Your Booking:

Your email receipt and supplier's ticket or voucher confirms your booking and you should carefully check the details shown. Please contact us immediately if any are incorrect.

Payment is required in full for your booking. We accept Mastercard and Visa (Visa Credit and Visa Debit) cards. Unfortunately we don’t currently support Electron cards. Information on payment methods is outlined on the website once you select your product.

Cancellation and Amendment Charges:

All cancellations and amendments must be confirmed in writing. dnata Travel acts as an agent and therefore the cancellation and amendment charges contained within your tour operators booking conditions will apply.

Travel Advice:

We recommend you look at the official government Travel Advice website of the country you are visiting. This will give passport and visa requirements, plus travel and health advice for the country you are visiting.

We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. We also strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to cover you and your party. We do not offer this over the phone but it can be bought on our website www.dnatatravel.com.

This enables you to log your request or query 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We will respond as quickly as possible and no later than 3 business days.

dnata launches operations in Raleigh-Durham in the USA

Expansion represents an investment of US$ 2 million and creates 25 new, local jobs with the company

Raleigh-Durham, USA, 19 June 2024  – dnata, a leading global air and travel services provider, continues to expand and invest in people and infrastructure in the USA. Having successfully launched operations at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), it now provides a range of quality and safe ground handling services at 28 airports in the country.

dnata’s expansion into RDU represents an investment of US$ 2 million and will create over 25 new, local jobs with the company.  The inaugural customer is Lufthansa, Germany’s flag carrier, which operates a five-weekly service between the North Carolina airport and Frankfurt with an Airbus A330-300 aircraft. 

David Barker, dnata’s Regional CEO, Airport Operations – Americas , said: “We are excited to add Raleigh-Durham to our growing network in the USA. This expansion underscores our commitment to consistently invest in our operations and services in a strategic, rapidly developing market.

In the financial year 2023-24, dnata turned around over 60,000 flights in the USA, handling over 18 million passengers and 200,000 tonnes of cargo.
