Anyone have this issue other than myself? I haven’t really tried to use BC until the last couple of days. Adaptive cruise control works but BC is unavailable and it tells me there “Driver Monitor Camera Fault” I know this means a trip to the dealer but just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. So I’m lucky and applied 6.13 without hitting this issue. But as of two weeks ago I do see another FDRS update to the CMR, so I suspect that is the fix. I wonder if any of you affected folks can try finding a FDRS friend to apply that update.

I've been waiting for a couple months after Ford said I would be getting a USPS mailing on how to get Blue Cruise for my 2021 F-150 Lariat with all the options in order to utilize Blue Cruise over-the-air (OTA) downloads. I have Ford Pass with the options to get updates active also.
There are a few power up revisions between 2.3.0 (last OTA for non-EAtrucks) and 2.5.2 (BlueCruise). I got stuck somewhere in the 2.4.8 or 2.5.0 range (FDRS updates do not really get power up numbers, just guessing equivalents here) and had this issue.

Just an issue Ford needs to iron out with the actual hardware/software of the truck. I've always preferred Ford to other trucks and the self driving features are what attracted me to purchasing the new generation of F-150. Pretty upsetting that a primary feature that swayed me to purchase this truck is not working for myself and many others.

My 2021 f150 is at the dealership as I couldnt get the bluecruise to go hands free. They are telling me it needs TSB 23-2122, which would not be covered by my Extended Warranty and could cost $800 to "install". Seemed like BS to me, so here I am.
