• How much do you charge? Unlike many travel booking sites, we don't charge our clients a penny to design their itineraries or select the best vendors for their needs. Instead, we get compensated through commissions received from our partners, putting all our focus on creating the most personalized and enjoyable itinerary for each one of our clients, free of charge.
• Do I have to pay for my vacation package in full? Depending on how far in advance you plan your trip and book your vacation, you may not need to pay for it in full. Many vendors, like American Airlines Vacations, offer payment plans with small deposits that help to break up the cost into more manageable chunks. Furthermore, some vendors even offer discounts if you book early or during particular times of year.
• Do I need a passport? A passport is the best form of identification when traveling and a requirement for international travel. Domestic travel within the United States requires a state-issued driver's license or identification. Please note: Beginning October 1, 2021, any state-issued ID or license used as identification within the U.S. must be compliant with REAL ID. If you aren’t sure if your ID complies with REAL ID, check with your state department of motor vehicles or click here to view TSA’s REAL ID guidelines. U.S citizens can travel freely between the U.S Virgin Islands and other U.S territories without a passport – all that is required is proof of U.S citizenship such as a driver's license or birth certificate. • Do you offer transportation from the airport to my resort/hotel? We include roundtrip shuttle transportation to and from the airport in all of our packages. Whether you are traveling solo or with a group, we make sure shuttle transportation gets you to and from your destination easily and hassle free.

• What does all inclusive mean? All inclusive vacations are an excellent option for travelers who want to have all of their accommodations and travel arrangements taken care of in advance. Just booked another Trip with Collette! Go see Collette! She's the best at what she does! Was able to get quick refunds and rebookings when the airlines changed flight times and always has great recommendations and tips on how to save money by staying in a hotel with free breakfast for instance! Could not be happier with the professionalism and level of customer service!

Go talk to Colette! She is AMAZING. Extremely knowledgeable in locations, rates, special tips to save money and get the most out of our experience. Even the 2 times that she wasn't able to help us because of special venues etc. She still gave is free advice and helpful information that made a big difference in our experience.

I often don't have time to scour the internet looking for the best airfare, and even if I did, Premier Travel always comes up with a competitive fare with zero hassle. They know my travel preferences, and are there when I need them. Good luck calling Expedia when you're stuck in an airport somewhere. Premier is simply the best!

In today's world of Kayak, Expedia and other travel sites, we forget the value that a real life travel agent can add. Premier travel is helpful, attentive, creative and has a great commitment to serving their clients. I was a complicated customer and they always had a great attitude with me. I had a international, multi-city trip and I'm certain that they found me a better price on tickets than I could have if I had just booked them on my own. I'd definitely use them again.
