• Cancellation from our side: In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions or technical problems, customers will receive a notification call. A full refund will be arranged or an amended booking for an alternative date can be made.

As much as it was good value for what you got it wasn’t exactly how it’s perceived in the advert. Yes you get a camel ride but it’s in a 5m by 5m box and if u want a little longer ( which is only about another 50 meters more u have to pay extra. If u want a henna as advertised in package u get the henna I’ve ever seen and again u have to pay extra for bigger one. The place where this all happens is a run down shack that resembles an outside prison. The only fun thing and worth doing was the sand bashing in the 4x4 which was a lot of fun . Apart from that it’s not worth it . Sorry but facilities need to be much better and longer time in the sand dunes. There was only one sand board for the hundred odd people that were there . Not good. Really disappointed . Our driver wasn’t friendly either otherwise would have given him a tip. Only person that was friendly was Sajid from Pakistan when we first booked.
