Overall rating

Not the best Travel Centers of America stop that we've visited over the years. The layout of the gasoline area and parking lot could use improvement. Interior of store was pretty tidy and organized. Men's restroom was not bad. They have a Popeye's inside too. Overall, Love's Travel Stops are a better option.

Inside their convenience store.

This world keeps changing n not 4 tha better!!! AC 2021 [aftercovid] Truck drivers have lost their own minds too!!! Who sits at the fuel aisle to eat? Blocking trucks waiting to get fuel, food or use tha bathroom real qwik. This TA is horribly small n the pumps r cock-eyed so where u need to pull in to get fuel, its at a 75 angle. So with both these challenges, i seldom stop here. They have subway n popeyes, 2 horrible choices as well. This fuel stop waz necessary. End of story. Triqxee not approved

It's a roadside travel stop. Pretty much exactly what you'd expect. It was busy on an Friday, yet seemed understaffed. The bathrooms weren't very clean, but they never really seem to be at these kinds of stops. The layout of the store made it really crowded for patrons with little room to walk without bumping into someone. Somehow, the line for Subway (I think) was right next to the bathroom entrances, with a mid aisle ice chest display with beer in it. Quite awkward. There is an attached restaurant, but we didn't stay long enough to check it out, more of a gas and go stop.

Very dated truck stop. The inside decor Reminds me, of the 70s look and feel. Good stop for gas, air, and to rest to continue on. There a very good pie bakery near by. And good for scenic photography.

Sorriest Popeyes on the planet!! You know when you crave the Popeyes chicken sandwich?, that's all you think about, Then you find a Truck stop that has a Popeyes. Go in girl that took my order was real nice. Anyways I've not ate all day. Could not wait to dive into the Popeyes chicken sandwich. Folks, I got in my truck. I got the package of the sandwich. Noticed it wasn't even warm. Opened it. Wasn't even big. Looked more like a tender. Anyways I take a bite. Very very disappointed & disgusted!! Why?????? Why Popeyes staff?? Just why would you serve food that was not even warm? How would you like to be hungry? Not ate all day & crave something. Get to the place order Go to eat it and it not even warm, Tough, just not good!! Us truckers love our job & do the best we can. Filling up the stores with much needed stuff. If we did not do our jobs, the stores would be Empty & no one would like it. Have respect for all!! No matter what time of day it is SERVE THE PAYING CUSTOMERS FRESH HOT GOOD FOOD. You should be ashamed of yourselves!! How do you sleep at night??? If you have kids, How would you like the schools to serve them old Cold food? Or when you order food How would you like it to not be edible or fresh? Where is the managers??? Without truckers you all would have to close!!! Straighten up & do your damn job!!!! If not it will show and no one will patron this place. Not happy at all!! We stop here every week or other week. This is not the first time the food has been this horrible!!!!!! Owners need to be notified and fire and rehire people that will enjoy doing the best honest job.

Disgusting Mens bathroom. Why is it always like that at this TA area. There are so many cleaner or I should say WAY CLEANER TA's then this place. They need to find better janitor's and give them a raise . How could you handle food literally next to those disgusting bathroom. Manager's should be ashamed to allow this type of service especially with the amount of traffic they have from truckers here. They deserve better.

My daughter and I were driving from San Antonio to Orange, CA and locked the keys in the car with our dog inside ‍ Within minutes we had three employees helping us. They were very nice and helpful. They made what could have been a bad experience so much easier. Extra shout out to Chris for staying to be sure we got inside of the car!

Not a bad little travel center, make sure you buy your drinks at the actually gas station, so much cheaper. It was clean, and bathrooms were very fancy and up to date!

Such a wonderful place to stop and relax in Wilcox from your weary travels. Theres such a variety of gifts, beverages, food and snack items. Also a great place for the big truck drivers to get supplies and repairs. We travel I-10 often and we will always make sure to stop here for R&R. Our family definitely recommends Travel Centers for everyone.

VERY clean restrooms!

This review is for the bathrooms only and the available amenities. It's 9:30 at night. Both the Popeye's and the Subway are staffed and people are eating. The bathrooms are clean and plenty of stalls. Much better than the standard gas station bathroom. Good place to stop
