Day 01: banglore – delhi (train/flight).

Let us begin our Char dham Yatra from Bangalore by boarding on the train/flight of your choice to Delhi by evoking the grace of Lord Vigneswar to remove obstacles.

Day 02: Delhi – Rishikesh (230 km /7 hours)

Welcome to India’s capital! Our representative will greet you at the station. We will leave for Rishikesh in the night at around 10.00 pm. Overnight journey.

Day 03: Rishikesh – Barkot (200 km /7 hours)

The third morning on the pilgrimage course will have you at Rishikesh. After all, this is the ‘gateway to Garhwal Himalayas’! We have left half the day open for sightseeing in Rishikesh. Ram Jhoola, Laxman Jhoola, Geeta Ashram, Swarg Ashram etc are some sites that attract most tourist attention in this sacred city. The city reverberates with the spiritual vibrations of thousands that seek it out as their ideal ground to delve deeper into their meditative and yogic practice. The hundreds of ashrams catering to study nad mastery of yoga has earned the name of ‘yogic capital of the world’ to Rishikesh.

After lunch, we will drive towards Barkot. We will let you soak in the beauty of Kempty falls of Mussoorie on the route. Later you will be ushered into the hotel at Barkot for overnight stay.

Day 04: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (45 km road/ 6 km Trek)

We will leave from the accommodation at Barkot towards Jankichatti quite early in the morning. It is from Jankichatti that one has to ascend till the shrine on one’s own, or by hiring a pony/doli. You cannot miss the ritual of preparing cooked potatoes and rice as Prasadam in the boiling water of Surya kund, a natural hot-water spring near the Yamunotri temple. Also, one take one’s holy dip in Yamuna’s chilly water if one dares to! Offer pooja before the rock pillar of ‘Divya Shila’. After procuring the blessings of Goddess Yamuna, we will trek down till Janki Chatti. Our driver will drive you back to the hotel in Barkot. Rest and rewind in its cozy atmosphere.

Yamunotri Temple: The construction of the beautiful temple of Yamuna Devi is credited to Maharani Gularia of Jaipur (19th century). Due to its construction on a sensitive zone, the temple had to endure many natural calamities leading to its destruction and subsequent reconstruction.

Surya Kund: Of the many hot water springs near the sacred shrine, Surya Kund is the most revered. The thermal spring is named after Lord Surya, father of River Yamuna.

Divya Shila: As per temple mythology, this is the site from which River Yamuna initially sprung forth.

Day 05: Barkot – Uttarkashi (90 km/4 hr)

After enjoying your delicious breakfast at the hotel, we will drive you to Uttarkashi. Prakateswar Mahadev, the famous cave temple of Shiva falls on the route. After having His darshan at the cave temple, we will again encounter another Shiva temple, the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, in the city of Uttarkashi. We will have you stay overnight at the hotel in the city.

Uttarkashi: This ‘Kashi of the North’ is nestled along the banks of the holy river Bhagirathi, the primary tributary of Ganges. It is said that Lord Shiva resided in the city. Other than the aforementioned Kashi Vishwanath Temple, the city also houses a famous Shakti temple which is situated just opposite to the Shiva temple. Its massive iron trident is such a matter of fascination. In fact the Trishul itself is considered to be an embodiment of Shakti herself.

Day 06: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km /4 hr)

Leave towards Gangotri early in the morning. The drive will take you along the magnificent views of Bhagirathi’s course and Himalayan peaks. One can join the many who dare to take a dip in the holy waters of Bhagirathi in spite of its temperature being icy cold. Enjoy the blissful darshan of Ganga Maiya at her shrine. There are also idols of Lord Shiva, Ganesha and King Bharadwaj in its compound. Our driver will fetch you back to the hotel in Uttarkashi.

Harsil: This gem of a Himalayan hill station is replete with dense forests, multitudes of colourful birds, apple orchards and a hundred other wonders in its green hamlet. Bhagirathi river flows peacefully across its terrain.

Gangotri Temple: This temple devoted to Maa Ganga was built by General Amar Singh Thapa in the eighteenth century. It is quite near the geographical origin of the river at Gaumukh glacier, which is a 19 km trek ahead from the temple.

Day 07: Uttarkashi – Sitapur (280 km / 11 hr)

On the seventh day, we will drive towards Sitapur which will act as our base-camp for treading towards Kedarnath shrine. Upon reaching the hotel in Sitapur, take adequate rest and prepare oneself for the trek ahead on the following day towards Kedarnath shrine.

Day 08: Sitapur – Kedarnath – Sitapur (19 km trek/6 hrs)

Our driver will graciously drop you at Sonprayag. The perilous trek towards Kedarnath shrine begins at Sonprayag. One can hire a pony/doli to assist in one’s ascension. Also, there is provision for helicopter services to take you till the shrine, which one can consider at your own cost. It is important that you carry your personal medication, toiletries, sufficient warm woolen etc before one starts on the trek. Enjoy your wonderful darshan of Lord Kedarnath and return to Sitapur to rest at the hotel.

Kedarnath: What can one say of the glories of Kedarnath shrine where Lord Shiva has promised to dwell for eternity in its Jyotirlingam? While Shivlingam as the sacred manifestation of Lord Shiva is supremely revered, jyotirlingam as the corporeal embodiment of Shiva’s fiery light is considered even holier. There are twelve jyotirlingas across India which are enumerated in the Dwadash stotra, as per which paying visit to the jyotirlinga relieves a sincere devotee of their karmic debt and enjoys the rightful fruition of their destined wishes. Kedarnath also forms an integral part of Panch Kedar, the other temples in the cluster are at Madhmaheswar, Kapaleswar, Tungnath and Rudranath.

Day 09: Sitapur – Pipalkoti (120 km/ 6 hr)

After the physical exhaustion causated by the previous day’s difficult trek, one ought to enjoy the following day in leisure. In fact we will depart from the hotel only around the afternoon towards Pipalkoti. Overnight stay at the reserved hotel.

Day 10: Pipalkoti – Joshimath – Badrinath (80 km /4 hr)

We will drive towards Badrinath, halting in between at the famous Narsimha Temple of Joshimath and the confluence at Vishnuprayag. Upon reaching Badrinath, we will first explore the Mana village with its Vyas Gufa, Bhim Pul, Ganesha Gufa and Saraswati River. You are free to explore the Badri valley to your heart’s delight after checking in at the hotel. One may proceed to procure blessings of Lord Badrinarayan after taking a holy dip at its revered Tapt Kund. The Brahmakapal situated in the temple vicinity is where rituals for ancestors are conducted.

Badrinath: Badrinath finds itself counted among both the char dhams, the age-old char dham pilgrimage of India initiated by Adi Shankara and also the one nestled in Garhwal Himalayas, referred to as Himalayan Char dham. The peaks of Nar, Narayan and Neelkanth peak form its picturesque background.

Tapt Kund: This natural thermal spring is revered for its medicinal properties. One ought to bathe in its holy water before one enters the sacred premises of the shrine.

Narad Kund: It is at Narad Kund that Guru Shankaracharya is said to have found Badrinarayan idol. It is a depression in the Alaknanda River upon whose banks the temple has been constructed.

Brahma Kapal: This is the revered site at which rituals for one’s departed kith and kin are conducted.

Charan Paduka: The beautiful meadow situated at a distance of 3 km from the sacred shrine is said to bear the footprints of Lord Vishnu.

Mata Murthy Temple: This temple worships the mother of Lord Badrinarayan.

Mana Village: This beautiful, quaint village is famous for its being ‘the last village’ on this side of Indo-Tibetan boundary. Its major attractions include Bhim Pul and Vyas Gufa. It is said that Ved Vyas composed the sacred hymns of Mahabharata in its rock-cave. The boulder that forms a natural bridge across the stupendous flow of River Saraswati is said to have been placed by Bhim, to assist in Draupadi’s crossing of the river.

Day 11: Badrinath – Srinagar (170 km /7 hr)

After enjoying the darshan of Badrinarayan once more early in the morning, we will move to Srinagar (not to be confused with Srinagar of Jammu and Kashmir). The eleventh day of our char dham Yatra from Bangalore will have us halt three Prayag. We did halt at Vishnu prayag in the previous day, while Karnaprayag (confluence of River Pinder and Alakananda), Nandprayag (confluence of Nandakini and Alakananda) and Rudraprayag (confluence of Mandakini and Alaknanda) will be covered on day 11. Also, we will visit Dhari Devi Temple, the abode of Shakti venerated as the guardian of the entire Char Dham, and express our gratitude for her grace that held us safe throughout the journey.

Day 12: Srinagar – Haridwar (132 km /4.5 hours)

After breakfast, we will start towards Haridwar. We will halt at Devprayag, the final confluence wherein Alakananda meets Bhagirathi to become Ganga. Upon reaching Haridwar, we will take our holy dip in the holy waters of Ganga. One may even consider visiting Manasa Devi Temple. The beautiful Ganga aarti at Har-ki-Pauri is not to be missed. What better than witnessing this holy aarti to wrap up the entire char dham Yatra. After enjoying your sumptuous dinner, you can depart to Delhi.

Day 13: Arrival Delhi

We will have made a hundred memories by the end of the char dham Yatra from Bangalore. Hopefully, we will leave a little closer to God, to our own inner Truth and to each other’s shared humanness. • Cover your head with Monkey cap or any other woolen clothes while on high altitude to avoid hill-sickness, giddiness etc. at KedarnathandYamunotri.
• Keep on drinking water to avoid dehydration.
• Trek only on hill-side, avoid trekking or standing on valley side, as pony (horse) coming from opposite direction may push you down to the valley which may cause serious casualty.

• Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
• While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
• Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
• If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
• In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
• Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
• In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
• 100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
• Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.

Ans. Chardham yatra is going to open for 2022 from 14 May onwards and it will be closed during the first week in November.

Q4. What kind of clothing should I be bring?

Ans. There are no strict regulations for clothing to visit the Temple as such. Being a place of worship, you should dress up decently and comfortably. you can wear anything you wish. Summer Months May and June, it is sunny and the weather remains quite pleasant, you can wear light clothes. However due to high altitude the climate is unpredictable and changes abruptly from sunny weather to heavy rain which suddenly makes the weather cold and freezing. make sure to carry waterproof raincoat and pants along with good quality of woollen socks, gloves and warm cap.

Ans. You will get pure Vegetarian Meals during yatra (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Q6. What kind of accommodation will be provided at places?

Ans. Accommodation will be provided depending on your package. We make sure that every passenger stays in comfort. however, the idea of comfort on these remote parts of the Himalayas is very different and basic. You should not expect a high end 5-star property because most of these hotels on high altitude regions remain closed off for 6 months and opens up only when the yatra begins. the hotels that we will offer will be the best in this situation.

Q7. What type of vehicle we will get in Badrinath & Gangotri to reach Temple?

Ans. Innova car with an experienced driver will be provided to you for visiting these temples.

Q8. Age Limit for Yatris?

Ans. There is no fixed age limit for Char Dham Yatris. As the yatra will pass through high altitudes, therefore preferred age bracket is between 7-75. Ladies who are more than 6 weeks pregnant shall not allowed to undertake this yatra

Q9. Will there be a guide with us throughout the Yatra?

Ans. There will not be a guide because there is no need for it. all the necessary assistance will be given by us and the base managers present at the helipad. this includes guiding you through the briefing process and timely transfers to your next destination.

Q9. What is procedure of refund and how much time it take

Ans. Any refund against a payment received through a Credit Card, will be made on the same credit card only. Please note that the refund process may take 2 to 8 weeks due to banking procedures.

Your Chardham Yatra will begin from Dehradun. After reaching Dehradun, our representatives will be available to receive you from the Dehradun Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand. You will head towards the pre-booked accommodation for a complimentary night’s stay at Dehradun. It will take around 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach the hotel from the Dehradun airport.

Furthermore, passengers should aim to be in Dehradun by 4:00 p.m. or sooner to begin their Chardham tour.

Then, they will board and fly to Kharsali helipad, Yamunotri Dham, by 06:00 a.m. After arriving at Kharsali at approximately 06.30 am. Travellers will check into their accommodation before starting the Yamunotri Dham journey. The approximate round-trip time for Yamunotri Darshan will be 5 hours and 30 minutes. The Yamunotri Dham has a 6-kilometer trek. So travellers will cover this 6-kilometre trek via pony or palki, as per the availability.

06:30 AM: Departure from Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri (By Helicopter).

On Day 3, yatris will fly from Kharsali Helipad towards Gangotri Dham via Harsil Helipad. At 5.30 am, the travellers will check out from their hotels, and they will board the helicopter at 6.30 am. Arrive at the Harsil Helipad at approximately 7.00 a.m. Harsil is the tour’s most picturesque and lovely halt, the second Dham, well noted for its enormous apple orchards.

So, based on the temple rush, the travellers will visit the temple after breakfast or lunch. The approximate round-trip time for Gangotri Darshan will be 3 hours and 30 minutes.

The road to the Gangotri temple is around 25 kilometres or approximately a 50-minute drive. Harshil offers a variety of sites and natural trails for exploration.

On the fourth day, travellers will proceed toward Kedarnath Dham. So travellers must check out from their hotels by 6.00 am. After reaching the Harsil helipad, they will fly towards Kedarnath Dham. They will arrive at these helipads in Kedarnath – Sirsi / Guptkashi / Phata. After breakfast, travellers will proceed to the Kedarnath Darshan. The approximate duration of the Kedarnath Temple Darshan is 2 hours.

The shuttle trip from Sersi to Kedarnath temple takes around seven minutes.

• 5 kg of luggage will be permitted in the chopper per passenger. Those who bring excessive luggage would not be allowed to take their baggage further in the helicopter.

• Properties on tour are in the 3 to 4-star category except for Yamunotri, as it is a remote or rural area.
• The weight of the total passenger should not be more than 430 kg.
• All passengers will be taken to all the helipads at least 1 hour before departureIn this case, sometimes, you may have to wait at the government helipad.
• Share your actual and exact body weight at the time of registration. We will check your weight before flying; it shouldn’t be more than what you have informed us. The company has full rights to de-board a passenger if the actual body weight exceeds the weight given by passengers. Kindly don’t share any assumed body weight.

Helicopter Weight Limitation

According to the aviation department, only 6 people can sit in a helicopter and the maximum weight of each passenger should be 72 kg, your weight will be measured before the take-off and if we found more than the standard weight, you can be prevented from boarding the helicopter, in that case, you can contact us and get advice.Also, the maximum capacity of a helicopter is 430 kg which does not include passenger baggage and a passenger can carry only 5 kg maximum weight with him.

Disclaimer for Bad Weather

Any type of flying is challenging in mountainous areas, sometimes in case of bad weather, busy air traffic, and passenger illness, the helicopter may be delayed or other unforeseen events may also occur, so passengers should be prepared for any such situation. Although adequate safety gear is provided by the crew, the passengers will have to keep their preparations complete.

For all the services contracted, a certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid before you depart from your country or after your arrival to India as mutually decided between team management and guests. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from the above, in some cases, like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance (as specified in your tour proposal).

Package Cancellation Policy​

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 75 days to 60 days preceding the starting date of tour: NO RETENTION will be charged.
• 60 days to 45 days preceding the starting date of tour: 30% of package cost will be charged as Retention.
• 45-35 days preceding the starting date of tour: 50% of package cost will be charged as Retention.
• 35-0 days preceding the starting date of tour: 100% of package cost will be charged as retention. 

In case of special trains journeys and peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required). For flight ticket cancellation, airlines cancellation policy will be applicable.

It is doorway to the sources of the Ganga and the Yamuna, 3000 to 4500 meters up into the snowy ranges of the central Himalayas. The 'Aarti' worship of the Ganga after sunset and the floating 'dia' (lamp) is a moving ritual.

Morning drive to Barkot via Dehradun, Mussoorie, and en-route visit Kempty fall. Later continue drive to Barkot. On arrival Barkot Check In at Hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Morning leave for Janki Chatti via Hanuman Chatti & Fool Chatti. • Yamunotri Temple : Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th Century. It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again.

Morning leave for Uttarkashi, a drive of 82 kms. Enroute vist Prakateshwar Cave, on arrival Uttarkashi check in at the hotel evening visit Vishwnath Temple, Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Uttarkashi : Situated at the bank of river Bhagirathi. The temple of Lord Vishwanath is located here where a massive iron trident is erected. The other important temples situated here are Ekadash Rudra, Bhairav, Gyaneshwar and Goddess Kuteti Devi.

Uttarkashi- Gangotri - Uttarkashi (100 Kms. Per Way)

• Guptakashi : is located in the Northern Himalayan belt within the Mandakini river valley, which has lush green forests. A number of streams and rivulets drain into the main Mandakini River. It has salubrious climate with its elevation being around 1,319 meters (4,330 ft). The snow sparkling view of the Chaukhamba peak is a lovely sight to behold in the morning hours from here. The valley has large magnolia trees (locally called Champa) that provide a sweet scented atmosphere to the place.

Guptakashi - Kedarnath (32 Ksm Drive , 14 Kms. Trek)

Morning drive to Gaurikund (32 kms drive-one way). On arrival Gaurikund start your journey on the tough Trek ahead. Stop for lunch en route at Rambara, and continue after that to arrive by late afternoon, on arrival check in to the Hotel / Guest Houses. After freshening up, perform Pooja and also Darshan at Shri Kedarnathji. In the evening also visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the Temple. Overnight stay at the Hotel or Guest Houses.

The present temple, built in the 8th century by Adi Shankaracharya, stands adjacent to the site of an earlier temple built by the Pandavas. Recommended Itinerary

When you land in Delhi, one of our coordinators will meet you there and drive you the five to six hours to Haridwar. You will spend the night in Haridwar on the first day of the tour. Once you get in Haridwar, you may quickly finish the check-in process and then unwind.

You will be transported to Barkot on this day. You will pass via Mussoorie en route to Barkot. At the Keempty Falls, you can relax for a while. Check into the bed and breakfast when you get to Barkot and take it easy for the day. Have your formal supper in the late afternoon, then stop for the night. Prepare yourself for the upcoming trip from Janakichatti to Yamunotri in the interim.

You can go for Yamunotri after finishing your breakfast at the hotel. There is a garam panikund in Yamunotri. People cook rice in that hot water over there. The prepared rice is regarded as prasad. After that, you can perform puja at DivyaShilla. Take a holy plunge at the Jamnabaikund before visiting the temple. You can go outside to see Yamunaji after the holy bath.

Early in the morning, after eating breakfast at the hotel, you can go for Uttarkashi. Once in Uttarkashi, you must immediately visit Kashi Vishwanath. When you have finished your pooja and darshan, you can leave towards Gangnani. If you have some free time in the late afternoon, you can relax for a while, eat dinner, and spend the night at the hotel.

To make your way to Gangotri, you must set off early in the day. The day's total travel distance would be close to 120 kilometres. You will be travelling for five hours or more outside of your normal area. So get going as soon as you can. Once you are in Gangotri, you can perform your sacred rituals at the temple. You can then take a car back to Uttarkashi. You can pause in Gangnani on the way back. At Gangnani/Uttarkashi, there will be an overnight stop.

You must depart from Uttarkashi on the sixth day of your Bangalore to Char Dham Yatra tour packages and arrive in Sitapur. Between Sitapur to Uttarkashi, there are roughly 250 kilometres. When you get to Sitapur, finish the check-in procedures, then settle in.

Attempt to rise early each morning. Enjoy a rest, then have breakfast at the hotel. After that, you must depart for Kedarnath. To get to the temple on this day, you must hike for over 19 miles. You can return to the hotel in Sitapur for the night after completing your darshan and puja at the temple.

At Sitapur, you can have a full day of rest. You can visit Trijugi Narayan if you so choose, but it will cost you extra to do so.

You can stop by Narasimha Temple, Joshimath, and Shankaracharya Math on the way. You are able to perform pooja at the temple in the late afternoon. At Badrinath, you must stop for the night.

Drive to Srinagar after eating breakfast at the hotel. You will be transferred from Badrinath to Srinagar through Vishnuprayag, Karnprayag, Nandprayag, Rudraprayag, and Devprayag. Badrinath and Srinagar are separated by over 210 miles, a journey that takes more than 5 to 6 hours. Check into the hotel and spend the night there once you get in Srinagar.

On 11th days of Chardham tour yatra packages from Bangalore, You can get up and head toward Haridwar after eating breakfast on schedule in the morning. You can visit Devprayag and Rishikesh en route to Haridwar. Once you get in Haridwar, check into a hotel, make yourself at home, and spend the night.

Arr. Yamunotri, One can boil rice by packing it in a piece of fabric and dipping it in hot water of the hot kund. Then, bathe in Jamunabai Kund's warm water and have "Darshan '' of pious "Yamunaji," returning to Jankichatti. Then, return to Barkot for an overnight stay.

Drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Vishwanath Temple, Shakti Temple, and others—Check-in at the hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Night Halt.

Drive to Gangotri in the early morning, stop at Gangnani to take a holy plunge in Garam Kund, and then continue driving to Gangotri through the lovely Harsil Valley. Day 2 : Haridwar - Barkot (210 kms / 6 – 7 hrs )

Morning after hearty breakfast depart from hotel between 7:00 – 8:00 AM and proceed to Barkot via Mussoorie. En-route experience the beauty of Kempty falls. On arrival check-in to the hotel in Barkot. Overnight stay with Dinner.

Barkot Weather: The sweat summer has the temperature range between 25 to 30 degree Celsius. During the winter, the temperature may go down to 5 to 10 degree Celsius though, but you may feel pleasantly cool during the day time.

Day 3 : Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot ( 42 kms drive / 6 kms trek)

Early morning at 5 AM, drive to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti & start the trek to Yamunotri (6kms) (Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at your own cost). After taking bath in Jamunabai Kund's TtaptKund (Hot water spring) and have the darshan of Yamunotri Ji. Later trek down to Jankichatti & drive to Barkot. Dinner & Overnight stay at Barkot.

Yamunotri Temple: This most auspicious temple belongs to the Goddess Yamuna. As per belief, she is the daughter of God Son and the sister of Yam and Lord Shani. Therefore, doing the worship here gives you a lot more than the feelings of real spirituality and Divine power. Here, you get the blessing of courage and confidence. Also, the fear of facing difficulties and getting death moves away from you. In addition to, the "Lord of Justice" Shani forgives your bad Karmas or gives you very lesser punishment during the Sadhe-Sati and Dhaiya Period.

Surya Kund: This hot water spring belongs to the Sun God. It's one of the naturally very hot water Kund, therefore, if you are visiting here for the very first time, you may get it a bit difficult to have a dip here, but things get normal automatically latter on. Taking the holy dip here washes out all your sins, and generates the divine nature in you. Also, devotees Potatoes and Rice here with the temperature of this Water. They offer that to the temple.

Yamunotri Weather: During summer, the temperature ranges between 10 to 18 degree Celsius, and the day times are very pleasant however, but you may feel the nail-biting cold at night.

Day 4 : Barkot – Uttarkashi ( 100 kms / 5 – 6 hrs)

Morning after breakfast, checkout from the hotel between 9 AM to 10 AM & drive to Uttarkashi. On arrival, check-in at the hotel in Uttarkashi. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple & Uttarkashi market in evening. Dinner & Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Uttarkashi: "Uttarkashi" the dev Bhoomi which literally means "Kashi of the north" is one of the holy places in Hinduism. In addition, to have the natural and the devotional beauty, here you have lots of fun adventurous activities to enjoy. Dodital lake, Nicheketa Lake, Dodital Dayara Pass Trek, Dayara Bugyal trek are some of the famous attractions to visit here. Therefore, you must visit this place at least once.

Vishwanath temple: This holy temple is in the name of Lord Shiva, and full of amazing wonders. As for example, there's a Trishul which is 8 foot 9-inch-long and has the 26 feet height. Also, inside the temple, there is a Shivlinga which is 56 cm high and having the elevation towards the south. As per belief, the tour to Gangotri is incomplete without visiting this temple, and therefore, this temple is highly important. Out of the temple, there is Nandi Baba guarding the temple premises. Uttarkashi Weather: Very hot summer season having the temperature between 30 to 35 degree Celsius, but at night, you may feel the pleasant cool weather.

Day 5 : Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi ( 100 kms / 3 - 4 hrs each side)

Early morning start the drive to Gangotri sharp at 5 AM, en-route at Gangnanione can take a holy dip in Tapt Kund (Hot Spring) & further drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil Valley. Harsil is famous for its natural loveliness and for the magnificent views of the Deodar trees and mountains. On arrival at Shree Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and Darshan, after that relax for some time in the lovely surroundings. Later drive back to Uttarkashi. Dinner & Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Gangotri Weather: During the summer season, the maximum temperature can reach to 20 degrees Celsius during the day times, and at nights, the temperature may fall down to 10 degrees Celsius, and the weather gets chillier. During winter, weather becomes life threatening, and also the heavy snowfall blocks the pathway. Therefore, the pathway remains closed during the season.

Day 6 : Uttarkashi – Sitapur ( 230 kms / 9 - 10 hrs )

Once the breakfast is done, drive down to Sitapur around 8 AM via Moolgarh & Lambgoan. En-route you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Sitapur. Dinner & Overnight stay at in the hotel.

Guptkashi Weather: The temperature ranges between 25 to 30 degree Celsius makes the summer season most pleasant. You may feel the unbearable cold, during the winter season.

Day 7 : Sitapur – Kedarnath

Option 1: Early morning after breakfast, drive to Helipad at Guptkashi / Phata or Sersi, according to the reporting time provided by the Helicopter Company and board the helicopter for Shri Kedarnath Ji. After 15 minutes of flying, reach at helipad at Kedarnath Ji, have darshan & Perform Pooja, and overnight Stay at Kedarnath ji or can return and stay at Sitapur.

Option 2: Early morning check-out at 3 AM from the Hotel and drive to Sonprayag and catch the government jeep over there for GauriKund (6 Kms / Charges Rs. 10/-). From there start the trek to Shri Kedarnath Ji. After 19kms / 8hrs trek reach at Kedarnath Ji, have darshan and perform Pooja. Overnight Stay at Kedarnath Ji or can return back and stay at Sitapur.

Kedarnath Weather: Generally, cold throughout the year because of the higher altitude. Even during the summer, the temperature does not cross the 20 degree Celsius. It’s the most pleasant period. However, during the winter, you may feel the severe cold as the temperature may go town to 0 degree Celsius or even less.

Day 8 : Kedarnath – Sitapur / Govindghat

Option 1: Early Morning reach to helipad and catch the helicopter. Fly back to Sitapur and proceed to Govindghat (170 kms / 7 hrs). En-route visit Ukhimath (Winter adobe of Kedarnath Ji). On arrival check-in to the hotel for Overnight stay at Govindghat.

Option 2: If returned from Kedarnath on Same day and staying at Sitapur, Morning after breakfast check-out from the hotel and proceed to Govindghat (170 kms / 7 hrs). En-route visit Ukhimath (Winter adobe of Kedarnath Ji). By reaching Check-in at the hotel for Overnight stay at Govindghat.

Option 3: By Trek: Early morning start the trek again and reach Gaurikund. Further drive to Sitapur for the Overnight Stay.

Day 9 : Govindghat – Badrinath

Option 1: Morning after breakfast, Check-out from the hotel for Badrinath Darshan (30 kms / 2-3 hrs). Pilgrims can have a bath in the Tapt Kund and the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There is other interesting sightseeing spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River. Just within the three kms of Badrinathjee. Dinner & Overnight stay at Badrinath.

Option 2: (If Trekked) Morning check-out the hotel from Sitapur and proceed to Badrinath (180 kms / 8-9hrs). En-route visit Ukhimath (Winter adobe of Kedarnath Ji). On arrival pilgrims can have a bath in the Taptkundhave and the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). Badrinath: Near the Alakhnanda river, this highly auspicious temple belongs to Lord Vishnu. it is one of the Char Dham, and therefore, the place of utmost importance in Hinduism. This temple is at a height of 10,279 feet. The lofty snow-clad Himalaya that surrounds this Dham, makes it look amazingly beautiful. It was Adi Sankaracharya who established it. The Badrinath temple has a Tapt Kund, which is highly auspicious and has some unbelievable medicinal properties. The Alakhnanda river originates from here. It is placed between the mountain ranges of Nar and Narayana.

Tapt Kund: Situated on the bank of the river Alakhnanda, and near the Badrinarayan temple, the Tapt Kund is actually the Sulphur Kund. As per belief, it's actually the Agni Dev himself who got this form because of getting the boon from Lord Vishnu.

Mana Village: Mana Village the perfect place for trekking, is the last village of India. This beautiful village is very nearer to the Badrinath, and therefore, a must-visit place during your visit to the Badrinath. This village has some highly famous caves such as the Vyas caves and many more. The Vyas cave belongs to the Mahabharata Period. Also, all other caves here, have some great religious and historical importance.

Vasundhara: The Vasundhara waterfall is 5 Km away from the Mana Village, and very nearer to the Badrinath Dham. As per belief, if you have ever committed any evil work, this waterfall will divert away from you.

Bhim Pul: This stone bridge on the river Saraswati does actually belongs to the Mahabharta Period. As per belief, it was Bheem (One of the Pandavas) who built this bridge so as to cross the river Saraswati. Vyas Gufa: The famous Gufa whereas per belief, Maharshi Vyas spoke the Mahabharta, and lord Ganesha wrote that. It is near the Mana village.

Badrinath Weather: During the summer, the temperature ranges between 8 to 18 degree Celsius, and therefore sufficiently perfect to have the tour. Q. What are the opening and closing dates of the Chardham Yatra? A. Prior to going ahead and booking one of the Chardham packages, you need to ascertain what time of the year you are going to be travelling and whether or not the Chardham Yatra is open at that time of the year. Chotta Chardham comprises Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri and Yamunotri, with the temples marking the sources of Hinduism’s four rivers - Ganga, Yamuna, Mandakini and Alaknanda. The Chardham Yatra remains open between April to the first half of November. Although the specific dates are announced by the state government of Uttarakhand annually and it states the opening and closing dates of the circuit. In the winter, the deities are moved to their winter abode such as Joshimath for Badrinath, Ukimath for Kedarnath, Mukhba for Gangotri and Kharsali for Yamunotri. Pilgrims, believing in Ganga’s healing properties, take back bottles full of the holy water. There are several smaller shrines in the region, each home to a legend on the Ganges’ evolution that has its roots in mythology. Q. What route do you take on the Chardham Yatra? A. After paying your respects at the Kedarnath Temple, continue to Rudraprayag that is about 75 kilometre away and from there proceed to Badrinath. Badrinath is about 160 kilometre from Rudraprayag. Visit the shrine and further arrive in Birhi, about 95 kilometre away. From Birhi Rishikesh is around 160 kilometres. Day : 01 Bangalore - Delhi - Haridwar (210 km / 06 hrs)

The team will greet you at Delhi airport or the railway station (the charges may you give to come Delhi will be your own). Around 7 pm the trip will transfer you to Haridwar (210km/5-6 hours) & dinner will on the way (not including package). After the arrival of Haridwar and check in the hotel and Rest.

Day : 02 Haridwar to Barkot (160 km / 06 hrs)

In the next day the morning in Haridwar, the mountains and the view will make you happy. After having the morning meal the trip will be proceed to Barkot (Uttarkashi). 150km driving time: 6 hrs approx. On the way Mussoorie is the people’s favourite destination and famous for the Scenery of the place. The Kempty falls is the main destination to visit at that way and have their marvellous views (Dehradun). After reaching Barkot hotel room have dinner &amjp; take a rest.

Day : 03 Barkot - Yamnoutri - Barkot (45 km / 02 hrs each side)

The third day’s morning will in Barkot, after having breakfast the tour will go to Yamunotri on the way the first destination is jankichatti which is also one of sacred place. After this the trip will precede you to go on foot way approx 5-6km to reach yamunotri in pony/doli/horses (excluded the payments). Near the yamunotri temple there is a rock pillar called “divya shila”. The first place at yamunotri is the suryakund where the prasadam made by the hot water of the lake(which is cooked potatoes & rice). In the main temple there are three temples which is of yam(yamraj son of surya dev)-yami and surya dev. Again back from the temple to jankichatti on ganger way and then barkot reserved hotel, dinner – overnight stay.

Yamunotri temple(maharani Guleria jaipur 19th century) – surya kund (sacred shrine, hot water)-divya shila (known as Yamuna sprung forth).

Day : 04 Barkot – Uttarkashi (100 Km / 04 to 05 hrs)

In the morning of 4th day after the morning meal the trip will go to uttrakashi to Prakteshwer mahadev where the beautiful and ancient cave is named as mahadev cave then, the Shivafalls which is just beautiful view at the place there are 120 stairs to reach the temple. on the way the next destination is to visit is kashi vishwanath temle based on lord Shiva which is most famous temple in uttarakashi local region and outside too and also known as the “ kashi of north”. The region is surrounded by the holy river banks – Bhagirathi (primary tributary of ganges) it is also known as the city of lord Shiva. The Shiva temple and shakti temple attracts the people by their unique power which makes the tour more interesting. After this, check in hotel then dinner and overnight stay in uttarkashi.

Day : 05 Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km / 03 each side)

The next morning will be in uttarkashi, get ready for the next trip for Gangotri in, early morning the breakfast will on the way, which is the origin of Gange River. The destination is 100km far from Uttarkashi. After the arrival of the main temple in Gangotri the main attraction on the valley is the beautiful Ganga maiya temple which is made by a gurkha gernal Amar singh thapa in 18th century. Then, the big rock where the king Bhagirathi had done penance and prayed to solve his from to Ganga Maa. There are the idols of lord shiva, ganesha and king Bharadwaj. The main source of the ganga river is in gaumukh which is 18km far from Gangotri. It is heard that the origin structure is like the mouth of cow which makes the place more attractive. After all the sightseeing come back to Uttarkashi. Check into hotel, have dinner and leisure sleep.

Day : 06 Uttarkashi – Guptkashi/ Sitapur (220 km / 10 hrs)

The Next morning it’s time to meet with holy shrine lord Shiva in Kedarnath. After having the breakfast the journey will proceed to kedarnath. Guptkashi is the place to reach first via Tilwada/kund. Check into hotel, have dinner and leisure sleep. Stay in Guptkashi, Dinner.

Day : 07 Guptkashi - Sonprayag - Kedarnath (35 km drive / 18 km Trek one side)

In early morning get a small bag pack for the trip & we will transfer you to Sonprayag. After this the trip will forward to gaurikund which is the hot water source and a myth is connected to the place that in sathyug mata gauri took bath daily on this lake and also a temple of Mata gauri. Then the trek will for kedarnath main temple which is 6 km upward direction and the river mandakini flows in the right side. The trek can be easy by the horses, ponies, doli and other (not in payments). The devotees have the curiosities to meet lord Shiva with smiling faces which makes the tour interesting.

The trek will go via rambada – bheembali – choti lincholi- base camp – shri kedarnath. Places: shri kedarnath temple, bheemshila , gaurikund. After visit overnight stay in kedarnath dharmshala & dormitory system will provide by them, dinner- overnight stay.

Day : 08 Kedarnath - Sonprayag - Guptkashi (200 km Drive / 10 hrs)

The next morning the trek will of downward for guptkashi come back to hotel. Dinner – Overnight stay in Guptkashi/Sitapur.

Day : 09 Guptkashi - Badrinath (160 km drive / 6 hrs)

The next day after having morning meal the trip will transfer to Badrinath dham. Tour will go from the route via Chopta. After arrival of Mana village the Badrinath dham is near from that destination. Mana village is the last village at Indo-Tibeten border. The main attractions of the village are Vyas guf, Bheempul, Ganesh Gufa and the Saraswati temple and the last shop of India in the border. Arrival of Badrinath first place is Tapt kund (hot water pond) which is the most pious place of badrinath, Then Bhramkapal , Mata Murti mandir, Narad kund. There is a custom of devote a copper bangle supposed which fulfil your wishes. The hotel is 100m far from the main temple and all the sightseeing of the temple you can see from your room. After the sightseeing, check into hotel room at Badrinath.

Day : 10 Badrinath - Srinagar (162 km drive / 6 hrs)

The 10th day of the trip will take you to Srinagar via Joshimath. In Joshimath there is a temple known as Narshingh temple where after closing of the gateway of the badrinath dham the worship again starts in this temple. After this the sightseeing, which called as panch- prayag- Devprayag (rendezvous of two river banks Alaknanda and Bhagirathi), Rudrapyag, Karnprayag, Vishnuprayag, Nand prayag. After the wander night visit & dinner in Srinagar hotel, leisure.

Day : 11 Srinagar - Delhi (162 km drive / 6 hrs)

Online/Offline registration process for Chardham Yatra

Pilgrims planning a Chardham Yatra 2024 are required to get a registration done before proceeding to Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. Day 04: Barkot – Uttarkashi (100kms/4hr) Height: 1352 MTS.

Fourth Day, in the morning after breakfast, transfer to Uttarkashi. On arrival at Uttarkashi Check into the hotel. In the evening, visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi. Dinner & Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 07: Guptkashi – Kedarnath (30kms by road & 16 kms Trek one way) Height: 3384 MTS.

Morning after breakfast drive to Gaurikund, start your trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (by Pony / Doli / Helicopter at your own cost). Visit Kedarnath Temple and evening arti, overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 08: Kedarnath – Guptkashi (16 kms Trek & 30kms by drive)

Next Day in the early morning get the pooja and darshan at Kedarnath Temple and trek down to Gaurikund, On arrival at Gaurikund meet our driver and drive to Guptakashi, Overnight stay at Guptakashi Hotel.

Day 09: Guptkashi – Joshimath (160 kms/6-7 Hrs.)

Morning after breakfast, drive to Joshimath via Chopta, Ukhimath. Check in to the hotel arrival in Joshimath. Pilgrims after having Darshan of Narsingh Temple in evening. Overnight stay at Joshimath Hotel.

Day 10: Joshimath – Badrinath – Joshimath

In the Early Morning, drive to Badrinath. arrival in Badrinath Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). Tour itinerary, day 1 haridwar – barkot.

Morning meet our representative at your Hotel / Airport / Railway Station. After some basic information start your journey to   Barkot . Later drive to Barkot . Check into the hotel arrival in Barkot.   Overnight stay at Barkot .   (Meals: Dinner)

Day 2 Barkot - Janakichatti - Yamunotri - Jankichatti - Barkot

Early morning after breakfast, drive to   Jankichatti   / Phoolchatti. Start your trek from here to   Yamunotri   (6kms) ( Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost ). After arrival at   Yamunotri   take bath in warm waters of   Surya Kund (Hot Spring) . Enjoy Darshan of"Yamunaji". Return trek to   Jankichatti . Later drive towards   Barkot . Overnight   stay at Barkot .   (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

Day 3 Barkot – Uttarkashi

Morning after breakfast, relax for a while. Later drive to   Uttarkashi . Visit Shivgufa on the way to Uttarkashi. In   Uttarkashi   visit   Kashi Vishwanath Temple . After that, check in hotel. Day free for rest.   Overnight stay at Uttarkashi .   (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

Day 4 Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 kms each side)

Early morning after breakfast, drive to   Gangotri . On the way visit Gangnani Hot Spring. Take a holy dip in Kund. Later drive to   Gangotri   via beautiful Harsil valley. On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and Darshan, after that relax for some time in the lovely surroundings. Later return drive to  Uttarkashi . Overnight   stay at Uttarkashi .   (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

Day 5 Uttarkashi – Guptkashi

Morning after breakfast, drive to   Guptkashi . Enroute you can see the beautiful   river Mandakini   at   Tilwara . The   Mandakini River   comes from   Kedarnath , drive alongside the river to reach   Guptakashi , visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in   Guptkashi . Overnight stay at Guptkashi.   (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

Day 6 Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Kedarnath

Morning after breakfast, today we will go to   Kedarnath . To reach Kedarnath you will have two options. One if by trekking and other is by Air via Helicopter ( at your own cost ).

By Helicopter:   Morning our driver will transfer you to your Helipad location ( Phata ,  Guptkashi ,  Sirsi  etc) as per helicopter ticket time. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket previous day. Different aviation has different location for their helicopter service. Our driver will provide you both pick and drop to hotel . Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket. Advance booking is highly recommended for the helicopter.

By Trek:   To reach  Kedarnath  by trekking route first you have to reach  Gaurikund . We will drive to  Sonprayag  early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop to  Sonprayag . From  Sonprayag  5 kms drive to  Gaurikund  local jeep is available. This sharing basis jeeps guests can book directly at own cost.  Gaurikund  to  Kedarnath  is further 14 Kms trek .

After reaching the  Kedarnath visit Kedarnath Temple . Check in to the hotel/ashram. Visit Shankaracharya Samadhi. Overnight stay at Kedarnath. (Meals: Breakfast)

Day 7 Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Guptkashi

Morning after breakfast explore nearby areas by walk at Kedarnath. Later reach Guptkashi as per your choice by trek or Helicopter. 

By Helicopter:  Inform the driver when you leave for  Kedarnath  about your approximate return time and helipad name according to ticket. Our driver will pick up you from helipad and transfer you to your hotel.

By Trek:  Inform the driver approximate return time. Once you reach  Gaurikund  from  Kedarnath  by trek you can take local jeep till  Sonprayag . Our driver will meet here. Due to parking issue keep driver’s contact number with you and call him when you reach  sonprayag  so he can pick you up. 

Gaurikund  to  Sonprayag  local jeep at your own cost. Get packed breakfast from hotel to start early. Horse / Pony / Palakhi is also available for trekking at  Gaurikund.  Guests can book that at own cost.

At arrival check in to hotel in Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi. (Meals: Dinner)

Day 8 Guptkashi – Joshimath – Badrinath

Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath . Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Overnight stay at Badrinath. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

Day 9 Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag

Morning enjoy the after breakfast, drive for   Rudraprayag   via Joshimath. Visit on the way Darshan of   VishuPrayag ,   Narsingh Temple in Joshimath ,   KarnPrayag   and   NandPrayag . Check into the hotel arrival in   Rudraprayag . Overnight stay at   Rudraprayag .   (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

Day 10 Rudraprayag – Rishikesh – Haridwar

Morning after breakfast, drive for   Haridwar   /   Dehradun   /   Rishikesh . Drop at Hotel / Airport / railway station.   (Meals: Breakfast)

• Please read emails carefully and understand the contents and prices. All the email conversations will be also part of your contract with us once you make the booking.
• There is no deluxe facilities in Kedarnathji due to high altitude. There only serve you bed system.
• As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. valid identifications documents are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Drivers License, Aadhar Card. All the documents must include a photograph.
• Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
• Generally hotel check in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs across India. Confirm early check in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in cost. Kindly contact hotel directly if you want complimentary early check in or late check out.
• If meals are included in package it will be served at set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed / meal credit. Any items which are not in their in ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. Hotels decide the menu and options of items for menu. Some hotels having Meal credit policy instead of Buffet or
• Fixed Menu during low occupancy in hotel – This meal credit amount is decided by hotel management – if bills goes above the given meal credit amount then extra amount should be paid directly at respective hotel. Room service for the food or packing is charged extra at many hotels. Normally in Chardham you will get north
• Indian type food only and most of the standard and deluxe hotels give thali if meals are included in package.
• Breakfast Timing: 07:00 Am to 09:00 AM And Dinner: 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM (About the timing you can contact hotel management before.)
• Normally for extra bed on double sharing rooms many hotels has rollaway bed while rest of the hotels provide extra mattress only. If you are not comfortable with mattress system instead of bed let us know in advance.
• In hill areas or Chardham many hotels don’t have ac so if you insist ac only kindly confirm with the company regarding the same. Lift facility & power back up is not available in most of the hotels in Chardham. Wifi facility and room heater is mostly chargeable but don’t expect good wifi in Chardham hotels due to network issues most of the time.
• Most of the hotels in Chardham are not running full year so don’t expect similar service and room quality like you get in Haridwar-Rishikesh in the same price range. Especially in may June and other busy days the budget/standard hotels in Chardham can cost more than deluxe hotel in Haridwar-Rishikesh or Delhi. Also if you want to stay good hotels with good reviews you need to book at least 3 months before in may June and 1-2 month before in Oct Nov season as good hotels are mostly booked in advance by groups. In Kedarnath there is only basic dharamshala / budget hotel type basic facility only even if your package is luxury in Kedarnath don’t expect even deluxe rooms.

Vehicle Terms & Conditions:

• AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle. Hill areas will start from Dehradun onwards as well from Rishikesh onwards and ac will not work beyond those points. If you want AC in the hills during road journey then the rates per vehicle A/C Per day at Hills are: Indigo/Dzire/Etios @ Rs 300 per day, Innova /Tavera/Bolero @ Rs 400 per day and Tempo 12 seater @ Rs 500 per day.
• Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact company. Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions kindly inform company in advance or discuss these things with company rather than driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However in case of sometime issues with some particular place we can adjust. In Chardham route some of the places are not on the way like Trijuginarayan , Lakhamandal , Auli , Kalimath , Neelkanth Mahadev , AdiBadri , Bhavishya Badri etc. Kindly contact directly to company in case you want to include these places rather than driver.
• Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
• In case the driver is not cooperative kindly contact company on the spot.
• Driver will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.
• In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
• Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email conversation before booking)
• In case you want multiple visit to the some particular place kindly mention in advance because some places are having very high charges of parking.
• Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be change)
• The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India. If the prices increased more than 5 % than the time of booking we will increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
• Company reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
• At many of the tourist destination / hill station - some of the road / shopping market / mall road have "NO ENTRY" for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depends on destination along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situation guest have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on direct payment basis, this cost is not included in ideal package inclusion.
• Some time vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
• No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
• No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
• Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
• All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance amount towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by company.
• Company Here by expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdictions or country other than India. Company considers itself and intends to the jurisdictions only of the court of Haridwar, Uttarakhand India.

Cancellation Policy

• Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund
• 15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival: 50% of the total package cost.
• 30 Days & More: 10% of package cost (and taxes are not refunded in any case)
• Note : No refunds in case of Road Blocks, Accidents, etc
