I used this company to do a theatre day trip. Staff nice but had not a clue what they were doing. Meant to get a few hours shopping in Dublin which didn't happen!! Sent email to complain. Promised a response by Gerard which I am still waiting on 6 weeks later. Will not be using again. Very disappointed!!
STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!! Disgusted with this company. Booked a weekend away to watch a match with my family. The company sent out the incorrect travel details, the first we knew about this was a 4.30am call from coach driver informing us we had missed the coach. We had to make our way hastily down to dublin from belfast in our own car minus my wife as we had childcare for our youngest arranged for the incorrect date they sent us.we met the coach for several hour journey and when my son needed the toilet we were told there was none as they would stop as soon as possible (my son is 6) well after several pleas and over and hour and a half later we got our stop. We then get to our hotel which was paid for and supposed to be a family room, but was instead a double. We were also charged for paying by credit card which is no longer legal. On returning I contacted skelton travel with my complaint only to be told everyone else made it to the bus? Even after showing them the incorrect travel details they sent me they didn't want to know. my total loss including having to fuel my car £300.00 some customer service eh? STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!
On 14th Jan 2012 i traveled with my wife to Old Trafford for the Bolton match. I purchased two tickets for the 500 club plus hotel accommadation. The 500 club and hotel where excellent but the match seats left a lot to be desired. The seats where so high up in the stand that it would have been better for us to have stayed at home and watched the match on television. I certainly will not be booking the 500 club package again because of the seating arrangements, It is not worth the money.
