• If you wish to reschedule your ticket due to any last-minute commitments, you can click on the “Request Reschedule” option a minimum of 1 hour prior to the departure time to get a call-back. This option is available on the “My Bookings” page. There are no extra charges that are levied on the customer for boarding the next shuttle through the Reschedule Ticket scheme.
• Customers can reschedule their bus ticket only once per trip. Rescheduling tickets to a particular time/day is subject to availability and is not applicable on promo tickets.

Baraya terms & conditions, passengers must show their vaccine certification if they are traveling in ppkm areas. the certificate must show that the passenger has received at least their first vaccination. passengers are only allowed to bring 1 piece of cabin-sized baggage (max. weight 7 kg). otherwise, baggage will be carried in the next travel vehicle. to board the vehicle, passengers must exchange their traveloka e-ticket for a paper ticket from baraya travel at the departure point. passengers are prohibited from bringing animals, drugs, firearms, sharp weapons, prohibited or illegal goods, flammable and explosive materials, strong-smelling items, and items that may interfere with the comfort and safety of other passengers. bring a printed traveloka e-ticket, as well as an id card/sim to board the vehicle. the delay tolerance is 10 minutes from the departure time. please inform your delay by calling the baraya travel call center. departure times, vehicle types and routes are subject to change due to operational reasons. if passengers experience any problems, please directly contact the baraya travel call center at (021) 724 4999., baraya refund policy, after booking is complete, your shuttle ticket cannot be canceled and you cannot ask for a refund., baraya reschedule policy, reschedule is only available for regular (non-promo) tickets. to reschedule, call baraya travel at (021) 724 4999 or go to the nearest baraya travel office. reschedule can only be done at the latest 6 hours before departure time. bring your official identification document (ktp/sim) and traveloka e-ticket when rescheduling. reschedule is based on availability. once you have rescheduled your shuttle, you cannot ask for another reschedule. get your new ticket at the baraya travel office at your departure point., baraya schedule information, routes and ticket price, book tickets, baraya booking & e-ticket.

Baraya Travel, Layanan Transportasi Shuttel yang Murah

Baraya Travel adalah perusahaan yang menyediakan moda transportasi shuttel. Mereka mendirikan shuttel atau tempat antar jemput di beberapa lokasi strategis. Tempat tersebut untuk memudahkan konsumen yang ingin menggunakan layanan transportasi Bandung-Jakarta atau sebaliknya.

Selain menyediakan tempat penjemputan, Baraya Travel juga menyediakan laman untuk mengecek rute dan jadwak perjalanan. Bagi pengguna handphone disediakan pula aplikasi yang bisa diunduh lewat Google Play. Bahkan untuk mendekatkan dengan konsumen, tiket Baraya Travel bisa diperoleh di Indomaret.

Kendaraan yang digunakan Baraya Travel memiliki kapasitas yang berbeda-beda, yakni ada yang  12 seat, 14 seat, 16 seat, dan 31 seat untuk keperluan wisata. Mobil yang digunakan adalah Isuzu. Tentu saja dengan fasilitas yang bisa memanjakan konsumennya.

Baraya Travel berdiri pada 23 Oktober 2005. Awalnya tempat Baraya Travel berdampingan dengan sebuah rumah makan yang biasa dijadikan sebagai tempat pemberhentian atau tempat istirahat.

Transportasi shuttel Baraya  terus berkembang. Pengelolanya yang menetapkan tarif murah jurusan Bandung-Jakarta menjadikan pilihan konsumen yang hendak ke Jakarta atau sebaliknya. Walaupun murah Baraya tetap memberikan pelayanan yang tidak kalah dari travel lain dan tidak membuat transportasi ini terlihat murahan. Sebaliknya penggunanya datang dari kalangan menengah ke atas.

Awalnya Baraya sempat pasang tarif Bandung-Jakarta Rp 35.000. Namun untuk penyesuaian dengan kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM) dan kebutuhan lainnya yang melonjak, Baraya terpaksa menaikkan harga. Penyesuaian itu tetap saja menempatkan Baraya menjadi salah satu moda tranportasi shuttel termurah di Bandung.

Tarif tersebut merupakan perwujudan dari moto Baraya  yakni “travel termurah tapi bukan murahan”. Perusahaan ini mementingkan masyarakat kalangan bawah dengan memberikan harga/tariff tiket travel yang lebih murah dibandingkan dengan perusahaan-perusahaan transportasi lainnya.

Baraya Travel terus mengembangkan usahanya, selain jasa travel juga menyediakan jasa angkutan kargo dan tours dan travel.

Rute Perjalanan Baraya Travel Bandung melayani tujuan dari Bandung ke Bekasi-Kalimalang, Blora, BSD-Bintaro, Cikini-Tebet, Cileduk, Ciputat, Fatmawati, Jatiwaringin, Kalimalang-Bekasi, Kelapa Gading, Lenteng Agung, Tebet, Sarina, dan Melawai-Tendean.
