Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Upon arrival into Nairobi, you will be met and transferred to Eka Hotel.

Overnight at Eka Hotel or similar.

Day 2: Nairobi - Masai Mara

After breakfast, the journey to the wonderful expanse of the Masai Mara will begin. After lunch at your lodge you will embark on an afternoon game drive and return to the lodge as just in time for sun-set.

Overnight at Keekorok Lodge on a full board basis.

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve

Enjoy a morning game drive returning to the lodge mid-morning. After lunch set off for a visit to a traditional Masai village followed by an afternoon game drive to witness the full array of the Mara’s charms.

Day 4: Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru

Leaving the Masai Mara after breakfast, you’ll head north to Lake Nakuru which is often awash with pink Flamingos that line the shores. This spectacle can often be witnessed as you embark on your afternoon game drive, after a delicious lunch at the lodge.

Overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge on a full board basis.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Amboseli National Park

Following an early breakfast, continue to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride and a picnic lunch before heading south to Amboseli and your lodge in the late afternoon.

Overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge on a full board basis.

Day 6: Amboseli National Park

Depart after breakfast on a full day game drive, enjoy a picnic lunch and return to the lodge in the late afternoon.

Overnight at Oltukai Lodge on a full board basis.

Day 7: Nairobi

Enjoy an early breakfast, catch your last views of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro as you depart Amboseli. From here turn north across the beautiful and seemingly never ending Athi Plains, arriving in Kenya's bustling capital city of Nairobi by mid-day.

This is the ultimate way to view wildlife in Masai Mara. You will be woken before dawn and transfer to the balloon take off site. After a safety briefing by the pilot as the crew inflates the balloon. Taking off as the sun rises, you will drift quietly above plains, rivers and forests while gazing at spectacular scenery and take some incredible photographs. The flight is approximately one hour and gives a ‘birds-eye’ experience to game-watching which many find to be the climax of their safari. On landing there will be a full bush-style breakfast set up served with Champagne, table decked in silver cutlery, fresh Kenyan coffee, tea and fresh fruits. It is a truly magical and memorable experience.

As you reach the magical campsite, you’re in for an evening full of awe-inspiring local entertainment and a delicious barbeque dinner under the stars, accompanied by your preferred package of adult beverages.
