I was introduced to LANY a year ago by a friend, and have since spiraled into a hurricane of obsession. This was my first time seeing them live, and, needless to say, it was spiritually moving and life-giving. I could tell the whole crowd has been with them from the start, and have been waiting to see LANY take off. We all knew that they have come so far, but that this is just the beginning. They performed all their songs with so much heart, which gave me a new perspective on most of their lyrics. Despite their recent success, they are still the most genuine, humble, and appreciative bands I have ever seen. When Paul talked about their beginnings in a crappy apartment down the street, I could feel the gratitude and excitement in his voice. In order to pay tribute to the city where LANY started, they performed a stripped-down set of ILYSB, and filmed an accompanying music video. It was full of emotion and allowed me to truly live in the moment, no matter how cheesy it sounds. Afterwards, all band members stayed to take pictures with fans, and were so nice and down-to-earth. I cannot wait to see where LANY goes and cannot wait for the release of their first full-length album. ILYSB!!

LANY WAS AMAZING! The stage/lighting set-up was bomb and was so cool! It changes every song that makes it really appropriate to the mood of the song. The concert was lovely and I loved and enjoyed Lany!

However, I would really comment on the lack of control of the organizers especially during the gates opening & managing all the audience/concert-goers. The venue is located on the 3rd floor of the building and everybody are poorly lining up in the stairs! It would have been better to have marshals/volunteers manage the audience during this time to avoid confusion and a probable accident. A better line management with volunteers assisting people would be really better. Due to the poor management before entering it caused way too much delay for Lany to start performing I know it made it fair for everybody who wants to see them but surely it would have been improved if the entering was managed properly. I hope in the future it will be improved!

BUT OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!! I LOVE LANY!!!

Their show in Albuquerque was fantastic! Although part of me wished I was closer to the stage, I was content in the 21+ area enjoying dancing and singing along to every song with my Corona! I really enjoyed the historic venue the Sunshine Theater too! Their staff was great and really sweet. Paul Jason Klein, Jake Goss and Les Priest are the most magical "synth-pop" trio I have ever witnessed. Pure magic... Paul stands out as genuinely loving his fans and giving his all in such a sweet and energetic way. Jake is a beast on the drums and steadily goes the whole show with so much passion and skill! And Les... A pure engineering genius with a humility and kind presence you don't find often, I am in awe of his craft. These guys are so loveable and make anyone watching feel a "teenage dreamy wonder" we long for. Hands down, my fav trio ever!!

I had about an hour and a half drive to San Antonio, and arrived at the Paper Tiger venue around 2:30. I camped out with a friend until the show started at 7:30pm; the paper tiger venue is very neat, clean, and new. Although the organization of the lines weren't too great; many people cut in line/came 10 min before the show and cut where their friends were--and nobody really did anything about it. It was just a little unfair to the people who waited for hours and hours. Anyways, the concert was AMAZING; I ended up getting 2nd row and I touched Paul's hand. Many great videos and although a lot of shoving and pushing and squeezing, it was worth it. LANY is definitely great live, sounded exactly like the music they put out. Amazing!!

i love these boys so much i didnt mind waiting in line for 5 hours or so to see them. organisers said the show will be from 8-10pm, but it started 8:30 then ended 9:40. i felt cheated but it's okay because Paul, Jake and Les did deliver. They poured their hearts out and they were gorgeous as fuck. I only wish they'd write more music music i really love the tropical, summer-y aesthetic their music has. Like a summer love gone wrong. I love how upbeat some of their songs are (example: Hurt) but the lyrics are so sad. Their music is a metaphor and the deepest one at it. Thank your being on my playlist, thank you for letting yourselves be discovered by fans like us. And thank you for you. Love from Iloilo, Philippines. <3 <3 <3

Wow, this concert was incredible. Despite taking place on a Sunday night, it was definitely worth the time, and a great birthday present for me!

LANY's music is so refreshing, and seeing it live just allowed it to wash over me in a new and exciting way. The mix of their set was top notch, peppering the higher energy dance songs with more mellow interludes. They did a good job featuring their new album while still giving attention to their big hits.

I took my friend who had minimal exposure to their stuff and she absolutely loved it. Was great sharing the experience with someone who will now probably be a lifelong LANY fan.

In conclusion, absolutely loved it, and can't wait for a chance to see them again!

Seeing LANY for the second time.....NEVER a disappointment. I’ve been following up on them since 2014, when I would jam out to one or two of their songs because those were the only they had out at the time haha. As they began to grow, so did I and all of a sudden the lyrics began to mean a lot to me, because they were now more relatable. LANY got me through a break up, and got me through a whole year of hardship. LANY also gave into the relationship I am in right now, with someone who shares the same type of love for LANY that I do. The concert was amazing! but I was surprised to see so much empty space in the room when event was 'sold out'. So many fans (even an hour before the concert) desperately wanted tickets and posted on social media and the hall was like almost half empty (according to my standards). Singapore venue organisers definitely need to review the venue's capacity and number of tickets sold as it just didn't make sense. I was hunting for tickets for more than 2 weeks and was lucky to get it for double price from a reseller. I know that there are sooo many LANY fans in Singapore but they just were not given a chance to attend!

LANY WAS AWESOME!!! They really know how to put on a show but please find someone better for opening act, its always so boring for the opening act and I heard its not the first time they had boring opening acts.. n its not even the band that was mentioned on the ticket. Other than that, the venue is amazing, staffs are amazing at coordinating the event, mad props to them as it wouldn’t run smoothly if it were not for them. The security are all polite and knows how to keep the spirits up while we were queueing. Amazing coordination of the team and all. The set up of the stage is amazing. And audio is good too.

What a great show LANY put on. Saw them at the Wiltern and the place was packed. I've been to see some other bands there, but this was the first time I can recall the crowd standing the entire time. Jake, the lead singer, brings high, eccentric energy to the stage. Some cool solo piano moments in the middle is the show put a new spin on some of my favorite tracks. A younger fan base, which was surprising, but they knew every word. It was a great vibe all around. Took two friends who were unfamiliar with LANY and they both had a great time moving to the music. I'd see them again.

Produced by Live Nation, the 34-city tour kicks off on August 3rd at The Chrysalis at Merriweather Park in Columbia making stops across North America in Toronto, Detroit, Houston, San Diego and more before wrapping up in Seattle at Lumen Field – Muckleshoot Plaza on September 24th.

About Surfaces:

Surfaces is a Texas-based duo comprised of Forrest Frank and Colin Padalecki. LANY Announce North American Dates For ‘a beautiful blur’ Tour

Multi-platinum pop rock band LANY announces the North America leg of their a beautiful blur World Tour. Produced by Live Nation, the 30+ dates kicks off at Raleigh’s The Ritz on February 13 and continues through the U.S. and Canada this March and April 2024. Fans can register for Artist Presale HERE via Seated. The Seated Registered Artist presale begins Tuesday October 10th at 10am through Thursday October 12th at 10pm local. Additional presales will run throughout the week ahead of the general onsale starting Friday October 13th at 12pm local.

Los Angeles trio LANY will embark on a North American tour in support of their forthcoming album gg bb xx this fall. keshi will support on all North American dates. The tour will also follow a limited run in the U.K. this fall with more dates to be confirmed soon.

Tickets go on sale July 23 at 9am local time. LANY will offer VIP packages for each show that include an intimate acoustic performance, a Q&A session, a group photo with the band, access to the soundcheck and more. Additionally, Citi is the official presale credit card of the LANY: gg bb xx Tour . As such, Citi cardmembers will have access to purchase presale tickets beginning July 20 at 9am local time until July 22 at 10pm local time through Citi Entertainment.

Los Angeles superband LANY have announced they will be hitting the road with special guests Surfaces & Annika Bennett for their “Summer Forever Tour.” Produced by Live Nation, the 34-city tour will make stops across North America to include Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre on Friday, August 12 at 7 p.m.

Nominated for Pollstar’s 2021 “Best Pop Tour”, LANY’s global fan base continues to expand, with more than 3.5 billion in streaming, 750 million in video views and more than 500,000 in worldwide tickets sales, this latest announcement continues LANY’s forward momentum following their highly successful “gg bb xx” fall 2021 tour which included sold out Forum and Radio City dates and the release of their tremendously successful pop focused gg bb xx album in September 2021. This latest announcement also comes off the heels of Surfaces’ “Good 2 Be Back” summer 2021 tour which coincided with their Pacifico album released last June.

In June of 2021, LANY released gg bb xx, their fourth consecutive studio album. gg bb xx showcased a return to their infectious pop sound collaborating with an array of notable songwriters and producers including Andrew Goldstein (Maroon 5, Katy Perry, Lauv), John Ryan (Shawn Mendes, Charlie Puth, Harry Styles), David Hodges (Ed Sheeran, 5SOS, Blink 182), Tobias Jesso Jr. (Adele, Sia, HAIM), Dan Smyers of Dan + Shay and more. Lainey Wilson Unleashes New Single for ‘Twisters’ Soundtrack

Lainey Wilson released her song “Out Of Oklahoma” as well as an accompanying music video on Thursday, the latest single tied to the stacked soundtrack for the upcoming Lee Isaac Chung-directed Twisters , the sequel to 1996’s Twister .

On “Out Of Oklahoma,” Wilson sings about “trying to stay between the lines of who I am and who I used to be,” as she navigates the hectic past few years as she’s risen to country superstardom . While she isn’t from the Sooner state herself, she uses Oklahoma — where Twisters presumably takes place — as a metaphor for her older self that remains with her as she sings about how “you can’t take the home out of Oklahoma.”

Wilson’s Whirlwind , her first album since the Grammy-winning Bell Bottom Country , is set to release on August 23.

Lainey Wilson returns to Syracuse amphitheater as a country superstar (concert set list)

Two years ago, Lainey Wilson was opening for Morgan Wallen at the Syracuse amphitheater.

On Friday night, she returned to the Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater at Lakeview as a bona fide country superstar. It was her fourth time performing in Central New York in the past two years, and her first concert in the area since drawing a record crowd of 53,200 fans to the New York State Fair last year.

A packed audience at the Empower FCU Amphitheater heard Wilson perform her biggest hits, including “Things a Man Oughta Know,” “Heart Like a Truck,” “Watermelon Moonshine,” “Save Me” (her collaboration with Jelly Roll) and “Wait in the Truck” (her collaboration with Hardy). She also shared new songs from her upcoming album, “Whirlwind,” like “Hang Tight Honey,” and “Country’s Cool Again.”

Wilson, a Louisiana native who started out performing as a Hannah Montana impersonator, has earned her career every step of the way. The 32-year-old singer moved to Nashville in 2011 and struggled for years, but she has quickly become country music’s “it girl.” She was named ACM New Female of the Year and CMT’s “Breakout Artist of the Year” in 2022, as well as Billboard’s “Top New Country Artist of 2021″; appeared on Kevin Costner’s hit TV series “Yellowstone” as Abby; and toured with artists like Jason Aldean and Wallen.

She’s continued that momentum, winning Best Female Artist at the 2023 ACM Awards and five trophies at the 2023 CMA Awards, including becoming the first female to win the CMA’s Entertainer of the Year since Taylor Swift in 2009. Wilson also won her first Grammy Award in February, taking home Best Country Album for “Bell Bottom Country.”

The concert also included opening acts Zach Top (featuring Syracuse native Nate Felty on drums) and Ian Munsick.

Neil Young and Crazy Horse cancel remaining 2024 tour dates due to illness

Neil Young and Crazy Horse are hitting pause on their first tour in over a decade due to the band members experiencing recent illnesses.

On Wednesday, the musicians announced the cancellation of their upcoming North American shows, as well as their hope of making up for the missed dates in the future, in a post shared on Young's official website .

"When a couple of us got sick after Detroit's Pine Knob, we had to stop. We are still not fully recovered, so sadly our great tour will have a big unplanned break," the statement reads. "We will try to play some of the dates we miss as time passes when we are ready to rock again! We know many of you made travel plans and we apologize for the inconvenience."

The statement continues, "Thanks for your understanding and patience. Health is # 1. We want to stay and do more shows and more albums for you.... and for us. With love and thanks to all of you from Crazy Horse..... Neil, Micah, Ralph and Billy."

Which Neil Young and Crazy Horse shows have been canceled?

Alongside seven dates in Canada, the following shows appear as canceled events on Ticketmaster : July 25 in Bend, Oregon; July 26 in George, Washington; July 29 in West Valley City, Utah. The July 31 performance in Greenwood Village, Colorado, is canceled, per AXS .

Southern California's Ohana Festival, set to take place Sept. 27-28, confirmed on social media that Young and Crazy Horse will no longer be headlining.

The Bourbon & Beyond Festival in Louisville, Kentucky, also shared on Instagram that it's seeking a new headliner.

No information is available on their Hollywood Bowl date on Sept. 29, though the event page has been taken down on the venue's website.

The Love Earth Tour, initially announced as a 16-show jaunt and launched April 25 in San Diego, California, "has been a great experience for us so far," Young and the band wrote. "Great audience and music. We have had a blast!"

Before hitting the road, Young, 78, and Crazy Horse released a nine-track record in April.

In late May, a month into the tour, they announced a slew of shows were postponed "due to illness."
