Very fast to react to the enquiry but…

Very fast to react to the enquiry but once the payment was made things slowed down a bit and was still awaiting the cruise details package. Since posting the company has replied and the official details have now been received.

Thank you for your feedback. In looking at the booking I can see a courtesy thank you for booking email was sent on the day of booking, but since this was less than 48 hours ago the administration has not yet been completed. I will ask for this to be fast tracked today. Thank you.

Excellent efficient telephone

Excellent efficient telephone service, answering questions, finding info. If didn’t know answers, coming straight back during same phone conversation. A follow up query was answered by leaving a voicemail message when we were unavailable to answer the call. I have every faith in this business as I have used them on numerous occasions to book cruises with never a problem. We are led gently back after the pandemic to book with confidence. Thank you.

told them what we wanted, when we wanted to go, what where the best deals and any extras we could get at no extra cost. We did do all the booking online and over the phone. We will be going to have a visit so we can discus our cruise with some add ons with a face to face meeting overall we where looked after very well nothing was to much trouble.

First time customer but not first cruise. Leigh, my advisor made the whole booking process so easy with her depth of knowledge and kind guidance. Will certainly use the company again over any high street travel agent.

Booked my retirement cruise

Booked my retirement cruise, a circumnavigation of South America. I had so many questions and what if’s as the longest I had cruised before was three weeks and this was for 76 nights. The lovely Ada was my advisor, she answered all my questions and suggested I take a few days to think and do my research on visa’s and travel insurance. She called me back at a prearranged time to make the booking arrangements. She made everything so easy and I’m delighted with the service I received. I’d highly recommend Bolsover Cruise Club for your travel arrangements. Thank you Ada.

Right from first entering the building you were made to feel welcome. The service we received from Erin was fantastic, so helpful and informative, Erin made the whole booking easy and pleasurable. Will definitely return to book our next cruise.

Excellent service

The operative was patient and knowledgeable and helped us to make the right choice for us. Any special requirements we may or may not need were carefully explained and the whole process of booking was stress-free.

Excellent planning from Bolsover Cruise Club

We wanted to take a cruise to Alaska from Vancouver but also wanted to spend some time in Vancouver on our return and then take a road trip over the Rockies to Calgary from where we would fly home. We contacted Bolsover Cruise Club who booked us two direct flights. They arranged two superb hotels in Vancouver and Calgary and all our transfers by limo. This left us free to arrange our own hotels for the road trip section of the trip. Our holiday went exactly as planned thanks to Bolsover’s planning expertise. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Very easy booking process by telephone

Very easy booking process by telephone. I called for a quote for 3 cabins on a cruise next May. Clear quote from Manchester with different cabin requirements and bookings linked. Loyalty scheme from cruise line also registered. Phoned back day after and booked. The sales rep had told me what information would be required and I had it all to hand. Brilliant, BCC was recommended to me by 3 people on my previous cruise and I now recommend them to others. Thankyou BCC

Great bespoke cruise and stay package and less stress!!

I saw a cruise sailing from Italy and looked separately at flights, hotels and transfers. Bolsover was recommended by a friend that has used them numerous times in the past. In no time they built me a bespoke cruise and stay package and the costs were more competitive than booking all aspects separately, plus the whole package is then covered by ABTA. Took the whole stress away and now everything is planned and organised for me including pick ups and drop offs. Definitely a win win in my book. Now just looking forward to my trip!

Bolsover stands for excellent service.

We have used Bolsover for our last four cruise bookings so when it came to number five we didn't hesitate to use them again. Each time they have been knowledgeable and have listened to our needs, especially as we have required an accessible cabin which requires a booking to be made a long time in advance, as these cabins are booked up very quickly. They always call us back with all of the options, what to consider about cabin location, what offers we can utilise etc. Excellent service. Wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

Our go-to agent for over 30 years, from when I was a child, to now booking my own holidays in later life. Can’t fault them. Booking experience and complete cruise package both excellent

From a simple enquiry "We could be interested in this Greek Islands Cruise next year", a complete package, including flights, hotels and transfers between them all, was quickly produced. When we found an even more appealing cruise 5 months later in the year, again the new complete package was also quickly produced and booked. The whole process was friendly, helpful and pleasant.
