This review is about the tour operator Holiday Tours, LLC and their deceptive advertisement and not of the Dubai Frame itself. Holiday Tours sells "skip the line tickets" which is not true. When you visit the Frame you will see that the line to buy tickets is not very long. It is the line waiting to enter the Frame that can average 2 hours long during peak hours of the day. However, the Frame operator does not offer you to skip this line. We verified this with the ticket booth. We ended up calling Viator to cancel the tickets and get our money back.
