The coach has been stored inside since it was new and shows well. The exterior gelcoat is glossy, and the decals are uniform and shiny. There is no visible damage, divots, or gouges. Recently new tires (Goodyear Endurance) and TPMS. Added New TVs (Fire/Smart) in Master and Bunk Rooms 50 amp Progressive Hard-wired EMS Victron SmartSolar Controller and two roof-mounted Solar panels. New batteries in April 2024. It includes a low-rise 4-step aluminum/steel hybrid entry step, two lighted awnings, and a clean underside with no road damage. The interior is in great condition, with no wear patterns, stains, or odors. Note that the forward bedroom flooring is being replaced under warranty (manufacturing defect); the completion date is May 2024. The upholstery on the sofa, dinette, and recliners shows very well, with no stains, tears, fraying, or odors. However, the hallway blind does not roll up as intended. If you're needing additional sleeping space or a place to work on the road, take a look at this fifth wheel! The bunkhouse includes three bunks , and the lower bunk can swing up so you can work at the desk . There is also an exterior cargo door here so you can pack luggage right into the bunkhouse. You will have your own private bedroom up front with a walk-around queen bed , a wardrobe slide, plus dual wardrobes and nightstands. The main living area will be a favorite hangout spot with its tri-fold sofa, L-shaped sofa with a table dinette and an ottoman, plus an LED HDTV. You can even add the optional fireplace for a more at-home feel. This model also includes a 20' power awning, LCI solid steps, and an exterior mini refrigerator  and Capital griddle for breakfast outdoors!
