Important information for buying tickets during the TaylorSwiftTix Presale powered by Verified Fan:

Our goal is to maximize the number of fans who have an opportunity to shop.

The link in your text will direct you to the show you were selected for — either a show that was available during registration or a show that was announced after registration closed.

If you were selected for a show available during registration, your code will enable you to shop  that  show  or any show in the same city  that was announced after registration closed. (You will not be able to shop a different show that was available during registration).

If you were selected for a show announced after registration closed — i.e., the link in your text directs you to one of those shows — your code is good for that show. We recommend you use the code for that show as it will have the greatest availability for you. If you choose, you can use your code instead for the show you prioritized first during registration; however, we expect demand for that show to be higher and your wait to be longer.

Remember, each code only allows you to purchase 6 tickets.

Hang on to those friendship bracelets , Swifties; Taylor Swift is firmly staying in her Eras tour era through 2024.

The superstar on Thursday announced another expansion of her massive stadium tour, adding 15 dates in North America next year, including a long-awaited six-night stint in Canada.

“Turns out it’s NOT the end of an era Miami, New Orleans, Indy and Toronto: The Eras Tour is coming to you in 2024,” the “Anti-Hero” singer tweeted and posted on Instagram . Eras tour vet Gracie Abrams will join Swift for the new shows, which begin in mid-October of next year and run through November.

The Grammy winner kicks off her sold-out Los Angeles tour stop Thursday, with six shows planned at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood — her longest stay in a single city so far. Nearly half a million concertgoers are set to descend on SoFi, with additional shows set for Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Experts estimate the weeklong run could bring as much as $150 million in spending to the area, a welcome figure in a local economy struck by Hollywood’s writers’ and actors’ strikes and a hotel workers’ strike that could affect visitors.

The ultimate guide to seeing Taylor Swift at SoFi Stadium

Parking! Public transit! Fan chants! Friendship bracelets! Everything you need to know before you see Taylor Swift at SoFi Stadium for the L.A. stops of her Eras tour.

Aug. 4, 2023

The Aug. 9 show at SoFi was meant to close out the U.S. leg of the tour, but given Swift’s latest announcement, it will do so only for now. The hitmaker next jets off for shows in Mexico, South America, Asia, Australia and Europe through August 2024.

The tour will return to the United States in October 2024 with three shows in Miami, three in New Orleans, three in Indianapolis and six in Toronto. The Rogers Centre shows in Canada appear to mark the end of the ever-expanding tour — also for now.

The popularity of the 33-year-old’s music, her marketing savvy and her understanding of the modern digital news cycle have kept her at the forefront of the cultural conversation since the tour launched in March. The 44-song setlist includes a “surprise song” each night and often a celebrity guest.

It’s a love story, L.A. just says yes: How Taylormania took over the world

Cultural dominance. History-making album sales. Sold-out stadiums. Add them up, and Taylor Swift’s current moment has little precedent in pop-music history.

Aug. 1, 2023

The record-breaking road tour, teeming with viral moments , has provided a financial jolt to nearly every city it has stopped in and a legitimate 2.3-magnitude earthquake in Seattle last week.

The “Shake It Off” singer’s tour is expected to rake in more than $1 billion by the time it wraps next year. It already has transformed the American concert business with its sheer scale and ravenous fan demand, The Times reported. When tickets went on sale in November, Ticketmaster famously crashed under the pressure of millions of would-be customers, spurring a congressional antitrust investigation into the ticketing platform’s parent company, Live Nation Entertainment.

Times music critic Mikael Wood and staff writer August Brown contributed to this report.

Taylor Swift's Eras Tour: All the U.S. and international dates and opening acts

taylor swift end of us tour

Taylor Swift opened the Eras Tour at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona — which rebranded itself as "Swift Cit y" for the March 17 and 18 concerts — with a triumphant return to live performance as the first act in the history of that venue to sell out two nights on the same tour.

By that point, she'd already broken the all-time record for most concert tickets sold by an artist in a single day and passed Madonna's Sticky & Sweet Tour as the highest-grossing tour in history by a female artist.

And Swift rose to the occasion , leading her band through a marathon 44-song set that lasted more than three hours while delivering on her promise of "a journey through all of my musical eras."

So what does she do for an encore? Here's where the Eras Tour is headed next, adding two surprise songs to the set at each show. Here's a look at what she's played so far .

Taylor Swift Taps Paramore for European Eras Tour Run

Taylor Swift knows we need more — so she’s giving us just that. The singer has added 14 more shows to the European/U.K. leg of her Eras Tour , and announced that Paramore will provide support throughout the trek.

“Really can’t contain my excitement because… we’re adding 14 new shows to The Eras Tour,” Swift wrote on Twitter Wednesday, July 5. “And I get to travel the world doing shows with @paramore !! Hayley and I have been friends since we were teens in Nashville and now we get to frolic around the UK/Europe next summer??? I’m screaming???”

Last month, Swift added dozens of shows to her Taylor Swift: The Eras stadium tour — bringing the total count of shows to a whooping 104 nights . She also extended her run at Los Angeles’ So-Fi Stadium with a sixth show scheduled for Aug. 7.

The new addition comes after the singer announced shows in Japan, Australia, Singapore, and Europe earlier this week. (See below for the full tour dates.)

“EXCUSE ME HI I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY 🙋‍♀️,” she wrote on Instagram. “I can’t wait to see so many of you on The Eras Tour next year at these new international dates!”

She also added more dates to her already-announced Latin America tour. After wrapping her U.S. dates in Los Angeles on Aug. 9, Swift will head to Mexico City for four straight shows at Foro Sol starting Aug. 24. She’ll then stop in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and both Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo in Brazil in November.

Swift first announced the tour last October after she completely took over the Billboard Hot 100 top 10 with Midnights . The added dates, which follow the addition of eight new shows last week, were slotted in “due to unprecedented demand,” according to the singer’s camp.

“Good Morning America, it’s Taylor,” Swift said during the announcement. “I wanted to tell you something that I’ve been so excited about for a really long time and I’ve been planning for ages, and I finally get to tell you I’m going back on tour. The tour is called the ‘Eras’ tour, and it’s a journey through all of my musical eras of my career.”

The tour began on March 17 in Glendale, Arizona and extends through Aug. 9, where the singer will wrap with a fifth night at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. Swift still has stops left in Detroit, Minneapolis, Cincinnati, Seattle, and Santa Clara.

Slipknot Announce Here Comes the Pain Summer Tour

Taylor swift dominates entire top 10 on hot 100. again, billie eilish unveils 'hit me hard and soft' world tour dates.

Across the tour, Swift is being supported in select cities by a combination of special guests including Paramore, beabadoobee, Phoebe Bridgers, girl in red, MUNA, HAIM, GAYLE, Gracie Abrams, and OWENN.

The Eras tour follows the cancelation of her planned 2020 Lover Fest tour, which was originally going to see her make stadium stops in Los Angeles, Boston, and New York, along with Brazil, Denmark, Norway, and Poland. “This is an unprecedented pandemic that has changed everyone’s plans and no one knows what the touring landscape is going to look like in the near future,” she wrote in 2021.

Swift last went the road in 2018 for her massive Reputation Stadium Tour , which saw Swift accompanied by the likes of Charli XCX and Camila Cabello across the United States, the United Kingdom, along with Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. The tour was the highest-grossing music tour by a female artist that year.

Since her last tour, Swift has released four albums and two re-releases: Lover , Folklore , Evermore , Midnights , and Taylor’s Version editions of Fearless and Red with additional songs. In total, she’s dropped 90 tracks of new material, not including collaborations with the likes of Haim and Big Red Machine.

Fans have long wondered what music she’ll be performing on the road, with some theorizing that she’d host a residency in Las Vegas or a music festival where she’d perform different “eras” on different nights.

Along with packing her setlist with songs from Reputation in 2018, she surprised each city with an acoustic rendition of fan favorites like “Red,” “Holy Ground,” and “Wildest Dreams.” At select shows, she also brought out special guests. Shawn Mendes, Selena Gomez, Hayley Kiyoko, and Maren Morris were among the artists to be brought out by Swift.

The stadium tour was accompanied by a concert film released on New Year’s Eve that year.

She previously took her 1989 album on the road for 85 dates, where she was accompanied by the likes of Mendes, James Bay, Vance Joy, and Haim. Before then was The Red Tour in 2013 and 2014, and her Speak Now World Tour from 2011 to 2012.

u.s. american stadium tour 2023

Taylor Swift announced Tuesday morning her long-rumored return to the road, with an outing dubbed the “ Eras Tour ” scheduled to hit U.S. stadiums beginning in March 2023 and running into August, with international dates set to be revealed later.

The support acts are very much all about the sisterhood, with a host of acts Swift has championed in the past. Opening acts for the U.S. leg of the tour are Paramore , Haim , Phoebe Bridgers , Beabadoobee, Girl in Red, Muna, Gayle, Gracie Abrams and Owenn.

The tour starts March 18, 2023 in what is apparently a sweet spot for Swift, Glendale, Ariz., the same place her last outing, the pre-pandemic “Reputation” tour, began in 2018.

Popular on Variety

As for which album we can consider the tour to be supporting, since she has released four original studios albums since her last tour? All of them. Swift described the tour as “a journey through the musical eras of my career (past and present!),” with a graphic showing her look from different phases of her career.

See the full itinerary, with color-coded graphics indicating which of the nine opening acts got the gigs in which cities:

The public on-sale happens at 10 a.m. local time on Nov. 18. As with all major tours nowadays, there will be an earlier rollout of tickets for credit card members, in this case holders of Capital One cards, beginning Nov. 15 at 2 p.m. through Nov. 17 at 10 p.m. local times.

As with her previous tour, there will be a Ticketmaster Verified Fan program “to ensure tickets get into the hands of fans.” Aspiring ticket buyers can register for the setup now through Nov. 9 here .

Unusually in the modern era of variably priced “platinum tickets” where fans get little information about set ticket prices, Swift has announced the cost of her tickets in advance. They run from $49 up to $449, with VIP packages that start at $199 and go up to $899.

Swift’s announcement promised that international dates are to follow.

There was an attention to detail in the tour announcement even in the graphics signifying the opening acts at different spots in the tour routing, with Bridgers, for instance, being represented by a tiny ghost, in honor of the skeleton costume she’s used on her own headlining tours.

Not accidental, probably, is how that same graphic breaks the tour itinerary down into two columns of 13 dates each. There will be 27 shows in 20 cities. The venues getting a two-night stand are in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Chicago, as well as Arlington, Texas; Foxborough, Mass.; and East Rutherford, N.J.

The reception for “Midnights” upon its October release left no doubt just how strong the appetite for Swift tickets will be. It had the biggest week since Adele’s “25” album, per Luminate this week, with 1,578,000 album-equivalent units. Additionally, it was announced Monday that for the first time in history, all 10 top slots of the Billboard Hot 100 were filled by a single artist’s songs, with “Anti-Hero” leading the way at No. 1. Fans very much wanted the full album, anyway — of the nearly 1.6 million album units registered for “Midnights,” 1,140,000 were copies purchased in the form of the full album. It became Swift’s fifth album, out of her 10 original studio releases overall, to sell a million-plus copies in the first week out. The figure also represented the best first-week sales for an album by any performer since “Reputation” came out of the gate with 1,216,000.

The “Eras Tour” is being produced in-house by Taylor Swift Touring and promoted by the Messina Touring Group.

The tour’s opening acts expressed their enthusiasm in their own ways, such as the tweet from Muna that declared the group “gay for Tay” and pictured the trio in miniature, resting atop Swift’s lighter on the “Midnights” album cover.

Taylor Swift opened her US concert series with a three-hour tour of her career .

Swift kicked off the first concert of the 27-date Eras Tour with a six-song set from her album “Lover” on Friday night at State Farm Stadium in Glendale , Arizona, where the Super Bowl was played a month ago.

“I don’t know how to address the way this is making me feel right now,” Swift, who hasn't toured since 2018, said early in the show.

She ended the concert with a seven-song set from her latest album “Midnights," closing with the song “Karma.”

In between she played clusters of songs from most of her albums — and just one, “ Tim McGraw ,” from her 2006 self-titled debut. In the end it took 44 songs and just over three hours for her to span her 17-year career.

Having not toured for her previous three albums, this concert series is intended to play catchup by providing the live debut of many of those songs. When Swift announced the tour in November she called it “a journey through the musical eras of my career (past and present!).”

Swift seemed to acknowledgethe Ticketmaster furor that sullied the run-up to the tour when she told the crowd of more than 70,000 that she understands it took “considerable effort” for them to be there.

After another show at the same venue Saturday night, the tour moves on to Allegiant Stadium outside Las Vegas and then AT&T Stadium near Dallas.

It concludes with two Los Angeles-area shows in August.

Taylor Swift Announces More Tour Dates: "Turns Out It's NOT the End of an Era"

Taylor Swift performs at the Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift has officially added more North American dates to her Eras Tour. On Aug. 3, just before the final shows of her initial US run, Swift revealed that she'll be playing 15 additional shows in four cities across America and Canada in 2024. "Turns out it's NOT the end of an era," she wrote in a social media post . "Miami, New Orleans, Indy and Toronto: The Eras Tour is coming to you in 2024 with @gracieabrams! Verified fan registration for all shows is open now – visit TaylorSwift.com for more information."

Swift first shared her vision for the Eras Tour with the world on Nov. 1, 2022, writing that it's "a journey through the musical eras of my career (past and present!)." The tour's first leg kicked off in the US in March, and will conclude in Los Angeles on Aug. 9. In June, Swift added 50 international dates to her schedule , including stops in the UK, Singapore, and more.

Despite some initial issues with Ticketmaster , Swift's Eras Tour has been a massive success by all counts. It's attracted stars (and their kids) , from Josh Gad and Reese Witherspoon to Drew Barrymore and Jennifer Garner, and it's also reportedly on track to become the highest-grossing tour of all time, per a June report in Pollstar . Swift has also netted praise for her elaborate outfits and thrilled fans with nightly surprise acoustic songs .

Swift initially teased that a tour was in the works on an episode of " The Graham Norton Show " that aired on Oct. 28, 2022. "We will sometime soonish. It's going to happen," she said of going back on the road. "We will do it, and it will be great."

The "Midnights" singer also teased the tour before during an Oct. 24, 2022, appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," when the late-night talk-show host pressed an answer out of her after pointing out the fact that she hasn't toured in four years. "We want you to," said Fallon, to which Swift replied, "I think I should do it." Fallon added: "When it's time, you'll let us know." "When it's time, we'll do it," Swift said, confirming his statement before she added how much she misses seeing her fans IRL.

Swift's record-breaking "Midnights" album dropped on Oct. 21, 2022, and she released " Speak Now (Taylor's Version) " on July 7. As Swift continues on with her star-studded Eras Tour, read on to learn everything you need to know, including the new show dates.

Where did Taylor Swift's Eras tour start? Looking back at the beginning of the highest-grossing concert streak of all time

M arch 17, 2024, officially marked one year since the first show of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour . In one year, Taylor has broken a plethora of records, been named the TIME 2023 Person of the Year, uplifted economies with the 'Taylor Swift Effect,' and finished working on her eleventh studio album, The Tortured Poets Department.

Taylor Swift's Eras Tour started on March 17, 2023, with the first show in Glendale, Arizona. Taylor's first show broke the record of the female concert with the highest attendance in US history. Since then, the Tour hasn't looked back.

With less than half the number of shows done, The Eras Tour grossed over $1 billion by the end of 2023, already making it the highest-grossing concert in history. According to an estimate by the U.S. Travel Association, the total economic impact of The Eras Tour will touch the $10 billion mark before its completion in 2024.

Where did Taylor Swift's Eras Tour officially start?

Taylor Swift officially started The Eras Tour on March 17 in Glendale, Arizona. The three-hour concert was a journey across time, touching every 'era' of the 14-time Grammy winner's career.

Fashioning sparkling attire and matching boots, Taylor started the concert with Lover Era and sang Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince. The 34-year-old also performed Cruel Summer live for the first time.

Champagne Problems and Willow from Evermore reminded the audience of the pandemic era. Thereafter, a ginormous snake slithered around the stage, and Taylor sang Delicate and Don't Blame Me from her iconic Reputation album. The Red Era saw her performing songs like I Knew You Were Trouble and We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together. Taylor also sang the full 10-minute version of All Too Well.

Folklore followed Red, and Taylor performed songs like Invisible String, Cardigan, and an acoustic version of Mirrorball. She also informed the audience that the acoustic version of a different song would be played at every show throughout her tour.

Taylor coalesced popular hits from her 1989 era into one big dance show. It included iconic hits like Shake It Off, Blank Space, and Wildest Dreams . As the concert came to its final moments, Taylor took the audience on a nostalgic ride with Fearless songs like Love Story, You Belong With Me. The pop star also performed Tim McGraw on the piano.

Taylor ended the concert with her latest album from 2022, Midnights. Within three hours, the 34-year-old covered a total of forty songs .

A total of 69,000 fans attended the first concert of The Eras Tour, and Taylor Swift became the record holder for the most-attended female concert in US history. In doing so, she beat Madonna who had held the record for almost 36 years!

Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in Numbers

Since the inception of The Eras Tour, Taylor has seemingly toppled records with every new concert. Even before reaching the halfway point of its 152-show run, the tour had already earned $1 billion in revenue by the end of 2023. That made Taylor Swift's Eras Tour the highest-grossing concert tour in history.

As of March 17, Taylor has performed in 83 shows across 30 cities and is expected to end The Eras Tour with 152 shows by the end of 2024. According to Pollstar, an average of 72,500 Eras Tour tickets were sold between November 17, 2022, and November 15, 2023, with each ticket costing an average of $238.95. Extrapolating that data, Pollstar predicts that Taylor has likely sold 6.02 million tickets by now.

Pollstar also estimated that Swift's total gross revenue from tickets is $1.44 billion as of March 17. This figure can be extrapolated to estimate a total revenue of $2.165 billion by the end of 2024. This is already the highest revenue achieved by a concert tour in history.

For comparison, the next highest-grossing concert tour of all time is Elton John's multi-year Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour , which earned $938 million from 328 shows.

If we include the revenue from selling merchandise, Pollstar estimates that an additional $240.8 million gets added to the total revenue. However, this estimate only considers the merchandise sold during the concert days.

Next, Taylor Swift's Eras Tour heads to the Paris La Defense Arena on May 9, 2024. Will she break even more records in her upcoming concerts? The anticipation is palpable among the millions of Swifties worldwide.

Taylor Swift attends a premiere for her Eras Tour concert film in Los Angeles last week.

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert film takes up to $97m on US opening

Film of shows from summer concerts at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles could end up being biggest October opening ever

Movie theaters turned into concert venues this weekend as Swifties brought their dance moves and friendship bracelets to multiplexes across the country. The unparalleled enthusiasm helped propel Taylor Swift: the Eras Tour to a massive, first-place debut of between $95m and $97m in North America, AMC Theatres said on Sunday.

It’s easily the biggest opening for a concert film of all time, and, not accounting for inflation, has made more than the $73m Justin Bieber: Never Say Never earned in 2011. In today’s dollars, that would be around $102m. And if it comes in on the higher end of projections when totals are released Monday, it could be the biggest October opening ever. The one to beat is Joker, which launched to $96.2m in 2019.

A unique experiment in distribution, premium pricing, star power and loose movie theater etiquette – more dancing and shouting than Star Wars premiere – have made it an undeniable hit.

Compiled from Swift’s summer shows at southern California’s SoFi Stadium, the film opened in 3,855 North American locations starting with “surprise” Thursday evening previews. Those showtimes helped boost its opening day sum to $39m – the second biggest ever for October, behind Joker’s $39.3m.

Swift, who produced the film, went around the Hollywood studio system to distribute the film, making a deal directly with AMC, the largest exhibition company in the United States. With her 274 million Instagram followers, Swift hardly needed a traditional marketing campaign to get the word out.

Beyoncé made a similar deal with the exhibitor for Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé, which will open on 1 December. The two superstars posed together at the premiere of The Eras Tour earlier this week in Los Angeles. It was a needed injection of star power with Hollywood actors over 90 days into a strike that has left most red carpets void of glamorous talent and resulted in several high-profile films being pushed to next year.

The spotlight on Swift has been especially intense lately as a result of her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. The two made separate surprise appearances on Saturday Night Live this weekend and were also photographed holding hands in New York.

The stadium tour, which continues internationally, famously crashed Ticketmaster’s site and re-sale prices became astronomical. Pollstar projects that it will earn some $1.4 billion. The concert film offered fans both better seats and a much more affordable way to see the show for the first or fifth time. Prices are higher than the national average, at $19.89, which references her birth year and 2014 album, and ran closer to $29 a pop for premium large format screens like IMAX. Even so, they are significantly less than seat at one of the stadium shows.

All the proof Taylor Swift is making first major change to Eras Tour

Welcome to "The Tortured Poets Department" (Eras Tour Version).

taylor swift end of us tour

It looks like Taylor Swift 's Eras Tour is getting a brand new era, straight from the Tortured Poets Department .

Since the announcement of her new 11th studio album ( which dropped April 19 ), fans have been anxiously waiting to see if her worldwide, career-spanning tour would get a shakeup to accommodate the new music. While Swift is remaining mum, and a rep for the singer didn't respond to an EW request for comment, a new YouTube Short posted to Swift's account seems to provide all the clarity Swifties needed that a change is imminent.

In the video, which is part of Swift's #ForAFortnightChallenge tied to the album's first single, "Fortnight," the 14-time Grammy winner can be seen rehearsing for tour with her backup dancers. While some shots are obviously from the Folklore , Lover , and other existing "eras" of the show, several blink-and-you'll-miss-it moments have never been seen before.

In one, Swift, clad in workout gear, appears to be wearing the same boots seen in her "Fortnight" video . She's holding on to a banister that looks like it has the Tortured Poets Department emblem on it — the "P" and the "D" can just be made out.

taylor swift/youtube

Although the video is in grayscale, and therefore exact colors are impossible to identify for sure, several shots feature what looks like a new white-ish mic, which has never been seen before. The new era's color, of course, is also an off-white hue.

Perhaps the most interesting moment of the new clip, though, is one that features what looks like new choreography and costumes. Swift's backup dancers can be seen in top hats and dancing with canes, while she sings in the front middle of the group — choreography and props which have so far not been featured in the concert.

This is all speculative until the tour resumes in Paris, France, on May 9, of course, but if Swift is adding a whole new era, it would mark the first major change to the setlist since Swift began performing it last March.

Throughout the tour, she's made little swaps here or there: She added performances with some of the artists who opened for her like HAIM or Phoebe Bridgers, and she added "Long Live" to the Speak Now section when that re-recorded album released during tour. She also swapped out "Invisible String" for the "The 1" in the Folklore section after news of her split with Joe Alwyn broke.

But, nothing has majorly been added or subtracted from the show, which is already a whopping three-and-a-half hours long. Now, if anyone could pull off adding more runtime to Eras, it's the "Mastermind" herself, but it's more likely that some songs will be getting cut to make room for new material. Fans have theorized that the tracks that didn't make it into the VOD rental of the Eras Tour concert film — "The Archer," "Wildest Dreams," "Cardigan," and "Long Live" — could be first on the chopping block, but we'll just have to wait and see what Ms. Swift has up her cryptic and Machiavellian sleeve.

Taylor Swift shares big video hint the ‘Eras Tour' may be changing

“taylor swift, you have some explaining to do” wrote one fan., by amy eley | today • published april 25, 2024 • updated on april 25, 2024 at 9:10 pm.

Taylor Swift is taking fans behind the scenes of her “Eras Tour” with a series of clips, and Swifties now suspect there’s a hint as to changes coming to the world-renowned show.

Days after releasing her newest album,  “The Tortured Poets Department,”  Swift posted another YouTube Short video with her hit single “Fortnight,” featuring Post Malone,” playing over videos of her and her dancers rehearsing for the tour. But there’s one moment in the montage that has fans doing what they do best: speculating.

Fans will recognize many of the scenes being practiced, such as Swift's iconic entrance from the ground, her performance of "Lavender Haze" in a coat surrounded by clouds, playing "Champagne Problems" seated at a moss-covered piano and more. But one clip, in which Swift stands in the middle of a stage with her dancers lined up behind her wearing top hats and holding canes, did not appear in the original "Eras Tour."

“Since when do background dancers have a top hat and canes?!” one fan with the username armaisacat.1989  captioned a TikTok  of the scene, adding “Taylor Swift you have some explaining to do!!”

The “Eras Tour” is a three-hour, 15-minute concert in which Swift performs songs from all of her albums since her 2006 self-titled debut record. Many — including the TODAY.com staff — have speculated whether or not the pop star would integrate “Tortured Poets Department” as another era in the show.

All will be (hopefully) be revealed when the tour begins again in Paris on May 9.

Fans theorize that Taylor Swift is changing her Eras Tour setlist to include songs from her new album, “The Tortured Poets Department.”

Swift shared a black-and-white video collage of her practicing for the upcoming leg of her tour and added her new single, “Fortnight,” in the background to YouTube Shorts on Thursday.

The Grammy winner, 34, included several snippets of her wearing different athleisure outfits while holding a microphone, singing and dancing on different parts of the stage.

The “Cruel Summer” songstress even featured a snap of her playing her acoustic guitar and sitting at her signature mossy piano.

However, some eagle-eyed fans noticed a few differences in some of the clips from what she’s done in her past shows –– such as her background dancers wearing black top hats and canes.

Swift also appeared to be leaning on a silver pole that seemed to have a white “TTPD” sign hanging on the side of it. Fans additionally pointed out her white guitar and matching microphone.

Swift has not released the setlist for her upcoming shows and she did not share the setlist before she kicked off the tour in Arizona in March 2023.

The “Shake it Off” songstress previously sang 44 songs on every show and swapped out two songs each concert that were acoustic “surprise songs” not included in the same setlist.

After Paris, Swift will hit several European countries, including Sweden, Spain and Portugal, before wrapping up in London in August.

How Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Relationship Has Changed After Spending Tour Break Together

preview for Taylor Swift’s Iconic Career Evolution

As Taylor Swift gets ready for the next leg of her international Eras Tour, she is also preparing to part ways with boyfriend Travis Kelce again. The pair have been dating since 2023, and have had to manage very different and distant obligations. Luckily, a source says that “all the time they’ve spent together recently” in between tour dates has “deepened their bond.”

The source added that the couple took “a trip up the California coast” after Swift’s new album release of The Tortured Poets Department to “celebrate privately,” saying, “They’re making the most of the time they have together.”

The pair were not entirely alone—they were seen in Carmel-by-the-Sea with friends Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper, as well as Kelce’s mom, Donna.

Another source previously said that during this break from work, the pair were “focused on rest and recuperation and relaxing at home and having low-key and chill time together.”

“They are enjoying movie nights in her home theater, catching up on films and shows they’ve missed,” they continued, explaining that the couple is working on “scheduling” the upcoming long distance and their various projects so that they can “see each other as much as possible” because they “don’t want to spend too much time apart.”

Kelce is spending the NFL offseason in Los Angeles after the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl win in February, taking time to see Swift in both Singapore and Australia when she was performing. He is currently filming a new game show called Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity.
