Very helpful and friendly staff

Lena was very helpful and able to assist me with picking a cruise to the greek islands. She had already been on a similar iternary and her knowledge regarding this was a big plus. It's always a pleasure to go into the Omagh branch as all the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Our assistant Jennifer done every thing she could to get the right package cruise for us within the time scale and budget given to her. Never gave up searching different companies. Worked right through her dinner break to secure our cruise. Would help big time if Hayes Omagh had WiFi in there office premises.

Great Experience

Great customer service in the Omagh branch. Jenny was absolutely lovely & nothing but helpful. I contacted the branch last minute to book for a gift. Jenny managed to source the best deal to match what I wanted & booked all really quickly over the phone. I always go to Hays Omagh for all my holidays, never had any issues.
