We joined this tour on August 2nd, and it was such a great way to experience Miami. The staff was very friendly, and the boat was super clean which is a big +. The boat we went one was the island queen cruises double decker boat. On the boat ride we were able to see so many celebrity mansions. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend the sunset cruises.

We decided to join this cruise last minute after taking a hop on hop off bus tour. The cruise departure point was near me at the time of being drop off the bus, so it was a quick walk. Watson Island is a neighborhood and man-made island in Biscayne Bay, in Miami, Florida. It is located Immediately east of the Central Business District and Arts & Entertainment District neighborhoods of downtown Miami and is connected to the mainland and South Beach, Miami Beach by the MacArthur Causeway. The island was deeded to the city in 1919 with the restriction that it only be used for public or municipal purposes. The city gave it to the state and the state deeded it back to the city with similar restrictions - both in the 1940s. In 1979 the city attempted to circumvent this prohibition by claiming that the underwater land surrounding the island is a preserve and Watson Island need not be protected as per the deed, as a park, or for public ownership and use. The island had a name change from Causeway Island to Watson Island, named for John W. Watson Sr., who was Mayor of Miami 1912-1915 and 1917–1919.

The Venetian Causeway crosses Biscayne Bay between Miami on the mainland and Miami Beach on a barrier island in the Miami metropolitan area. The man-made Venetian Islands and non-bridge portions of the causeway were created by materials which came from the dredging of the bay. The Venetian Causeway follows the original route of the Collins Bridge, a wooden 2.5 mi (4 km) long structure built in 1913 by John S. Collins and Carl G. Fisher which opened up the barrier island for unprecedented growth and development.

Hibiscus Island is a neighborhood in the city of Miami Beach on a man-made island in Biscayne Bay, Florida, United States. Hibiscus Island lies just north of Palm Island. The dredging which created the reclaimed land on which Hibiscus Island sits was completed in 1922 by the Army Corps of Engineers, work which completed Palm and Star Island the same year. Flagler Memorial Island is an uninhabited artificial island of South Beach in the city of Miami Beach in Biscayne Bay, Florida. A 110-foot (34 m) high obelisk with allegorical sculptures at its base stands as a monument to Miami pioneer Henry M. Flagler, and was built in the center of the freshly constructed island in memory of Flagler, who died in 1913. Miami Beach co-founder Carl G. Fisher commissioned the construction of the obelisk monument and the four allegorical statues at the base in 1920 at a cost of $125,000. His Alton Beach Realty Company deeded the land to the City of Miami Beach in 1939.[3]

During the preliminary dredging in 1919, a Native American war club was discovered by workers. Believed to be from the Tequesta, the club is currently in the archives at the Florida Museum of Natural History. Unlike the Venetian Islands, the perfectly rounded shape of the memorial island was not protected by a sea wall.

Named for automotive parts pioneer and beach real estate developer Carl G. Fisher, who once owned it,[citation needed] Fisher Island is three miles off the shore of mainland South Florida. No road or causeway connects to the island, which is only accessible by private boat, helicopter, or ferry. Once a one-family island home of the Vanderbilts, and later several other millionaires, it was sold for development in the 1960s. The property sat vacant for well over 15 years before development began for very limited and restrictive multi-family use.

Having met up at the scheduled time, we'll set off on the 40-minute journey  to the Everglades. When we get there, we'll board a hovercraft to explore Florida's famous wetlands.  Alligators , crocodiles , turtles and plantlife endemic to this area await!

As we explore this area, we'll tell you lots of fun facts about the Everglades . We'll also attend an alligator show so we can see the work that the keepers here do to help with the conservation of American alligators .

Our trip will come to an end as we return to the starting point 4 hours after our departure.

Miami Sightseeing Tour (2.5 Hours)

You'll take a 2.5-hour tour of the city's major attractions - it's the most comfortable way to get around Miami! The open-top, double-decker bus will take you to various places of interest, such as Miami Beach, Washington Avenue, Little Havanna, Wynwood, South Beach, Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road.

Schedules: The sightseeing bus departs every 30 minutes starting at 10 am from the Bayside Marketplace stop #1 .

Within its hours of operation, you can board the sightseeing tour bus at any of its stops .

Celebrity Homes Boat Trip (1.5 Hours)

Once you've boarded the tourist boat, we'll set sail and spend 1 hour and 30 minutes exploring Biscayne Bay , which is famous for its celebrity islands and their mansions.

During the Celebrity Homes boat trip, you'll see luxurious spots such as Star Island , Fisher Island and Millionaire's Row . The best option would be, on the first day , take the Everglases Trip and the Celebrity Homes Boat Tour Trip or the Miami Sightseeing tour , and then take the tour you've left on the day after .

Please keep in mind that the last sightseeing tour leave at 4 pm and takes around 2.5 hours , while the last boat departs at 6 pm .

Matt Drudge Finally Sells His Miami Home for $1.6M, a Much Lower Price Than Planned

Here’s a scoop: Matt Drudge , creator of the Drudge Report, has finally snagged a buyer for his Miami  home.

In September of last year, Drudge listed his five-bedroom, 4.5-bath property for just a tiny bit under $3 million. In January, he slashed the price to $2,499,500, then $1,995,000, and eventually $1,895,000.

The final sale price was $1.6 million, which is a tad more than the $1,450,000 he paid for the place in 2011.

According to the listing, Drudge was “motivated” to sell this house, which is all but hidden down a long gated driveway and among so many trees and plants. It’s “unseen from air and street.”

Set on over 4 acres, the 6,700-square-foot home features travertine and hardwood on the floor and commercial-grade appliances in the kitchen.

There’s a library and seating area upstairs, and the layout includes a large family room with plenty of plush seating.

Inside Bad Bunny’s Houses: Tour Where the Latin Superstar Lives

Now that Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, better known as Bad Bunny, is a global superstar, it makes sense that he’s been shopping around for trophy properties. Bad Bunny’s houses on both coasts are the epitome of luxury, and he’s come a long way from where he grew up in Almirante Sur, a rural area in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. Still, he enjoys frequent visits home: In Puerto Rico, he feels comforted by the relative calm and privacy that he experiences with loved ones.

“Outside of that house, perhaps the world is listening and talking about me. But in that house, everything is the same,” he told Time magazine in a cover story last March about visiting with family at his home in Puerto Rico. “It’s beautiful for me to go there and [my parents] still look at me with the eyes of, ‘Come here, Benito Antonio. The Baby. The son.’” It’s a stark contrast from his bustling professional life: The rapper will cohost the Met Gala with Jennifer Lopez , Zendaya , and Chris Hemsworth on May 6; he has three consecutive Grammy wins in the best latin pop or urban album category; and he’s in the midst of his Most Wanted Tour, making headlines for his fashion choices as well as his collaborations with everyone from Travis Scott to Drake to SZA. Below, we’ve rounded up what we know about Bad Bunny’s extravagant dwellings.

Puerto Rico mansion

During the pandemic, Bad Bunny hunkered down at a million-dollar rental mansion in San Juan (a property that he’s kept largely private save for a few Instagram Live videos he posted during lockdown). Just prior to the start of the pandemic, the musician shared some insight into his favorite spots on his home island—“through Vega Alta, Dorado, [my hometown] Vega Baja, Manatí, Barceloneta, Arecibo—all the way to the west side of the island.” His first meal whenever he’s back in town, he told Condé Nast Traveler , is typically “a beer and some fish—usually mofongo or octopus ceviche. I love the coastal restaurants.”

Big rig Airbnb

In 2022, Bad Bunny partnered with Airbnb to offer fans a once-in-a-lifetime experience : a chance to spend one night on the 53-foot matte black semitruck which appeared on the cover of his 2021 album El Último Tour Del Mundo. The truck, which was designed by West Coast Customs, featured chrome flames, a customized grill, and all-leather interiors. A stay on the Miami-based big rig cost $91 a night—a nod to his record-breaking 9.1 billion streams on Spotify in 2021. “Being on tour has reconnected me with my fans and the energy they give me during each show in every city we visit is incredible,” he said at the time . “This truck has played such a big role in the concept of my tour and my last album that I want to share this unique experience with them.” Fans can unfortunately no longer book a stay on the big rig.

Hollywood Hills contemporary

The following year, Bad Bunny dropped $8.8 million for a contemporary Hollywood Hills estate set on a little over half an acre. The property comprises an angular five-bedroom main house and a separate two-bedroom guesthouse with its own kitchen, measuring a combined 7,316 square feet. The dwelling was originally built in 2005 but has been recently renovated. Images of the interiors reveal pristine white walls and ample floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the home with natural light. There is a sunken living room and chef’s kitchen, as well as a wet bar just off the living room. The primary bedroom boasts a cavernous walk-in closet with its own lounge area. The grounds are dotted with palm trees and an inviting BBQ kitchen area, and the centerpiece of the backyard is the infinity pool with an inset spa, which features panoramic city views.

West Chelsea luxury rental

Also in 2023, Bad Bunny broke records in real estate after renting out a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom penthouse duplex in the West Chelsea neighborhood of New York for $150,000 a month —reportedly the most expensive apartment in the city. The stylish pad, which was on the market for $18.5 million, checks off all of the Bullet Train star’s aesthetic preferences: It is airy and high-ceilinged, with spectacular city views and a private 32-foot lap pool. There is a total of 4,552 square feet of living space, with an additional 4,593 square feet of outdoor space, including an outdoor kitchen and a landscaped rooftop with a view of the Hudson River. Of note indoors: an eat-in kitchen with terrazzo floors and wood paneling, as well as a library with a spiral staircase leading up onto the aforementioned roof and a terrace. It appears that the musician still maintains this home.

Bird Streets residence

Bad Bunny’s next purchase came with some musical lineage—he paid Ariana Grande $8.3 million for her Bird Streets hideaway in early 2024. The reggaeton star’s latest residence reportedly comprises a single-story structure measuring less than 1,600 square feet, a two-car garage, and an angular swimming pool situated on three hillside parcels. Originally built in 1946, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is decidedly smaller than Bad Bunny’s other properties. Grande bought the rustic contemporary home for $8.9 million in an off-market deal in 2021, reportedly with plans of building a dream home there with her then fiancé, real estate agent Dalton Gomez.

“Alright, alright, alright, I think I was just talking to my significant other, and we might have one other alternate item that wasn’t on the docket. Um, has anybody heard of the Eras Tour ?” he teased. “Does that fire anybody up right now?!” he screamed while the attendees shouted.

He revealed that Taylor had offered to auction up “four tickets” to shows in New Orleans, Miami or Indianapolis when her tour returns to the United States in the fall.

People began shouting bids of $20,000 and $30,000. The four tickets eventually went for $80,000, according to the auctioneer.

The duo have been enjoying time together before she resumes her Eras Tour in less than two weeks. Fans think she’s adding a new section to the show!

Anne Hathaway is on TikTok now? Shut. Up.

The “Princess Diaries” actress, 41, made her debut on the popular social media platform on Thursday, posting a fashion-filled montage of her life over the past few years.

“⏰⏰⏰⏰ 😳🫢🫡🤗,” she captioned the video , which began with text that said “Since 2020 I’ve…” before adding that it was actually just a “partial list.”

While the clip paid tribute to Hathaway’s many career accomplishments — including starring in the movie “The Witches,” AppleTV+’s “WeCrashed,” and her latest project, Prime’s “The Idea of You” — she made sure to remind fans of some of her memorable style moments, too.

Not only did Hathaway show off the colorful Christopher John Rogers look that she wore while doing press for “WeCrashed,” she also included highlights from the 2023 Met Gala , where she showed up in a safety pin Versace dress and reunited with her costar from the mini-series, Jared Leto, who was dressed as a cat.

There were also shots of Hathaway’s vibrant pink look from Valentino’s Haute Couture Fall 2022 show , her white Cannes 2022 dress , a golden gown she wore while “dripping in Bulgari,” and a bikini and jeans combo, which she rocked alongside trainer Monique Eastwood.

Hathaway even poked fun at her viral videos instructing fans to “calma” while in Italy, including three different clips of herself speaking to crowds, before adding some “Not calma ✅ 🤪” moments, like when she twerked in a checkered Versace set .

Of course, the “Devil Wears Prada” alum had to include her unforgettable SAG Awards reunion with Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt, during which she gave a nod to the film in cerulean blue .

She also shared the time she became “besties” with designer Donatella Versace, with the two women laughing on a couch.

The TikTok concluded with some of Hathaway’s stunning press tour outfits from promoting “The Idea of You,” and as the as the background music fades, the star, who is decked out in form-fitting red gown, jokingly tells her team she “forgot to make a TikTok.”

Naturally, many fans took to the comments section, making references to Hathaway’s films. Even the official TikTok account shared its excitement, writing “THE QUEEN IS HERE!!!!!!!!!”

The star surely has a lot to celebrate. On top of both producing and starring in “The Idea of You,” which is now available to stream on Prime, she recently told the New York Times that she’s “over five years sober.”

“That feels like a milestone to me,” she told the publication.
