Serena's decks with passenger cabins have a total of 58 Suites, 521 Balconies, 317 Oceanviews, 579 Inside, 12 Single cabins. The number of all cabin categories is 16.

• All Costa Serena cabins as amenities have sleeping area (twin beds /convertible to queen, with bedside tables and lamps), lounge/living area (seating, vanity, desk, closet with drawers), flat TV (infotainment system, satellite reception), direct-dial phone, safe, hairdryer, private bathroom (WC, shower cubicle), mini-bar/fridge, individual air-conditioning, complimentary 24-hour room service and complimentary in-room Continental breakfast. Most staterooms and suites are equipped with single/double sofa bed or Pullman/bunk beds for 3rd/4th person.
• The largest Costa Serena Suites are in the Grand categories GS and SG-Spa. Each of them has a private veranda (loungers, chairs, small table), separate dressing room, larger bathroom (with whirlpool bathtub, shower, WC/bidet, double sink), larger living area with the sectional double-sofa bed. China allows cruise tourists 15-day visa-free entry

C hina is allowing foreign nationals arriving by cruise ships in tour groups a 15-day visa-free stay to spur its cruise tourism industry.

The policy, which took effect on Wednesday, requires foreign passengers to enter through one of 13 designated cities, Xinhua News Agency reported citing a source from the National Immigration Administration.

The cities are Tianjin, Shanghai, Lianyungang, Wenzhou, Zhoushan, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Haikou, Sanya, and Mao Xu.

Cruise passengers must be part of a group of at least two and on a tour organized by a Chinese travel agency, CNBC reported.

China received 13.1 million foreign visitors in the first quarter of this year, a year-on-year increase of 305%.

It is striving to revive its tourism industry after the long border closure due to the pandemic.

It recently extended the visa waiver for nationals of Malaysia and 11 European countries until the end of next year.
