Manage individual bookings

Using your booking code you have access to all your flights. You can make an advance seat reservation, rebook or cancel a flight, request special meals and book a Rail&Fly ticket at any time. You can also book a hotel or a rental car directly, or even take out travel insurance. In addition, you can enter passport and visa information, and enter details for the Secure Flight program.

Advanced features after login

After login, you will get an overview of all your bookings in your profile and you can manage these quickly and easily. Carry out upgrades, receive special access to advance seat reservation as a status customer and benefit from automated check-in. You can also update your saved preferences, contact and frequent flyer details at any time.

Login with booking reference or login with privilege club or login with e-ticket number should be read, retrieve booking with booking reference (pnr) or e-ticket number.

The six-digit alphanumeric code on your booking confirmation.

Retrieve booking with E-ticket number

Booking reference and e-ticket number, booking reference.

A booking reference number, also referred to as a PNR, is a six-digit alphanumeric code that appears after the "Booking reference" or "PNR" field on your ticket (for example: B8XYZ6). Valid characters in a booking reference are letters (A to Z) and numbers (1 to 9).

E-ticket number

Your e-ticket number is a 13-digit number mentioned on your e-ticket (for example: 1572345679876).

If you are issued multiple tickets within the same booking, your e-ticket number will include a suffix at the end (for example: 1572345679876-77). This means that your e-ticket numbers are 1572345679876 and 1572345679877, respectively.

When retrieving your booking using the e-ticket number, please enter one e-ticket number without including any letters or special characters within your search.

• Manage your booking You can edit and manage all your travel needs online. Book a dietary meal if you have a specific diet, upgrade your seat, and add a hotel or car rental to your booking. You can also book services like Chauffeur-drive.
• Check your itinerary View, print or email your flight itinerary. Check your flight details and make changes to your booking.
• Select a seat Choose where you want to sit on the plane. Explore our immersive 3D seat map and get a feel for the experience before you select your seat. Choosing your seat on the flight also means your family or friends can sit together when you’re flying in a large group. Through Manage your booking you can change your seat at any time up until check-in.
• Update your email address and contact number Keep your details up to date so we can send you notifications about your flights’ status, any disruptions, or if there’s a chance to upgrade.
• Check-in online Save time at the airport and check-in online between 48 hours and 90 minutes before your flight. You can also use mobile check-in and download your boarding pass on your phone. When you check-in online, you can choose your seat for free.
• Buy excess baggage allowance See the weight limit for checked-in baggage and carry-on baggage, and if you need more you can pay for extra baggage online for 20% less than at the airport. Check our baggage rules before you fly.
• Log in to Emirates Skywards Manage every aspect of your loyalty account online. Add your membership number to your booking and earn Skywards Miles on your flight, or use your Miles to upgrade. Check your Miles balance and see when they’ll expire, and find out how many Tier Miles you need to reach the next membership level. Not a member? Sign up online for free .
