We have been purchasing tickets from Steve for years. We attend the BNP Paibas Open almost every year for over 6 years. First getting courtside seats and then getting suite tickets. They are always the best and such great customer service. We will continue to purchase our tickets from Steve. Great seats and pricing. Love it.

Steve Furgal? More like Steve FRUgal. Our first time using this company for a package for BNP Paribas Indian Wells. Let's start with the Pros: Very easy to communicate via email. Easy to book and work with. Fantastic seats. On-site customer help was lacking though. Very unfamiliar with the shuttle schedule, location, etc. We had to ask around to find the shuttle location. Cons? The hospitality suite was very sad. They advertised "air conditioned suite" with "light snacks" throughout the day. When we first entered it was a bit warm. They said that they A/C had "not been working well that week". Um, okay. Then we discovered that the "light snacks" were nothing more than potato chips. Yes, that is correct. PO-TA-TO CHIPS. That's it! They said to come back at 5:00 PM for "hot food". So we came back that evening to find macaroni and cheese. Ouch. You can get better food outside the suites in the main area. Overall, we had a nice time at Indian Wells. But for future, I will not waste my money on booking with them since the suites are nothing more than vending machine rooms. You can simply book a-la-carte (stadium tickets, hotel, etc.) and use the extra "hospitality" money elsewhere.

The best way to see tennis, if you love tennis. We went to Indian Wells, and although we have friends in town and could have bought great tickets on our own etc etc, Steve Furgal was the way to go. His prices for hotel/tickets/VIP PARKING (!!!) are the only option, especially if you are going as a group/family. Here's what Steve Furgal does: 1. He gets you great hotels for totally cheap, way cheaper than you can get if you try to book online. 2. He gets you excellent tickets for about the same price as if you bought them on your own, but with Steve Furgal you have the option of doing one or two sessions up in his lounge, so if you have parents who need to get out of the sun, that is an option. 3. You always get into what I think is called the "Emirates Luxury Lounge" where they have lots of free food and hats and bottles of water and things. (Emirates makes this look like something that is only available to players and their friends or something, but Steve's package gets you in.) 4. MOST IMPORTANTLY! If you ever have any problem whatsoever, Steve or his wife will call you personally and make sure that everything is ok. I left a message for an extremely minor concern, and they called me back within 7 minutes and took care of everything. Without ever making me feel like my minor concern was too minor. That is service. I love them. Here's what Steve Furgal & Co is not the best at: 1. Hotels. Their best hotel is the La Quinta, which is disgusting but also COMPLETELY FABULOUS because that's where all the players and their coaches and teams are all staying, so breakfast (free breakfast) and dinner are a lot of fun. There is a lot of gossip happening at the La Quinta. However, the La Quinta is definitely 2 of 5 stars. My mother was beside herself with the cleanliness (housekeeping is asleep and lazy and a total disaster -- this hotel is truly disgusting). We opted for the most expensive hotel, La Quinta, which I think was a mistake. The best hotel in the area is the Parker Meridien, which is a slightly longer drive and not in in the Furgal wheelhouse. (Maybe if you are thinking of booking with Furgal book with a cheaper hotel option, because it cannot be more disgusting than the La Quinta.) Pros outweigh the cons BY FAR when it comes to Steve Furgal. Your money well spent.

First time buying from Steve Furgal for Roland Garros 2012, and I am happy to boast about my experience. This company is apparently the only authorized ticket vendor for North America, and Mr. Furgal himself is on the grounds throughout the tournament in case customers have any issues (I never had to call him). I received a package a few weeks before the event that included printed tickets (also e-mailed to you), maps, instructions, and Mr. Furgal's mobile number to reach him during the tournament. SEATS: I was overjoyed with my seat location and proximity to the players. My seats in both Philippe Chatrier and Susan Lenglen ranged from Rows 1 to 10, which start counting from behind the boxes (an additional 4 to 10 rows). PURCHASING TICKETS: I called and placed tickets over the phone with a nice lady named Sylvia. She was incredibly patient with me and went over ticket availability for each day. Thank you Sylvia. Just booked my 3rd trip in less than a year with Steve and his crew. I'm a single traveler and they take such good care of me. Sylvia is a hoot and is soooo helpful and considers the physical and visual challlenges that I have. Laver Cup here I come.

Went to the US Open and everything was wonderful. I didn't really interact much with the Steve Furgal employees, but the hotel was great and the bus rides were on time. The little bit that I did interact with those employees went well, they were nice and informative. The best part of the whole trip was the American express suite, which had the best employees that definitely took care of us. I appreciate what Steve was able setup for the US Open and will definitely use them again in the future.

Steve Furgal's International Tennis Tours, WOW! If I knew that my professional duties wouldn't take me to the major Tennis Tour Championships like the Australian Open, Roland Garros, Wimbledon, US Open and the BNP Paribas Open, I'd want to get there with Steve Furgal's International Tennis Tours: letting them take care of all the details in their inimitable style. The white glove attention that they provide can't be found any where else. Their service is top notch.

Went to Wimbledon in 2015 with Steve Furgal. Absolutely fabulous experience!!. Everything was first class. This trip was the best trip I've ever had and created the memory of a lifetime. He has thought of everything. If you are wavering, don't. Everyone I met on this trip felt the same way. He has many, many repeat customers!

I booked my first trip to Wimbledon this year thru Steve, and had a great, great time. I had seen their booth at the US Open for years, and when I saw their ad in Tennis Magazine, I decided to call. I was only going to get some prices, but the people I spoke with were so nice and helpful, that I gave them a deposit on the spot and will never regret my decision. The hotel was perfect, their seats are great, and everyone they worked with were A1. Many of the people with the group had travelled with them in the past, and no one I spoke with had anything but praise for them. I have already put down a deposit for next year. Steve and his wife Ann are available at Wimbledon all day, if any problems or questions come up, and back at the hotel. A first class tour company for a first class event. Strawberries and cream, champagne, and Steve Furgal International Tennis Tours, PERFECT together!!!
