DAY 02 : DEPARTURE TO HAVELOCK (MORNING CRUISE) + RADHA NAGAR BEACH Today will start a little early in the morning, in order to the catch the first available Cruise to Havelock island. As the guest arrive to Havelock our escorts will receive them there and assist them with hotel/ Resort transfers. The plan for the day will be to visit the famous Radha Nagar Beach and only return back to the hotel after the Sun set which is very beautiful to witness from the Beach.

DAY 03 : CONTINUE IN HAVELOCK + ELEPHANT BEACH EXCURSION Today after the Breakfast we will take a speed Boat to reach and explore the elephant beach, famous spot for water activity in Havelock. On a half day outing to this beach one can do Snorkeling / jet ski ride / speed boat ride, under water sea walking. Upon return from elephant beach, back to the Hotel/Resort.

DAY 04 : RETURN TO PORT BLAIR FROM HAVELOCK BY MORNING CRUISE + SHOPPING Today after the Breakfast from the Hotel, we will head to the jetty to Board the Cruise back to Port Blair, upon arrival to Port Blair our escorts will meet the Guest in the Meeting area of the Harbor and assist them with Hotel transfers and brief them about the next tour of the Day. The day will end after this. DAY 05 : DEPARTURE DROP TO AIRPORT Drop you to the Airport.

Best Time To Visit Andaman With Family

The season to visit the island group is October to May. That’s when the temperature is pleasant and ranges from 230 C to 350 C with an average humidity of 80% around. If you want to absorb the local culture, watch the tribal dance and art forms, and enjoy magic shows, then come here during the annual Island Tourism Festival. It is a 10-day carnival and mainly occurs in January. We recommend to our family travelers to avoid Andaman in the months of monsoon from July to September.

• Book your flight tickets at least 2 months before your arrival

• Get your cab confirmed before arrival and don’t keep it for the last day

GETTING READY PHASE

• Get your RTPCR done. But if you are doubly vaccinated Keep a soft copy of the double vaccination report to show it in the Veer Savarkar Airport. Kids above 5 years will have to go for an RTPCR test as well at the airport
• Make sure about the changes of any guidelines by your travel agents or friends you have in the Andaman Islands. Andaman islands are famous for sudden changes in guidelines so you must stay updated
• Carry your ID Cards, like an AADHAR Card and Driving License
• Call your driver beforehand at least 2 hours before you are boarding the flight

TRAVELLING PHASE

• The trip could be a bit tiring if you are visiting Havelock Island via morning ferry just a day after your arrival. So be prepared for a day with less sleep.

Guidelines For Family & Other Travelers

The administration of Andaman and Nicobar Islands has issued guidelines for travelers as following:

• All incoming passengers above 05 Years of age including those partially and fully vaccinated of the Covid-19 vaccine arriving at Veer Savarkar Airport (VSI), Port Blair from 05th January 2022 onwards shall have to mandatorily carry an RT-PCR negative test report issued from an ICMR-recognized laboratory, subject to the condition that the RT-PCR test should have been taken within 48 Hours before the commencement of journey from the origin airport connecting Port Blair.

Further,  all passengers with a history of foreign  travel in the last 30 days, all un-vaccinated and partially vaccinated passengers shall also be tested by RT-PCR on arrival at VSI Airport, Port Blair and they have to strictly self-isolate themselves till 

• the receipt of a negative RT-PCR report which can take up to 24 hours maximum.
• If a passenger on arrival is tested positive then, the prescribed quarantine protocol is to be followed.

By the time they’re done, it’s time to land and no one else is able to get anything. Sadly this seems to be what makes them profitable, customers just need to bear with it till a better airline comes along.

INDIGO Never On Time & Always Prefer to Shuttle Passengers Like shuttle Corks

I did not like the communication gap existing amongst the staff and the customer. My flight to Nagpur was delayed by two and half hours but it was informed to me on email ( not by W.A. or SMS) when I have already left my home in Baner area. I was painfully detained at airport with luggage when the gate no. 10 was changed to 5. I'll never recommend your flight to anybody.

Seats don't recline, no charging points. New aircraft and very clean. Crew should serve some water atleast.

There was inordinate delay without any plausible reason. This has become a normal feature of Indigo now a days.

Crew were slow in serving, as a result many of the passengers were not served Tea/Coffee. There is a scope for improvement

Communication was terrible. Flight was delayed for 4-5 hours in DC (on the front end, and also after we boarded, we had to get off - some issue with fueling the old plane correctly). There was little to no information on timing or what was happening. Once we reach Delhi airspace, apparently there was weather that caused us not to land - we were actually near the ground, saw the run way, and lifted back up to the sky after being sooo close. Then we circled for about 30 minutes, and they decided to go to Jaipur to land until the weather cleared and to refuel. Again, once we landed in Jaipur (wrong city), there was little to no information on timing or what was happening. Then we heard that the crew was reaching their 24 hours. We sat on the place, on the tarmac for another 3 HOURS, with no food and not enough water for everyone on the flight. Then, they kicked us off the plane with no plan, in the wrong city. We went thru customs, got our bags (thank goodness), and had to ask a bunch of staff what was happening and what to do. Eventually, their soltuion was to bus people back to Delhi (like 6 hours we were told) but not everyone would fit on the bus, and unknown timing on when it would leave. At this point it was 9PM (we were scheduled to arrive in Delhi at 11AM...). My husband and I decided to risk it and take a cab that we had to pay ourselves (about $200 US dollars) to get to Delhi (about 5 hour drive). We both had terrible trips back to the US as well - almost missed connecting flight, forced to pay for carry-on luggage (a small back pack!) and duty-free goods by the Air India staff last minute. Just terrible experience all around. Never again with AI! The ONLY good thing was the air hostesses were kind and patient - example: they made sure people with food allergies got their correct. However, the TV's in our entire row did not work so I'm glad we brought our own entertainment......

Need to update the staff of the airport. They tell luggage weight according to they want.

Mediocre staff, crappy food selections and no entertainment for a 14 hour flight. The only good thing was that it was a direct flight.

Not comfortable for sitting. Sits are too close to each other and it’s too hard for butt..you need to improve your entertainment section like tv programming, Movies, it’s so hard to kill 15 hrs in long flights .you don’t serve good food like other competitive airlines thats my opinion
