What is Paddle Pub and what's included in the price?

We create unique outdoor memorable experiences that often become tradition!

Get together with friends and family, birthday celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, team builders, company outings, date nights, retirement parties, themed nights out – the possibilities are endless!

The price includes a two (or three) hour rental, and the Paddle Pub Experience. You’ll meet your US Coast Guard Licensed Captain, and your party host who will do everything in their power to ensure your party has the time of their lives! Be sure to bring your own beverages, snacks and  ice  (we do not have ice on-site yet)! We have coolers, cups, koozies and a clean restroom aboard for when the drinks pile up! There are 12 pedaling stations that power the huge paddle wheel in the back of the boat which we will use to make our way through Fort Lauderdale. Your host will get some music and party games going if you’d like! We might even have some little surprises along the way! We also have a front lounge/dancing area, a bumping sound system to sync up your tunes, and some party lights should you Paddle Pub at night! It will be a memory or in some cases a partial memory, but either way, your host will be sure to snap some great pics to last a lifetime!!!

Is there a bathroom onboard the Paddle Pub?

Yes, there is a bathroom! Is has an open ceiling, so please keep it reserved for #1s only. Most often we can make a pit stop for any #2 cases.

Where do we board the Paddle Pub?

All tours begin and end at our Cycle Party shop, located at 220 SW 3rd Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 . Parking can be limited on the weekends so we suggest carpooling or Uber. 

Do you make bar stops?

We can not guarantee any bar stops during the tour, but you are welcome to request one and if we are able to accommodate the crew will let you know.

Can we drink on board?

You may, as long as you follow our rules and federal regulations. We provide ample cooler space. All alcohol is BYOB. Alcoholic beverages must remain on board at all times. Bring your own ice!

Is it hard to pedal on the Paddle Pub?

The Paddle Pub’s huge paddle wheel is propelled by 100% human pedal power. There are 12 pedaling seats where passengers sit to move the boat. Guests can take turns pedaling, pedal at their leisure, or stand/sit elsewhere on the boat and not have to pedal. We would say it is very light exercise and helps make the experience unique! Plus, don’t tell the rest of your group, but we do have an auxiliary motor which the Captain can kick into gear if you stop pedaling and just want to dance the rest of the time! We have had groups of all ages aboard the Paddle Pub and 70+ seniors pedal just fine. If they can do it, you can do it!!!

Can we get out and swim during the tour?

Yes, absolutely! We suggest our 3-hour Private Cruise option for a longer sandbar stop, but you are welcome to request a short sandbar stop during our 2-hour Cruises as well. The Captain ultimately decides if we are able to safely stop at the sandbar. Weather, tides and wind affect our ability to make a safe stop at the sandbar.

What if it rains?

Paddle Pub operates rain or shine! If it’s going to rain, we recommend bringing rain jackets and/or ponchos. It’s still a lot of fun- think of it as an adventure. We only cancel tours if there are unsafe conditions, in which case you will receive a credit or refund.

How many coolers fit on board?

We can fit approximately 3 full-sized coolers on board.

How many passengers can fit on the Paddle Pub?

Groups of up to 26 passengers can go on the Paddle Pub. There are 12 pedaling seats, standing room, a dance area, and a front lounge where guests can sprawl out. Groups as small as 2 can book individual tickets for our public mixer tours, which often turns into your new friends group! 

Are people under the age of 21 allowed on board?

Yes, but they will receive an “X”  on each hand and cannot drink while on board.  Riders under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present. The minimum age to ride the Paddle Pub is 10.

Is there a weight limit for riders?

Yes. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the vessel and the activity, passengers over 300 pounds will not be able to comfortably ride the Paddle Pub.

How do I reschedule/cancel my tour?

It’s easy! Simply respond to your confirmation email with the date change request. Please ensure that you are within the reschedule/cancellation time frame outlined in your confirmation email.

Can we eat onboard the Paddle Pub?

Yes, you can! Food is allowed onboard the Paddle Pub.

2. Elbo Room

Elbo Room is the oldest and perhaps the most iconic bar in Fort Lauderdale. Situated right on the beach with perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean from its two-story deck, visitors flock to the Elbo Room to experience a little taste of history.

Elbo Room was established in 1938 and quickly became popular with sailors in the 1940s. From the 1950s to the 1980s, Elbo Room was the destination for spring breakers that visited Fort Lauderdale. It was famously featured in the film “Where the Boys Are”.

Nowadays, the Elbo Room crowd has tamed a bit but is still a favorite among locals and tourists. Patrons of the Elbo Room enjoy live music in a laid-back beachside atmosphere. Visitors should be aware, Elbo Room is cash-only and does not serve food.

3. LauderAle

LauderAle Brewery and Taproom is known as “Fort Lauderdale’s first nano-brewery”. With 30 unique beer selections on tap and a cheery, open-air atmosphere that hosts food trucks and live music, LauderAle is a favorite among local beer drinkers.

Travelers to Fort Lauderdale also love LauderAle. It is conveniently between the Fort Lauderdale Airport and Port Everglades Cruise Terminals. 4. Blue Martini

For those that prefer a more glamorous night out, look no further than Blue Martini. Located on the outskirts of the upscale Galleria Mall, Blue Martini is a glitzy, dolled-up lounge known for its sultry blue lighting and signature martinis.

They offer an extensive list of unique martinis like “Jalapeno Passion Fruit”. Earlier in the evening, they offer a more casual Happy Hour with discounted cocktails and tapas. Later in the evening, the lights come down and the music goes up for a night of drinks and dancing.

Visitors should be aware, they must be 21 to enter and Blue Martini does enforce a more upscale dress code (no beachwear, flip-flops, etc). There is also a cover charge at certain times and some special events require advance reservations or tickets.

Known for its elegant ambiance and artisanal libations, YOLO, is a Fort Lauderdale favorite! Situated on the downtown strip of Las Olas Boulevard, YOLO draws visitors from all across the nearby business district for their famous Happy Hour.

Bar Rita is Fort Lauderdale’s hottest Mexican Cantina! Situated off Andrews Avenue a little further west of the beach and downtown areas, Bar Rita is a two-story, brightly colored fiesta for the senses. They have a typical casual bar menu with chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, and jalapeno poppers as well as burgers and sandwiches. Chops and Hops Axe Throwing Lounge is located in the up-and-coming Flagler Village area of Fort Lauderdale, just a few miles west of the Intracoastal waterway. Their motto is: “We are not just axe throwing. We are not just another bar. We are purveyors of social experience.”

The Historic Downtowner has been a Fort Lauderdale landmark for nearly 100 years! Originally built in the 1920s and rebuilt after severe hurricane damage, The Historic Downtowner sits right on the New River and is a popular water taxi stop and local hangout.

Our usual sandbar is Laudi Lagoon, AKA The Triangle. Located at the mouth of the New River and the Intracoastal Waterway. We also offer extended trips that visit Haulover Sandbar, probably the most famous sandbar in all of Florida.

It’s your pontoon, it’s your party! We can take requests or we can go to one of many hot spots on the South Florida Waterways. Sandbars, Restaurants, or just a leisurely cruise, our captains will make sure you have a great time.

Always come prepared, even when you go swimming at the Fort Lauderdale sandbar. Florida sun can be hot and harmful, but don’t let that stop you from having a good time. To fully enjoy the experience while also making sure that you are protected from the heat, make sure to bring the following:

• Sun protection. Although soaking under the sun can give you all that Vitamin D, it can also be damaging to your skin. Too much of something is never good. So make sure to bring some sun protection lotions with high SPF to keep your skin protected throughout the day. Sunblock is definitely a must to keep the sunburn away!
• Hats. Our boat can provide you with much-needed shade and protection from the sun. However, if you want to jump right into the water and party with friends, a hat can definitely help provide some protection against the sun’s heat. Price: $299,000 Rollin’ on the river: We don’t have time to list all of the extras that come with this colorful floater docked in the Columbia River.

First off, you get a one-bedroom floating home as well as the boathouse next to it. That boathouse has a spacious boat well for your get-around vessel, a sleeping loft, and a full bath.

The pop performer will embark on a worldwide arena tour this fall, kicking off in Quebec City in Canada on Sept. 29 and concluding in Dublin on July 27, 2025. She’ll hit many major cities in North America in 2024 before heading to Australia and then Europe.

Earlier this month, Eilish announced her highly anticipated third studio album, “Hit Me Hard and Soft,” will be released May 17.

“I wanna give it to you all at once,” she captioned the image. “I truly could not be more proud of this album.”

Eilish worked with her brother and longtime collaborator Finneas on “Hit Me Hard and Soft.” The pair recently took home their second Oscar for their big “Barbie” ballad “What Was I Made For?” In doing so, Eilish, 22, became the youngest person by far to have won two career Oscars.
