I'm a Singaporean traveller who booked a private solo tour. I chanced upon AOT after I googled and decided to travel last min. My planner from AOT named Rita was very patient towards all my request and changes, she is knowledgeable and provided excellent advice for my 8 days trip arrangement from Shanghai, Zhangjiajie N Chongqing. Although there were very minor hiccups just like any overseas holiday, it was still a well planned trip.

- The first day of the Hong Kong Macau package will commence as you reach the city and get transferred to your beautiful stay. Once you get to freshen up and rest for a while, the fun part of the day will begin. A sightseeing tour of Hong Kong city will follow, and all the major attractions will be covered. You will also get a chance to enjoy a tram ride to the peak and visit famous places like Clock Tower and Jewellery City. The day will end by reaching the stay and resting overnight.

- Day two of hong kong Macau tour package will be free, and you can enjoy the day as you want. The best way to spend this day is to opt for a trip to Disneyland and enjoy a whole day reliving your childhood. A day at this magical destination will be full of fun and entertainment. From taking some heart-throbbing rides to enjoying cultural shows, this place is loaded with a plethora of activities to enjoy.

- The third day of this trip will also be for leisure; thus, you are free to do whatever pleases you and visit any place you want. The best way to spend this free day is to visit the Ocean world and spend a day enjoying loads of water-based activities. - The fifth day of the tour will be dedicated to a sightseeing tour of Macau, and all famous locations will be covered. The first stop of the day will be the Ruins of St. Paul's, followed by marking a visit at Na Cha temple. Other significant tourist attractions like the Old City Walls, Mount Fortress and A-Ma Temple will also be covered. If the time permits, you will also get a chance to shop for souvenirs to bring back home.

- Day six will be the last one, and today you will be checking out from your hotel to board a flight back home.

1) Rates are in U.S. funds, per person, based on double occupancy. Tour cost includes fuel surcharge. U.S. and China air taxes & fees (include 9/11 security fee) are listed clearly for your note. Please note airline fuel surcharge, U.S. and China air taxes & fees are beyond our control and therefore subject to change without prior notice.

2) Air transportation in conjunction with land tours, based on the applicable airfares on participating carriers, subject to the rules and regulations of the class,fare and service of the individual airlines. Due to special contracted net agreements, supplements or credits for air deviations may NOT be equal to published airfare differentials.

3) Transpacific Airfare are subject to change and any increase in airfare is not included in the tour fare. Depending on airfare class differences, the airfare may be non-refundable and subject to full cancellation penalties.

4) Air seats are limited, add-on airfares are subject to change until ticket issued. For add ons from specific US domestic cities, please contact our agent.

5) Tour extensions may not include weekend surcharge. ChinaTour.com endeavors to follow the itineraries precisely: however, if flights are not available at the scheduled time, ChinaTour.com reserves the right to modify the air and land arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.

6) All prices listed above are per person in U. S. dollars based on double occupancy. If three adults need to share one room and the third person asking for extra bed, the third person’s price will be the same as others.

7) Children 11 years and under who share a room with two adults and do not ask for an extra bed will be charged the listed child fare or 75% of the regular adult price; if they need an extra bed in the same room with two adults, the cost will be 90% of the regular adult price. Children 12 and older will be charged at the regular adult price.

8) Early depart or late return is allowed, the ticket change fee is $50 per person each time, in addition to airlines surcharge for different air class and weekend if necessary.

Day 1 Arrival in Hong Kong

Check into your luxury hotel and enjoy the rest of the day on your own.

Day 2 Hong Kong (Sit-In-Coach tour)

The highlights of today’s sightseeing tour include a visit to Stanley Market, Aberdeen Fishing Village, the Repulse Bay and Victoria Peak. At the Stanley Market, you can stroll around Stanley’s famous seaside village bazaar. Aberdeen Fishing Village is known as home of the “Boat People”, where people’s lifestyle has not changed much since the early days of their settlement in Hong Kong.

After touring Repulse Bay Beach, you’ll finish your tour of Hong Kong Island with a scenic ride that brings you up to Victoria Peak, where the harbor and the city sprawl out in front of you. The afternoon is free to spend at your leisure.

Day 3 Hong Kong - Macau - Hong Kong (Lunch)

In the early morning, leave the hotel to Ferry Terminal and take a high-speed ferry from Hong Kong to Macau. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by the local guide and start the tour of the city by visiting the Statues of Goddess Kum Ian, A Ma Temple, Barrier Gate, as well as Guia Circuit and the ruins of St Paul Cathedral, Senado Square, Souvenirs shop and casino. Please note that travelers under 18 years old or wearing shorts/slippers will be denied entry to the casino.

Buffet lunch will be served. Finally, you’ll be transferred to Macau Ferry Terminal and takes the high-speed ferry back to Hong Kong.

Day 4 Depart from Hong Kong

Today you’ll board your homeward flight. The Hong Kong and Macau tour ends.

It is common for travelers staying in Hong Kong to visit Macau on a day trip. Likewise, those whose lodging is in Macau can easily do a day tour of Hong Kong. It is also not unusual for travelers to enter the region via Hong Kong and exit via Macau or the other way around.

Whether you’re holding a roundtrip ticket or a Hong Kong-Macau ticket, we might have a sample itinerary for you.

But first: Rent a pocket wi-fi!

If you’re holding a roundtrip Hong Kong plane ticket, you might want to rent a pocket wifi. Being connected to the Internet all the time can make your travel worry-free. You can use it to access Google Maps, currency converters, share photos on your Facebook or Instagram, and search for more tips and recommendations. Please note that these pocket wifi services are only advisable if you have a roundtrip Hong Kong ticket. If you’re arriving via Hong Kong and leaving via Macau, this isn’t for you because you might not be able to return the device.

If you have a roundtrip HK ticket, reserve a pocket wifi as early as you can because only a limited number of devices are available per day.

As always, here are a few reminders that you must bear in mind should you decide to use the sample itineraries below.

• All itineraries assume you’re staying in Tsim Sha Tsui area on the Kowloon side in Hong Kong or near the historic center in Macau. This is where most budget accommodations are located.
