My friends and I did the Everglades tour which included a shuttle ride (to and from) the park & an airboat tour! Our driver Barnebee picked us up from Bayside Market and throughout the drive taught us a little about Miami history/ facts! He also kept a good look out for some alligators. He was magnificent and made sure we were all comfortable and happy. In all, I recommend this tour company! It was affordable & fun! Don't forget to bring $3 to take a picture with Snappy, the baby alligator!

Used Miami Tour Company to go down to the Everglades. The ticket includes the airboat ride and an animal show afterwards. We got the combo that includes sailing around Star Island right after we're back from the Everglades. It was fun-- got to see a National wonder and got to explore another part of Miami afterwards before leaving the next day. After the Start Island sailing tour you get to explore the Bayside Marketplace, with lots of cute little shops and bars. When you first board the bus they give you a map of all their tours and a mini bio of their employees. Michelle, the owner, is cool, we had been emailing for a while. I wanted to do a city tour on our first full day there but that day they did not offer hotel pickup so we ended up just kind of exploring on our own. Also, I got sick on our original day that we were supposed to go to the Everglades and since I was trying to cancel with less than 24 hours in advance they weren't going to give my husband his whole money back; only partial. I really did want to go to the Everglades so we ended up rescheduling it was a blast! It's a good company, just beware that you might not get your money back if something happens last minute. And honestly it's fair because they do have that disclaimer, and there are no exceptions. ‍

My father and I were visiting from California last week and we did a hop on hop off tour with Pablo. Thank you Pablo for an amazing experience and most importantly for the energy. My father said this was his favorite part of the trip and I'm sure it had a lot to do to with you. We will be back. Thank you again

The Miami tour was a waste of my time, the website is very misleading and I told them but they did not care. This is a cash only payment process.

Took the Everglades tour with my friends and had a great time! Our tour guide Barnabee picked us up from Bayside Market and drove us and our group to the Everglades and back. He made sure everyone was comfortable and that we all made it on the airboat okay when we got to the Everglades. He was extremely friendly and quite funny, which really added to the atmosphere of the experience. I'd highly recommend Miami Tour Company to anyone looking for a trip to the Everglades from Miami! Also, very affordable price that was absolutely worth it.

Where to start.... The positives I can say are the buses were air conditioned, the sites were pretty and the Everglades tour was great. We did the Miami tour, boat tour of celebrity mansions and Everglades tour. The Miami tour was ok. I did enjoy Little Havana but I feel like I listened to music more than hear anything significant to the history of it. When our tour was finished they took us to Bayside for lunch. The place they took us to was expensive and offered only 6 options, none of which were any good. My husband had suggested we leave and go across the way to Five Guys and I wished we would have. Lunch for the 4 of us (my husband, myself and 2 teenage daughters) was $100. The food was awful and overpriced. After lunch we went downstairs over to the dock and boarded the boat for the mansion tour. I tried to sit in the front considering the boat was packed with nowhere else to sit and got yelled at by a crew member that we had to go inside. I told him, there is nowhere to sit or stand in there and he yelled at me again. Guy was a jerk. So we went in and literally stood next to the bar as the boat was completely packed and they continued to let more people on. Once we got out into the water they let us sit out front which helped. The tour was just ok. Fun to see how much money is out there with all the million dollar homes. The lady on the mic was entertaining and gave a lot of information. Once we got back to the dock we had to once again cram into the enclosed portion of the boat with no air conditioning. It was hot and everyone was sweaty, it was uncomfortable. I was glad to get off the boat. Next we had to run to meet our bus and once we got on that it was nice as it was air conditioned and we could relax for a 30min drive to the Everglades. The Everglades was our favorite. Once we got there we got off the bus and in line to take the boat tour of the swamp. Our guide was super nice and was able to find us an alligator. That was the best. I know they don't have control over the animals and you hope for the best but the alligator he found was amazing and followed our boat. We also saw turtles in the water, it was awesome! After the tour boat you can walk through their exhibit sections and see a HUGE alligator and lots of smaller ones. The gift shop was cool and we left with souvenirs. I feel like we didn't have enough time there but after the long hot day it was ok. We got back on the bus and they took us back to Miami. Would I do it again? Probably if only just for the Everglades tour. I wouldn't bother with the other tours.

I had booked Miami Tour Company for the Everglades trip-the tour company was horrible but the park was nice. In all the emails sent, the reservation said we would be picked up by a bus with red and blue stripes, there would be phone charger outlets and unlimited water available. They neglected to mention that the tour is pre-recorded and the driver will simply put in a CD while you're driving to the park. Upon being picked up, I greeted my driver (Barnaby) and hopped inside. It ended up being in a van with only one specific type of charger available (for one type of phone) which I didn't have. I had been planning on charging my phone so I brought my charger-there was no place to charge our phone at the park so it died while I was trying to take pictures. Barnaby didn't greet anyone that came on our tour and was very negative to anyone asking questions. When I asked about holding a baby alligator, he told me that it most likely wouldn't be allowed and at this rate, all alligators will be 3D and virtual in the next few years (he was joking but it was pretty negative.) Since he didn't offer water, I asked for some, to which he told me "OK but it isn't cold." I greeted two other people that we were picking up on the tour and they told me Barnaby had picked them both up in the wrong spots which is why we were waiting 30 mins for them to show up! The van was really really hot but the seats were comfy and Barnaby didn't offer water to anyone else. When we got to the park, we were let off, given a sticker and told to "go over there" pointing to an airboat. There was no mention of a return time or where to go afterwards. We all managed to have a blast at the park but do yourself a favor and SKIP Miami Tour Company!!!!!!!

Look no further folks! This is THE tour company to go with! Got off a cruise ship at 8:30am and took an Uber to bayside marketplace well within time for the 9:15am departure. Did the Miami to the Max + Everglades package. The tour was well run and organized. Lots of info given. There is also audio commentary on the bus as you ride through places, plus the added info provided by the guide. The bus is comfortable, luggage storage on the bus provided throughout, and even cold water bottles provided all day! Hernan and our driver Guillermo were amazing! The time schedule listed on their site is accurate. Will most definitely recommend this company to all! You won't be disappointed! FYI: don't forget to use their discount code "cruiser"!

DO NOT BOOK THE SNORKELING BOOZE CRUISE FOR EXTRA MONEY THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! I was extremely disappointed that they CANCELED our snorkeling trip while we were on the bus to head to Key West. The weather was slightly cloudy with a sprinkling of rain, but it definitely cleared up by the time we arrived in Key West. When I asked why it was canceled and if I would get a refund back for the snorkeling they basically said it was "too windy" so their boats couldn't take us out snorkeling because it wasn't "safe" Well I saw several other snorkeling companies able to take people out on their boats that day, so please book with a legit snorkeling company in Key West!! I only got a PARTIAL refund, FOR A TRIP THEY CANCELED LAST MINUTE, which is MIND BOGGLING to me!!!! When I emailed them about it they said that it was clearly stated in the confirmation email that "If the snorkeling is canceled you will receive a PARTIAL REFUND" How that makes any sense at all is inconceivable to me!!! MAKE SURE to call or check their COMPANY website PRIOR to booking ANYTHING with them! I'm still trying to understand if it is even LEGAL what they did. They canceled our snorkeling, but I did not receive a FULL REFUND?! WHY WOULD I NOT GET MY ENTIRE MONEY BACK?? WHAT A SCAMMMMM!!!! Do yourself a favor and just rent a car and drive to Key West yourself!! DON'T BE SCAMMED and lose money like I did!!!

Martin Lawrence is ‘healthy as hell’: ‘Bad Boys’ star quells fans’ press tour concerns

Martin Lawrence declared “I’m fine,” reassuring fans as he clapped back at recent rumors about his health.

The 59-year-old comedian and “Bad Boys” star confirmed in a recent interview that he’s in good health after a video of him holding onto co-star Will Smith at the “Bad Boys: Ride or Die” premiere in Hollywood last week went viral . In the clip, Lawrence holds onto Smith’s left hand as he introduces the “Black Knight” star to off-screen fans.

“There is something going on with Martin,” reads text on the video.

Review: In ‘Bad Boys: Ride or Die,’ the action party rolls on, vigorously and untroubled

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence reunite for a fourth chapter of the Miami-set buddy-cop action franchise, which at this point may be too well-oiled a machine.

June 4, 2024

Before the L.A. event, fans also voiced concern on YouTube , where they commented on the “Bad Boys” duo’s “Extra” interview published two weeks ago. “I’m worried about our brother Martin,” one YouTube user wrote. Another YouTuber commented, “Martin is NOT ok. Get well Marty Mar.”

Lawrence dismissed those concerns Tuesday, telling Hot 97 radio host Ebro Darden there’s “no need for people to be concerned.”

“I’m healthy as hell, stop the rumors,” he said .

For Hot 97, Martin and Smith reflected on their careers and the beginning of the “Bad Boys” franchise, which premieres its fourth film on Friday. In her review , film critic Katie Walsh wrote that the newest “installment favors the goofy.”

“It’s a thin tapestry of lore with some interesting creative embellishments, but without any real interest in character, it feels flimsy and disposable,” Walsh adds. “You could do worse, but you could certainly do better.”

‘Guess who’s back!’ Martin Lawrence announces his first comedy tour in eight years

Martin Lawrence announces his first stand-up comedy tour since 2016. It kicks off a month after his movie with Will Smith, ‘Bad Boys: Ride or Die,’ premieres.

May 8, 2024

This summer will be a busy one for Lawrence. In addition to “Bad Boys: Ride or Die,” the “Martin” star will embark on his first comedy tour in eight years. His Y’all Know What It Is! tour , announced in May, will kick off July 20 in Chandler, Ariz. He will take over Crypto.com Arena on Dec. 6.

Lawrence told Hot 97 that stand-up comedy has been his “saving grace” because it allows his fans to gain some “insight [into me] and how I view the world.”

“I’m so glad that I’m afforded the opportunity to always be able to go out at any time and perform stand-up in front of an audience,” he said. “They be there for me. My audience is a dedicated audience — I got like [Beyoncé’s] beehive.”

One of the big winners of the just-announced LIV Golf-PGA Tour merger could be former president Donald J. Trump.

Trump has established significant financial ties with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the LIV Golf tour -- financed by the country's sovereign wealth fund -- has staged several events at Trump-owned golf courses over its two seasons of existence.

Now, with the rival tours in alignment, Trump and his family businesses stand to gain even more prestige, influence and money as a result of the merger. It may ultimately lead to one of his long-sought goals: to have a Trump course host one of the four major championships in men's professional golf.

How are Donald Trump, his family and LIV Golf connected?

While he was president, Trump maintained especially close ties with Saudi Arabia and its royal family. His first foreign visit after he took office was to Saudi Arabia. He also downplayed the kingdom's role in the assassination of Washington Post reporter Jamal Khashoggi, who was highly critical of the Saudi government in his writings.

Shortly after Trump left office in 2021, his son-in-law Jared Kushner struck a $2 billion deal with the Saudi Public Investment Fund to finance a new investment firm Kushner created, The New York Times and The Washington Post reported.

The PIF, which also runs LIV Golf, provided the financial backing that allowed the tour to attract top PGA Tour stars with guaranteed contracts totaling $100 million or more and provide tournament payouts approaching $25 million.

This season, LIV Golf scheduled three events at Trump-owned courses:

  • May 26-28 at Trump National Golf Club Washington, D.C. in Potomac Falls, Virginia.
  • Aug. 11-13 at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster in Bedminster, New Jersey.
  • Oct. 20-22 at Trump National Doral in Miami, Florida.

In November, the Trump Organization struck a deal with a Saudi real estate company to build a Trump-branded hotel and golf course as part of a $4 billion resort project in Oman.

How much money is the Trump family making by hosting LIV Golf events?

The Trump family has not said how much they are making from LIV, though Trump characterized the amount as "peanuts" in an interview with reporters last month at the LIV Golf event at his course in Virginia.

“They pay a rental fee," he said. "They want to use my properties because they’re the best properties.”

According to The New York Times , payments from the LIV Golf tournaments are not included in Trump’s financial disclosure report. That seems to indicate the money goes directly to the individual golf clubs and is considered part of the clubs' overall revenues.

Is Donald Trump under investigation for his ties to LIV Golf?

A New York Times report  earlier this month said the U.S. Department of Justice subpoenaed the Trump Organization for records regarding LIV Golf and Trump’s ties to the tour.

"I guess they're doing that because of what's happening with (President Joe) Biden. That's their retribution," Trump said last month in Virginia, without citing any evidence to support his claim. "Because we did nothing wrong. That's their retribution. That's the way they try and get even."

How close has Donald Trump come to hosting a pro golf major?

Actually, a Trump course has hosted a major tournament before: the 2017 U.S. Women's Open at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster. That event was won by Sung Hyun Park of South Korea as Trump became the first U.S. President to attend a U.S. Women's Open .

Trump National was also selected to host the 2022 PGA Championship, however, the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol by a pro-Trump mob spurred the PGA of America to reconsider its decision. The tournament was later moved to Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Does the LIV Golf-PGA Tour merger increase the chances of a major tournament at a Trump course?

The Trump family has had an eye on hosting a men's major, especially after buying the historic Turnberry golf resort in southwest Scotland in 2014. The historic Ailsa course (one of three on the property) has hosted the British Open four times -- in 1977, 1986, 1994 and 2009.

Trump said last month "everybody wants to see the Open Championship" held at Turnberry, but the tournament's governing body seems to have other ideas. Officials at the R&A recently told The Telegraph that Turnberry will not be included in the Open rotation as long as Trump is the owner due to the security risks.

The LIV and PGA Tours will operate independently for the time being. However, the head of the Saudi PIF, Yasir al-Rumayyan, will serve as chairman of the board of the new yet-to-be-named entity overseeing the unified golf entity.

His opinions will certainly carry a great deal of weight in every aspect of the tour going forward, including the location of future major tournaments.
