BATTERY INFORMATION AND WATER TANK LEVELS ON ONE SCREEN The RV battery monitor Trek3 is a smart battery monitor able to learn the actual battery capacity with time and provide more accurate feedback to the user. It combines comprehensive battery data together with water tank level measurement on one screen in a sleek design. The Trek3 is designed to work with the BatteryPlus35-II Power Management System. Connected to the BatteryPlus35-II via CAN bus, it continuously monitors information providing vital data at a glance. The Trek3 monitors and displays vital battery information such as volts and amps, charge and discharge status, auxiliary and solar currents, as well as remaining battery capacity. It displays information on water tank levels and controls two water pumps with an on/off switch. The user can also quickly and easily isolate the battery from loads with the battery isolate button. The backlit LCD display of the RV battery monitor looks stylish and is easy to read. One can also use the backlight as a night light. The Trek3 can be connected to the OdysseyLink103 (included in the retail package) to become a part of the Odyssey system. The OdysseyLink103 enables SmartConnect Bluetooth sensors and the use of a free Odyssey App to remotely monitor the battery and control caravan’s water pumps from the mobile phone. The Trek3 has two mounting options (flush / half recessed). We offer caravan manufacturers multiple front fascia colour options to suit the design of your van.

Trek3 Monitor now a part of BMPro’s Odyssey system.

Trek is one of Australia’s most popular RV displays for caravans, motorhomes and campers and it has been revamped with a new look and additional optional functions for 2021. Now it’s part of BMPro’s Odyssey system.

The Trek is a wall-mounted display that connects via cabling to the BMPRO BatteryPlus35 series. The Trek displays critical battery information that assists travellers with understanding their battery capacity as well as the estimated time remaining based upon the loads which are being used.

According to BMPro’s Olga Kustove, the ability for the customers to understand their power loads and requirements, including the energy inputs such as auxiliary from a car or from solar, assists especially when travelling and camping for extended periods off-grid in the bush.

The all-new Trek3 version has been redesigned aesthetically and now has an improved layout and style. All the original functionality remains such as the display of water tank status for four tanks, battery condition and vital 12V information along with the ability to activate two water pumps and even disconnect the battery to protect it from discharging when in storage.

The really exciting news is that Trek3 is now offered with the OdysseyLink which enables displaying all the information both on the wall-mounted display and on the mobile phone via a free Odyssey app. It also takes in all the inputs from the SmartConnect range which allows travellers to understand even more critical information for a hassle-free adventure.

Do you want to know how much propane is left in your gas bottles? Simply use the SmartSense gas bottle level monitor. Do you need to monitor the temperature in your bedroom or a fridge/freezer? Just add in as many SmartTemp temperature sensors as you need. And for ultimate in caravanning safety, you can add the SmartPressure tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and instantly see the critical temperature and pressure or your tyres. All the information from the Bluetooth sensors can also be displayed in the Odyssey app.

For an RV tech-head like me, this is all very exciting news. MONITOR ALL CONNECTIONS DIRECT TO BATTERY The BMPRO BC300 External Shunt and CommLink provides additional battery monitoring for your BatteryPlus35 and J35 battery management systems, connecting directly to battery via the BC300 External Shunt. This enhances system behaviour with temperature monitoring of the battery for greater protection. The addition of the BC300 to the BatteryPlus35 and J35 battery management systems allows high current loads and external charge sources. The BC300 also provides your BatteryPlus35 and J35 with additional information on battery usage so your displays such as the Trek, JControl and JHub are always up-to-date on battery Time Remaining and State of Charge. The BC300 External Shunt and CommLink communicates via Bluetooth and CAN bus. The BC300 External Shunt is designed for 12V batteries up to 800AH in capacity. The shunt is rated for ±240A constant and 300A peak.

MONITOR YOUR RV BATTERY WITH A WALL MOUNTED 12V BATTERY MONITOR The RVView2 is a wall-mounted battery monitor designed specifically to operate with BMPRO's BatteryPlus35. The RVView2 connects to the BatteryPlus35 via the data cable. The monitor gives you vital up-to-the-minute data about your caravan's current status using a clear back-lit display. The display shows volts and amps, battery charge and discharge status, as well as the source input for the vehicles 12V system. Input Amps shows the total current going through the BatteryPlus35, while Output Amps shows the current provided to appliances. Input source indicator displays mains, solar, auxiliary, or two simultaneously present power sources, if available. System voltage displays the voltage across the battery terminals, while the battery symbol indicates whether the battery is charging, discharging, fully loaded or not fully loaded. AL-KO - Drop Down Corner Steady With Big Foot - 590mm - Zinc - 654859

The "drop down" corner steady requires only a small amount of lowering to steady the caravan and can be swung from the horizontal travelling position to a number different angles including the optimum position of vertical. The AL-KO Big Foot fitted to this drop down corner steady will be found fitted to most caravans/trailers on the Australian Market. This unique product provides the corner steady with a flat load bearing surface, ideal for soft ground. No more carrying around pieces of wood to put under the corner steady on soft ground! This corner steady has a maximum length of 590mm and is Zinc plated for corrosion resistance.

AL-KO IQ7 - Hydraulic Bleed Gun - 350045

Bleeding instructions using Sensabrake Pressure Bleed Gun

1. Fill reservoir with clean brake fluid to just below the top of the sight glass. 2. Place the pressure bleed gun socket gently over the neck of the reservoir applying gentle pressure to locate the bleed socket place. 3. Screw the lid in place to secure the socket. 4. Do not push on with excessive force or damage may be caused to the reservoir or the 0 ring on the pressure bleed gun socket. 5. Place the other end of the bleed gun tube into a bottle or container of fresh, new brake fluid. 6. Open the bleed screw (start with the furthermost calliper) at least one full turn. Place a clear flexible hose over the bleed screw and immerse the other end into a container partially filled with brake fluid. 7. Squeeze the pressure bleed gun repeatedly (but not too fast or cavitations may occur) ensuring that the bulk brake fluid tank and the reservoir do not run out of brake fluid or air will enter the hydraulic system. At no stage let the fluid level in the reservoir fall below the minimum fluid level indicator. 8. Continue squeezing the pressure bleed gun until the brake fluid in the flexible hose attached to the bleed screw is free of air bubbles and tighten the bleed screw. 9. Repeat the process with the next furthermost calliper away from the actuator. 10. Bleed the other side of the trailer starting with the closest calliper to the actuator first as above 11. Connect the trailer to the tow vehicle and turn on ignition to activate actuator. Allow the compressor to fully charge the actuator (approx 90 seconds). Once the compressor has stopped apply the brakes, and hold on for a 5 second period and release. Repeat this 4 times. 12. Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir. It should not exceed the top of the sight glass maximum level. 13. Replace the fluid reservoir cap.

The Eberspacher D2L Airtronic diesel fueled heater offers optimised fuel efficiency, a range of operation modes and unsurpassed safety standards. Certified for installation in passenger areas and in proximity to dangerous substances.

The D2L is the updated version of the D2 – featuring better high altitude performance, much quieter fuel pump, long lasting brushless motor, and stepless heating from 850W to 2,200W.

The standard heater is suitable for normal heating operation up to an altitude of 3000 meters, for operation above 3000 meters an altitude kit will be required.

Outback Tracks Caravan Rollout Awning Kit

How easy is this!

Detach and position the awning leg vertically, simply slip the Awning Anchor Plate over the bar on the foot of the awning leg. Once in place, screw a Ground Dog screw in peg with orange Wing Collar into each hole of the anchor plate, using a drill driver with the 19mm socket provided, or your stabiliser leg hand crank.

To provide extra anchoring for very windy conditions or when your awning legs are attached, the kit also contains two High-Viz Tie-down Straps with Metal Cam Buckles & two Retaining Clips to stop that annoying strap end piece from flapping around!

Another innovation is the rubber Safety Springs made from strong and weather resistant EPDM rubber compound. The Safety Spring is designed to replace those dangerous metal springs , and a great idea if you have kids running around. They are easily attached to the Tie Down Straps and click into the Hook Collar of the Ground Dog screw in pegs.

The Navigator Awning Buddy has two awning straps that are made to fit into the sail track on caravan awnings and most 4WD awnings.

Dometic CTS 4110 Spare Cassette

The ventilation hole has changed from earlier models to provide a better seal. The part that actuates the ventilation connection is a removable white part on the toilet base. This part is included with new cassettes.

Optionally you may remove the ventilation outlet from the old tank and place it in the new tank by rotating 45 degrees. However this will not improve the ventilation seal.

A Jockey wheel clamp is used to fit a jockey wheel to your drawbar. This jockey wheel clamp is configured to allow for the jockey wheel to be removed when not in use or the towed trailer is in transit. The clamp is fitted with a steel threaded 90 degree handle.
