It's best to avoid May through September in India, when the heat is sweltering. The downpours are also fairly intense in July, August, and September, during what's known as monsoon season. From a weather perspective, November to March are the best time to visit New Delhi, when it's coolest and driest—with temperatures in the 70s and 80s.

As for special events, Diwali happens in December, which lights up the city. Trains : The Delhi Metro has improved significantly in recent years. The rapid transport cars bring locals and tourists seamlessly around the city, and the Airport Metro Express Line provides transportation from Delhi Airport. You can buy a tourist metro day pass for 150 rupees or a three-day pass for 300 rupees.

Buses : The metropolis is serviced by DTC (Delhi Transport Corporation) buses. The buses are not always air conditioned and get fairly crowded. Fares run from 5 to 25 rupees depending on the length of your trip.

Taxis and Rickshaws : For short trips around Delhi, it's easy to hop in a rickshaw on the street, which features a carriage and is pulled by a cyclist. About Transit Hotel

Terms & conditions, domestic wing:.

• Arriving from Surface or Flight, Guest must have a Domestic or International Departure flight from Terminal 3 within 24 hrs on Mandatory basis.
• Maximum length of stay permitted is 24 hours only.
• Passengers taking an onward flight from Terminal 1 & Terminal 2 will not be able to access the hotel.
• Post check-in at hotel, guests are not permitted to leave the premises till Departure flight.
• Passengers arriving from Domestic or International flight at T3 may reach out to our help desk near Domestic transfers (in Arrivals) for any assistance required.
• Passengers inside the departure hall are requested to approach our airport representative at our desk next to the Check-in counter A, gate number 1 before security. Please call at +91 11 45252000 for more clarifications.

International Wing:

• Guests transiting between two International destinations can stay at the International wing.
• Guest must have boarding pass for next international flight and their baggage must be checked through till final destination.
• Indian VISA is not a prerequisite for guests staying in the International Wing.
• Post check-in Guests cannot leave the airport.

No Show Policy / Cancellation Policy:

• Amendments or Cancellation of arrival dates must be made 48 hours [1200 hours local time] prior to the date of arrival to avoid the retention charges as per your reservation and must be amended/cancelled via the source of booking. In case of a No - Show one night retention charge is applicable.

Other Guidelines:

• All the guests checking-in are requested to produce a valid Govt. approved photo ID at check in. For Resident Indians: Driver’s License, Voters ID, Aadhaar Card or Passport (As per Delhi Police rules we do not accept PAN card as an ID proof) For Foreigners and Non-Resident Indians: Passport & Visa/PIO Card/ OCI Card (Mandatory).

Day 01 : Delhi - Manali (582 Kms/12-14 hrs.) Arrive in Delhi by Air or Train. After reaching in Delhi go to R K Ashram Metro Station, ( on your own ) at 5:00 PM. At sharp 5:30 Depart from Delhi to Manali. Travel by overnight Volvo bus from Delhi to Manali (12 - 14 Hours).   Volvo Facilities : A/C Semi Sleeper, LCD T.V, Push Back Seats, Thigh Rests, Water Bottles, Blankets Etc.   Soulful Manali offers something special for everyone. Day 02 : Arrival In Manali & Local Sightseeing Tour (4-5Hrs) Reach  Manali at 06 - 07 am,  Meet our representative at Manali Volvo Stand and transfer to the hotel. After fresh up, proceed to half day city tour of Manaliwhich includes-

Hadimba Devi Temple :-   It chief central of interest in Manali , dedicated to the goddess Hadimba , the Wife of Bheema of Mahabharata Fame, This is wooden temple, In the dense forest of magnificent deodar, is about 2.5 Kms from the Mall. It is a pleasant stroll to the temple which was built in 1553 A.D.

2. Vashisht(4 kms from Mall)  :-   Hot Sulphur Water springs –  which is widely believed as an effective  skin diseases healer and posses various  medical properties . Nearby it , is the pyramidal stone temple dedicated to vashisht Muni & lord Rama temple.

3. Tibetan-Monastery (0.5 Kms) :- This  Gadhan Thekchoking Gompa dominates the Tibetan area builtin  1969. The main attraction of the monastery is the handicrafts of Tibetan artistry and the carpets that are woven and sold in the monastery

4. Club House (2 Kms from Mall) :- Club house is famous for a amusement activities like skating, Disco Theque, auditorium etc.. Later in the evening free to explore the Shopping Malls (Mall Road & IBEX Market) of Manali. Dinner & Overnight Stay in Hotel.

Day 03 : Manali (Full day Trip to Rohtang Pass / Snow Point /51 kms /2 hrs. )   Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to visit Kothi Gorge, Marhi, Gulaba. Rothang Pass is outstandingly beautiful and is an ideal spot to view the majestic snow covered Himalayas, serene natural surrounding, pristine lake and fairy white snow round the year. Day 04 :  Manali (Full Day Trip to Kullu ( 50 Kms) Manikaran ( 80Kms )  Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to visit  Manikaran.
