To get a Belarusian entry visa the following documents should be submitted (brought in person or sent by post) to the Embassy: 1. Completed visa application form , which meets the following requirements:

♦ visa application form should be filled out in legible handwriting (in block letters) or typing, in English or Russian / Belarusian language;

♦ answers to the questions should be complete and logically consistent and indicate the real purpose of the visit;

♦ purpose of the visit should be specified in detail;

♦ if a question does not apply, please, write “N/A”, incomplete forms will be returned to the applicants unprocessed;

♦ it is the applicant’s responsibility to check whether the information given on the form is correct;

♦ the application form should be signed by the applicant personally — failure to observe this requirement may result in refusal of the application;

♦ the visa application form for a minor should be signed by their legal representative.

2. One color photograph , which meets the following requirements:

♦ not older than 6 months;

♦ size 35 x 45 mm;

♦ full face (70-80 % of the picture) without sunglasses, hat or other head covering unless for ethnic or religious reasons;

♦ plain, evenly lit and light background;

♦ high resolution;

♦ corrugation or ink is not allowed.

3. Valid original passport , which meets the following requirements:

♦ contains a photograph of the owner;

♦ has at least two blank pages intended for visas;

♦ valid for at least 90 days after the expected departure date from the Republic of Belarus;

♦ not dubious in terms of authenticity or ownership;

♦ contains no torn pages, marks, entries, erasures and corrections that are not certified by the issuing authorities of the respective foreign state;

♦ if the applicant is under 18 years old – a copy of full Birth Certificate (contains information about parents) and copies of passports of the applicant’s parents (legal representatives);

♦ if the applicant previously had USSR or Belarusian citizenship – a document certifying the loss of the USSR or Belarusian citizenship must be submitted to the Embassy.

Upon the request of the consular officer, additional documents may be required for visa issuance.

The consular officer has the right to reduce the number of entries and the validity period of visa, increase the term of visa procedure.

Apply for Belarus Study Visa from ‘ Sticker Visa ’ Bangladesh Office

• Belarus Study Visa is granted to Bangladeshi nationals who received an offer letter from any school, college, or university in Belarus to attend a full-time program.
• A mandatory individual interview to be conducted by the Embassy; unless the applicant gets a waiver from the embassy.

• You have to prepare the below-listed documents (as applicable for your profile) and submit those to our Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka Office.
• From Bangladesh, ‘Sticker Visa ’   Office at Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka accepts all categories’ Belarus visa applications & processes from the Embassy of The Republic of Belarus in India.

Required Documents to Submit at Our Office (whichever applicable/available):

• Original Valid Passport along with Old Passports, (valid for at least 3 months after the date of departure from the Republic of Belarus; at least Two unused/blank visa pages); No alteration or handwritten amendment concerning the data page; Clear Photocopy of front and last page and used pages.
• Fully completed Visa Application Form . Please CLICK HERE to download the Application Form.
• Two recent passport-size photographs with 80% face coverage, white background, and without border (Size: 3cm x 4cm ).
• A  Covering Letter  from the applicant, starting with the name, designation, Passport Number, travel dates (in & out), purpose, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant with his/her phone number & email address.
• Original Invitation Letter issued by a Belarusian educational institution verified by a territorial immigration authority of the Republic of Belarus. Please CLICK HERE to download the Invitation Letter format.
• Copy of graduation certificate issued by school / other educational institution.
• Police Clearance Certificate from Bangladesh and from all the countries, the applicant stayed for more than a year previously.
• Copy of Medical Fitness Certificate (Health statement from the Doctor).
• Copy of accommodation booking on the hotel’s letterhead. A reservation from ‘booking.com’ or similar other websites is not acceptable (not applicable for regular travelers holding Schengen, US, Canada, Japan, Australia, and other visas / athletes / participants of cultural events).
• A Forwarding Letter / NOC from the Employer (or relevant party: if businessman) stating the position, date of joining, salary, responsibilities, and grant of the leave for the travel to the final destination. For Student: A leave letter from the institution.
• Booking of a one-way flight ticket for Belarus.
• Medical insurance valid in Belarus, covering the whole intended period of stay and of a value not less than 10,000 EUR (original and a copy). The electronic insurance from Belarusian companies are also accepted by the Embassy: Eximgarant of Belarus and Belgosstrah .
• National ID card or birth certificate copy in English.
• Original Bank Statement in bank’s letter-pad for the last 6 months, with Bank seal & signature, issued very recently. If someone else is sponsoring, then also attach sponsor’s bank statement along with a sponsorship letter.
• For applicants under 18 years old: a copy of Birth Certificate (containing information about parents) and copies of passports of the applicant’s parents (legal representatives)
• Any other documents the applicant/sponsor feels important based on the application and respective to the profile (such as trade license/incorporation certificate, salary statement/slip, Marriage certificate & Nikah Namah, other financial/asset documents etc.), then you can submit those to our office for your visa application.

Everything has to be in English or in the Russian/Belarusian Language, if anything is in Bangla, kindly translate into English and have it notarized accordingly. Also, information enabling the applicant’s intention not to enter the territory of the Member States to be assessed.
