We stayed here in a 2 bedroom static caravan on a stopover from Melbourne to Sydney. Convenient spot, not the most comfortable beds but ok for a night. We had beautiful weather so the pool really made it for us. It was clean and well maintained. Seemed to be plenty of other amenities around the park. Overall I would stay again, but only short stay.

Fantastic place. Well appointed. Our cabin was clean and tidy and fitted our needs perfectly. We also used the on site restaurant which was very convenient and had 2 lovely meals there. Overall our experience was positive and we would definitely stay again

Very clean and excellent value for money. We have stayed here twice now for a couple of nights at a time and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Canberra. The facilities and cafe are great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We own B&B style holiday accommodation. We are travelling with another couple in a van. The cabins are designed for tour groups of school kids. 4 bunk beds and then 2 single beds joined together for a double. The only good thing was that the extra bedroom was very handy for storage of our luggage. Goodness knows how any school group of 6 would cope in the limited space of the unit.There could be improvements including supplying a sharp knife. Another tea towel would not go astray, nor would another chux cloth.The two beds making the queen size have very thin mattress protector, and are very hard. We made the mistake of going to have dinner at the restaurant. After 30 minutes we realised others were being served before us, then questioned why, to find out that our meal order had not been placed. Not good enough at all. I would not expect my guests to leave disappointed with their accommodation

The smiling and warm welcome at reception is very much appreciated. The Ridge View cabin was immaculate and very comfortable. The only negative is the constant banging of the fly screens doors of the adjoining and nearby cabins by the cleaning crews. After an hour or so this does distract from the parks peaceful setting.

Kids games room a little run down, but outdoor areas made up for it.

Everything was good! The cabin was bit dirdirty and cold. The face painting was a hit with our kids, however I was concerned about a staff member taking photos of the kids without permission of the parents. Especially when it was a bar staff member. They did not take photos of our kids otherwise I would have said something. We work with kids in and community groups and we know the rules around this.

We arrived and checked in at 2pm, the cabin had a broken jug and no hot water ... asked management to fix it, hot water still wasn't on by 10pm so they upgraded us to a beautiful garden villa cabin. Very happy with the upgrade, although the beds were very uncomfortable.

Curtains need a bit of inspection for good look. One of the blankets was ripped off in the kids room. Should be more vigilant and proactive in regards to quality offering, I guess. Overall satisfied.

Room was outdated and run down, a little dusty - could do with an upgrade (Premium Wattle). However, it did fine for the few nights. Restaurant menu a little pricey for quality of food.

Amazing facility with great facilities kids had a ball. So many activities for the family to do at the park and all of the main attractions of the ACT are within 15minute drive of the park.

It was a bit hard and not as comfortable as I'm used to.

The room ,location and staff were lovely.
