Soft and chewy in the middle, yet glossy and crunchy at the crust, the New York bagel is one of the city’s greatest masterpieces. Billie Eilish ‘s third studio album, Hit Me Hard and Soft, is just under three weeks away from being released. The singer and songwriter — and current Rolling Stone cover star — has made clear that she won’t be releasing any singles from the record in advance, but she has announced an extensive global arena tour in support of the release.

The Hit Me Hard and Soft tour will mark Eilish’s first return to the road since the conclusion of the Happier Than Ever world tour, which ran for 88 shows from February 2022 through April 2023. This new run of shows will include 81 stops across North America, Australia, and Europe beginning in September 2024 and wrapping in July 2025.

The Australian leg will begin in February 2025, with stops in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney. From there, Eilish will head over to Europe in April 2025 for performances in Stockholm, Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, London, Dublin, and more.

General sale for the Hit Me Hard and Soft tour will begin on Friday, May 3 via the official Billie Eilish website . The sale will include any tickets remaining following the conclusion of multiple pre-sales, most of which will begin on Tuesday, April 30.

The tour will also implement environmental sustainability practices at the request of Eilish. “I have never had an interest in being a role model, ever,” she told Rolling Stone . “If you’re going to think I’m a role model, think I’m a role model in terms of trying to save the environment, and being more conscious of the way that you live, and your carbon footprint, and your contribution to animal agriculture.”

How to get Billie Eilish tickets for the 2024-2025 world tour

When you buy through our links, Business Insider may earn an affiliate commission. Learn more

Billie Eilish is coming off quite a thrilling couple of years, and it looks like she's gearing up to continue the excitement through 2025. The Grammy and Oscar Award-winning singer-songwriter just announced the "Hit Me Hard and Soft" world tour, and tickets go on sale to the general public very soon. Below, we'll show you everything you need to know about how to get Billie Eilish tickets.

Eilish has already won nine Grammy Awards at just 22 years old, and she added a second Oscar to the mix earlier this year when she won Best Original Song at the Academy Awards for her work on "What Was I Made For?" in the Barbie movie, alongside her brother Finneas. The duo previously won the Oscar in 2022 for their "No Time To Die" song in the most recent James Bond movie.

Eilish announced the "Hit Me Hard and Soft" tour in celebration of her forthcoming album of the same name, which will be released on May 17. This will be Eilish's third studio album, following "Happier Than Ever" and "When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?"

We've got you covered if you're looking for tickets to Billie Eilish's 2024-2025 concert tour. Here's our breakdown of Billie Eilish's tour schedule, purchasing details, and anticipated pricing. Plus, we'll show you everything you need to know about the Ticketmaster pre-sale, general public sale, and exchange program.

How to get Billie Eilish tickets

Initial Billie Eilish tickets are sold through Ticketmaster . Tickets were first sold through a pre-sale from Tuesday, April 30 at 12 p.m. ET to Friday, May 3 at 11 a.m. ET. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Ticketmaster starting on Friday, May 3 at 12 p.m. ET. Historically, Billie Eilish tickets are snapped up pretty quickly, so fans will want to be waiting in the queue as soon as the sale starts.

Listings for Eilish's shows through resale websites like StubHub and Vivid Seats popped up before the pre-sale even started. People are welcome to browse those sites as well, although resale tickets come with some stipulations for Eilish's tour.

For the "Hit Me Hard and Soft" world tour, tickets on many dates are not eligible for transfer outside the official Ticketmaster Face Value Exchange program. States like New York, Illinois, Colorado, Virginia, Utah, and Connecticut have laws that don't limit ticket resale, so people can purchase tickets through resale websites for concerts in those regions. For shows outside those states, you'll probably want to stick with buying from the Ticketmaster Face Value Exchange if you cannot get your hands on original standard tickets during the initial sale.

Below are the cheapest starting prices on StubHub and Vivid Seats for Eilish's tour stops in states where ticket transfer is eligible, including her three Madison Square Garden shows.

Billie Eilish schedule

Billie Eilish's "Hit Me Hard and Soft" tour will run through North America, including stops in Canada and the US, from September 29, 2024, to December 17, 2024. Then, she'll embark on the international legs of her tour, starting in Australia on February 18, 2025, and ending in Ireland on July 27, 2025. Below, we've compiled all of her North American tour dates. You can check Ticketmaster for a full list of global tour stops and additional ticketing information.

15. Remember the Fallen at a 9/11 Memorial Tour

Cool Tours to Book in New York City: 9/11 Memorial Tour

There’s no denying that September 11, 2001, changed not just New York City but the world forever. But those living in New York City at the time know a side of this tragedy that few people could even imagine. This unique NYC tour may have quite a bit heavier content than the other tours on this list, but it’s a tour you’ll never forget.

On this 90-minute 9/11 memorial tour , you’ll hear stories of triumph and tragedy told to you by a real New Yorker with personal ties to the events of 9/11. You’ll begin your tour at St. Paul’s Chapel, the oldest public building in NYC in continuous use that miraculously survived the 9/11 attacks despite being so close to Ground Zero. It became a makeshift rescue center and community bulletin board in the aftermath of 9/11 and now serves as a tribute site to the fallen.

You’ll also see the Firefighter’s 9/11 Memorial Wall and Engine and Ladder Company 10/10, the fire station at Ground Zero. From there, you’ll enter the memorial itself, where you’ll see the Reflecting Absence Memorial, symbolizing the vast void left behind in the wake of the tragedy, and learn the names of the nearly 3,000 victims written around the waterfall.

At the end of the tour, you have the option to also visit the One World Observatory. The observation deck is where you’ll find interactive displays filled with more stories, but it’s also where you’ll find one of the best views in all of New York City!

Itinerary Highlights*

  • Arrive in NYC!
  • Set off on a week-long scavenger hunt that will take you through the city, kicking off in Washington Square Park
  • Take a guided tour with your Course Leader through Greenwich Village, including a stop at the world-famous Stonewall Inn
  • The Stonewall Inn, often just called Stonewall, is a National Historic Landmark because of its pivotal place to the LGBTQIA+ community as the site of the Stonewall Riots in 1969. Greenwich Village, the neighborhood surrounding Stonewall, has long been known as a haven for artists, writers, fashion designers, and creatives of all types and that vibrant energy electrifies the city’s streets.
  • Spend your evening exploring the exhibits at The Whitney, home to one of the largest collections of American art in the world
  • Walk towards dinner on the Little Island via the Chelsea High Line - an urban highway of greenery that floats above the city
  • All Aboard! Go for a cruise around the islands in the morning, spotting Lady Liberty on her perch and infamous Ellis Island as well as getting a seabird’s eye view of lower Manhattan
  • Follow your Course Leader through Chinatown and Little Italy, two of the tastiest neighborhoods in all of New York, before heading across the Brooklyn Bridge
  • New York’s Chinatown was created in the late 1800s as more and more Asian immigrants arrived in the city. Since its inception, Chinatown has been a tourist destination in New York, drawing visitors with brightly-painted signs and the heavenly smells of outdoor cooking. To this day, New York’s Chinatown is home to the highest concentration of Chinese people in the Western Hemisphere with an estimated 100,000 residents.
  • Stroll along the South Street Seaport and visit Wall Street, Trinity Church, and the 9/11 Memorial
  • Take a rest in Madison Square Park, one of the oldest plots of public land in Manhattan
  • Enjoy dinner at a restaurant near Times Square before heading to see one of the hottest shows on Broadway
  • Begin your day with a brisk walk through Central Park, the city’s most famous outdoor destination
  • Though it may be the most famous, and even bigger than the European country of Monaco, Central Park isn’t even NYC’s largest park. That honor goes to Van Cortlandt park in the Bronx, clocking in at a whopping 1,146 acres.
  • Take a guided tour of Radio City Music Hall, the largest indoor theatre in the world
  • Enjoy lunch at the Grand Central Market and Food Hall before exploring the grand expanse that is 5th Avenue
  • Spend your afternoon at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), home to over 200,000 priceless pieces of contemporary art
  • Enjoy dinner before heading to a bowling alley and arcade
  • Spend your morning exploring the various exhibits, wings, halls, and galleries at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (aka The Met)
  • Explore the Upper West Side of Manhattan and Central Park with your Course Leader as you make your way towards Belvedere Castle, one of the most picturesque landmarks in all of Central Park
  • After lunch, enjoy time exploring the Museum of Natural History and a visit to world-famous Zabar’s
  • “New York is Zabar’s. Zabar’s is New York.” So proclaims the slogan of one of New York’s most lasting culinary institutions: Zabar’s. Founded in 1934 by Louis and Lillian Zabar, the grocery is now into its eighth decade of curated epicurean delights. Some credit Zabar’s as the introduction of delicious treats such as brie cheese, caviar, and gnocchi into American food culture.
  • After a stop at Columbus Circle and Lincoln Square, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant
  • Climb to the top of the Rock for the all-time best view of the city’s lights
  • Enjoy a tram ride to explore Roosevelt Island before heading to the airport and departing for home

Jonathan Goldstein

Hi! I have deep family roots in NYC, mirroring the classic immigrant experience from Ellis Island to the Lower East Side. This background inspired my ongoing quest to discover the best of the city, both past and present. I studied at Columbia University under one of the all-time-great historians of New York, Kenneth Jackson, before earning my MA in Archeology from Bar Ilan University in Israel. I love tracing the city’s history, from the footprints of George Washington to those of Malcolm X, and exploring hidden gems from pizza slices to jazz clubs.

We are incredibly proud of our entire team of Course Leaders. Jonathan is just one example of our roster of experienced guides and may not be the actual Course Leader for your NYC exploration.
