Booking Your Hire Bike At Grizedale Forest
Welcome to the Biketreks Grizedale Hire Booking Page. Here you can see the bikes and add ons we have available to hire during your visit to Grizedale Forest, Hawkshead, Near Ambleside, Cumbria, LA22 0QJ.
During lockdown we are still open so you've got somewhere to escape to but please don't take the mick with travelling from across the country when you shouldn't be! The rules are you can be in your support bubble group, or with ONE extra person outside that bubble.
We are only hiring bikes on a up to 3 hour basis at the moment, and collection is between 10am and 12pm, with latest return at 3pm as it's dark after that!
Our booking system runs on live data so if there is not a bike or add on available for your given date and time then it is more than likely already booked out.
You can only book bikes up to 24 hour in advance so we can ensure that they are built and ready. If you want to book a bike within 24 hours of the booking taking place then you need to email or ring us during opening hours to see if we can meet the requirements.
Please note that electric bikes can only be hired to those aged 14 and over, and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a riding adult at all times.
At present trailer hire is ONLY available when you hire an electric hardtail off us due to axle compatibility.
