I cannot say enough about how GREAT this business is!! When we travel with Preferred Casino Tours, we consistently get the best service, rewards, and accommodations! I strongly recommend using Toni and John for your casino travel arrangements!

The bus used should be updated. The window shades were held in place with duct tape that didn't hold! When we arrived at Ceasers casino we were handed our room packet without the tower name or room number on it! We stood in line at the desk to find out where we were staying. I had requested a smoking room for my husband and low and behold we were on a non smoking floor. After waiting three hours for our luggage we requested a smoking room and that took over two more hours for a room to be cleaned. This trip didn't start out to well ! The prices at the buffet was so high and the rewards from using your card for play doesn't add up to much! Not worth going back!

I recently visited Harrah’s Resort at Atlantic City and had a great time. The timing of this trip was excellent because it was during the weekend prior to Christmas.
