napa. My greatest experience was the trip at Aphrodite II and a faboulous day at sea. I can recommend everything about this trip, but specially moving is the sight of Famagusta. Read a lot of the history of Cyprus before my holiday and seeing the city at distance made a lasting impression. Thank you everybody and John, let's hope for a great coming season at our beloved Spurs.

On this trip we got half way through and I fell poorly with kidney stones. I couldn't of been looked after better than John and the staff team. Looked after me like family. And even got a visit from them later that evening in the hospital. Prior to the episode the sight seeing we got up to was fabulous. The information was spot on and the staff team where lovely. From bar service to ticket seller. They where lovely. Only €20 for four hours and lunch included. Can't complain! Bargain! Boat was spot on too. Beautiful sights. We did stop and have a swim at blue lagoon. John was funny also. Had everyone laughing and joking. So down to earth. Deffo recommend this boat trip. I'll be back next year and will finish the trip ha ha. See you again soon. Jenna and Thomas. X

ahh thank you jenna... it really was great to see you smiling at the hospital as you looked in so much pain when the lifeguard patrol came to collect you from the boat. its always good to have the right result when you have an emergency on board, and i have personally thanked the emergency services and the Ayia Napa polyclinc hospital for their speedy responce. so you managed to complete half of the boat trip.... so i still owe you the other half.....lol... and i look forward to you and thomas back on board.. the next trip will be on me. speedy recovery and many thanks for giving us this brilliant review best regards from me the captain & all the crew. john.

Just returned from Cyprus and went on this boat trip on our last day and what can I say,fantastic day to end our holiday.John is hilarious and does an excellent commentary in multiple languages which is impressive.Good food,great music,great laugh and for 20 euros for about 4 hours including lunch and (entertainment)haha what more can you want.
