Justin Bieber’s Tour Bus Is a Rolling Penthouse Suite

During a bit of downtime for his GQ May issue cover shoot , Justin Bieber gave us a quick tour of his tour bus. Consider this a trigger warning for New York apartment renters. 

The man’s a global superstar who spends much of the year (well, most years) on the road, so it’s no surprise that Bieber’s tour bus is more like a penthouse suite on wheels. Maybe better? Next door to the plush, peaceful bedroom is an infrared sauna for Bieber to chill out in when he’s performing every night. “When I’m on tour, I gotta make sure I keep my body on an optimal level,” Bieber explained. “There’s so much that goes into touring, it’s really hard on your body. You’re doing, like, an hour and a half show a night, which is similar to a professional athlete.”

Stashed throughout the bus are small closets packed with clothes, which he and wife Hailey share. Colorful LEDs wrap around the ceiling of vehicle, offering some mood lighting. The main living space features a massive TV “where I watch the Toronto Maple Leafs absolutely demolish the Ottawa Senators,” says Bieber (wearing a real nice shirt , if you ask us). “You can just cruise here,” he says, kicking back.

He does more than that, apparently. Like write songs. And shoot amateur music videos. “We made this low-quality mock music video to Drake’s ‘Find Your Love’ on a Flip cam,” Bieber says, recalling a tour bus memory from a ten-hour ride on a past tour. “We had flashlights as fake strobe lights.”

A year ago, with his tour dates called off and the world in lockdown, Justin Bieber put the new tour bus to good use, winding his way from his childhood home in Canada to his adulthood home in L.A. “There’s something about being in your own safe, comfortable environment,” explains Bieber, who gave us a tour of the bus. “You feel protected.”

Pop star Justin Bieber invited his fans inside his tour bus, in a video feature shared online in April. The sprawling space is big enough to live in, and has a large bedroom, a separate closet for his shoes, and a shower with a steam feature, which Bieber really likes.

The video was shared by GQ, and began with Justin Bieber inviting fans inside his 'lair'. Right next to the entrance was Bieber's work stations, where he checks his emails. He also showed off the art on his walls, called 'Cash Only'. A portrait of his wife, Hailey Bieber, was also kept on a desk.

"And back here is my bedroom," Bieber said, as he walked into the large space. "This is where I will sleep when I'm on the road, when I travel." He said that the bedroom is where he spends most of his time when he's travelling, and that he enjoys relaxing and watching movies on his bed.

He then took fans inside the bathroom and sauna area at the back of the bus. He also recalled going on a road trip on the bus, from Canada to Los Angeles. "One thing I do love about this bus are these LED lights," he said, showing off the lights. He revealed that his 'favourite part of the bus' is a lounging area with a fold-out couch. "The cool thing about this bus is that it's with me on the tour; the band comes on here, the dancers and the crew; it's a good space," he said.

Canadian superstar and "Peaches" singer Justin Bieber has given GQ magazine and fans an exclusive insight into his luxurious tour bus . Starting his career at the age of 15 with his successful title "Baby," Justin Bieber has been constantly on the go, between concert tours, promotional tours and live performances, making a tour bus an absolute necessity. Although a step-down from Bieber's custom Rolls-Royce , this vehicle is certainly not your average tour bus.

Purchased in 2020 as the first COVID-19 wave shook the world, Bieber was already able to clock in some miles as he road-tripped from Canada to California. This space was also able to bring him a safe and socially distanced environment during the pandemic. As he shares his many tour memories, the audience discovers his favorite art pieces, hidden closets and even an infrared sauna in this gorgeous, 5-star hotel-like penthouse on wheels.

How Justin Bieber Tours In Luxury And Style

This one-of-a-kind luxurious bus is essentially divided into two main rooms, with the more spacious one being dedicated to Bieber’s living room and workspace. Bieber first introduces his workspace, which consists of a small desk and a comfy desk chair where he gets certain work done, such as answering his emails on the road.

“My favorite part of this bus would be this area,” says Bieber as he walks back to the living room and pulls out the sofa-bed. The sofa-bed and the whole dining area next to it is the perfect place for Bieber’s band, crew and dancers to gather in a creative space while on tour. To personalize and cozy up this area, Bieber has even added an artificial fireplace and some artwork from his friend and artist Joe Termini. A Bedroom And Bathroom Fit For A Pop Star

Towards the rear of the bus are the bedroom and bathroom areas, which have been designed for resting and recuperating after concerts. The bedroom is simple, with one bed that occupies the whole space and a large TV screen, but the shower area is perhaps the true masterpiece of this entire motor home. Bieber explains that the shower is equipped with a steam feature and that the wooden sauna next to it is an infrared sauna. These are two must-haves for Bieber in order to keep his body in optimal conditions, he says, as concerts can be as physically demanding for him as games and competitions can be for athletes. There isn’t a main closet space but instead a few smaller closets near the television and the bed, where his wife Hailey Bieber also leaves a few of her own items. Overall, the tour bus is a luxurious and welcoming haven that is as beautiful as it is comfortable. Justin Bieber has been a long-time car enthusiast , and we could not have expected anything less of his tour bus. It is an inviting and inspiring place that has truly become his ideal retreat spot from busy concert tours. As a final note, to whether he has ever been behind the wheel of his own tour bus, Bieber replies “I don’t think that’d be a good idea!”

Justin Bieber Shows Off His Tricked-Out New Tour Bus

Even though Justin Bieber has only performed virtually since the pandemic began, he still spent quite some time on his tour bus in the past year. He recently opened up to GQ about how he and his wife, Hailey, road-tripped from their property in Canada to their home in Los Angeles last year to abide by social-distancing guidelines.

For a journey that long, the “Peaches” singer made sure his home away from home was as cozy as possible. His bus features a faux fireplace, a bathroom with an infrared sauna, and a spacious bedroom that includes a massive bed. To make the space feel more personal, Bieber also put up artwork from his good friend Joseph Termini titled Cash Only.

When the Grammy Award–winning artist was on the road, he welcomed his dancers, backup singers, and more onto his tour bus, making it the ultimate collaborative space. His favorite memory was actually with his photographer Alfredo Flores and a famous Drake track . “One time, it was me, Alfredo, and another friend, and we made this music video,” Bieber said in the video with GQ . “It was really low quality, we made it on a flip cam or something and it was like a 10-hour bus ride and we made it to this Drake song called ‘Find Your Loving.’”

Bieber then sang a line of the song, adding, “I don’t know if that’s what the song is called, but anyways, we were on the bus and we had strobe lights, not real strobe lights, we had flashlights and we just made this mockery music video and it was fun.”

Who knew so much creative energy could happen on the go? Bieber even revealed in the video that he has written songs on a tour bus in the past. He recalled that he wrote his song “Memphis” from his third studio album, Journals, while he was on a bus in Memphis, Tennessee. The Justice World Tour (formerly known as the Changes Tour and also known as the Justin Bieber World Tour 2021 ) was the fourth (4th) concert tour by Justin Bieber , in promotions of his sixth studio album. The tour was set to promote his previous album, Changes , and begin on May 14, 2020, in Seattle, but the tour was postponed amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Every date was rescheduled twice and the Justice World Tour officially began on February 18, 2022, in San Diego, but concluded on September 4, 2022, in Rio de Janeiro. After it was announced that the remaining dates of the tour would be postponed, Bieber's team formally announced that they would be cancelled.

During the last quarter of 2019, especially in December, Justin Bieber started teasing his musical comeback via his social media. On December 20, Bieber tweeted that something was going to happen on the December 24, December 31, 2019, as well as on January 3 and 4, 2020. On December 24, he released a video on YouTube where he announced that he would release his fifth album during 2020, on December 31 was released trailer for Justin Bieber: Seasons , first single of His fifth studio album " Yummy " was released on January 3, and on January 13 he announced the first round of dates for his new world tour.

Jaden and Kehlani were originally meant to support the tour as opening acts, but it was announced on Bieber's official website via the touring section that they would no longer be playing on the tour due to new opening act support being added later on.

Justin Bieber will be backed by Canadian Psychedelic Rock band Rhythm Light Orchestra (occasionally known as The Storm) for the upcoming tour.

On March 6, 2020 , several stadium dates were downsized to arena dates, with shows moved to arena venues adjacent to the stadiums, which cited "unforeseen circumstances" from Bieber's team.

On April 1, 2020 , it was announced that the tour will be postponed amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

On July 23, 2020 , Justin Bieber released new tour dates presented by T-Mobile and the rename of the tour, "World Tour 2021".

And on May 6, 2021 , Justin Bieber announced new North American dates presented by T-Mobile and again a new name of the tour. It was renamed "Justice World Tour", following the 6th studio album Justice .

Finally on November 15, 2021 , the dates of the rest of the world were announced, including festivals and Jaden, Harry Hudson, TEO and Eddie Benjamin as opening acts of the world tour.

When will his album come out?

On January 28, 2020, Justin took to Instagram and announced that his new album would be released on February 14, 2020. He also revealed that the record would be called Changes !

What will the album be about?

During his private album playback event in Los Angeles on January 23, 2020, he  broke down in tears and discussed what the album would be about. The “Yummy” singer said it would chronicle the intense depression he suffered after having “grown up in the industry,” according to  Variety .

Then, the singer reflected on how God has helped him during his dark times and revealed that this record is a “reflection” of how he overcame his past struggles.

“There’s power in weakness,” he said. “[This record is] a reflection of that…thank you for loving me at my worst. I love you with all my heart…and I’m so proud of us.”

Previously,  a source close to the singer told E! News that “some of the songs are about [Justin’s] ups and downs and recent struggles with depression.” His wife will also be referenced in the music. The insider said that he “also writes a lot about their love and the power of their love being different than anything else he’s experienced.”

What is ‘Yummy’ about?

Fans have speculated that the debut single off Justin’s upcoming album is a tribute to his wife, Hailey. Based on the lyrics, it appears that he’s completely in love with his wife and has most definitely stayed faithful to her.

“Ain’t on the side, you’re number one / Yeah, every time I come around, you get it done,” the lyrics read.

At one point in the song, he tells listeners that’s so happy to be with Hailey before continuously calling her “yummy” throughout the track.

“Hop in the Lambo’, I’m on my way / Drew House slippers on with a smile on my face / I’m elated that you are my lady,” he sang about his wife.

Along with the song, Justin is set to drop a music video to go along with the track on January 4, 2020.

Did Justin announce any other song titles?

On Tuesday, February 4, fans were able to finally see the album’s entire track list when they found the “What Changes track are you filter?” on Instagram. Justin teamed up with Spotify to release this exclusive filter that quickly flashes through all the song names before landing on one.

Thankfully, Justin’s fans spent hours cracking the code and compiled a list of all 17 tracks on the album. Aside from the previously released “Yummy” and “Get me,” the song titles include: “All Around Me,” “Second Emotion,” “Intentions,” “Confirmation,” “Forever,” “ETA,” “Habitual,” “Running Over,” “Available,” “Come Around Me,” “Take It Out On Me,” “At Least For Now,” “That’s What Love Is” and “Changes.”

What will the album sound like?

According to the source, “It’s a familiar sound that the fans will love. He’s doing what he does best and everyone is really looking forward to getting it out there for the world to enjoy.”

From the sound of it, fans will hear more R&B type bops just like “Yummy.”

When did Justin start working on the album?

His upcoming YouTube series  Justin Bieber: Seasons is set to chronicle his entire recording process for this fifth studio. The episodes are set to show Justin’s struggles to find himself and get to the place where he wants to make more music after after cancelling a leg of tour dates back in 2017.

So, there’s no doubt that fans will get an inside look at the moment Justin decided to start recording an album again once the docuseries premieres on Monday, January 27.

Will there be any collaborations?

On January 28, 2020, Justin revealed that his new single “ Get Me ” will feature Kehlani .

Sources have said that  Changes is also set to feature Travis Scott and Post Malone . The insider revealed that his collaboration with Post Malone is almost finished and Justin is waiting to hear back from the “Circles” singer.

On December 24, 2019, the singer announced that he would be hitting the road for the  Changes tour starting on May 14, 2020. Kehlani will be  hitting the road and joining him and his BFF  Jaden Smith as the opening acts.
