We decided to go with a travel agent because even though both of us have been to our travel destination, we truly wanted to take the guess work out of some things such as making sure EVERYTHING was all inclusive. Especially when we are planning something extremely special. Going with a agent I quickly realized she not only was able to score our air fair cheaper than any website or travel site such as Kayak or Orbit. She also suggested what time of year to travel making sure to save us top dollar!!! We even able to UPGRADE TO 1ST. CLASS with the extra money we had put aside for the tickets I was able to put money down and pay for the plane tickets now and they are allowing me to make payments towards our vacation in 2022. I also was able to give them cash for the tickets and Betty Ann was able to use the travel agency to charge the air fair. Something I thought we were going to have a problem with seeing both of us was not to eager using our credit cards. But everything has went so smooth so far. Now that the air fair is out of the way she was able to find us a perfect all inclusive resort in Jamaica! We are super excited to go! The accommodations are 5 star and we are able to kind of customize the itinerary making sure there is things we both were looking forward to doing is on the list! I will be sure to update my review once we get back from our mini holiday! But I felt I needed to share how much money and time we were able to save and without paying extra, they saved us even more money than if I was to do everything myself and offered some awesome suggestions for our travel as well.

This is an addendum to my first review. My problem was solved personally by the owner within 24 hours. I am very grateful and will highly recommend the agency to all my friends and family.

I have used this agency for years for my travel service. I decided to book a family cruise for May of 2020 for my husband's retirement gift. This was before the trip was canceled due to covid-19. I reached out to my agent for a refund several times and did not get any help. I had to contact my credit card company to ask them for help with the canceled cruise which they did and I and my family received a refund. My agent would not return my call and now I am calling again because I never received my deposit back that I gave Seven Seas Travel $500.00 again Ive called several times and no one is returning my calls. Ive recommended this company to many friends but no longer will I do that or use them in the future.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises, voted one of Travel + Leisure readers' favorite midsize-ship ocean cruise lines in our 2023 World's Best Awards , is well-known for incredible service and an all-inclusive rate that includes everything from business-class flights to unlimited shore excursions. The luxury cruise line's sixth ship, the Seven Seas Grandeur, set sail for its inaugural season at the end of 2024. The ship was named one of T+L's best places to travel in 2024 , and I was on board the ship’s three-night christening sailing for a first look inside the stunning new vessel.

It was clear from the moment my mom and I stepped on board that one of the ship’s greatest luxuries — beyond fine dining, a multimillion-dollar art collection, and gorgeous common areas — is space. With a maximum of 746 guests per sailing, Grandeur is a far cry from mega-ships where pool crowds and buffet lines are the norm. With spacious all-suite, all-balcony accommodations and intimate specialty restaurants, the ship felt lively but never crowded. Designed by Studio DADO, the ship's dazzling common areas are decorated with a 1,600-piece art collection including multiple Picassos and the first-ever Fabergé Egg to be permanently installed at sea. (Sarah Fabergé, founding member of The Fabergé Heritage Council and great-granddaughter of Peter Carl Fabergé, is the ship’s godmother.)

Elizabeth Rhodes/Travel + Leisure

  • All-suite, all-balcony accommodations provide thoughtful touches and ample space to spread out.
  • Seven dining venues — including signature restaurant Compass Rose, Asian-inspired Pacific Rim, and more — offer 130 new dishes, including many plant-based options.
  • A 1,600-piece art collection includes “Journey in Jewels,” the first Fabergé Egg to permanently reside on a cruise ship.
  • Regent is an all-inclusive cruise line, so everything from flights and unlimited shore excursions to alcoholic beverages, valet laundry service, and dining at specialty restaurants are included in the rate.

While cruises are often about the ports of call, the Seven Seas Grandeur — sibling ship to RSSC's Seven Seas Explorer and Seven Seas Splendor , is a destination in itself. In fact, although my mom and I were tempted by the unlimited included shore excursions at our port in the Bahamas, we opted to stay on board to experience every amenity the ship had to offer.

Here, my review of the Regent Seven Seas Grandeur .

On Grandeur , 373 guest accommodations range from the entry-level Veranda Suites to the one-of-a-kind, 4,443-square-foot Regent Suite. Deluxe Veranda and Veranda Suites offer up to 361 square feet of space, outfitted with upscale finishes and, of course, their own balconies. I stayed in a Concierge Suite, of which there are 140 on board. With a super-comfortable Elite Slumber bed facing the balcony, a very spacious walk-in closet, and a bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a separate tub, this suite offered plenty of storage and lots of room to spread out.

Besides the bright and open design in ocean-inspired hues of blue and cream, I loved the attention to detail in my suite, down to the field glasses sitting in the cabinet, ready to help you spot wildlife or faraway islands. The two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath Regent Suite, priced at $11,000 per night, offers spectacular amenities including its own hot tub, unlimited spa services offered in-suite, and private dining in a room hidden between two of the ship’s specialty restaurants.

There are seven unique dining venues and several bars located throughout the ship, and specialty restaurants are included in the rate. Over 130 new dishes were added to the menus on Grandeur , and there are more than 200 plant-based options served across the ship for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Compass Rose, Regent’s signature restaurant, received a gorgeous transformation by Studio DADO for Grandeur ; behind a metal waterfall-like sculpture, guests will find an illuminated dining room that resembles a magical forest.

Prime 7 is the ship’s steakhouse, redesigned with influences from New York City’s classic 20th-century steakhouses. Chartreuse celebrates classic French cooking and glamour with a dining room inspired by the Parisian metro’s art nouveau stations and Coco Chanel’s designs. The entrance to Pacific Rim, a pan-Asian specialty restaurant serving sushi, dim sum, and more, is marked by an impressive bonsai cherry tree sculpture by Savoy Studios.

La Veranda is the ship’s main buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunch; during our sailing, we enjoyed sushi, lobster, paella, salads, and a very delicious cronut during casual meals here. In the evening, La Veranda becomes Sette Mari at La Veranda, a table-service restaurant serving Italian food. If you want a classic cheeseburger, lobster nachos, or a Korean fried chicken sandwich — or even just a milkshake by the pool — the Pool Grill has you covered with relaxed al fresco eats. And the baristas at Coffee Connection are ready to make your espresso drinks just the way you like them. On our third day, the barista actually had my mom’s coffee ready as soon as she sat down — she didn’t even have to order, he just remembered how she liked it.

Of course, if you’d rather take your meals in your beautiful suite, you can also enjoy included room service 24 hours a day.

There are several bars and lounges on board, too: The Meridian Lounge, where you’ll find daily afternoon tea service (a personal favorite) and live entertainment in the evenings; the lively Grandeur Lounge located across from the casino; and the Observation Lounge, with incredible ocean views during the day and live piano at night.

Where Regent Seven Seas Grandeur Sails

Regent Seven Seas Grandeur will spend its nearly sold-out 2024 sailing the Caribbean, Central America, North America, and Europe; itineraries range from seven to 16 nights. This summer, a seven-night Mediterranean Sea cruise will visit ports in Italy, Malta, and Spain, for example.  Later in the season, a 10-night roundtrip cruise from Miami will include stops in the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, St. Barts, Antigua, and the British Virgin Islands.

Regent includes unlimited shore excursions on every sailing so guests can take full advantage of what each port has to offer. On our cruise to Freeport, Bahamas, excursions included swimming with the pigs at a local beach, relaxing at a nearby resort, snorkeling, touring Grand Bahama Island on a Jeep safari, and more. You can find a list of shore excursions on the Regent website for each port before booking, and you can book them online starting at 365 days before your cruise if you booked a suite with concierge amenities or 300 days in advance without concierge benefits. While there are typically several free options for every port, Regent Choice Shore Excursions are also available for an additional charge.

Amenities and Entertainment

With a turquoise pool surrounded by dozens of sun loungers, several hot tubs, outdoor sports courts, and a host of daily activities ranging from trivia to live entertainment, there’s plenty to do on board the Regent Seven Seas Grandeur . Starting at the top on Deck 12, a bocce court, pickleball court, shuffleboard, a golf net, and a putting green with holes inspired by famous golf courses around the world offer fun ways to soak in the ocean views on a sea day. The Observation Lounge, Card Room, Connoisseur Club, and Library (with countless travel books stocked so you can read all about your next destination) on Deck 11 are cozy spots to unwind.

The Culinary Arts Kitchen — Regent’s cooking school at sea — is a gorgeous space where guests can learn how to make dishes inspired by the places they’re sailing to — without having to do any of the prep work or clean up. I took a class and learned how to make pasta al limone and crepes; I loved the hands-on instruction and picked up a few helpful tips to use when I cook at home.

The Serene Spa and Wellness section of the ship on Decks 5 and 6 includes a number of treatment rooms (including one with an amber and quartz bed), a gym with workout classes and fitness consultations, and a hydrothermal suite with a sauna, steam room, chill room, and experiential showers. There’s also an outdoor relaxation area with three whirlpools looking back over water; this was one of my favorite places to spend time admiring the ocean during our three-night cruise.

Split between Decks 4 and 5 is the Constellation Theater, the main entertainment venue where guests can watch four Broadway-style shows. I was thoroughly entertained by the "Marauder’s Ball," a pirate adventure told through pop songs and classic swashbuckling tunes. Also on Deck 4, guests can shop around the boutiques, play slots or table games at the glitzy casino, or hang out in the Grandeur Lounge.

Guests can also learn about some of the works in the ship’s 1,600-piece art collection through a digital art tour offered through the Regent app.

Family-friendly Offerings

While not strictly an adults-only cruise line, Regent cruises are best for adults traveling without small children. The Club Mariner children’s program (for ages 5-17) is available on select sailings, but with many adult-focused spaces and entertainment, this ship is better suited for travelers without little ones. Under-16s are not allowed in the spa or fitness center.

There are a couple of handicap-accessible suites available on Grandeur featuring roll-in showers and other accessible features. There are elevators and ramps located throughout the common areas on the ship; I saw several guests navigating the ship using various mobility devices during my voyage.

The Seven Seas Voyager has the unmistakable sense of up-scale American luxury. My Seven Seas Voyager review explains what makes her different from other luxury cruise ships. I detail the most popular suites , rate the restaurants and preview the on board entertainment options . In addition, there are video tours so you can see what this luxury cruise ship is really like. Click on the tabs above to navigate to each part of this review.

  • Chartreuse – the best restaurant at sea.
  • Off-menu dining in Compass Rose.
  • Butler service in premium suites.
  • Lacks a sense of intimacy.
  • Service can be patchy.

The Seven Seas Voyager deck plan is mostly easy to get around. There are a total of 9 passenger decks, the highest of which is deck 12.

  • Reception : Deck 5
  • Accommodation : Decks 6 to 11
  • Main dining room : Deck 4
  • Theatre : Deck 4
  • Observation lounge : Deck 11

Built in Italy and launch in 2003, Seven Seas Voyager is the third cruise ship in the luxury Regent Seven Seas Cruises fleet.

Seven Seas Voyager is 206 m. / 677 ft. in length with room for 706 guests. That is about the same number of guests as the newer Seven Seas Explorer. Guests stay in luxurious all-suite, all-balcony accommodation, but unlike many other luxury cruise ships the suites are positioned from bow to stern.

Seven Seas Voyager underwent a major refurbishment in 2016. She now boasts the same elegant style and decor featured on Seven Seas Explorer. Also, the French restaurant called Chartreuse made its debut on Seven Seas Voyager as part of the ship’s refurbishment. This has been a great addition to the onboard dining scene.

Indeed as my Seven Seas Voyager review explains, dining is a delight. There are five excellent venues to choose from , including two specialty restaurants and the spectacular main dining room called Compass Rose.

Also, there are  three sumptuious lounges and there is entertainment most nights in a Broadway-style theatre .

A fully-equipped gym and fitness centre can help burn off unwanted calories, plus there is a luxurious spa offering a range of indulgent treatments to keep you looking good and feeling relaxed.

Your Seven Seas Voyager cruise fare is all-inclusive. Gourmet meals, champagne, fine wines and spirits are all included in the cruise fare. Uniquely, shore excursions are also included. Indeed, once you get onboard there is no need to pay for anything else.

On my review voyage the house champagne was Heidsieck Monopole Blue Top Brut. There will be a bottle waiting in your suite upon embarkation.

You can purchase premium and vintage alcoholic beverages too, however I thought the house offerings were excellent.

Also included in the cruise fare are non-alcoholic beverages, specialty teas and coffees.

Gratuities are also included, which means tipping is not necessary.

In addition, shuttle bus transfers to and from the port are often included. Plus, there is also a handy tote bag to take ashore.

As this Seven Seas Voyager review reveals, dining is a highlight of any sailing. On the whole the quality and presentation   of the produce is impressive.

There are five dining venues to choose from. These include Compass Rose with its European-inspired menu, as well as the Veranda buffet restaurant and the al fresco Pool Grill.

There are also two specialty restaurants – a steakhouse called Prime 7 and the sublimely good French restaurant called Chartreuse.

Light snacks and coffee are served all day at the popular Coffee Connection.

In-suite dining is available 24-hours a day.

The Seven Seas Voyager dress code ranges from casual wear to formal, depending on the time of day.

Casual wear includes resort-style apparel like jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and tennis shoes. It is appropriate only before 6:00pm, with two exceptions: Guests can wear casual anytime they dine at the Pool Grill or Pool Bar; Guests can also wear casual in any venue after 6:00pm on the final night of the cruise.

Otherwise, in the evening guests wear either elegant casual or formal . This is indicated each day in the onboard Passages newsletter.

For ladies elegant casual wear includes skirts, slacks with a blouse or sweater, a pant suit or dress. For gentlemen it is slacks and a collared shirt. Sport jackets are optional and ties are not required.

On formal nights ladies wear gowns and cocktail dresses, while gentlemen dress in tuxedos, dinner jackets or dark suits with a tie.

Like most cruise lines, the number of formal nights depends on the cruise duration. Cruises of less than 16 days have no formal nights, while longer cruises have at least two formal evenings.

Seven Seas Voyager is a much loved cruise ship and as such she has a loyal following. During my Seven Seas Voyager review sailing the guests generally ranged in age from 35 to 70-years old.

Most guests are from the U.S.A. and they appreciate the upscale luxury onboard. There are also guests from the U.K. and Canada as well as an increasing number of Australians and Europeans.

It’s worth noting that, like all the Regent Seven Seas Cruises fleet, the Seven Seas Voyager is gay-friendly.

Seven Seas Voyager exudes a sense of luxurious Americana, with tastefully decorated public areas and wonderfully spacious suites. The five restaurants offer some of the best dining at sea. And the resort-style pool is like a floating oasis. Combined with the all-inclusive lifestyle it’s hard to beat.

On this ship in the Med this yr we found the pool area very poor. Evening meals non existent. On th3 last night of our 3 week cruise my husband dressed in polo shirt and long shorts and boaters but not allowed to dine anywhere but the pool area. This was our 3rd a Regent sevenseas Cruise and totally disappointed. Staff were not interested in serving and Cabin staff very poor. Chatreuse very ordinary and we cancelled a second booking. Butter was described as with truffle but when I asked where were the truffle the waiter told me the butter was with flecks of truffle and he couldn’t locate any. Over priced cruise line and total disappointment

seven seas travel reviews

Agree with De above. This is an extremely overpriced cruise line. Very disappointed with the experience.

It claims to be the most luxurious ship ever built, but the service, food, and amenities were all subpar – at most, it rivals a four-star cruise, but this has a 6-star price tag!

I chose this cruise to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday, because it was supposed to be very luxurious. Turns out they didn’t know how to do servicing at all – despite reminding the crew that he’ll be celebrating his birthday on the cruise on the day we boarded as well as when booking the entire trip a few months prior, there was no decorations, no cards, nothing in the room after we returned from the excursion on the day. When I called the front desk to ask what happened, they decided to send someone to put up balloons and a paper sign while my husband was in the room, sitting right in front of them…making it totally meaningless!

Following the failed celebration of his birthday, we came across a series of other crazy encounters, making the entire trip an extremely unenjoyable holiday: 1. Live spider and live bug found in a bowl of berries for room service dining 2. Soiled towel in the bathroom that was stained with streaks of bright brown red, after the bathroom was refreshed and refilled with “new”, “clean” towels 3. Our friend shipped over a bottle of champagne along with a birthday card to surprise my husband. The crew lost the card and only plotted the bottle of champagne in the middle of our room without saying anything….

In terms of the food quality and amenities, these are also below standards. For example, soup onboard is always so salty it’s undrinkable (happened multiple times). The steak at their specialty restaurant was very tough – meat quality was bad to begin with. In terms of amenities, the design of it all was missing the perspective of the customer experience. For example, there was no assigned area where guests can blow dry their hair, powder up, and get ready after using the Spa. You actually have to stand up while blow drying your hair – there are no chairs in the whole spa area. How is that supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience?

seven seas travel reviews

Love this cruise line! Exceptional food and service. Enjoy the diversity of the guests. Made many friends and people with whom I still keep in touch. Excellent program for solo travelers -nightly. Just a fun, relaxing and memorable cruise every time!

Debuted in September 2021, the 746-passenger, 548-crew member Seven Seas Splendor is the newest ship within the Regent fleet. Seven Seas Splendor – along with most of the line's other ships – takes opulence to the next level by equipping each suite with its own private balcony. Other standard in-room amenities include interactive flat-screen TVs, luxurious bath products, bathrobes and slippers, signature queen-size beds and dining tables for two. There are 10 suite categories available, ranging from the smallest Veranda (307 square feet) and Deluxe Veranda suites (308 to 361 square feet) to the largest Regent (4,443 square feet) and Master suites (1,895 to 2,108 square feet).

Guests have a wide array of things to do while on board. Spend your days relaxing at the spa, playing paddle tennis or bocce ball, working up a sweat on the jogging track or taking a dip in the ship's two whirlpools and two pools, one of which is an infinity-edge pool that stretches along the edge of the ship, providing swimmers with exceptional views of the ocean. At night, enjoy one of five shows at the onboard theater.

When it comes to food, Seven Seas Splendor offers eight eateries ranging from casual to fine dining. Enjoy your breakfast alfresco at La Veranda and grub down for lunch at the Pool Grill buffet. For something more formal, opt for a French-inspired meal at Chartreuse, Pan-Asian dishes at Pacific Rim or Compass Rose, the largest restaurant on the ship.

Seven Seas Splendor visits a variety of European and Mediterranean destinations, as well as ports across Europe, the Caribbean, Africa and South America.

Seven Seas was the most painless part…

Seven Seas was the most painless part of our move from South Africa. 100% recommendation from me. The whole process from, beginning to end, was seem-less. The drivers both sides gave 5 star service. Friendly and help-full.

Date of experience : May 02, 2024

Reply from Seven Seas Worldwide

Thank you Gregory for using our MoveCube service for your international move to the United Kingdom from South Africa, we really appreciate your comments and have passed them onto the respective drivers - thank you again! Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

The boxes that were provided were solid and thick and we felt our belongings would be safe in there. There was on one occasion that they did not collect our boxes on our selected date and the lady blamed me for the missed collection, but other then that its been a good experience! Would recommend. The on;line team is very helpful. Hope to receive all our boxes when they are delivered.

Thank you Simone for choosing our Boxes and Baggage service by sea to move your shipment of personal effects to Ireland from South Africa, we are really pleased we could assist you. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

We found the whole process of using Seven Seas Worldwide a very positive experience

We found the whole process of using Seven Seas for our relocation to Thailand very professional. The verbal advice we received over the phone was concise and clear. The boxes arrived on time and the driver was very polite and knowledgeable. The boxes were easy to pack and label. The online documentation was sometimes difficult when it came to nominating a gender for every item. Similarly with the materials that items were made from. It's quite common for items to be made from a combination of materials or from an unknown material. Consequently, there was a bit of guesswork required to complete some items. The identity documents were easy to complete with assistance from Seven Seas customer service team. Pick up of the boxes was on schedule and done efficiently and the driver was very willing to help.

Date of experience : April 30, 2024

Thank you Leon for using our Boxes and Baggage service by sea to move your possessions to Thailand from Australia, we understand that some of the documentary requirements can appear a little odd but we are responding to the Customs authorities and need to provide them with the information they require. We will check the one you have raised, however, thank you. UPDATE, we have been advised that the requirement for "gender" is now no longer required and we were in the process of removing it. Apologises for any inconvenience, Leon. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

Helpful and friendly staff.

Helpful staff when I have phoned or emailed. Driver who delivered starter box and collected movecube was friendly and helpful too. Costs fully transparent. Online portal for documentation and payments very useful. Would definitely recommend Seven Seas.

Thank you Kathryn for using our MoveCube service for your international move to Australia from the United Kingdom, we are really pleased you are happy with our service. Thank you. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

I'm shipping goods from USA to NZ and James from the LA store was very accommodating in coordinating loading up my movecube and was very helpful in explaining the process to me. Fingers crossed all my goods make it past customs and to my home in NZ safely!

Date of experience : April 29, 2024

Thank you AK for choosing our MoveCube service for your international move to New Zealand, rest assured everything should arrive safely and though clearing Customs and particularly MPI is not be taken lightly, we will guide you through the process. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

We had a positive experience moving 2…

We had a positive experience moving 2 boxes from UK to Malaysia. The information before, during and after was clear and informative. I also had telephone conversations with their staff who were helpful and answered my queries.

Thank you S Thavaraj for using our Boxes and Baggage service by air to move your possessions to Malaysia from the United Kingdom, it great to hear you liked our service. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

horrendously misleading.

horrendous. made my enquiry for 2 boxes and got a quote door to door ocean freight so 90 days. Nothing fancy or fast. Was reasonably happy with it. A little bit over the average but I thought you pay a bit for a good all around service. Proceeded to confirm my account and paid a deposit. Went through to finalising item breakdown and there was an extra 75% on top of the original quote as "local charges." tried to cancel it immediately and they said it would take 7 days to process a refund. Still waiting on the refund being processed and will of course update/amend the review once the refund has been effected. Had this been included in the beginning would not have bothered at all as being the final price wasn't far off the cost of shipping a full 20ft container. I then thought I'd check FEDEX see what their express air rates were and I got half the original quote for last minute shipping by FEDEX. They clearly pump money into google as they are top of the page all the time. Avoid at all costs and do some more digging.

Thank you Richard, you used our website to generate a quote to move your baggage from Malaysia to the United Kingdom by sea. The online quote process clearly explains all the charges, in particular, those at the destination. Once you had paid the deposit you then received a confirmation email with a copy of our quote detailing the process which you then appear to have read. Your comments about our price for shipping your two boxes (0.175 cubic metre) being the same price as a 20ft container (30 cubic metres) are quite absurd, particularly with the increases we have seen following re-routing to avoid the incidents in the Red Sea. We wish you best with shipping your personal effects whoever you may choose. We wholeheartedly agree with your point to explore all shipping options. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

Highly recommended moving service

Moved our household belongings from SG to AUD. Process was very straight forward. Online service was very easy to access and professional. Everyone knew how to solve my problems. Goods arrived in very good condition and on time. Delivery people were all friendly, listened and were helpful. Great value for money. Would use again. Highly recommend!

Thank you MR for using our MoveCube service for your international move to Australia, we are really pleased you are happy with the outcome and everything arrived as you sent them. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

Great service

They were very helpful when I rang with questions and the drivers both end were very polite and also helpful with things I asked. So great service from beginning to end Thank you

Thank you Linda for using our MoveCube service for your international move to the United Kingdom from Australia, we are thrilled that you liked the service and support. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

Everything went smoothly

Everything went smoothly, we shipped a medium cube from California to France, it took a long time to arrive but that was made clear to us from the start. Everyone we dealt with (drivers, customer support) we're responsive and helpful, and our stuff was exactly the way we left it when the cube opened back up.

Thank you Nico for using our MoveCube service for your international move to France, we are so pleased we could help. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

Excellent service!

Excellent service!! Everything was well set on ‘auto-pilot mode’ from timely delivery of boxes and tape to pick up and delivery to destination. I was kept well informed about the shipment at every stage. Company has some great representatives with whom I spoke to over the phone. Have already recommended to other friends.

Thank you Anki for using our Boxes and Baggage service by sea to move your boxed belongings to Australia from New Zealand, really glad we could help and you are happy with the outcome. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

Very professional.

Very professional no matter on phone or in person. Instructions are clear. Staff are helpful enough. My stuff are well collected and delievered. Unfortunately, snacks and drinks are not permitted to be shipped.

Thank you Wallace, we are glad we could assist you with your move and unfortunately we cannot permit foodstuffs in the shipment. This is usually because the destination country will not permit their entry, or, if they do permit foodstuffs they can be very specific so for speed of clearance and to avoid any contamination should the foodstuffs rot we exercise a total ban. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

Good service

Firstly, I appreciate the hotline service, every staff member answered my questions patiently. Secondly, the two drivers were very professional and loaded all the boxes and various things into the MoveCube. They were very nice and polite. Finally, Seven Seas keeps me informed of the updated details of my shipment. I don't need to worry about it. Thanks a lot to Seven Seas.

Thank you Hilda for choosing our MoveCube service for your international move to the United Kingdom from Hong Kong, we really happy that we could help you with both our service and support. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

Absolutely first class

Absolutely first class, the packing boxes very strong, the collection driver was punctual and very helpful, and the paperwork was straight forward. Would definitely recommend. Very helpful on the phone and also kept in regular contact by e Mail.

Thank you Dorothy for using our Boxes and Baggage service by sea to move your possessions to Australia from the United Kingdom, good to hear you found the process straightforward. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

If I could give them 10 stars I would

Such an amazing amazing company, I cannot gush enough about them. From start to end, they have been so helpful and efficient. Everything is well-communicated and hassle-free. I can't remember ever dealing with a company that just made everything so easy - oh and at such affordable prices. Special shout out to to Danny (Hadi Danial) for being so fabulous. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them.

Thank you sabyj for using our Boxes and Baggage service by sea to move your shipment of personal effects to Malaysia from the United Kingdom, we are thrilled you liked our service and support. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

for HK, I informed in advance for my flat lift suspension time. Service center can't understand English so I talked through my local colleague. And they decided to arrange my schedule during the lift suspension time and to give me information that they will charge me more if they have to use stairs..... This is something I will raise the voice in expat community in HK for sure.

Date of experience : April 18, 2024

Hi Jane, we are sorry to hear about your unhappiness but our business centre's Advisors speak Cantonese and Mandarin as well as English. The service you selected is our Boxes and Baggage service and this clearly defines that collection is from the door when there is a working lift. In the event that this is not available or not working at a time of the collection, then the charge is HK$10 per box or bag per floor which is a widely accepted charge in Hong Kong. We greatly appreciate being kept informed about details of your address, your collection was scheduled between 10am and 1pm so well within our usual working day. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

We experienced excellent service

We experienced excellent service, From booking my cube, to collecting and shipping my belongings. We were kept up to date the whole time. The staff has been helpful and guided us through the whole process.

Thank you Natasha for choosing our MoveCube service for your international move to Australia from South Africa, we are thrilled that you are happy with our service and support. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

Everybody was so helpful and knowledgeable.

They checked everything that I did to make sure I hadn't made a mistake which could have held up the shipping and customs. No matter who I spoke to they all knew exactly what had to be done or what changes I should make. I was never passed on to somebody else to deal with any problems. They were proactive and pointed out any mistakes that I had made. The driver that delivered the cube was also very helpful and not eager to get away.

Thank you Mike for choosing our MoveCube service for your international move to Australia from the United Kingdom, it is great to know you liked our teams's support. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

Great communication & service

Communication during the entire process was excellent! Any questions were answered promptly. The in transit tracker map was very interesting to follow. The drivers were very courteous and the delivery driver assisted in unloading, which was much appreciated. Everything arrived safe and sound. Great service.

Thank you Glen for using our MoveCube service for your international move to France from Canada, we are really please you liked the service and everything arrived as you sent it. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide

The customer service I have spoken to…

The customer service I have spoken to was asking about my card information to make my payment, I have told her off that I’m not comfortable giving that info as it was very confidential. Told me that that’s the only way I can make my payment and luckily I didn’t give it away as I tried to call again to speak to another customer officer and gave me the proper way to make my payment. My experience with her is very disturbing as she might do the same to other customers. PS Please get back to me what action you have taken as this is not a misunderstanding. Investigate the call

Thank you for your patience, Rowena, we have conducted an investigation and found that our Advisor did not properly explain: 1. our process of taking payment over the phone with the security measure of "pause and resume", where there no recording taken of the card details or 2. that you could pay on our website. Our payment system is fully compliant. Please accept our sincere apologises for any distress this caused you. Regards, Seven Seas Worldwide
