Great service and great holiday

We were very impressed by the guidance and patience of the member of staff, Luke, who helped plan our trip. There was flexibility, suggestion and advice and a personal service. Plus we feel it offered very good value for money. All of the hotels were excellent plus we had transfers and guides included which took away some of the stress of travelling over a reasonably short period of time. We will be using Jasmine holidays again - they were recommended by a friend and I will be recommending them to my friends....

Family trip to Japan for Blossom season.

The team at Jasmine organised a mostly self guided two week holiday for our family of six at very short notice. All the details were arranged quickly and smoothly and the use of the travel key app to list all documents, itinerary and much other information made a huge difference to enjoying the holiday. Their choice of hotels and transport etc was fantastic working with our budget. A couple of hiccups along the way but that was to be expected and they were immediately in touch subject to the time difference if we had problem or query. A very satisfactory experience from a very professional team Thank you.

Thailand paradise

have had 10 years of holidays arranged for us by Luke at Jasmine Travel, and can’t praise him enough. Very professional through and through, always does his best to get us the best prices on the air fares and accommodation .We have stayed many time at the Bo Phut resort in Koh Samui which is a beautiful resort,The accommodation is very Thai and set in wonderful gardens. The facilities and staff excellent. The pool and poolside restaurant area were well presented and maintained and this makes it an extremely well run hotel. Have stayed 11 times at Layana Koh Lanta , it’s Adults only on long beach with lots of bars and restaurants, which we love. Accommodation is in villas set in beautiful gardens. The staff very friendly and attentive, always with a smile. Two pools one an infinity overlooking the beach. Excellent restaurant which looks over the beach. Definitely our favourite place to stay on Koh Lanta

Fabulous trip to Borneo (wildlife & beach)

Luke at Jasmine Holidays helped us create a fantastic trip to Malaysian Borneo that combined incredible wildlife encounters (orangutan, Bornean Pygmy elephants, Proboscis Monkeys, various Hornbills and much much more) with a really relaxing few days at the beach on Gaya Island and a couple of nights in Kuala Lumpur on the way out. He gave us really helpful advice to build a trip that took us to beautiful destinations and hotels, whilst sticking within our stated budget, and the overall price was extremely good value having compared similar trips with other companies. Jasmine Holidays also provided an excellent app which summarised all of the info that we needed (and which worked offline) and the whole trip ran like clockwork once we arrived. Borneo is an amazing destination and we’d highly recommend arranging it through Jasmine Holidays. Luke - thanks for a wonderful trip, and we’re already planning to come back to you for our next adventure.

Fantastic Holiday in Thailand

We had an amazing holiday in Thailand. Having never been, we gave Jasmine Holidays some ideas of what we were looking for and they got our requirements spot on. The hotels were superb and the locations were just as we’d asked for. We were provided with an excellent itinerary of what our holiday included on a day by day basis. Great organisation and efficient service.

Just got back from a 3 week tour of southern India. Just about everything went like clockwork and the one hitch we had was swiftly resolved by the local agent - Pioneer. They were very good and kept in touch throughout the trip. We had an excellent driver who was very attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly. The initial organisation was also really great. Tom helped out with advice and any alterations we wanted making it an excellent bespoke trip. Will defintely recommend to others and will certainly use Jasmine Holidays again.

Amazing South America Experience

We're just back from our South America adventure and wanted to thank Tom and Jasmine Holidays for another fantastic trip!  It was certainly a trip of a lifetime.  All the countries were spectacular.  It was a wonderful itinerary - we were able to get a truly amazing experience of each country.  We had a packed itinerary and everything worked perfectly.  Our guides were knowledgeable and friendly.  We always discuss which were our best bits of the trip, but this time it we agreed it was everything - such wonderful experiences in every country.

Multi destination Vietnam trip

Trip was multiple hotels, flights & tours over a 2 week period. Everything went exactly according to plan, we actually got a room upgrade at one hotel. Local tour operator did a good job. Trip was well planned so we could do a lot of sightseeing & then have time for a beach holiday rest at the end of the trip. Just returned from our Indochina tour

Just returned from our Indochina tour, we had a wonderful time. All the hotels were very good, especially our hotels in Cambodia and Laos. This was the second time we'd used Jasmine. Having put together a great month in Japan/China for us in 2019, we were happy repeat customers when we wanted someone to string together a round-the -world trip with detailed arrangements in Vietnam and Singapore in particular. We founded Jasmine Holidays in 2007, to offer exactly the kind of holidays and destinations we love, with a passionate commitment to service, value and customer experience. ‘The Boutique Travel Company’ tag reflects our love of boutique hotels but also our style; personal, professional, helpful and imaginative.
