Antelope Canyon Overlook/ Horseshoe Bend Ride

3-hour UTV tour

See two of Page’s most popular attractions in ONE tour! Go off-road in one of our UTVs to explore the stunning landscapes of Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. We’ll begin by taking you to the ledge of Antelope Canyon where we get to overlook that canyon that feeds into Lake Powell. This beautiful slot canyon is made from Navajo sandstone dating back about 6 million years. Next, we’ll take a detour for another photo opportunity overlooking the Colorado River, before making our way to Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon’s most popular landmark. Take in the wonder of the 1000 ft deep horseshoe-shaped bend in the river for an unforgettable experience.

Horseshoe Bend by UTV

1.5-hour UTV tour

We’ll start the trip off by taking a detour with the UTV to a wind cave for a great photo opportunity. Then we’ll get to explore the sand dunes right outside of town. This tour also includes a visit to Horseshoe Bend where you’ll have a mile round trip walk to the view everyone loves. Don’t be afraid to ask your guide for any photos you would like taken.

The cost is $98 per person.

Antelope Canyon overlook and sand dunes tour

You only have an hour and a half to spare in your itinerary? We offer a tour to Antelope Canyon overlook, sand dunes and a wind cave that is right outside of town. We promise you’ll have fun in the short time that we have you for!

Surf Experience on Lake Powell

Lake Powell’s sunny waters and red rock shores draw crowds from all over the world. Cruise the smooth waters of Lake Powell without having to worry about driving the boat yourself. Your captain will take you to the best spots on the lake in one of our surf boats. These powerboats are perfect for waterskiing, wakeboarding, and simply enjoying a day on the water. This tour includes the surf boat, wakesurfs, wakeboards, tubes, and a licensed captain. For an unparalleled Lake Powell experience, book a surf tour with us. There is a 6-person maximum per boat. We offer Half-Day tours from 7 AM to 11 AM for $1200, and Full-Day tours from 7 AM to 3 PM for $2299.

IMPORTANT! Over 3.2 million tourists visit Glen Canyon Recreation Area annually and many tours and rentals sell out months in advance. Save time and avoid disappointment by planning ahead. Book your reservations early!

HORSESHOE BEND

Don't miss Horseshoe Bend near Page, AZ. The trailhead to this 3/4 mile hike is located just outside of Page, Arizona. It overlooks one of the most spectacular views on the Colorado River, 4 miles south of the Glen Canyon Dam. This is truly one of the most beautiful spots in America. ANTELOPE CANYON

Antelope Canyon is one of the most widely photographed slot canyons in the Southwest. Antelope Canyon is both a sacred site for the Navajo people and a favorite destination for tourists from all over the world. This Tour is not recommended if you cannot wear a mask for 2 hours AND can't ascend and descend walkways and stairs in hot and cold weather for 20-30 minutes on a 1/2 mile walk.    more info 

TOADSTOOL HOODDOOSs

The Paria Rimrocks are an amazing collection of hoodoos, badlands, and other interesting rock formations found in the area located between the Cockscomb Fault and the southern section of Cottonwood Canyon Road just north of US 89. The trail is open year-round and fees/permits are not required. The entire hike is exposed, so avoid going in the middle of the day during the summer.    more info

Tours of the dam are $5, and as a federal power plant facility, security measures are in place. Here at Epic Adventure Rides, we are proud of this beautiful country we live in and are excited to share it with you through our popular Lake Powell tours.  People come from around the world to see this amazing place just to stand in line and feel crowded. Epic Adventure Rides gives you the opportunity to escape the crowds and see some amazing areas in the backcountry of Page, Arizona and Lake Powell that very few have the opportunity to experience. All of our tours operate on the Arizona Time Zone.

Due to AZ/UT State Laws, we do not allow children under 5 years of age on the UTV tours. Children 5yrs and older must be able to sit safely in a seat-belt and MUST wear a helmet the entire time as required by State Law. Some accommodations may be possible on a private tour only .

Customers may receive a full refund or credit with two weeks (14 days) advance notice of cancellation. Cancellations made less than two weeks (14 days) prior to the tour are subject to a minimum of 50% of the tour price. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the tour are responsible for the full tour price. No-shows will be charged the full tour price. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.

Private tours – none! Private tours are exclusively your own, you really will have the desert to yourself! Classic Tours are capped at 3 UTVs, which means you will never have more than two other participants on your adventure!

If you want to drive your own UTV, the main renter must be over 21 years old, and all drivers must be over 18 years old with a valid driver license.

No experience necessary, our UTV’s are very easy to learn and drive. All guests are given a vehicle orientation and a familiarization period driving the UTV.

You bet! Your guide works hard to give you the best experience possible. While tipping is not mandatory, it is customary and very appreciated!

Closed toe shoes are required, and clothing appropriate for the current weather conditions. You will likely get dusty, we recommend not wearing your Sunday best. An additional layer is recommended in winter to stay warm.

Guests under 18 are required by law to wear a helmet. We recommend helmets for all of our guests, but they are not required.

Yes. Depending on how recent it has rained will determine how dusty it will be. Goggles and masks are provided free.

Yes. Our tours do not go near the water at Lake Powell, however we have multiple locations that offer fantastic birds-eye views of Lake Powell.

We operate rain or shine, it is part of the adventure! In the event of severe weather with potential risk to the safety of guests and guides we will reschedule or refund.

Yes. We encourage our guests to bring salty snacks and additional cold drinks of their liking, non-alcoholic of course. We provide a cold bottle of water for every guest but highly recommend bringing extra water during the hotter months. Private tours include a light snack and can be easily adjusted to include a longer stop if you choose to bring additional food.

Restrooms are available at the beginning and end of the tour, “primitive” options are available while on the tour.

There are many animals in this area, however we can never guarantee you will see a wild animal. Most notable animals in the area: Bighorn Sheep, Antelope, Deer, Mountain Lion, Coyote, Rabbit, Eagles, Hawks, Condors, among others.
