Are the hot tubs/whirlpools nude or clothing required?
Considering one PRO Club member was fully nude when I was enjoying the whirlpool in the women's locker room yesterday, I reckon clothing is optional. However, I would check with the staff just to be sure.
How much do Microsoft employees pay monthly about?
In 2023 it was $40 per month and in 2024 it is $60 per month.

I have been going to both the Bellevue and Seattle facilities for about 5 weeks now. My membership is partially subsidized by my employer. Seattle: This facility gets the job done for being close to work. The equipment is top notch, the women's locker room has plenty of amenities. There is a steam room, sauna, and hot tub crowded in there. I usually hit either the steam room or sauna but don't bother with the hot tub in this location. Bellevue: I keep referring to this as the Bellagio of health clubs. It does cost me quite a bit more for "dual-access" but I live fairly close to this facility and I enjoy it enough that I will go on the weekends or when working from home. The women's locker room is amazing with a steam room, sauna, and three hot tubs in addition to lounge chairs and a very relaxing feel. I used to visit Olympus Spa a couple of times a year, but this setup is just perfect for some self-care without the added cost. I like the large area for stretching and floor exercises as well as the women' fitness center. As others have mentioned, TVs and cardio equipment is plenty. I had lunch at the Bistro when I was first checking it out. It was a great lunch and I was thrilled they provided gluten free buns and many gluten free items. The chicken sandwich was great with a fresh broiled chicken breast. I have used the Cafe for coffee on several occasions now. They do offer a few gluten free pastries here as well. The smore's bar is sinfully good. I resisted today (pat myself on back). The mobile app for ordering and payment is a plus. The one thing that makes me bump it down a star is the lack of diversity in staff. It feels like the Stepford staff. They do have a few trainers of color but not proportionate to the membership. I'm okay with the corporate decision for staff uniforms and no visible differences (e.g., tattoos, dreads, color hair) although slightly disappointing as this is a very liberal area. But I am discouraged at the lack of diverse staff.
I've been a member of this club for years. Love it. No complaints. A little on the expensive side, but it's on my way to work and very convenient. Exceptional support, great staff and trainers, plus a good wet area.
I love Pro Club! The facilities here are so nice, and I love the classes. The sauna/hot tub pool is definitely the best part after a workout. I do get Pro Club for free from employer. I do not know if I'd pay for it though if it wasn't subsidized, because there are so many kids! They run around, yell loudly, bump into you without apologizing and walk in a row on stairs, blocking you if you want to walk past them.
Learned of Dr. Adad at PRO Club on the Zoc Doc app. The facility is incredible. Dr. Adad and his team are peak professionals. The receptionists was polite and efficient and Dr. Adad was thorough--X-rays and all. My wait time was less than 5 min and I was out w/in 30 minutes of my appointment.
This place is huge and mostly Microsoft folks, people like me who change geographies end up taking Pro Club the first year. Then some continue the second year, by third year you realise its not really as good. I love playing badminton but its always crowded with makeshift courts in the basketball area. The front desk staff is sometimes snobby and slight bit discriminatory, but you get that from some establishments. Some staff is nice while some is so bad that you feel like punching a wall. Everything is terribly expensive even inside the club. I had taken the 20/20 program from here. The initial contact told me that they would make arrangements around my travel (have it on email). But the dietitian basically told me to go pound sand. By this time I had paid the money, she had the audacity to tell me to keep stuff in the freezer for my 4 week vacation. The dietitian also never followed up with me for the second appointment after the program was done. Tells you they are only interested in taking money. At this point I had decided to not continue with them. Not to mention they made a couple of billing snafus here and there. The club has further been deteriorating its perks to the members, for me, I would dine once or twice an year when they would send me coupons, this year they send me a spend 40 get 5 off coupon (or something like it), its almost as if membership and perks are a joke to them. I cancelled my membership this year and am going with 24hrs fitness, with a membership from costco its only $700 for 2 years. I haven't done the math, but its probably less than the tax I have to pay to goto Pro Club. Update : I wrote back to the pro club social email id, I was told someone would contact me, well no one did, pathetic ! Changed to 1 star.

Ankit, Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide exceptional customer service to each and every member and apologize if we did not deliver that experience to you. We would like to hear about your recent experience with the Club and the 20/20 program. Would you please email us at [email protected] so we may discuss this matter further. Thank you!
I have reached out to the counseling team at PRO Club via email three times now - one email sent to the Dr. via the Psychology Today website, the second email sent directly sent to the Dr. using the email listed under her description, and the third email being sent to PRO Club's Contact Us page asking for assistance to schedule an appointment with this Dr. All of whom I have not heard back from for at least 2 weeks now. Just to get an initial appointment scheduled was a very disappointing experience and I will not be moving forward with this request. A suggestion of improvement PRO Club - answer new client inquiries in a timely manner. If the Dr. is OOF, then let the client know. Communication is key!
This is a great club - you have access to EVERYTHING here. Including an incredible spa, great sports therapy, anti-aging clinic, nutritionists, lovely restaurant and food, etc. All the machines, trainers, etc. you could possibly ask for. Great guidance and help, and everything is kept sparkly clean. The ONLY reason I don't give it 5 stars is that it feels a little bit sterile to me. It is large, and clean, and even if I am coming here every day for a year, I doubt anyone would know my name. After 5 years of coming here, it seems like there are a few people who recognize me, and at least smile.
This has become my second home. I switched here after David Barton Gym closed down in Bellevue 18 months ago. I can't believe I didn't know more about this gem even though I've lived in the Bellevue/Redmond/Issaquah area my whole life. The place has everything you need. The staff is TOP OF THE LINE!!! The front desk staff can always make me smile. The locker rooms and lifting areas are always clean! I just really love this place.

Absolutely love this gym! I've read a handful of the recent reviews and am surprised at the negative ratings/reviews that some people have left. Some of the main complaints have been: 1) kids are everywhere and families don't care I actually find this funny and sad at the same time. Yes, there are families with small children. I wonder if the people who wrote those negative reviews have ever had children? From my experience, the parents are doing their best to move through the facilities, getting their children to the appropriate daycare. Kids are not always going to behave like little respectful adults. They are not always going to listen to their parents. Anyone with a child knows this is a process of development, especially in the younger years. As an adult, I imagine one would actually understand this. The impatience and annoyance expressed in these reviews sounds similar to the childlike behavior they are resenting. 2) the facility is dirty From my observation, the staff is constantly cleaning. I have never seen trash build up like the previous photo left by another reviewer and I'm there 6 days a week. Also, going to a gym is like any other public location - part of keeping a place clean is being respectful of one's own trash/germs. There are cleaning bottles and towels at every single piece of equipment for members to help keep it sanitary. Other gyms often have one or two stations that you have to walk to to get cleaning spray and towels. It's a convenient feature at the pro club. As part of a community, it makes sense that there is some community involvement. 3) remodel Complaining about a facility upgrading? It's a tasteful upgrade and it seems they are doing it an area at a time...condemning a business for spending money on upgrades that make it more attractive and welcoming for its members seems strange to me. 4) employee treatment and compensation The staff I have spoken to have only had extremely positive things to say about this company and how well they care for and compensate their employees. 5) parking There has always been ample parking everyday that I have come and at the various times that I arrive throughout the day (I have not come very early or very late so I cannot speak to those times). 6) cost The cost is always relative to the member or prospective member's view of finances, wealth, abundance, scarcity, etc. As the saying goes, "it's all relative." 7) employees customer service My personal experience with employees has been in nearly every department. The employees I have had interactions with have for the most part been wonderful. On the one or two occasions where an employee was less friendly, I considered the fact that they are human and may have been having a rough day - and when I saw these same employees on a separate occasion, they were happy and kind. Sometimes people could use encouragement and it does more for the results than complaining. I highly recommend this gym and hope they continue to build out the features that make this place so convenient, high end, service oriented, family friendly, a community gathering place.

Thank you for this glowing review, Colette! Thank you for giving your insights into your experience while using the Club. We appreciate your loyalty!
Amenities are nice. Been a member of another gym in Bellevue (no need to name) and recently switched over. This is the nicest gym I have ever been part of. However, this niceness does come with a cost. You will get charged for almost everything. ProClub recently (started 2018) added up to two hours free babysitting if you bring your kids so you can workout.

Bay Club Acquires PRO Club in Pacific Northwest Expansion Continuing Growth Along the West Coast
SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 04, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Bay Club Company ("Bay Club") today announced the acquisition of PRO Club Inc., owners/operators of the renowned health and wellness facilities in Seattle, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth in the Pacific Northwest.
Bay Club’s acquisition of the two PRO Club locations marks the company’s third major acquisition in just three months and further ignites their strategic expansion along the West Coast. Bay Club now boasts 26 locations including 10 Campuses from Seattle to San Diego. With a projected membership exceeding 135,000 and a workforce of over 4,000 employees, the company is poised for ongoing, sustainable growth, with more acquisitions coming in 2024.
Rick Caro, an industry veteran, Board Member of The Bay Club Company, and the President of Management Vision, Inc., connected the two active lifestyle brands, knowing they share a natural cultural connection. Caro commented, "this transaction involves the single largest revenue-grossing health/athletic club in the U.S. PRO Club has been a market leader for decades in terms of revenue, memberships, programming and its service levels."
PRO Club’s Seattle and Bellevue locations offer a combined 600,000 square feet of active lifestyle, leisure, and luxury amenities for members. In addition, PRO Club amplifies members’ experiences with a five-star spa and medical services, such as physician and dietician supervised weight management programs, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and more—most of which were pioneered by co-founder Dr. Mark Dedomenico.
“We are thrilled to join forces with the Bay Club, an exceptional active lifestyle brand that shares our passion and culture for empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals,” said PRO Club President, Dick Knight. “With the Bay Club, opportunities are elevated for members and associates, fostering an even more vibrant community whose focus aligns on achieving lifestyle goals and promoting overall well-being.”
“This acquisition marks a momentous occasion for the club industry as a whole,” said Bay Club President and CEO, Matthew Stevens. “By welcoming PRO Club into our Bay Club family, we not only expand our reach in the Pacific Northwest while enhancing the active lifestyle offerings for our members, but we also create another investment proof point for courageous founders such as Dick Knight and Dr. Mark Dedomenico.” Both will be staying on with Bay Club as strategic advisors for a minimum of three years.

The First Look: Myrtle Beach Classic
The First Look
Change Text Size
It’s a new week on the PGA TOUR and for the first time this season, it will mark the debut of a new event.
The Myrtle Beach Classic will be hosted at The Dunes Golf and Beach Club, an Additional Event alongside the Wells Fargo Championship.
With a field comprised of several TOUR winners and Korn Ferry Tour graduates, a fun group of sponsor exemptions and wily veterans looking for a breakthrough title, it should make for a great week at the beach. There’s even a set of brothers, with South Carolina’s acclaimed Bryan Bros. duo (Wesley and George IV) on the scene.
Here’s everything else you need to know as the TOUR returns to the Grand Strand.
FIELD NOTES: Leading the way in Myrtle Beach is four-time TOUR winner Daniel Berger, who continues his comeback trail after being out for almost a year-and-a-half with a back injury… Other notable TOUR winners in the field include Joel Dahmen, Matt Wallace, Nico Echavarria, J.J. Spaun and South Carolina native Kevin Kisner… 2017 RBC Heritage winner Wesley Bryan will compete following his runner-up at the Corales Puntacana Championship… Ben Kohles is set to return to action after his heartbreaking runner-up result at THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson… With 300 FedExCup points available to the winner, it’s prime time for plenty of 2023 Korn Ferry Tour graduates to cash in and set up the rest of their season… Among those Korn Ferry Tour grads is Jimmy Stanger, who won the 2016 Hackler Collegiate Championship at The Dunes… The highest-ranked player in the field is Ryan Fox, who looks to string together a few more solid results to build his case for a spot on the Presidents Cup’s International Team.
HIGHEST-RANKED PLAYERS IN THE FIELD
SIGNATURE EVENT STORYLINES: After this week’s Wells Fargo Championship, the next Signature Event on the PGA TOUR schedule is the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday. The Aon Swing 5 qualification for that event begins this week in Myrtle Beach, with the Charles Schwab Challenge and the RBC Canadian Open the other two events in the series for hopeful qualifiers… This Myrtle Beach Classic is played as an Additional Event to the Wells Fargo Championship, the sixth Signature Event of the season.
COMCAST BUSINESS TOUR TOP 10 UPDATES: Thanks to his T4 at THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson, Byeong Hun An moved up one spot in the Comcast Business TOUR TOP 10 to No. 8, with Matthieu Pavon moving into the No. 9 spot… There was no other movement in the TOUR TOP 10 with Scottie Scheffler continuing his stranglehold on the top… Last year’s Wells Fargo Championship winner Wyndham Clark remains No. 2… Taylor Pendrith’s win at THE CJ CUP saw the Canadian move to No. 34 in the standings… An and Chris Kirk remain the only players who have been in the TOUR TOP 10 every week so far this season.
FEDEXCUP: Winner receives 300 FedExCup points.
COURSE: The Dunes Golf and Beach Club, par 71, 7,347 yards. Originally designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. in 1948 – it was just the second golf course built in Myrtle Beach, now known worldwide for its plentiful golf courses. The Dunes was renovated by Rees Jones in 2003, 2013, 2018 and 2023 while awaiting the PGA TOUR’s maiden venture. No. 8 will play as a par 4 (usually a par 5) while last year’s renovation included re-grassing and leveling all championship tees, building new championship tees on Nos. 1, 2, 6, 8 and 14, rebuilding lake edges on Nos. 1, 10 and 18, rebuilding the practice green and building a new chipping green and practice bunker.
The Dunes does have some history with the TOUR. It hosted the PGA TOUR Champions season-ending Charles Schwab Cup Championship from 1994 to 1999 and was the host venue for PGA TOUR Q-School’s Final Stage in 1973.
