Airport Ground Transportation

Traveling for business or pleasure, this is a way to reach your destination after your plane lands. Whether you are visiting the town for the first time or just don’t feel like fighting traffic on your way home after a long day, we provide you with professional luxurious transportation. We are serving all FBO and major commercial airports in Central and South Florida.

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Terminal A & B, three levels on each side: gate/ticketing - level 3, baggage claim - level 2 and ground transportation - level 1.

Uniformed staff or your chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim, in front of the escalator with your name on a sign and direct you to the vehicle.

For all bus reservations, if you do not have uniformed staff to assist you, call our office, after everyone is collected their luggage and is ready to depart the airport. The bus will be dispatched to the assigned pick up location.

Bus loading and unloading area is on ground transportation level of each terminal. Terminal A 10, 18 & 29-33, and Terminal B 18-25.

Orlando - Sanford International Airport (SFB)

Arriving on domestic flight, we will meet you at the bottom of the escalator, on baggage claim level. International flight, we will meet you outside in front of rent a car kiosks.

Miami International Airport (MIA)

We will meet you at the baggage claim.

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL)

Cruise port ground transportation.

For families, friends, and groups of all sizes, there is something special for everyone on a cruise ship. From parties on deck to world – class entertainment, and from onboard activities to exhilarating shore excursions, a cruise is all about sharing moments together.

Arriving to the cruise ship

Due to new government regulations requiring cruise lines to submit final departure manifests at least 60 minutes prior to sailing. All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or you will not be permitted to sail.

Departing the cruise ship

There are separate staging and active loading areas at the cruise ports. Therefore you must call our office when everyone have cleared the ship, collected their luggage, exited the building and are ready to be boarded. Waiting is not permitted in the active loading zone.

Recommended pick-up time at the port for departure: 8:30am – 9:30am for Disney and 9:00am – 10:00am for other cruise ships.

Our uniformed Meet & Greet Staff will meet guests at the baggage claim, convention center, hotel, restaurant, theme park, sporting event, parking lot and direct them to a waiting vehicle or to the shuttle boarding location. The body of the vehicle is covered with the photo quality vinyl, windows with perforated window vinyl film that allows the person inside the vehicle to see – through, while appearing opaque from the outside. The application and removal of vinyl takes several hours.

Important information in regards to airport stroller rentals : Stroller rental pick-ups from the Orlando Airport: You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will wait one hour after landing time and then meet you at baggage claim. Unfortunately if we don’t receive a notification, an hourly fee + airport gat fees will apply.

Please note:  All (if any) car seat fees, will be added to your reservation after you have submitted your reservation request via our online reservation form. Our online reservation form does not add car seat fees to your total at the time of booking. Child seats provided by Florida Magical Tours and Transportation, will not be installed by the driver. It is the parent’s responsibility to properly install the car seats provided by Florida Magical Tours and Transportation.
