Upon arrival at the Indore Airport/Railway station, meet our tour representative, who will assist you towards Omkareshwar. After reaching, check in at the hotel and relax for a while. Later on, visit the Omkareshwar Ghat to have a holy bath in the Narmada River. Then, you will visit the Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga Temple to offer your prayers. Start your day with a tasty breakfast, and complete the checkout formalities. Then, get ready to reach Maheshwar. Post reaching, complete the check-in formalities, and take some to relax for a while. The rest of the day is for exploring Maheshwar Fort and the ancient temples of the town.

Take a tour of the Ek Mukhi Datta Temple, Sahastrarjun Temple, Baneshwar temple, and Rajarajeshwara Temple. You can also spend some time at the Ghats or enjoy a boat ride on the Narmada River. Take a dip in the river if you want to.

A day trip to Khategaon via Nemawar is scheduled for day 6 of the Narmada Parikrama tour. Get transferred to the pre-decided hotel where you can spend some time relaxing. Later on, you will be visiting famous attractions, starting with the Renuka Mata temple where you can offer your prayers. Then, you will be exploring the Balmukund Seva Ashram which lies in close proximity to the Nemawar Ghat. Today, proceed to Bareli after checking out from the hotel. Bareli is a quite popular town in Madhya Pradesh. Upon reaching, you will be transferred to the hotel. Relax for some time and enjoy a trip to the nearby temple and the local market of Bareli. Buy souvenirs from the market and delight in some wonderful moments. Savor a hearty breakfast in the morning. Later on, brace yourself for a trip to Jabalpur. On this day, you will be exploring famous places like the Gwari Ghat, which holds a strong connection with Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Bhedaghat, and Madan Mahal Fort. The sacred Narmada Parikrama sojourn continues to Amarkantak on this day. There will be a quick stopover at Virateshwar Temple, which falls in Sohagpur, Shahdol. Resume your journey to Amarkantak, the Tirthraj, or the 'King of Pilgrimages.' You will reach your desired destination by evening. Upon arrival, you will be comfortably transferred to the pre-decided hotel. Unwind yourself and get ready to sightsee the Kapildhara Waterfall, Narmada Kund, and nearby temples. On day 10, you will be heading to Maa ki Bagiya Temple after your breakfast. Maa ki Bagiya is the place where devotees worship the Garden Goddess. The place is home to a temple cum garden made in honor of Goddess Narmada. This is followed by a visit to the Narmada Kund, a pious site in Amarkantak and one of the 51 Shakti peethas of Maa Druga. Offer some of the holy water you took at the beginning here and fill the partially empty pot from Amarkantak, the origin point of the river. Later on, explore the places that lie in the vicinity of Amarkantak. Relish healthy lunch. Post this, hit the road to Mandla. After reaching, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel.

Enjoy some breakfast and then proceed to Narsinghpur. Upon your arrival, our representative will escort you to the hotel. After relaxing for a while, go to the nearby temple and explore the ghats along the River Narmada.

Later on, head back to the hotel for a night stay.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel, and start the road trip to Hoshangabad. Upon arrival, choose to spend some time close to the ghat on the Narmada River. Or else, go to offer your prayers at the nearby temples.

Attend the aarti at the Narmada Ghat early in the morning. Then, return to the hotel for breakfast and check out from the hotel. The next destination lined up on the itinerary is Omkareshwar, where you will be spending the rest of the day.

The holy Narmada Parikrama ends today. Start the day with a holy bath at the river Narmada. Then, proceed with a visit to Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga temple. One of the sacred 12 Jyotirlingas in India, the divine lingam, will be offered the holy water of the river you have been carrying all through your journey. Then, perform Puja Archana to pay reverence to the divine powers for completing your pilgrimage.

Later in the day, drive to Ujjain. On arrival, check in at the hotel. After freshening up, get ready to visit the Kaal Bhairav Baba temple, dedicated to Bhairo Baba. This temple was erected by King Bhadrasen along the Kshipra River. While on darshan, perform the puja rituals. Interestingly, liquor is also served to the Lord as an offering among other things.

Next, continue towards the Mahakaleshwar Temple, one of the 12 most popular Jyotirlingas, dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is also among India's top 10 tantra temples revered by Hindus.

Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Today is the last day of your tour. If you want to participate in the optional divine Basma Arti at Mahakaleshwar Temple, be awake by 3 AM. On arrival at the temple, take part in puja archana, as your pre-booking of the aarti will already be done for you.

The sacred Narmada River, the lifeline of Central India, is worshipped as Narmada maiyya or Maa Rewa. One of the seven holy rivers of India, it is the only one which has the tradition of being circumambulated from source to sea and back, on a pilgrimage or yatra. Being the longest west-flowing river, the Narmada parikrama is an incredible journey of about 3,800 km. The journey usually starts at the river’s source at Amarkantak in the Maikal Hills in Madhya Pradesh, goes along its southern banks, all the way to its mouth at Bharuch in Gujarat. At Bharuch, Mithi Talai is the point where the Narmada joins the Arabian Sea. Pilgrims take a motorboat from the southern to the northern end and begin the return journey along its northern bank. Pilgrims can, however, start from the mouth of the river, or anywhere in-between, but they must complete the circuit and return where they began. It is believed that in order to reap the benefits of this yatra, the river must always be kept on one’s right. There are other strict rules, and a number of formalities to follow on this pilgrimage. Motivated by prayer, pledge, or penance, this long parikrama is said to accelerate the process of self-awareness and spiritual growth, bring pilgrims peace, and fulfil their material and nonmaterial wishes.

Narmada Parikrama Tour Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival at Indore- Omkareshwar

Welcome to Indore! On reaching Indore Airport, our tour representative will greet you and then will escort you towards Omkareshwar. After reaching the destination, check-into the hotel, loosen up yourself and relax for a few hours in the cozy hotel room. Later on, get ready to explore the Omkareshwar Ghat where you will be taking a holy bath into the Narmada River. After taking bath you will head towards the famous Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga Temple where you can pay homage to the mighty Lord Shiva and can seek his blessing for lifelong prosperity and wealth.

Next, you will be visiting Maheshwar Temple and here you can collect the holy water. After completing a spiritual day drive back to the hotel for dinner and overnight halt.

Day 2 : Omkareshwar- Barwani- Shahada

Today you will be heading towards Barwani from Omkareshwar. However, the journey is a little long but you are going to enjoy this road trip. Visit the divine temples in Barwani and seek the blessings at these holy shrines. By evening, you will be reaching Shahada where you will make your overnight halt. On reaching the place and after completing the check-in formalities, you will be served with relishing tea and some refreshments. After this set out for the sightseeing tour in the city and explore the excavation sites in Prakash Village. Dakshin Kashi, an important religious village which boasts several temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Later in the evening, you can go to explore the popular Narmada Ghat. This is the time to return to your hotel where you can gorge upon the lip-smacking delicacies and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 3 : Shahada- Ankleshwar

The day is scheduled to visit the next religious destination of the journey, Ankleshwar. After taking a hearty breakfast at the hotel, head towards Ankleshwar, Gujarat. On reaching the destination, check-into the hotel, freshen up yourself and get ready for the excursion trip in the city. Being home to numerous Jain Temples, Ankleshwar holds a great religious significance and tourism in Gujarat. Next, you will be visiting Vamleshwar Katpur which is a very important part of Narmada Parikrama tour. Tucked at the confluence point of the Arabian Sea and River Narmada, Ankleshwar is a must-visit destination of this tour package. Explore the surreal scenic beauties of the surroundings and also visit the popular Ankleshwar Ghat to witness the charm of Puja Archana organized there.

Day 4 : Ankleshwar- Baruch- Kukshi

Today you will be exploring the beauties of Ankleshwar via boat ride. Located in the Baruch district in Gujarat, Ankleshwar is a highly revered city located on the banks of River Narmada. Later on, take a boat ride and reach Vamleshwar where you can offer the holy water which you had collected at Omkareshwar. You can refill the water here and then pay homage to the shrine. After visiting the temples in Baruch, continue your drive towards Kukshi.

Day 5 : Kukshi- Maheshwar

After gorging upon the delectable breakfast and completing the check-out formalities at the hotel, drive towards Maheshwar. On reaching Maheshwar, check-into the hotel room and relax for a while. After a few hours of relaxing, set out to explore the forts and the temples adorning the city. Maheshwar is quite popular among tourists due to its history as well as religious significance. There are several the ancient and famous temple in the town including Baneshwar Temple, Ek Mukhi Datta Temple, Rajrajeshwar Temple, Sahastrarjun Temple, and many others. After paying homage at the temple you can also enjoy the boat ride in the Narmada River and can also take a holy dip into the river if you like to do so. You must be feeling completely exhausted and hungry by now so return to the hotel, have dinner and then go for a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 6 : Maheshwar- Barwaha- Khategaon

On the 6th day of your journey, you will be visiting Khategaon via Nemawar. On reaching the destination you will be transferred to one of our listed hotels where you can relax for a few hours. Later on, you will be visiting the popular and the important attractions of the town and the exploration starts with paying homage at the sacred Renuka Mata Temple and then visit the Balmukund Sewa Ashram which is located closer to the vicinity of the popular Nemawar Ghat. Pilgrims covering the Narmada Parikrama can make themselves accommodate here and can also savor themselves with a variety of healthy food pieces of stuff. Later in the evening, come out of your staying place and participate in the grand Narmada Aarti ceremony.

Day 7 : Khategaon- Nemawar- Bareli

After completing the check-out formalities at the hotel, drive towards Bareli which is a very famous town in Madhya Pradesh. On reaching Bareli you will be taken to your pre-decided hotel where you can relax for some time. After a few hours of relaxation, get ready to explore the nearby temples and also the local markets in Bareli. A trip is said incomplete if you don’t take out your time for shopping so explore the local markets in the city and buy some pieces of souvenirs for you and your family and friend. Today’s schedule ends at the Narmada Ghat after paying your offerings and prayers to the holy river.

Day 8 : Bareli- Udaipur- Jabalpur

Start your day with a lavish and hearty breakfast at the hotel and then get ready to drive towards Jabalpur. The day adds more charm and memorable moments to your tour where you will be exploring the beauties of various popular places including the Gwari Ghat which is interlinked with Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Madan Mahal Fort, and Bhedaghat are the other popular attractions of the place. At Bhedaghat, you can enjoy the boat ride activity along the placid water streams of River Narmada. You can also visit the popular Tripur Sundari Temple which houses a stunning idol of Tripur Sundari Devi and it is believed that this idol has emerged out itself from the ground. You will also be visiting the famous Madan Mahal Fort which is popular for its astonishing surrounding views. You will be dropped back to the hotel after the completion of this fun-filled day.

Day 9 : Jabalpur- Shahdol- Amarkantak

The 9th day of the tour is designed to visit Amarkantak which is a popular and a highly revered destination on this divine Yatra. While moving towards Amarkantak you will have to make your halt at Shahdol to visit Virateshwar Temple. Continue driving towards Amarkantak which is also called as “King of pilgrimages” or “Tirthraj”. It will be dark by the time you reach the pilgrimage site and on reaching there check-into one of our pre-listed hotels. Come out of the hotel and explore the nearby famous temples, Narmada Kund, and the cascading Kapil Dhara Waterfall. Meet your inner soul at this place which is adorned with a serene and tranquil ambiance.

Day 10 : Amarkantak- Mandla

Today you will be visiting Maa ki Bagiya Temple which is devoted to Goddess Narmada. After enjoying the hearty breakfast, get ready to explore this garden cum temple where devotees pay homage to Goddess Garden. After visiting the pious Narmada Kund which is one of the most important Shaktipeeths in India, you will drive to this garden cum temple place. You can offer the holy water which you had collected at the beginning of the journey and then fill the empty portion of the bottle at Amarkantak, originating point of River Narmada. Next, visit the places which are located in and around Amarkantak and relish upon the healthy lunch after and then hit the roads to Mandla. Upon your arrival in Mandla, you will be taken to the check-in formalities at the hotel where you will be served with relishing dinner followed by a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 11 : Mandla- Narsinghpur

Give your day a beautiful start with a healthy and hearty breakfast and then proceed towards Narsinghpur. On reaching the destination, our representative will greet you and then will help in transferring to the hotel. After completing the check-in formalities at the hotel, unwind yourself and relax for a few hours. After a few hours of relax, get ready to explore the nearby temples and the Ghats located along the riverbank of River Narmada.

Day 12 : Narsinghpur- Hoshangabad

After gorging upon the breakfast, drive towards Hoshangabad. On reaching there take some time to explore the Ghat located on Narmada River. You can also go to explore the nearby temples where you can pay your homage and offerings. Return to the hotel for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 13 : Hoshangabad- Omkareshwar

Attend the early morning Aarti at the Ghat and then come back to the hotel for breakfast. Post breakfast, pack your bags and then check-out from the hotel. Omkareshwar is the next destination of this tour package and today you are going to stay here only.

Day 14 : Omkareshwar- Ujjain

Today your Narmada Parikrama tour ends. Start your day with taking holy bath into the Narmada River and then proceed towards Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga Temple. At this Jyotirlinga Temple, you will be offering the holy water which you had been collecting throughout the journey. Pay homage at this sacred place and pay your offerings to God for making your journey a complete success and also attain the blessings of Lord Shiva.

After this spiritual start of the day, drive towards Ujjain and on reaching there, check-into the pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and then start your drive towards the attractions of the city. Make your first visit at Kaal Bhairav Temple which is dedicated to Bhairo Baba. The temple is believed to be constructed by King Bhadrasen along River Shipra where you can perform the Puja rituals. The most interesting thing about the place is that liquor is also offered to God here. Further on, continue your drive towards the Mahakaleshwar Temple, one of the most important and popular Jyotirlingas devoted to the mighty Lord Shiva. It is also included in the top 10 popular Tantra temples in India. Later in the evening return to the hotel for dinner which is then followed by a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 15 : Ujjain- Indore

This is the last day of your tour package where you will be starting your day very early only if you want to participate in the divine Bhasma Aarti at the Mahakaleshwar Temple. On reaching the temple, witness the charm of this grand Aarti ceremony and participate in the Puja Archana. Do not get bothered of standing in the long queue as you will be provided with the booking slip for this.

After completing this Puja Archana in the morning, drive back to the hotel. Enjoy the healthy breakfast and then pack your bags. Check-out from the hotel and then proceed towards the airport or the railway station in Indore from where you get the flight or the train. Wish you a happy and safe journey ahead!

Your spiritual journey begins today as you reach Indore airport/railway station. Our representative will meet you at the respective place and escort you to the hotel. After check-in, you can take some time to relax. Later in the day, it's time to make your way to the Omkareshwar Ghat for a holy dip in the Narmada River. Followed by a visit to the famous Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga Temple to attend the aarti and seek blessings from Lord Shiva.

Mamleshwar Temple is the next holy place you will visit for the day. From here, you can take the holy water of River Narmada in a pot as a blessing. As soon as you are done relishing the spiritual aura of the place, head back to the hotel for overnight stay.

On day 2, you will be heading to the next destination, Shahada. Once you complete the checkout formalities, your road journey will begin. The route will take you via Barwani where a quick stop over at the holy temples around is planned. The journey resumes soon after you are done with the spiritual tour. By the time its evening, you will reach Shahada And will be escorted to the hotel. Upon arrival complete the check-in formalities and spend some to relax and relish the flavorsome tea.

Now that you have gained back some energy, it's time to go for a sightseeing tour to Prakasha Village which is also known as Dakshin Kashi. This village is known as a religious site having a number of Lord Shiva temples and also as an excavation site. After the tour, guests can head back to the hotel for night stay.

It's time to move forward in the journey and set foot in another pious destination. As soon as you are done enjoying the breakfast, you have to check out from the hotel in Shahada. Soon after that, your road trip to Ankleshwar in Gujarat will begin. Upon your arrival in Ankleshwar, complete the check in formalities and after some time move out for the tour.

This tourist place is known for the Jain Temples dotted on its land. The next place to cover after Ankleshwar is Vamleshwar Katpur, an important part of the Narmada Parikrama tour. This tourist spot is cuddled on the meeting point of River Narmada and Arabian Sea. Guests can choose to visit Ankleshwar to a part of the aarti or head back to the hotel for night stay.

Begin your day 4 by visiting Ankleshwar which is pious city in Bharuch district. Spend some time close to the bank of Narmada River. Later take a boat ride to Vimleshwar and reach the conflux to offer some water that you carried from Omkareshwar. You are also supposed to fill the half empty from here. After paying regards, move back to Baruch from where you will be escorted to Kukshi. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kukshi.

Begin this day with a healthy breakfast and check out from your hotel. After that you will be making your way to Maheshwar. Upon your arrival, you will be helped with the check-in formalities and can take some to unwind. Later in the day proceed for an excursion to Maheshwar fort and temples.

Sahastrarjun Temple, Ek Mukhi Datta Temple, Baneshwar temple, Rajrajeshwar Temple are some shrines you can visit in Maheshwar. You can also spend some time at the Ghats or enjoy a boat ride on Narmada River and also take a dip. Move back to the hotel for night stay when the day comes to an end.

On this day you will be heading to khategaon via touching Nemawar on the way. As soon as you reach, you will be escorted to your hotel where you can relax for some time. The first attraction of the day will be Renuka mata temple where you can soothe in the prayers. This is followed by a visit to Balmukund Seva Aashram which sits close to the Nemawar Ghat. It is here that the food and a place to stay is offered to those going for Panchkosi yatra.

Later visit the Narmada Ghat to be a part of the evening aarti and then to your hotel for stay.

On day 7, guest are supposed to checkout from the hotel and make their way to Bareli, a town in Madhya Pradesh. As soon as you reach, you will be escorted to the hotel of your choice where you can relax for some time. Post that, a visit to the nearby temple and the local market of Bareli is planned.

End the day by visiting the Narmada Ghat for the evening aarti and then head back to the hotel for stay.

Post breakfast you will drive to Kukshi and en-route you will be visiting Bharuch. Here you will spend some time close to Narmada River. Later you will be taken Vimleshwar by boat and conflux some water in the river which you have carried from Omkareshwar. It is said that you need to fill half bottle of water from here. After paying your regards move back to Baruch and continue your drive to Kukshi which is 280kms north from here. On arrival you will check-in your hotel – rest of the day free. Overnight at Kukshi.

Early morning you can spend some time on Maheshwar Ghat and enjoy the boat ride with a holy dip in Narmada River. Post breakfast check-out from your hotel and drive by road to Kahategaon. This entire town is surrounding by beautiful hills and wildlife sanctuary. Amarkantak is also a source of Narmada River where Sone and Narmada River merge together. On arrival, you will check-in your hotel and relax. Then you will be visiting nearby temples, Narmada Kund, and the Kapildhara waterfall and spend some time surrounding the Narmada Ghat and temples. Overnight Amarkantak

Morning holy dip is Narmada Kund and then you will be visiting Maa Ki Bagiya Temple and perform pooja. Return to hotel for breakfast and after breakfast check-out from you and visit nearby temples Shri Yanta Mandir, Ancient temple of Kalachuri, Durga Dhara, Kabir Sarovar, and Chabutara. After lunch you will be drive by road Mandwa which is 200kms west from Amarkantak. On arrival, you will check-in your hotel and relax. Overnight at Mandla.

Post breakfast you will be visiting nearby temple and Mandla fort, Moti Mahal, Vishnu Temple etc. Later check-out and drive by road to Narsinghpur. On arrival you will check-in your hotel and visit some nearby temple as planned Overnight Narsinghpur

After breakfast drive by road to Hoshangabad which is 180kms west from Narsingpur and 80kms south from the capital city Bhopal. Hoshanagabad is near to Satpura Tiger Reserve. Hoshangabad is also known as Narmadapuram and this is located near Narmada River and it is famous for its beautiful Ghat on Narmada river. On arrival, you will check-in your hotel and later spend some time on Sethani Ghat, which is a major tourist attraction of Hoshangabad. You can also visit some nearby temples. Overnight at Hoshangabad.

Early morning you can attend the prayer ceremony. Post breakfast check-out from your hotel and drive by road Omkareshwar. On arrival you will check-in your hotel. Later visit Omkareshwar Jyotilingas Temple, Mamleshwar Temple, and Siddanath Temple. Overnight at Omkareshwar.

Early morning you can attend the famous Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga and be a part of the Bhasma Aarti. Post breakfast check-out from your hotel and transfer to Indore railway or airport in time for your onwards destination.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Saraswati Ghat, Bhedaghat

On arrival at Jabalpur, we will pickup and transfer to a hotel. Over there, we will visit to Saraswati Ghat, Bhedaghat to start Narmada Parikrama. We will also go sightseeing to cover Madan Mahal Fort, Tripur Sundari Temple, Gwari Ghat and other destinations. Overnight stay at hotel!

Day 2 : Jabalpur to Amarkantak

Start your day with delicious breakfast at hotel! Then we will check-out and proceed to Amarkantak, the land where Satpura and Vindhya Ranges meet. We will halt in Umaria for lunch. Post lunch, we will continue our journey. Arrive in Amarkantak by evening. Transfer to a hotel for tea break and overnight stay. Amarkantak is really a beautiful city which is also the origin of several rivers, including Narmada. We will visit Kapildhara Falls and various temples here. Kapildhara falls over 100 ft. and it is located 6 Km northwest of Narmada Kund. After spending a beautiful evening, we will return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3 : Amarkantak to Mandla

Post breakfast, we will seek blessings at Mai ki Bagiya which is located only 1 km from Narmada Kund. It was built after Goddess Narmada. It has various trees of banana, mango and other fruits. Later, we will proceed to sightseeing in Narmada Kund, devoted to Goddess Narmada. It has one of the 51 shaktipeethas. The holy spot is painted in white, which exudes faith to the divine power. Post lunch at hotel, we will proceed to Mandla (185 km). Later in evening, we will arrive at Mandla where we will stay in a resort. Have dinner and overnight stay there!

Day 4 : Mandla to Hoshangabad

After delicious breakfast, check-out and proceed to Hoshangabad. On arrival, we will transfer to a hotel for lunch break. Hoshangabad has a lot of tourist attractions to visit. Hoshangabad is a beautiful and busy city on the south bank of River Narmada. It is dotted with various scenic and panoramic tourist attractions. Here, we will visit some of the best tourist attractions like Sethani Ghat, Pachmarhi, Salkanpur, Bandhraban, Hushang Shah Fort and Satpura Tiger Reserve. Overnight stay at hotel!

Day 5 : Khandwa to Omkareshwar

Start your day with breakfast and start your trip to Khandwa District (200 km). We will halt at Harda for tea break. By afternoon, reach Khandwa and have lunch. Post lunch, we will continue our journey to Omkareshwar. By evening, we will check-in to the hotel. After freshen-up, we will head to Omkar Ji Darshan and Pooja. Get back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6 : Gulf of Khambhat

Next morning, we will proceed to Gulf of Khambhat where Narmada River drains along with Mahi, Tapti and Sabarmati rivers. Gulf of Khambhat is an Arabian Sea inlet on the west coast in Gujarat. It spreads around 130 km.

visit rajpiplya harsiddhi mandir, bhalod(pratape maharaj ) night stay kathpoor. (in night we travel by boat from kathpoor to mithitalai. Approx 4-5 hrs)

after lunch proceed for nilkantheshwer darshan night stay nilkantheshwer.

proceed for nareshwer, garudeshwer night stay garudeshwer.

proceed for mandleshwer, maheshwer night stay maheshwer.

Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, phone call etc. Any kind of drinks (alcoholic, mineral, soft or hard and starters.) Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Cost Inclusion�?. Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancelation or any other reason. The service of vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary. Extensions of tour programme or diversions in the tour itinerary for any reasons eg. due to bad weather, road closure, breakdown, any natural calamities, flight cancellation etc. We shall not be responsible for escallation of cost due to flight cancellations for any reasons. Flight cancellation is out of our control, hence if flight is cancelled by airline, we are not responsible to give any substitute flight. If it is provided by airline we shall give you the same, but if it is not provided by airline then we shall not be responsible for any damages or for reimbursement. In such a case customer shall pay for booking the alternate flight at the prevailing rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date – Rs. 6000/- per person. Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date : 40 % of the total Tour / service cost including air ticket cost. Between 44 days & 30 prior to departure date : 50 % of the total Tour / service cost including air ticket cost. Between 29 days to date of departure – 100 % cancellation charge of the total Tour / service cost including air tickets.
